My experience has been very good with Lili. I liked the options they had. Also, it has been nice to be able to have everything right there online. It has been easy to take and wire money. I like where there's not a charge on wire transfers like some other banks take and do, because a lot of my transactions are wire transfers. Also, Lili has been good on anything I've had to call with.

My experience with Lili has been great. I like that they don't really charge a monthly fee. I highly recommend it. It's been great. I'm currently learning the platform.

A buddy of mine has a business account with Lili and I was looking to open up a business account for my company as well. I signed up about two months ago and at first, it was a little difficult to get all the information that I was going to be needing, whether it was routing or account numbers. But after a while, now that I've been online a couple of times, it's fine. I like the online payments via international wires. That's something that I'll be using in the future. Currently, I'm mainly using the card for payments that I can do for the company. I've also looked at the features that come with different packages and I'll be looking into that too.

I wish they had a better option that I could do direct deposit to my employees though. That would be awesome. I have no issues transferring money between accounts if I need to do that. Everything's been seamless and smooth. My deposits are always available, usually, earlier than normal. It makes it easy to track transactions. I love the app. It's easy to understand. The only thing I don't like is waiting for my checks to clear.

Lili is a good start for a bank account. It has been a good experience so far. My sister said Lili had no fees. Also, the only thing I had to get was the EIN to sign up. It was simple and quick. They give you notifications of the balance and they send quick alerts. However, when I transferred some money over there, it took three days. But it's because of user error. I'm maybe not using the method that's the fastest to switch money over to that account.

You can take pictures of receipts, so you don't have to keep the receipts, or at least you have that backup just in case, and it lets you categorize your transactions. I also like that I can put through payment requests, or I can have a check sent out if I want a business check sent out. The flexibility in payments is easy. You can do the ACH, or you can do a wire transfer. You can do pretty much however you wanna do it. It's nice to have everything in one spot because it's overwhelming enough having a business and trying to keep everything together. It makes it a lot easier. It's been a great experience so far with Lili. If you're looking for a specialized account for small business, I would recommend Lili.

When you put a check in, it clears, and you're able to use your funds instantly. They have fast turnaround service. They're the best.

It was very easy to do banking with Lili. I do checking and savings with them. The only thing I don’t like is depositing. There's a limit to how much I can deposit per day. It's capped at $1,000. So, if I have money that I need to deposit, I have to do $1,000 increments every day instead of just one lump sum.

Lili has been good so far. We were trying to utilize, for a small business, a checking account that wouldn't charge $1,000 to just have $500 every month. Everything just seemed seamless with Lili. The fact that I can move something from a checking to a savings account is cool.

The name "Lili Banking" is catchy. I liked their name, and that was what interested me to open up to see who they were. When I ran across it, I said, "Let me read up on it." When I read up on it, I found out they were around less than two years. It started with 100 accounts and then it went global. So, that was amazing for that aspect to go global in a short period of time. I was amazed how fast they turned around and grew. That's big. If they can grow that fast in a short period of time, then they're somebody I want to grow with and to deal with the next 10 years.

I did and I now have a pre-checking and a debit card with Lili. Lili's service is pretty self-help sufficient. It works good. It's a good online banking platform.

But it's hard to get in contact with Lili today. I've been calling since 9 o'clock, and I haven't gotten in touch with anybody. Overall, my experience has been okay. I like that I can see invoices.

You can downgrade your plan directly. You need to put in a request. I had two instances where I needed support, and the support was not great. I'm considering canceling.
