NewDay USA is an excellent service for the Veterans. They were top notch to deal with. Made everything so easy to accomplish. Highly recommend them to any veteran. Applied for a refinance loan and was able to receive it. They even sent someone to our home to close. They lined up the home inspection, the termite inspection and the closing at our home.

Credit card debt too high. Refinanced to get down outgoing money. We were contacted by NewDay about refinancing. Our home had increased in value and we could pay off high interest rate credit card debt. Use of cards due to high cost living. Due to Biden economics. The service supplied by NewDay as always was of the highest quality and first rate knowledge. Thank you.

This has been a really easy, comfortable, respectful and stress free experience. Cody ** was just great to work with. Everything went really, really smooth from the initial contact, inspection, appraisal and notary--excellent service. Everything went smoot. Only missed the closing by 1 business day. There were a few hiccups but nothing major. The original loan officer was great. The handoff to the second person was not so smooth. A call and email was not returned requiring a call to the original loan worker. Overall the process was really great!

I was then asked if I wanted to do 100% financing or put down 10% and get a better rate. I asked for a few days to weigh the options and I got back to our rep (Mitchell Sinicropi) and told him we would do the 10% down.
The next several weeks brought frustration. I asked about the rate and terms and every time we had the conversation he said he couldn't remember if we were doing 100% or putting down 10%. He also asked what the incentives were from the builder (I shared it with him several times) and so I told him I would have our agent send it to him. This kept dragging on with no commitment until I got a call that we had a closing date. I was then told that putting down 10% would not affect the interest rate and he had no recollection of any incentives from the builder's preferred lender. I went to my email, found the email from our agent and forwarded it to him (he was on the original email). A few days later I asked again about New Day paying some of our closing costs and he said I would have to get a quote from the lender and then they might be able to match it. At this point we were 8 days from our closing date!
Mr. ** wanted us to get a quote from a lender that we were NOT going to use so that they could maybe match the $4,200 towards closing costs and I made it clear that I was not comfortable with that and that if New Day was going to do something why not just do it instead of making me jump through a bunch of hoops. He had no response. In the end we closed due to the time crunch and I believe that New Day covered $150 in our closing cost fees. I feel that I was being delayed intentionally, knowing it was all just a shell game intended to get us too close to our closing date to start the process over again with a new lender. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER recommend or work with New Day USA again. I feel like I was screwed over and that the TV ads about caring about our veterans is simply not true.

I have been lied to and deceived thru this process. Many things were withheld from me that I should have been told about. I have gotten nothing but the run around from Colby. I am very disappointed in the outcome of dealing with your company. This is no way to deal with people.

We had a great experience with New Day, Brandon ** was great to work with. If we had questions he would find the answer. We had a few hiccups along the way and we got them all worked out. Your underwriter did not have a clue about HUD 1 documents. Had no idea. I had to show him where the documents and data is found This maneuver by your company cost me $30000. On numerous Times I had to prove something that had already been done. This is very unprofessional because you deal with veterans every day and for the underwriter not to know facts and have the correct information is lacking on your part.

Most impressive staff with outstanding work ethic. Could not be happier. Solved many problems. This refi has completely changed my financial position and helped in ways that I did not think of when I started the loan process. I was very surprised at all of the additional fees and costs for administrative, title and closing costs for Veterans. Also it took almost 2 months for the entire process. My agent was gone for a week, although I had a replacement it was disruptive. I was told 2 months from closing would be my first payment. I closed 1 Aug.. My mortgage which is 1000 dollars more is a challenge on a fixed income.

They were not truthful from the beginning and made it seem like they were trying to help me when they were not. For example, we discussed that I was going to refinance my home, consolidate my debt and borrow $10,000 cash for repairs with an estimated monthly payment of $1,434. Instead of allowing me to borrow $10,000 cash, they raised the fees for the closing costs and gave me the closing costs.
When I brought it up I was told that I could drop off one of my debts to balance the loan amount. Then they added a $1,350 repair that had to be done from the home inspection and raised my monthly payment to $1,534 which is a lot more for a small amount over 30 years when I mentioned it, I was told that my debt was still getting paid off but really not all of my debt was paid because I had to drop one thing in order to receive the $10,000 that we discussed from the beginning even though it was just the closing cost fees that magically increased to equal right amount.

Finally called after waiting for some time and was glad I did. My husband passed away in 2023 and I was left with vehicle payments as well as the mortgage and several credit cards. I was using money out of a life insurance account that my husband had left me to help cover the bills. I really wanted to consolidate things and stop using the life insurance money. I was able to do that and will be saving around $1400/month. Thank you Andrew ** and NewDay USA.

I was pleased with all the assistance to refinance and pay off all my debt. The person that helped me was great. Michael **. I was able to all the paperwork at home. Everyone I had contact was nice and helpful. If I have contact with a veteran needing assistance in purchasing or needing refinance I will recommend NEW DAY to them.

I was offered one program only to be pulled from me and forced to do a full refi with debt elimination. I only wanted refi, no cash out. And kept on getting almost daily calls the whole time with questions or items needed, sometimes duplicate items. I started with one representative, then with no apparent reason or explanation he was replaced with another gentleman.

They lied to us. They made me get contractors in to do repairs, said they would all be included in the end and would pay contractors and never did. They said they screwed up and forgot to add it in. They cost me $5,800 that I am directly responsible for to pay the contractor that I never wanted to get to begin with. And now the loan specialists will not answer or return any of our phone calls. We are completely dissatisfied with the service that they provided us. The customer service is terrible. They called us every day and now can’t find time to pick up the phone or return our calls and refuse to make their “screw up” right.

Ryan ** was awesome! Professional, courteous, EXTREMELY efficient. NDUSA SAID YES, when banks said no. Ryan continuously stayed in touch with us, "checking in," while our re-fi was in underwriting. Can't say enough about NDUSA and Ryan! Thank you! I contacted NDUSA after seeing your commercial numerous times. And, went for the gold and got it. I would recommend Ryan and NDUSA to any veterans.

Julian Aleksandar ** was a pleasure to work with, promptly and accurately answering any and all questions we had throughout the loan process. The only reason we gave a 4-star review is because of some problems with outside contractors messing up inspection/treatment schedules. We would 10/10 work with NewDay if we ever need to refinance or buy again.

I have the application as that of a drowning man being pulled from the water. I am very happy with the process and the outcome. My loan executive was the best.
