Brandon was great helping us refinance our home to get cash out. He was the reason we really went with new day and was awesome at communicating and keeping us involved throughout the process. The loan process and ordering the appraisal went really fast. I think this was the best home lending experience I have ever had out of 6-7 home loans. Would promote him!

It was my 2nd to refi with New Day. I am a Vietnam veteran in '73 for operation Eagle Pull...We were deployed towards Suez Canal "Yom Kipper"...greatly relieved that the tide turned and we were diverted back to our original position. Sir, I was an "active 81's platoon. Reenlistment into JAG. Your direction into helping the veteran community brought me back into the path you chose. I ran for US Senate for WA...only spoke the truth, the reason I have written what you are reading, Admiral.

Gabe ** and Hunter were absolutely OUTSTANDING!!!! They were there when ever we called. They walked us through everything {we're not techies}. They are pure treasures. They were polite, respectful, calm, all in all just perfect in every way. They are a great addition to your company. They are definitely keepers.

Got our mortgage through NewDay but after refusing to refinance from 2.25% to 6.5% they sold our mortgage after telling us when we originally financed that they wouldn’t. I wish the leadership would look into this and stop saying we are here for the veterans until it isn’t so.

We worked with NewDay representative, Dylan J. **. We felt Dylan did an outstanding job and was available at odd hours to provide information and complete the loan. We are very pleased and plan to do business with NewDay USA in the future and recommend them to others. Thank you.

From day one, NewDay USA could not handle my escrow account, totally incompetent. They could never seem to do the simple task of knowing what my insurance and expenses were and tailoring that to my payment so my escrow account would be right when they were due. Now they have sold my loan to freedom mortgage and prior to selling my loan inadvertently paid a $5200 Insurance bill to a company I have canceled. I am still in the process of getting my refund and all seems to be going well with the insurance company after a three way conversation with new day and the insurance company I have canceled with. New day admitted the wrong payment was their fault and made it the wrong time due to an incompetent staff. I would never do business with NewDay again, and hopefully I will be thankful that they sold my loan to freedom mortgage before this is all over!

Processing of my loan was conducted very professional, patiently and with courtesy. Mr. ** my loan representative was very professional, tolerant and personal oriented. Very thankful and bless that I am a VETERAN with 35 years of service -and recognized. Admiral Lynch and staff you all is doing a Superb Job! Again I want to SAY Thanks for all you DO. This was my request to lower the interest rate on my mortgage loan. The whole process was quick and easy and all my questions were answered immediately. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and respectful. I have thoroughly enjoyed doing business with NewDayUSA. My closing went very smoothly and on time as promised.

Matt is an excellent customer service agent. He helped me every step of the process, and answered every question I had. He has the patience and support for me. At the start of our conversation, I was not sure about changing my mortgage company, which was Navy Federal, but he assured me that it would be good for the loan to pay off my high credit cards that I accumulated over the years.

I have had several VA loans in my 75yrs. This has been the most expensive I have ever experienced. Every week or so I have been requested to go thru another inspection and repair. We got a VA loan 5 years ago on this same house and did not go thru this much anguish and frustration and expense. We were told that we would wind up with $10K in the bank but only got a little over $4K. Plus the payoff in bills was supposed to be complete but several checks was less than actually less than owed an we did not charged on them. I have left messages for Blane ** and he is busy and have not gotten a call back yet. He usually calls back promptly.

He would be an excellent trainer! We can't Thank New Day USA enough! No other organization would have afforded us the generosity you have.

We had a great experience with NewDay USA. Our loan officer Steven ** was on top of his game. Even our realtor gives him kudos for keeping her informed. We have no complaints of any kind. Steven called me almost everyday with an update and explained to me exactly what I needed to do to move the process forward. This was the most easily buying experience I have ever had. It only took about a month to accomplish every thing I needed to do. Talking on the phone with Blake **, my Account Executive, who was outstanding, and a little computer time was all I had to do to furnish them with all the documentation they needed. Blake let me know everything that was being accomplished and where we were at in this process. I have recommended this to some friends and it has changed my way life. We encountered several projects along the way and many of them could have been prevented by doing the simple things like entering all of the income in the beginning rather than waiting to tell us our income didn't meet the requirements. Not to mention telling us the loan would pay 2 days after closing even though my state has a 3 day waiting period.

I was very pleased with the process. Our loan representative Richie **, was very good and he helped us out all along the way with keeping us up to date on information of where we were in the process. We were on vacation for 12 days during the process, but we were able to keep in touch with Richie.

To be a part of New Day has been a learning experience for our household. We were treated with respect and led into a new venture we never expected. We would recommend to anyone who wishes to better their lives to go forth with this program and enjoy the rewards that comes with trusting those willing to help!

Phil ** was completely thorough and professional throughout the process. He communicated with me very well, and had all of the answers. I highly commend his work. The process did take a little longer than initially planned for but that was not his fault. He always communicated with me about how every step was progressing.

A pleasant experience working/coordinating with motivated professionals. Stephen ** kept me informed of the ensuing process every step in the process as well as what to expect in the upcoming steps. I appreciated being kept informed. He responded to my calls/emails typically w/in 24 hours and is very knowledgeable about your company. He managed to persuade/convince me to consider giving up my 2.25% rate for a higher rate; however, with the option to reduce my rate in future and with a boatload of cash to pay off credit card debt. We were given closing date, it was changes again twice with no explanation. In addition I feel that the closing costs are to high. I have closed on several loans and never paid that much. Other than that the process was smooth and without any further issues. No further comments are necessary.

I needed to refinance my debt due to scams. New Day was recommended to me as a Vietnam Vet. They took care of my every need. Was so easy to deal with. Phillip ** has been great - mortgage has been closed and I set up autopay BUT I still have one thing that seems to be a problem with someone failing to complete the final checks I need in order to finish the financial problems I have incurred. When I ask about checks a lot of pointing fingers and blaming someone else. If this is not done quickly, I stand to lose thousands of dollars all because no one wants to do a simple final task. Everything went well except for this and why, I don't know and no one wants to take responsibility. It's always someone else or a different department. I need my checks ASAP, THIS WEEK.
