The rates are legit but they won't tell you about the $495 fee they charge. I had to pry it out of them!! That seems deceiving if you ask me!!! When I asked if there were any fees the guy seemed to sweep it under the table by saying oh yea like just $495 was a good deal because I'm saving 1 percent... LOL

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Refijet, specifically with agent Phil. During the refinancing process of my truck, Phil provided incorrect information regarding the due date of my payments. Despite my clear instructions, he assured me of a different date, which turned out to be earlier than expected. When I confronted Phil about the mistake, he denied any wrongdoing and claimed he would review the recording of our conversation. However, he never followed up or admitted his error.

Applying with RefiJet was very easy and we did it in the fastest time ever, which was four days. I was leaving for three weeks, so I wouldn't be able to send back the documents and sign things during that time. So, I, together with the guy I worked with, tried to send everything back really fast. He was very good and we crushed it. He was also very accessible, so when I needed to ask a question, he was there to respond. RefiJet was very efficient and with their help, I was able to own a car.

I got a call from RefiJet and the refinancing process was good. It didn't take long. Josh, the rep, always answered every question I had for him. I asked him if I had a concern and he made sure that everybody was doing their job and was giving me a call on it. They responded as soon as they could. The customer service reps did a great job.

The application process took a little while. It was almost two months. But it worked out great. It's a refinance of a decent amount of money. $30,000-some. Great people. Austin was awesome. He was my main guy and it was great. I'm overall satisfied.

When I was trying to refinance my car loan, I looked it up online and RefiJet popped up. I read some of the reviews, which seemed like it was really good and they got me a really good car payment and they got my APR lowered. The application was done in a couple of days, and everything took about three weeks for them to get the check to my old lender. There was a person that I was able to talk to every day, and the customer service was phenomenal. They were very communicative. All in all, it was a good experience.

RefiJet's reps were very personable and they wanted to help. They asked me a lot of questions and I had phone numbers to contact them. From start to finish, the process took about a week and everything was really good. I appreciated the communication and one rep gave me his email so I could contact him.

1.) The gentleman that did my application kept trying to sell me extended warranties, and additional gap coverage even though my 2021 Tacoma did not need it. 2.) When I asked for additional time to think about the terms of the refinance he stated “sure as long as you let me know, and don’t leave me hanging.” However, he did just that after he got all my information. I called several times to his personal line, and left messages. I also called refi’s customer service and they messaged him. I was told by customer service that he responded to them. Poor customer support after the sale. I would not recommend them.

I liked the low value with RefiJet. Refinancing was pretty easy. They provided information about my car and they were able to get me a quote. The rep was easy to understand. He provided me more information I could use. He's good.

RefiJet was great. Hadley helped me through everything. Communication was great. Whenever I had a question or, if I wasn't sure of something, I just texted Hadley or called and somebody got back to me if he wasn't available. The application to finish took three weeks. In that process, I had to get a new tag because I just moved to the state that I live in and refinanced it. The rate is a little higher, but the term's the same. The rate being a little higher wasn't an issue because my main goal was to get my mom off of it as the primary and just put it primarily in my name.

RefiJet had better rates. Also, they were amazing at the whole process. I put in my name, address, and income, and they did the rest. I had something that I was worried about, and one rep called every day to update me on the process.

RefiJet was the quickest to respond and had the simplest process. I got a call and talked to the rep briefly. I explained what I was looking for and they found a lender and called me back with information. They sent me some stuff to sign and messaged me again to finalize things after that was done. It was an easy process. It was over the course of maybe a week. But each time, it was no more than a 20-minute phone call. The reps were straightforward and kept things understandable for me. The rate was standard and at par with what was expected.

My experience with RefiJet was excellent, quick, easy and very friendly. They communicated with me and my wife. I love the rates and terms, too. Really good. I have recommended other people too. That's how satisfied I was with them.

The process at RefiJet was quick and easy to do. It took me 10 - 15 minutes. Working with their rep went smoothly as well. I also loved their rates and terms.

Customer service started off very good. Great representative. Then it all went downhill. That person went MIA. Another person started text messaging me. Then another. It was a new person almost every day. Then you switch to another company to sign documents. Then I kept getting more text messages. I was misinformed about the payoff of my car and how the overpayment would be returned. A month later, RefiJet, after my car is all set up with the new bank ready for a first payment, starts emailing me, texting me out of the blue, wanting documents. No call, no explanations. I call for an explanation and a customer representative hangs up on me because I'm upset that they forgot documents and my title is stuck at the state. Then she will not answer the customer service line and purposely hangs up on me. The immaturity and unprofessionalism of this company is the worst I have experienced. Do not use them!

RefiJet was very professional and organized. The application process was normal and I didn’t have too much trouble with it. I was concerned that it was going to be a longer process or that was going to be a little bit more difficult to get through, but I was surprised by the agent. He answered a lot of questions that helped make the process easier. I'm also happy with the rates and terms that I received.

RefiJet's lending process was smooth as silk. The application was simple. They wanted my Social Security number, my yearly income, mortgage payment on my house, and verification of my employment. They're buttoned down the way they did it there. They got me in direct contact with the lender. Everything was done online. Everything got funded extremely quickly. The old bank that I had the vehicle loan with got paid off in a timely fashion. I even got a rebate check from the old bank. They couldn't be any better at what they did. I've been very satisfied. Everything was very quick. I have my own loan concierge that when I called the number, it went directly to her line. I didn't have to press extension 065 and go through all the rigmarole.

The rep was very professional and got the ball rolling quickly. There were no delays. When the rep said they would have an email tomorrow, RefiJet had it the next day. Once I called, they called back right away. So, if I had any questions or any issues, they would solve it. The rates and terms were good and I saved a lot of money. I'm telling my son to give them a call soon. He wants to refinance his motorcycle.

RefiJet was wonderful. The person that I talked to, Justin, was a phenomenal guy. I went through horrors with this other place whereas Justin walked me through with it. I lack knowledge of online stuff and he taught me a lot. I was happy.

They hooked me up with an agent, I took the steps that he was wanting me to do and he got back to me with the results. They explained more about the process beforehand, going step by step. I would recommend RefiJet ‘cause they're experienced in the field of refinance.

Refijet refinanced for us to get us lower payments. My husband went through it and did all the process, and it went well. He's not tech-savvy, but he got through it easily. It was done in a couple days. Overall, Refijet worked for us.

RefiJet contacted me on the weekend when I was available, which the timing was great. It was convenient timing and worked around my schedule. Also, I was really happy with the process. They didn't take up much of my time and they were able to schedule it around my work. They asked what my goals were and they were able to work with what I was planning on and helped me figure it out that way. They explained everything and the two people that I worked with were very helpful.

My car is so old and RefiJet said they had a lender that would approve me. The rep was consistent with me, kept me up-to-date with everything, and worked hard to find me a loan. They're a good company. I was paying a lot more than I'm paying now, so it's a lot better with them.

The process of refinancing took some maneuver around on a couple of things but we got it all situated. They were friendly and the rate is good. Refinancing and dropping my payment saved me some money to keep up with my vehicle’s maintenance and everything.

RefiJet’s customer service was excellent and far exceeded my expectations. I was involved in a hit-and-run with my first Corvette, and it got totaled up. So I had to buy another one because I wasn't gonna go backwards. My first one was still on my credit when I bought it so I had to take $1,000 a month at 28% APR and RefiJet managed to get me knocked down to a 9% APR and have my payment, which is about as good as I could have asked for. The rep and I spoke and he had the offer for me from the new bank within two days.

Refijet was terrific. The girl I dealt with, Megan, made everything very quick, and my experience was seamless.

I came across an email and decided to put in my information and stuff. Then someone from RefiJet reached out to me within a very prompt amount of time, so I started working with them. I was able to get them all the information that they needed to start working on the loan right away and I liked that I didn't have to wait too long. There was always someone available to answer my questions and they were able to give me a significantly lower interest rate than what I was paying before. I've had refinances before where I was the one reaching out and following up. But with Refi, that was not something that I had to worry about. I also liked that they let me know the step by step process.

RefiJet was great. I put an application in with them and they were willing to help me. They were awesome. Their application process was very easy. They explained the process as we went along. I just filled out a little bit of information and it was simple. The only complication I had is my car was registered in a different state and we had to wait for a letter from the VA for me to get it, and I had to register in the state that I'm in currently, but that had nothing to do with RefiJet. It had to do with the legalities of me residing in one state and my car being registered in another state.

Refinancing my loan with RefiJet was easy and the rep was good. He was able to show me the process because I was talking to him. I got the same rate but then I was able to get my warranty back from the other company and refinanced without having to put some money down.

Instead of dealing directly with a lender, it was easier to deal with RefiJet. Once I gave them my information, they had to make connections with the lender and with the car dealership. It took two weeks. They are also nice. They have your best interest in mind. They don't feel like they're trying to scam you or they're not trying to sell you either. They tell you exactly what their program is. I don't think their website was all that great, though.

Their customer service was great. Very easy to work with, answered our questions before even deciding if we wanted to utilize them. The application process was very easy, too. They were very communicative with each step of the process, which is something that I really like. Because a lot of companies, you have to chase them down to get information or feedback. The rep I worked with was also very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.

The application process at RefiJet was easy. I refinanced my pickup, got a lower interest rate and got a lower monthly payment on it. It went along smoothly. I was shocked that it went as smoothly as it did. And what they told me in the beginning was gonna happen actually happened. They didn't lie to me. The rep told me what he thought my percentage rate or my interest rate was gonna be. And he told me what he thought my payment was gonna be. When they came back with all the numbers, it was the exact interest rate and the exact payment that he said.

I was pressured consistently for over 6 weeks after backing out 3+ plus times. Whenever I had the terms in front of me and wanted to speak to someone, no one was unavailable. The details were grossly misrepresented and I was never given copies of the actual documents. The loan went by almost 2k when all was said and done. Refijet added 2 years onto my loan without my consent. I still can't get my application or new loan documents from them. They are very sketchy. I DO NT RECOMMEND.

I refinanced with RefiJet, and it was easy. They stayed in touch with me. It was good, and they got my interest rate down as well.

I spoke with Taylor at RefiJet along with a number of other ones, and I like the rapport I had with her. I like that she was able to answer my questions. I sent Taylor all the information that she required. She got back to me with all the information on what the new refinancing loan would be. Then when it came time to do all the paperwork, they had it set up nicely, where I was on the phone with her and she went through page by page with the contract, where I had to sign everything and I had to initial everything. It was a very easy process. It worked out very well. I really liked working with Taylor. What's really been nice is any time I've had any questions or any concerns, I've been able to call her directly. She's been able to figure things out for me. My payments didn't really go down, but the interest rate went down and that's a good thing because interest is all front loaded in these loans.

Everything is good in my experience with RefiJet. They respond quickly back to me and give me a response. Their rates are good and reasonable too.

RefiJet was extremely responsive and straightforward. The reps didn’t promise anything. They just said that they were gonna try and they did. The application process on their behalf was great. They were amazing. It was just me trying to get the paperwork straight. I had just moved from one house to the other, from one state to the other. So, it was a little complicated on my part. But they guided me through every step of the way. They even offered guidance that I didn't even know existed as far as how to get the paperwork the right way. In the two qualifications that I asked for, they asked me what my goals were. I told them my credit wasn't the best and in an ideal world, I needed a lower interest rate and a lower payment. I'll take any of them and I gambled.

RefiJet's application process was done fairly. It took about a week. Uploading the required documents was easy. I liked that they gave me the option to get insurance. Their rep said, “You can get coverage on your vehicle, and we'll finance it for you. It would be financed with us.” So, when I did, I got the stuff that if something were to happen to my vehicle, they will fix it. She said I can take it to the dealership of my choice.

RefiJet did great. They worked with me through when my brother had been diagnosed with stage four colon cancer. Austin himself, my agent who worked with me, experienced death in his family at a point and he was unavailable. So, the rest of his team continued with my case, reached out to me and got the rest of my documents through. We started end of October and finished in December. I finally was able to get the rest of my documents. Also, the rate and terms are perfect. With the new rate, I pay $320 less. That has opened up my ability to pay off credit cards.

I did everything through my phone, and it was fast and easy. I got it done within two days at the most. It was a great service. My new rate and terms are exactly where I want them to be. If there's a chance to refinance with RefiJet, I'd be happy to call back again.

The process was pretty good. It was through text message, back and forth. They offered me a good deal. We went through all the process of applying for the loan and it went through. My loan officer was nice and pleasant. I like the annual percentage rates. RefiJet is a good company.

Go with RefiJet because they're efficient and fast. I got an answer within a day. And the whole process took less than a week. Sometimes it takes longer. The rep was very professional and attentive. He allowed me to ask questions and explained everything in detail. So, I appreciate the service. I was ok with the terms. I expected something like that. I was happy with the finance charge, and I love the APR rate.

Applying with RefiJet got a little confusing at times. I had one guy and they fired him. But the process didn't take long and it wasn't difficult. The amount now that I owe is absurd though because I only owed 14,500 on my car. Now, I owe almost 30,000. They more than doubled it. But I need to refinance because my dad was my cosigner and I needed it off of my debt. I'm 47 years old and I don't need somebody to have their name on my car. So they took my dad off it and it's just me now. They also told me that if I paid it off sooner then I could get it for 18,000 and and I won't be punished for paying it off early. Other than that, everybody was really nice.

RefiJet's service was great. I had to submit paperwork that I paid my payments on time. I had to send bank account information, my VIN numbers, speedometer, that I had insurance, my finance company that I was already with, with the outstanding balance. It was quick. And it was funny because it was a few weeks out from the initial conversation and when I sent everything. It was two weeks, I had to speak to someone that wanted to verify some information so they could run my credit on a hard run, walked me through some things. I got nervous after that because I had read some of the reviews saying it was a long process, nobody calls back. So at that point, I was, "Maybe I should find somebody else."

RefiJet is very responsive and on time. They called and after they got my information, they told me what interest I would get. I talked to them about the time and that was settled. I sent my documents and the process went through. They helped in all instructions, the steps, the uploading of the documents, and the signatures. Soon, I had the approval with them. They keep their word.

Was very efficient. And quick. And Tyler was very helpful and fun to work with. Was very easy. Would recommend in a min. to others. Just can't say enough about good Tyler was to me. Easy to talk with.

Refinancing was very simple. We just had to get the payoff, odometer reading and some pay stubs for them. They took it from there and it was quick and painless. They gave us what our loan would be and we went with it. We're pleased with them.

The refinancing process was a little bit long and drawn out, but it wasn't all that bad. It took about two and a half weeks and part of it was due to my work schedule, so it wasn't really so much on them. It was just the way I work and trying to get stuff done. When I had concerns, I had a direct phone number with the person I was working with, so if I had a question, I could just text him and he'd have an answer for me in a few minutes. He was also patient on waiting for me to get stuff to him and he kept me informed as to how everything was going. I would tell my family that RefiJet was a good company to work with, if they're looking for an alternative. Working with them saved me money on my loan.

RefiJet seemed a better deal than the other one that was offered to me around the same time. I used the card. It had a code to use. So, I went online and I applied on there. And early the next morning, I got a call. The guy was friendly and had good customer service. I talked with him. He helped me get everything that I needed submitted. We had it finished within a day. Before, my payment was almost $700. And we're getting more, because we were able to get GAP insurance which we never had before. And the interest rate dropped at least half of what it was originally. It was high when we first got it. And the actual payment per month would be almost $200 less. I would recommend RefiJet to others.

I started the process with another company, but they weren't able to figure out how much my current vehicle is worth because it was a new vehicle. My brother told me about RefiJet and they were able to find out the price and make it a smooth process all in all. The final step was a snag for me, though. I needed to get the stuff done pretty quick so I had to go to UPS because I didn't have a printer and mail it away. But it worked out in the end, so it was all good. The rep I worked with, Clyde, was very relatable and friendly. I was able to call him and he answered all my questions very quickly. He listened to my questions and helped me every step of the way.

I accomplished my goal of doing a refi, and it took a little longer than I thought, but the end result wound up going well. I was able to remove the next person off the loan. However, I wanted to add a driver to the vehicle itself and I was disappointed that RefiJet could not do that. It was out of their hands. There were also some times when lack of communication was an issue, but I was able to reach out by text and get my answers. Communication got better over time.

The rep from RefiJet was great. He walked me through the entire process. It was smooth. But I wish there was more communication with the people that I was financing with. Other than that, it was perfect. At first, it was a little bit cheaper than what I was paying. Then they were able to find me another deal that was cheaper. I 100% recommend RefiJet for sure. I was already nervous and I explained to him my situation what was going on with the other company I was with and how high they were. The rep told me he got me and that was exactly what he did.

My representative, Bryson, was very patient with me in explaining the process of exactly what has to be done and all the paperwork that I needed. He was always checking in constantly and he made it really simple. It was super easy. For someone who doesn't have a lot of time to go through the whole process and get some paperwork, the hardest thing I had to do was get something notarized because I live in New Jersey. It was just the way the title had to be handled. That took five seconds, and RefiJet even told me where I can go to get it done. I said, "Oh, I didn't know that. Okay, thanks."

The reps who helped me knew what they were talking about. When I had a question, they answered. You want to go through them and get your car refinanced. The process is seamless. I've referred two people to them already.

RefiJet got me the best rate that I could get. I worked with Jamie to get refinancing on my car and it was excellent. I didn't have to do much. I gave Jamie my information and within days, I had all the things I needed in line to refinance. The process took about three days. I did it on a Friday and on Tuesday, things were pretty much in-line. It was pretty quick.

I did the application online. It was easy. I recommended RefiJet to my daughter.

I'm surprised that RefiJet's office is that close of a drive for me. My refi took record time and they were quick in getting all my documents processed. So, they're very professional with me. They very responsive too. They had a public notary on site that helped save me a bit of work. I at least got some sort of coverage just in case something goes wrong with the car here. So, 100 bucks now for a repair versus 1,100 like the last time around. They give me a peace of mind there. It was a good experience.

The reps were cool. They were real nice and patient with me. I'm older and not as quick as I used to be as far as getting paperwork together. But they worked with me. Every time I called the lady, she was fantastic. She knew I was computer illiterate so she took her time with me and explained stuff to me. Any time I contacted her, she was there and she would speak to me. So that made it much easier when you have somebody there that answers your questions for you. The application process was difficult for me. But the whole process was real quick. RefiJet was a real company because they were asking me real questions and getting down to business and taking care of business. That built up my trust in them.

RefiJet was outstanding. Their attention to detail and their willingness to do whatever it took to get me refinanced made me choose them. The guy, Jason, went through and I was his only person that he was working for to get me refinanced. All I had to do was complete all the paperwork that he asked for, send it to him and answer every question that he asked me. If he needed another piece of paper, as long as you got it done within a timely fashion, he would bend over backwards to take care of it. He was an awesome dude to work with. He walked me through what everything would do and what to expect. So, it was easy for me. All I had to do was listen to what he told me and it went just like he said it would.

The process was smooth and fast. The lady I worked with asked for everything. I was able to get them. She was very communicative. She always got back with me quickly.

Everything was straightforward and honest. I wasn't being led this way or that way. The guy wasn't pushy. He listened to what I had to say and what I was looking for. It was a rarity. He was very honest. If he didn't have an answer to a question that I had, he got it. Every time I called him, I spoke to him. I left him a voice mail and got a call back very quickly. Whereas other places of the similar nature, I've left voicemails and found myself calling back two days later. Nothing is more aggravating as a consumer than to be forgotten about. He wasn't looking for crazy information like I've seen on others. I had a bunch of paper that I had to have notarized. I had to print up this one set of papers which I was able to do it right up the road from my job while on lunch break. I was able to scan it and send it back after it was notarized.

RefiJet gave me some options to think about. The process was laid out clearly for me. We thought about it and I went with it. I liked the 90% interest rate. The experience working with Refi was easy-breezy.

The folks at RefiJet handled everything. I had a guy there who helped me with everything. I had his number, and I could text or call that number. So, anytime I needed something, I reached out to him. And he was responsive and he helped me out. He walked me through everything, and it was super easy. I put my phone on speaker, and he would talk me through all the steps. There was some pending time to get approved. But it felt like it only took a week and a half. I have bad work hours and they worked around them. And they contacted me as late as 7:00 in the evening.

I was scrolling around on the web trying to get the best kind of quotes. I found RefiJet and they found me the best route to be able to get connected for my vehicle. The application process was pretty simple. I called in and they walked me through the application process itself. They had me send in the paperwork and connected it to the application and set it up from there. Customer service was pretty inviting and very nice to talk with. They made it easy to understand what I was looking for. Instead of using those big words, they used layman's terms that I can understand easier. It was straight to the point. It was a one call resolution style.

RefiJet went beyond what any other refinance company did for me. I made a wise choice. My rate dropped 2 points. The only problem is it's hard to get ahold of them. I dealt with one guy. It was me and him for a while. He walked me through the process of signing and how to do it. He was very professional. But he got so busy that I talked to another lady. They sent me documents, but it was a while getting the paperwork arranged. They're busy people.

I just had to provide RefiJet the information and the standard things, and they took care of everything else. They did a good job and they were thorough. The refinance lowered my payments significantly, and I got a much better interest rate. It was a satisfactory experience.

I've never refinanced anything in my life so I was scared going in but I knew what I wanted. I had no idea what I was doing but the lady I worked with at RefiJet was amazing, even went in on her day off. There was an issue with my car insurance and she did a three-way call with me to talk to the insurance company because I was afraid that they were gonna cause me issues. Every time I had a question, I was able to message the number that she had reached out with.

Refijet didn't have any phone numbers on the paperwork. Once we started the process, I couldn't get in touch with anybody until I got the letter in the mail. I was a little in limbo at first. But one time I got ahold of somebody, everything went smoothly.

When I called RefiJet, the rep explained what they had to offer and made sure that I understood everything step by step. I asked my questions and he answered, and I went with them. It was more of the interest rate that got me. I didn't understand the down payment but there isn’t anything cheap. Everything costs. Other than that, it was cool. When they said that they were gonna go with my application, it took a minute. It got me worried. I didn’t know if I was approved or if they didn't go with my application. I already paid all this money. I kinda thought they were a scam at first. But it was okay. People should go with RefiJet.

RefiJet came back sooner with a good rate and quick service. Everything was seamless and simple. It took less than a couple of days to get everything taken care of. Their reps were very good, very knowledgeable, and all the info was given. RefiJet was easy to work with and they'll get you the best rate that you're wanting.

The application process was easy. You answer a bunch of questions about your vehicle and then they tell you how many offers you're gonna get and which ones they’ll fight for. They all helped me. Just that final check took a little bit longer. But other than that, they did a really good job.

I had another person on the title and the other company wanted me to jump through all these hoops, go down to the DMV and remove the name. The girl from RefiJet said they would do it all. And that was fantastic. I knew everything was going to be super awesome the minute that RefIjet wasn’t making me jump through hoops. Because ultimately, they are the ones making money off me, not me making money off them. The process was super easy, especially when you compare it to some of the other companies out there. Everything was online. Once we decided to finalize everything, it was just all DocuSign. It was basic standard application. It's the way they handled it after I hit submit which was stellar.

They did a good job. I talked to Dustin and he was pleasant. He gave me the answers I needed and helped me through stuff. Everything went pretty well. The only thing that we had to do because it was going into the end of the year, we had to wait a little longer for the one bank to start accepting people again, which is Hughes. But I was satisfied with the outcome.

The reps call you and when you’re talking to them, they tell you that in order for them to pull your credit and do everything, they need you to sign off on the deal which says you’re gonna spend 500 bucks on RefiJet to do the loan, if they end up helping. And I didn't know that. At the end of the loan, I noticed my loan went up 500 bucks and that was the reason why. But I lowered my interest rates two points. So, it was a plus to me. But I wish that I had known that up front. Still, RefiJet provided good quality service and was great to work with.

Max did a great job in explaining everything that was incorrect which needed to be corrected, so applying with RefiJet didn't take very long. He was good with getting in touch with me and making sure I got the right paperwork set up. I had to do the license, proof of title, odometer, description of the vehicle, VIN, and proof of insurance. Uploading the documents wasn't confusing to me but they had to send back a couple of them because the guy who stamped them used white out and he was not supposed to do that. He messed up when he reviewed the documents. Other than that, the process took about a week and a half to complete and overall, RefiJet did a great job.

The rep, Brian, helped me out very well, and the application process went fast, but it would have gone faster if I wouldn’t have signed with a purple pen by mistake. I thought the pen was blue. Other than that, I had a beautiful experience. I'm gonna do business with Refi again in another six months or a year when the rates go back down.

The refinance process took a couple of days because the first thing that the insurance company sent wasn't good enough. The credit union wanted a different approval thing on the insurance because they put down the lien holder's name, but they did not put down the address of that. The credit union is at different locations, so they wanted it at their location. It took a while to get that since I had to go back and send the insurance company a copy of what the credit union was asking for, then they got it sent out. It took us about five days to get all the paperwork done for the credit union and so far, I've had calls from them. But I still don't know if it was all approved.

For the process, it was not a lot of work on my side. It was easy. Once my loan person was working with me, she provided me the documents. She gave me all the links. She gave me instructions on what to do. And she even walked me through it. I can call that lady up and my handler, and she would have the answers for me quickly. I even told her that I will be contacting her again should I decide on another vehicle. I got her number on my speed dial. So, I will call her. RefiJet should have more advertisements to give a person more confidence in them. Other than that, it all went well and within the time limit that it was discussed and how long the process would take.

I went on a website to refinance my vehicle and then a bunch of options came up. RefiJet was the first one to reach out to me regarding my search. A couple other ones reached out to me, but they weren't able to do anything. RefiJet was able to find me the best rate and they found someone that approved me. The loan officer was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about, what I needed, and what I was going to accept and not accept. So, he worked with me to find someone who was gonna move forward with my application. The rates and terms were good. I was looking to lower my payment too, but that didn't work out. Instead I was able to get gap insurance included with the same payment I was paying, but my interest rate is lower. I'd tell others to reach out to RefiJet and to work with them and see what they can do for them as well.

My experience with RefiJet was great. Right now, my old lender is saying that they didn't receive the payoff. So, I'm working with them to see where that's at. Refi sent it to Dealertrack. Then Dealertrack sent it to my old lender, but they're stating that they didn't receive it. I sent over the receipt. Megan has been helping me out with it. So, she's been great. I would use RefiJet again if I need to refi.

I went through Lending Tree to see what I can do about refinancing my vehicle. Within minutes of pressing enter, I was overinundated with calls, texts and eMail. Non stop. I took a few days and settled on RefiJet. Spoke with Gabriel. His spiel was that I would only speak with 1 agent, making it a more personal experience. I had 4 conversations, all with 4 different people. He said that all of my info looked great and that he had a few lenders in mind. I asked to only send to 1 as I didn't want a lot of hard hits on my credit. He said he had 1 in mind that could accommodate my high LTV, which was at 142%. He said he is sending it to 1 lender that goes up to 170%. I asked what bureau they use. He told me Experian. Less than 5 minutes after I hung up, I received a notification that my Trans Union was hit, Not Experian. Trans Union.

The application process was great and my terms are very acceptable. It took three days max to find me the right lender. I was completely satisfied. They're very professional. Their rep Eric was a really good guy and I liked his service. He did a fantastic job.

I've been trying to build my credit report. I looked at Credit Karma, and I knew what I owed on my vehicle. I saw RefiJet on my Credit Karma app, and when I called them, I spoke with a rep, Jordan. He was very nice and timely with everything. He was accurate in what he was telling me as well. I explained to him, “Hey, I'm in a position I'd like to refi not one, but two vehicles. Is it a possibility?” He started immediately, pulled things up and said, “It's a go ahead.”

RefiJet happened to be the lowest monthly payment. Also, they were fast and knowledgeable, and helped out a lot. Walked me through because I didn't know what I was doing. Also, the rate was cut in half and our loan payment was cut down a bit. Use RefiJet. They're awesome.

The price was good. And the process was easy. The people that work with me were very helpful. They would not easily give up on me. And they gave me a different option. They text me. It was easy to communicate with them. I have already recommended some of my friends to RefiJet.

All in all, the process took almost a month, but that was on purpose because I was adding additional funds down. RefiJet was awesome. The first part of the process took 24 hours. Then when I deposited the funds, it took another 24 and it was done. What they were asking for was easy. The communication was amazing. They were texting if I needed something. Another thing that was nice was I could email or even text the one person that I worked with which made life so much simpler. Refying auto loans can be a real pain but it was simple with RefiJet. They were transparent on the rate. They also gave me a couple of options with banks.

This was the easiest loan process I had ever went through with the vehicle. I thought it was gonna be a pain in the rear end but RefiJet made the experience very easy. Everything was done online. The rep was very helpful. He answered all my questions.

RefiJet was one of the top companies and they had a lot of good reviews so I gave them a call. The experience was pretty easy. They answered the questions I had and most of them were answered fast. Everything went online with the process. They sent me everything I needed to send back to them. I sent those back and the person that was helping me would keep in touch if I needed anything else. Everything went smoothly.

The rep I worked with was Fred. He was great. He called me one time. He said, "What's the best way to communicate?" I told him I would prefer text because I was super busy with work. Communication with him was almost daily. The reason that I went with him is 'cause when I did the LendingTree, my phone was blowing up with people calling and it was getting to a point where I was like, “I'm not even gonna try and refinance anymore.” It was so frustrating. I told him that I was still getting inundated with calls. He sent me the link through LendingTree to get removed from that. He was really a great representative. The whole process through RefiJet was really a great experience.

RefiJet was very thorough, helpful, and friendly. They made it simple, the way they do it now, with doing it online and scanning it on your phone. And it's easier than in the past. It speeds things up. The rate could have gone a bit lower, but I was happy with what I had. Even after the process, I had to call and inquire about my title and they were helpful then. I wasn't in the process or a customer anymore, but they were very helpful.

RefiJet was very helpful, very informative, and I was able to get the ball rolling quickly. I gave them all my information, they checked with lenders to get me the best rate, and we went from there. It was great. It lowered my payments by $150. My interest rate dropped in half. So, I was happy about it. I would definitely recommend RefiJet to anybody who's looking to refinance.

People are still sending me stuff and their rates are still higher than what RefiJet gave me.

You need to pursue RefiJet, because they do a great job. The reps were very professional. They made refinancing very easy to do. And for somebody who doesn't have much time, that worked out well. One rep handled things on the up and up and kept me informed all the way through of what would happen, what needed to happen, and what I had to provide and when. All the way around, complete professional. The main reason for refinancing was to get the interest rate down from what it originally was, and RefiJet far exceeded that. They said they could, and they delivered. They cut it in half.

RefiJet was straightforward with everything. They told me what was what, based on my credit. They came back with the results in the timeframe. That was very surprising. Everything went through very smoothly. Gazelle was very cordial right through the whole thing. And she said she would call at a certain time, she did. She said she would give me an update, she did. She was straight up with everything. I like good customer service and they were giving it, so I went with them. My interest rates overall have been lowered for my car. That was something I was working towards. So, that's good. I put back a few dollars and it's not a lot but it was more than what others were planning on giving back. A lot of people did not even want to touch me, so that's good. Go with RefiJet.

The process of working with RefiJet was smooth and they were on top of it. I now have lower monthly payments since refinancing.

RefiJet had me, when I first bought the car, a ridiculous rate of 24%. But my credit score is getting better. When Brace called me, he was very professional and knew his numbers. I was impressed with him. And the fact that he didn't pressure me. He said, “If you're still interested, then keep in contact with me and let me know what you've decided.” And we went back and forth. He walked me through it. I sent him all the things he asked me for. And he got right back to me. He didn't drop the ball at all. He's the best. And he's a nice guy.

It took one day to complete the application process and they did well. I was happy. Everything came out okay.

The process that I had to go through took about three days. It was good. I would definitely refer them to my friends and relatives.

The person that I was dealing with got back to me quickly. And it seemed like it was an easier process. I'm no longer leasing a vehicle, and now I own it with the bank. I would recommend that you go through RefiJet.

From beginning to end, working with RefiJet was very smooth. Their guy told me, “...Our company is not going to ask you for a copy of your social security number or your social security card. Our company is not going to ask for X, Y and Z.” We went over the paperwork one day and on that same day, I was signed with them. I was happy with RefiJet because anything we talked about, the rep Jesse was walking me through it. I was at a 22% and paying almost 400. Now I'm down to 15.9 and I pay only 277 so that's a lot better. I was trying to get my husband to get a refinance loan through RefiJet. But because his interest rate is so low, they won't do it.

The process with RefiJet was perfect. Everything was very easy. I like their patience. They slowed down, explained it to me and we proceeded forward. However, the payoff on their end took longer than it was supposed to. As a result, I had to make an extra car payment.

The application process with RefiJet was simple and the total process took about 10 days. Once I submitted the documents, they could have let me know that they’ve received everything and that I’m good to go. That would have been great because it was more of me reaching out to them. But Jordan, the rep I worked with, was solid, friendly and knowledgeable.

Zach, the rep, was helpful. He and I communicated over the phone and he sent me portals and I sent documents. I also had help from another guy. He was great, too. RefiJet made the financing simple and working with them made life nice because it was right around the holidays and I got to skip my car payments till after the 1st of the year.

The reps were very communicative and walked us through the process. RefiJet lowered our monthly interest rate as well as our monthly payments. So, two in one. We have a family of five. It’s financially a huge impact on all aspects. They were able to meet my needs and expectations.

The customer service was superb. RefiJet made it seem like I was just talking to a friend. They were still professional. But they were cool and laid-back. In a couple of days, I had the answer. It was fast. And the whole process as far as paperwork, because I had another party on the car that I was taking her name off who lives out of town, they emailed it to me and one day I shipped it to her, printed it off. All the paperwork took a week to get everything finalized.

I put my information in online, and after that, they came back with an option or two. I didn’t have a lot of time and so we just proceeded from there. It was pretty good. They told me quite a bit about the lender. It was a pretty easy process. They didn’t want to waste my time and I really appreciated that the most.

When I spoke to RefiJet, the representative was very cooperative and informal. He pretty much notched everything into details and pretty much convinced me the way everything was worked out. I'm pretty happy with what was offered to me.

The process went pretty smooth. They helped me find a different loaner. They did a pretty good job on that. They looked around, and I said I was firm on the numbers that I wanted. At first, they tried to push me to what they had and I completely rejected that. But after I was firm on that, they got me pretty close to what I was looking for. I was satisfied with that. But I'm still wondering what's going on with my title. I still need my title. I normally have to reach out to them, which I don't like because everybody says they'll call you back and don't give me a specific timeframe. So I've called them two weeks ago to see what was going on but they didn't have much information. But now, it's been a little bit while, so I'm gonna give them a call back about my title.

Once I made the application, I got a phone call. The was straightforward and I appreciated that. I had to give them the car name, the VIN number, the type of card, and who my insurance company was. It took a few days, and they called me back and told me that it had been approved. And so far, everything has been fine, except I have not received my title. I enjoy working with RefiJet because they were very professional. They were cordial whenever they called or whenever I called them and it was a very pleasant experience.

A couple of people that I worked with were helpful and nice. Just a lot of paperwork, but that's to be expected. A lot of email stuff coming back and forth. Doing the DocuSign. But it went okay. But I had to get my girlfriend off it because three months prior to that, I got a better offer. But I couldn't show my income, so I had to wait three months to show income, and the rates and payment went up and I wasn't happy about that. Other than that, everything was good.

I went with RefiJet because the interest rate was lower than the others. Once I that I was going to go with RefiJet then it was very simple. They answered all my questions. I liked How knowledgeable they were. And they've been helpful.

RefiJet did an excellent job. Things that we didn't know about, we asked. Some things that I felt I didn't agree on, they explained it to us. The rate and terms were better than what we were doing.

I talked with a gentleman by the name of Zack at RefiJet and he was very informational. The application process went pretty quickly and from application to approval, it took about three weeks. Working with them helped a lot and I would recommend it to anybody who's wanting to go through the same process.

RefiJet popped up, and I've been dealing with Joey. He has been awesome. He helped me out a lot through the whole process. I felt comfortable. I thought I was doing good with 7.05, but they showed me 5.5 was better. They got me a better APR. They took good care of me. I would give others Joey's number and tell them to call him. He said he works throughout the United States. So, I told my sister about it. They said she has to wait before she can refinance. But she's got the information.

When I first reached out, RefiJet had to contact me back for whatever reason and their rep contacted me back pretty quickly. He was really pleasant to work with and was really detailed. He was asking me what I was after, the whole reason behind me even seeking out refinancing options, then once I've clarified that with him, he worked with me really well. With the options at hand, where I wanted to be financially still wasn't there and he went up and beyond a little bit more. He gave me a lot of options in that process and it was a matter of time of negotiating it out. He did all of that, made it real simple and easy for me to where he did all the work, then I had to wait a few days for feedback and selected which option I wanted. It was Monday when I reached out to them and we had a conclusion by the following Monday. I got everything that I wanted to accomplish, and the rate and terms that I got were fair.

I'm telling everybody to refinance with RefiJet. Working with them knocked off 100 off my car note and the process was fast because I knew what I wanted. The rep recommended the gap insurance was optional in case something happened. She also explained about the depreciation and what it covered.

RefiJet respected everything that I needed and the price that I wanted to pay for the refinance was the price that they gave me. We did electronic signatures during the application process and they talked me through the whole process. So, it was easy and from application to approval, it took a week because that eSign went right there. They did a great job and all I did was call them. I talked to Joseph who was the manager and everything went good. Even when he wasn't there and one of his associates answered the phone, they answered me right away and I didn't have to wait. I would tell my friends to call them right now.

It was extremely easy to apply for an auto loan refinance with RefiJet. I've achieved what I was looking for when I used them, so I was happy with my experience.

Plus, I had a terrible credit score and they got me a great interest rate. All in all, the experience was amazing and I'd advise others to go to RefiJet.

I love RefiJet. I told them what I was looking for, and they added extra things they thought I wanted to have, but I went in and told them I didn’t want certain things. They advised the pluses on it, but I said, “No, right now, it won’t be to my advantage.” They didn’t shop my credit around. It was a great experience all around. I could text them, call them, and they were right there. If the sales rep that I was dealing with was not around, I could deal with someone on his team. They have the notes there, so they can pick up where that prior salesman and I left off. The guy I dealt with, Seth, was great.

RefiJet was ok to deal with initially. I obtained 2 auto loan refinances through them and they try to sell you a auto repair warranty at the time of the loan. They do offer you different rates/terms based upon if you buy their warranty. I did purchase the warranty on one vehicle before realizing that the vehicle already had a transferable warranty that was purchased with the vehicle. I have tried to cancel the warranty through RefiJet as that is the only way to get a refund. I was promised a prorated refund. This was over six months ago. I still have not received the refund. RefiJet directs you to a person responsible for dealing with this, as it seems it happens quite frequently. This person is very difficult to get a hold of and I still have not received my refund. So buyer beware on purchasing the extended warranty through RefiJet even though they do push hard for you to purchase it.

I had a good representative, and he walked me through everything. It was smooth. I’m the type who's always on the go and I'm always in a hurry, so that helped a lot just being able to communicate in between breaks. I would recommend RefiJet. Things went through as good as I could have planned and it was simple. Also, I had a payment of $930, and it went down to $683 at a 6% interest rate.

RefiJet did their job. They said they would find me a provider for my loan and they did. They did a good service. They were more honest about it. I'm very pleased it has come along well. I'm in the process of trying to receive a personal loan from Hughes Finance and they're talking to me about, if I wanted to refinance some of my other personal loans or credit cards, they'd be glad to talk to me. Filling the application out and sending it in was simple. It was dragging on too at first, like what RateGenius did with me. But they turned around and suddenly came up and said, "Everything's fine. You just got to sign this paperwork and you're done."

The refinance lingered on after the first week a little, but the very beginning was really good. It was quick and easy, but overall, the timeline and rate could be improved a little. I was offered a lower rate with my credit union, but I was leaving them ‘cause they were asking me for an additional insurance when I already had insurance. My rate jumped up a little just ‘cause I don't want to deal with them anymore.

The representative was great. He walked me through everything after the initial setup online, then after that, everything was step-by-step, very helpful. It was taken care of within six days total, and it was very seamless. It went very smoothly with the other banks that accepted the refi, and the rate and terms was a lot better than I had. It dropped about 3%.

My auto refinance took a little longer than I was hoping, but it wasn't bad and communication was there. People sent me text messages or emails, mostly by text. It worked very well. The rate and terms are right where I expected too. The market’s been going up, so everything else goes up with it.

The reps were on top of it. If they sent me anything, they let me know that it was out there for me to go look at it and do it. I could not have asked for any better to help. Look into it, contact RefiJet, and see what they have to offer for you.

I called RefiJet. I liked what I heard, and I went with them. They were fast on everything. And great customer service overall. They answer my questions, at least when I called back. If I couldn't get ahold of my agent, they would at least answer my questions very fast.

I went online to see how to refinance a car. RefiJet popped up and they reached out to me after I put in my information. Refinancing the car was a little bit of a struggle because you have to get documents and upload them online. The process took three weeks because I had to mail stuff out and they had to mail stuff back to me too. They needed my signatures.

I got a better rate with RefiJet than anybody else. I've refinanced three times with them over the years. I gave them all my information and they got back to me pretty fast. They tell me about the price and they're pretty accurate on that. RefiJet was good to deal with.

RefiJet knew what my monthly note was on my truck and they had listed what I could possibly lower it to. I went through the process with them and that went good. I was happy with the note and with who they connected me with. The only thing was I would have liked to have stayed with the same representative. I understand that whenever you move through different steps, there might be different people that are over the next step. The first person I talked to was just getting me signed up and the next person was over the next step. I ended up talking to three or four people. I would leave messages for one that I've talked to but there was the main one that I ended up dealing with.

My experience with RefiJet was okay. The process took about a week and a half but everything went through. The rates were a lot better than what I had, which is great. Give RefiJet a call.

It took a little longer for me to hear back. But I know that that is normal with all the different finance options. And RefiJet picked a great one for me. I’m very happy with the new rate. And it was right on point. The reps always let me know what was coming through and what I needed to do. The directions were very clear. They were very informative. If my family ever had any refinance needs, they would definitely consider the same program, because it was very smooth.

I filled out an application and RefiJet called me back ASAP and asked me questions, what I was looking for. And they helped me good through the whole deal. It was so good that I thought it was a scam. So, I took the chance and everything he said, he did, and I got a reply through emails. And when they started telling me information about me, that was when I said, "Okay, we're on the same page right now. Everything was up-to-date as far as the signing online and all that Docusign. Everything was in a way I was told and they helped me out a lot with questions that I had and I should be receiving a gap insurance check, and everything came through. So, I'm happy with everything.

Refinancing with RefiJet took roughly two weeks which was a shorter time than with other companies. Also, I spoke with other people and I did not like what they offered me. But RefiJet was able to walk me through the process and after, I was able to make my decision. I like the system that they're using, which was so easy to use, and their customer service. The person I was speaking with would tell me what we needed and I was able to do it. Aside from that, the rate I got was a little bit high, but it was still good.

I've used RefiJet a few times over the last few years and they're incredible. They are so easy to deal with. This particular gentleman I work with is on fire. I've referred at least three or four people to him. My credit isn't exactly where it was the first few times I used them, so the first bank didn't accept. They had a higher interest rate. The second bank was able to beat the interest rate. It was fast and easy. I like that the guys keep up with me throughout the process. They text me or email me. I'm about to use RefiJet again.

RefiJet is amazing. They're one of the best companies that I ever worked with. From day one, the rep gave me expectations how long it was gonna take and told me what was going to happen. She asked me what my goals were. I laid all my goals that I was looking for a lower interest rate. She collected all my information, got all my documents and what I needed to do on my end to get everything moving as fast as possible. I got everything in. She was very timely. Anytime I texted or emailed her, she would be responsive within the hour or even give me a call.

The RefiJet rep I worked with was a nice guy. Everything went by the book. The rate and terms were also good. It was cheaper than what I had.

It was the easiest refinance with RefiJet. I tried to refinance about two months before and it was such a hassle. But Jonathan was so good. He wasn’t pushy. Instead, he was encouraging. He has excellent customer service. He should train people.

Everything was really smooth. My rep Steven was great and the process was very quick. The paperwork was very easy to fill out. I got exactly what I was looking for - a lower monthly rate.

I had an issue with Chase saying they never received the payment for the takeover of the loan. RefiJet put me on a three-way phone call and fought Chase until they were ready to say they already received the payment. Then, anything else was dealt with without having to take time out of my day. RefiJet was awesome.

I stuck with RefiJet because the guy that I was talking to, Justin, was very patient, helpful, and professional. I like great customer service. The process was easy once I got out of ChexSystems that I didn't know I was in. Justin had to talk to the bank with me on the phone. Justin was constantly checking up and letting me know every step of the way, “This is gonna happen. They're gonna send you this. I need you to sign this and you need to do it like this.” I liked that he talked to me every step of the way. Even when I was waiting to get out of ChexSystems, he was texting me and was on it.

When RefiJet showed the interest rate, they were lower than the other company. The process was done in less than a week. RefiJet is a legit company and their customer service is awesome.

RefiJet made everything I had to accomplish straightforward, quick and easy. Everybody was helpful and answered questions.
