    I bought a prepaid card years ago. I asked them to delete my account from prepaid card bought in CVS drug store. Years later they still won't. I emailed BBB & FTC. Still keeping a account for some reason. Yet it's fraud. I don't do biz there and card has had nothing on it for years!!!!

    Do not open an account with these people. They are very unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. I signed up for direct deposit and they told me I needed to contact my company to change a code which made zero sense. Go somewhere else.

    WOW recd 2 debit cards in mail... Never activated them but found they were being used... NOT BY ME. Almost impossible to communicate problem with CSA on phone... FRAUD FRAUD. Beware. There is someone who has hacked into the GO2 Bank.

    I used this card to get my direct deposit for the first time from the temp service I've worked with many timesn. Never had issues getting my deposits until I used the card. It shows the job sent the money but I never got it then the customer service keep saying they have no record of no deposits so they keep saying I need to address job!!! No. GO2bank has stolen my money. Do not deal with them. 92 dollars was all it was for one day pay and they took it. How are they doing this.

    Do not get this card, bad!!!! Well bad. They never answer the phone. I telling you do not get. They are **. We got these cards to buy Christmas gifts for our family and now we are out lots of money!!!!! Most people today can not afford to lose money. Beware of this scam,,,,, Do not buy the cards.

    They have messed up I can't get my money because they have locked my account. I'm very pissed about it. Because someone from UnitedHealth tried to make a deposit and they said it was fraud. Why blame me? That's screwed up!!!! But anyway, I have to get hold of the originator, which is the treasury department, because it's my social security money, I need it.

    Horribly outrageous. Purchased 2 cards on was preactivated with my knowing until I notified bank card is defective. They says no funds on account that is because when try to activate card then was disallowed then I call bank. They don't find me credible. I am l fighting this matter.

    I have had problems since I first got this bank with the app and cashing my checks, That's the only problem and they haven't done anything about it. I have told me concerns on the app but nothing. My hubby has no issues with the app. I just wish they would try to fix this problem.

    My opinion of them was ok at first, it has dropped drastically in a short period of time. Close to 500$ is missing from account. The party my account says it went to, says they do not have it but my account shows that's where it went. Several hangup calls have happened over this. Go2 will not listen and only say, "We are so sorry for inconvenience."

    Worst customer service I've ever experienced in 43 years. BEWARE! These CSRs are overseas and they have no issue with telling you that you're a "white piece of shit" so they openly practice racist rhetoric. I called four times just to change a phone number that's it and the ignorant customer service reps (2- 1 male,1 female) aren't intelligent enough to change a phone number after verifying my personal information. No instead what they're going to do is they're going to transfer you to a alleged supervisor who is going to pick up the phone and mute the call and let it sit there in silence listening to whatever you're doing on the phone waiting for them until they get tired of waiting and they're just going to hang up on you. It doesn't matter how many times you call, how nice you are, how Stern you are, they're just going to hang up after about 15 minutes of waiting for speaking to supervisor.

    And on top of that the racial slurs are just a cherry on top. I called tonight October 7th 2025 and the male who I spoke to last two times thought that it was necessary to call me ** piece of s*** and talk over the top of me when I told him I did not want to wait on hold again when I had waited on hold three times prior for 15 minutes apiece. They just open a can of worms that don't wish that they never did coz I will be contacting the ACLU and a Better Business Bureau as well every other avenue that I can possibly take to at least clean house and hire some new people that know what customer service and it's definition are because these people are the worst I've ever dealt with in my 43 years on this planet.

    If you're smart you are not going to let these people handle your money. It's just a prepaid account that you can get with dozens of other reliable, reputable Banks and or digital financial services online that have a clue how to change 10 digits. Bancorp and Green Dot should be ashamed of the people they have representing their brands especially this Go2bank and its group of bigots and racists who assume all ** people are pieces of s***. I'm going to take this as far as I need to so that I get some action and people replaced and held accountable for the racism and blatant disrespect. Avoid GO2BANK. You will be glad you did trust me.

    This "bank" does not permit transfers to other banks. Regardless of the balance in your account, access is limited to $3,000 per month, and spending is capped at $10,000 monthly. Wire transfers are not available. Should you try to close your account, the sole option is to receive a check within 2-3 weeks. It is advisable to steer clear of this company at all costs. They are not a bank; they are engaging in deceptive practices.

    Please I'm yelling to not use this bank. It's called "We are cons." GO2YUCK Bank. They stole $166 then $500 from my account. They lie and Better Business Bureau is shutting this company down. They will be no more so please don't use them.

    Go2 Bank are thieves. I bought a visa card. I added the money at the store. I went home and tried to activate it and could not. I called customer service and all you get are disrespectful men from India. They were rude and hung up when they were questioned. Then someone told me I was scammed and they refused to help recover any money. DO NOT use this bank as you will lose whatever you have. Customer service is all in India and they talk down you as well as accuse you of doing something wrong. So disgusted and out money. They steal people's hard earned money.

    This bank on a scale 1 to 10 and ten being the worst. This bank would score a 15 because I believe there's nothing worse from the lying worthless customer service to the laziest managers. I'm surprised this establishment is able to stay open. Actually no I'm not surprised because are steady stealing people's money or holding it hostage. So don't bank at GO2. Go 2 somewhere else to bank.

    GO2bank gave a debit card to a scammer with a fictitious SS # and email address. They then used that card to hack into my Paypal and withdraw money from my bank account. If they had more security features and had checked the person's social security number with their physical ID this would never had happened. Be careful with this Bank. Their security measures are not very good. Scammers will use this bank to take your money. When I called to complain they got upset and hung up on me just because I could not provide the entire account number of the person scamming me. Paypal only gives the last four digits of the card number.

    Worst bank ever. Can’t close the account. Do not even waste your time or money with this bank. Not even affiliated with the Better Business Bureau. Do not use GreenDot because they are one and the same. That is how I was stuck with this bank.

    Still haven't received direct deposit, check stub, said it was sent. I'm thinking that they kept it and telling me that they never received it and I desperately need my deposit. Are they fraudulent? NOT Happy at all.

    This bank allows scammer to open accounts and trick employers to deposit payroll checks then close their accounts. This happened to my business and when you try to reach go to bank, there's no one that will even speak with you. In my opinion, they are complicit in these illegal activities, allowing scammers to use their platform to scam others out of money. Be warned stay. Not a bank for honest credible people or businesses. Here we have informed the FBI who are formally looking into this bank.

    I purchased the card to only be given some screen filter saying that the card was invalid. I haven't been able to activate the card nor directly speak to any customer service reps!!! I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau!!

    Don't waste your time unless you love paying fees for everything you do and fees for the nothing they do. I've been sent 3 different cards. Can't use any of them but my money is just going to them for their monthly maintenance fees. If it wasn't such a small amount of money I have left there I would raise hell. But I'm commenting to let others know there's so many other apps that actually work and don't charge you for anything. This isn't one. I would give zero stars if I could.

    I purchased a GO2 card. The card has been blocked. I used the app. It never helped. I called customer service and they were rude and didn’t fix my card. They hung up instead of fixing my card. It has been 3 months and I still haven’t been able to use my card. They took my 100.00 dollars. Changed me $5 a month. My card is at 85.00 dollars now and I have not been able to use it. Customer service has not fixed the problem. Call after call. I am on my 3rd month. Lost my money. I will never get anything from go2 bank again!! I am getting ahold of the Better Business Bureau. My children and I had to use our light bill money to cover the loss. Now our electricity is shut off. My food is spoiling and go2bank still has my money on a card that will not work. For 3 months now! I will never use Go2bank again!

    My overdraft protection was reinstated one day then the next day it was suspended without me even using it. Their explanation was I reached my overdraft limit in the billing cycle and bring my account to a positive balance which my account was never overdrawn cause I just recently got paid. I don't know it's just weird and I never resolved my issue, just left it alone, got real irritated and just hung up. SMH. Need better service and understanding on Go2 Bank part. Look at image below and you will see what I'm talking about!!!!

    I filed a dispute for 2 fraudulent withdrawals from my account in the amount of $390. I filed a police report and provided the information to GO2BANK. 3 days later, they denied my claim. I am still trying to recover my money. I have spent the last 2 weeks trying to speak with a live agent. Poor customer service! I have filed with BBB and Consumer Credit.

    Go2 Bank Is a complete joke. I had someone steal my account no and make over 600 in purchases. They make you go thru this stupid dispute paperwork telling me they have to do an investigation and it could take 90 days. I have to fill out the paperwork within 10 even though I have no idea what they bought or how much, they tell me and I fill it out. I call them a couple days later they inform me they have already made their decision and they deny me claim. They say because the scammers used my email account and debit card no I had to of made the charges. I was like what I have called you about for the last 4 days. I have asked you for help due to the fact I cannot get into my account. My phone no has changed and I cannot get into that email. Your customer service just says, "Sorry we cannot help you with that." Due to the fact the scammers used my info I must have done it. What do you think scammer do? This place is a joke. Do NOT use this place!!

    I purchased a card yesterday at the store and deposited funds. After I activated the card a smaller window popped up containing False information!!! I was trying to make an online payment for my internet and it declined about 3 times. I reached out to GO2bank through chat and after I let her know what was going on. This person kept repeating the same answer every time I sent a reply so a good 8 times [you need to provide the documentation required for access to the account*. I sent them the screenshot of the pop up message I received because I chose not to verify my identity because I don't have an ID on me....both the app and desktop site provided me with the same alert that my account was considered limited featured and this included me having access to view my balances and use the money in the account!!!!

    The chat agent clearly was not interested in helping me at all. In fact I am sure she blocked my acct because I advised them I was going to call instead, by the time the agent answered it was already locked and he kept repeating the same thing as the chat agent. I needed to provide documentation in order for me to use my money, he also told me that my transactions were declining because I had the temporary card. I repeated myself to him for a good 15 minutes and he was trying to help or at least it felt like it to me. I felt he had sympathy not empathy! When we purchase temp cards you can use your funds as soon as you activate it. The identity verificatiojn is needed if and when you request your personal card! Again the system itself provided me with the features limited features that were available to me. USE THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT MAKE PURCHASES!

    So why the hell are their agents locking my account because I decided for one of the 2 available options they provided me with (app, system). Agent also told me I could not make purchases nor withdraw money from my card because since it needed to use a pin and that is only available when they send me my personal card!!! Wth so I have to wait until I receive my personal card!? I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO USE THE FREAKING TEMP CARD!

    Seriously this company is just horrible and I know the whole "the customer is always right" crap has been misused and abused but in this case I provided the proof I was talking or chatting with a brick wall. I asked to speak with a manager and they told me they were going to tell me the same thing they had already provided me with to upload an id! I DON'T NEED TO ACCORDING TO THEIR SYSTEM. WTH. This is so crazy. No they, made me feel crazy, seriously people we don't need to be dealing with companies like this. Choose another one because Go2bank could give 2 F's about their potential clients!

    This particular bank account is absolute trash!!!! Very very frustrating getting locked out of my own account multiple times making call for my balance…. Don’t waste your time!     This is by far the worse so called bank that I have ever dealt with. I CAN'T ACESS MY MONEY WHEN IT IS POSTED ON MY ACCOUNT. THEY TOOK EXTRA 75 OUT OF IT AND MADE MY ACCOUNT GO IN OVERDRAFT. Now they say they can't do anything but they telk me every month that nothing is pending, blame it on the merchant but in reality it's their fault. Now they say it could be the 14th before they release my money. I thought that they never held deposits but they are not saying why a extra 75 was taken out of my account and held by them. No one will tell me. They blamed it on the merchant.
