I wanted some gold and silver on hand for the just in case of things. If there was trouble with the monies, I can always trade silver and gold. I checked on Monetary Gold and their reputation, then the rep and I talked back and forth a little. I got the amount that I wanted and didn't pay any fees.

Monetary Gold's customer service has been great. I was very comfortable working with their reps. So far, they've been on top of everything. I don't have any complaints. My purchase came even before they knew it was shipped. We got serviced rapidly. You could buy gold bars from Monetary Gold. You could buy gold coins, squares, and silver coins. Platinum and palladium were even in there. I like that instead of selling it and leaving you high and dry, they stuck with you and you could sell back through them. There seemed to be more like a brokerage service than just a sales service. We owned metals 30 years ago, and I haven't dealt with them since. They're very up-front with what theirs covers and what you get for it. You are paying extra for some of the things they do, but they tell you that up front. So, their price was something that we accepted.

Monetary Gold did good. With the interest rates going down, with the talk on dwindling down the IRAs, I decided to go to gold and silver. Like any investment, it can go up or down. They explained that and I understood that. Also, once a quarter, they get ahold of me and let me know how my investment is doing.

Monetary Gold was great. I used their online platform to look up a couple of things, but mostly, my interface with them was verbal, with phone calls. They were very responsive and worked with me to purchase gold or silver. They did a good job and made good recommendations.

In December 2021, my wife and I worked with Di ** on developing a Gold and Silver Portfolio which has done extremely well since our initial investments. Since that time we have developed a life long friendship with Di. She is trustworthy, professional in every respect, and extremely knowledgeable concering precious metals and the current national events that could have an impact on our long term investments. We are now in the market to add to our portfolio and discussed the matter with Di on October 10, 2024. Having discussed the current events and the possible impact on our investments we have, once again, decided to expand our portfolio with additional investments. I talked to a couple of companies and there was one that sounded good and they said they'd call back and then they never called back. I started looking at more reviews and Monetary seemed to be good. Then, I talked to them and they seemed helpful people. The rep I talked to seemed to have complete answers for me. I also talked to another rep who works in the IRA department and they both seemed on the up and up. They'd give you all the information you ask for. In fact, today I called one of the people and asked him how would I know this isn't really a scam and he went over some stuff with me.

Monetary Gold was offering something I wanted. I checked into different companies about gold IRA and nobody seemed to really have what I wanted. So far, and I'm new to this but they've been nothing but pleasant to deal with. My rep has been great, and everybody I deal with so far has worked really hard to help things along.

Monetary Gold provided the purchase of silver. I purchased 171 five-ounce coins. However, ever since I did the transaction with them, I haven't heard much from them. I have another company that I'm working with, Rosland Capital, and they keep me in as to what is going on with the market. I took the silver that I bought from them and sold it to buy gold because of the expected downturn in silver that was coming in. Didn't want to lose that much money. I was dissatisfied. I was surprised that the other guy was calling me even though I had less money with them and telling me about things. I felt like Monetary Gold would have at least done the same thing, but I didn't hear anything from them. They should keep me more aligned as to what's going on with the market and their clients.

I realized that I probably needed to protect my assets with some precious metals. So I called Monetary Gold and I got ahold of a guy named Nick. I was a little leery at first and initially, I purchased 30,000 Silver and 20,000 Gold. Then lately, I went purchased some more. I'm not big into finances but he was very friendly and I trusted him. He knew what he was talking about. There are a thousand outfits out there that sell precious metal but Monetary Gold has done me right.

I received a big brochure from Monetary Gold in the mail and it was very well done. I'm concerned about the stock market and the banks. I asked for silver and gold in a certain form and they were very good and helpful. So far, I'm impressed with what I've had.

Investing through Monetary Gold was quick and easy, and the reps were always very good. They got it done quick, and I'm happy with them. I went with them because they had the best deal and they do quarterly reviews with their clients, which none of the other companies that I know of do.

Nicholas at Monetary Gold has been great to work with. He asked me if I'd be open to review my equity holdings in metals, and I took a portion of my old retirement account and moved a portion. I was looking to go into metals as safeguard. I gave information to review what my positions were that I have held at my equity in Las Vegas. He gave me some options and advice. He sent me his documentation to back up what he was saying for information and let me review why he was thinking the way he was thinking.

I wanted to invest the last money I had in something that would be protected and that would be safe. I spoke with at least three other businesses selling metals. Monetary Gold wasn't my initial choice to begin with. It was one of the four businesses that I saw, and I called them all and spoke with them all. I checked with the financial adviser that I use here. In fact, I went as far as I wanted to. I wanted my financial adviser to ask somebody from Monetary Gold questions as to their legitimacy. I even checked the Secretary of State's office over here, and even though Monetary Gold wasn't listed, neither were the other ones. So, going with Monetary Gold wasn't an easy choice that I made after researching and reading and talking to people.

The rep, David, was very professional and good to work with. He was very educational and I was impressed with his knowledge and patience. We had a very good experience with Monetary Gold. I got a good vibe from them and I felt the most comfortable with them.

Monetary Gold offered free literature, which was what I was looking for. I signed up for that but they didn't send that. They called to qualify me first, which I understand, but it's a bit disingenuous. It didn't put me off enough to not use the company, but I didn't like that. But once communication began via email, they were politely persistent, which I appreciated. We finally connected via phone, and they were very professional. The process was good. They did their best to explain to me the details of the process at each step. They were helpful in getting account set up and my 401(k) rolled over.

I was looking for a place to secure my money. I talked to Monetary Gold and had confidence in them and made my purchase. They talked about silver and gold, but not leaving the options at all. I was impressed with their confidence in their product and the promise of a safe place for an investment gave me some confidence. I look forward to my money being safe and to make a profit. I haven't talked with them since I got my investment. But they haven't checked on it or given me any more information. That is a little disappointing. I'm new in the whole process and needed a little encouragement after the purchase. So the follow up needs to be a little better.

I was more interested in doing silver. It's cheaper and we have more need of silver right now for all the electronics so I figured I'd make a better profit over long term. Monetary Gold believes in investing more in silver which was one of the things that I liked about it. It looks like I could make more money to improve my investment. Gold has hit so high that it's hard to buy anything and make much profit on it. Whereas with silver, it's still low enough and you can make a profit. The other company had all my silver and gold in Australian coins but Monetary Gold has it all in US coins. That was another big thing for me because when I went into the local coin shop to get one of my coins evaluated, which is an Australian coin, he could not do anything with it. He couldn't tell what was the value of it as a coin. Whereas if I use the US minted coins, they can tell me the value of it even though they're old coins and those are all 99% gold.

I called up Monetary Gold and said I wanted to invest. So they set me up. I was impressed with the rep's ability to make me feel confident that he was doing the right thing for me. For any of my questions, he knew the answers right away. He did a good job.

They called me and offered a change in the precious metals that I was holding. The rep convinced me that the particular coins that I had invested in could be different and better and it took a little while to come around, but I'm comfortable working with him now. I'd tell others to go ahead and deal with them. They’re a reputable company and seem to know what they're doing.

I wanted to diversify in gold and I had tried it before and backed out. But Monetary Gold made it work for me. They were able to contact the other company and make sure it was able to be transferred. I was a little worried regarding transferring that kind of money but Monetary Gold’s rep kept in touch with me. He contacts me every month or every other month. The rep called me this week to give me an update that the quarterly reports are coming out and he'll be mailing it to me. So, they were straightforward and didn't give me the runaround. I feel confident working with them. I feel 100% better now that I got it out. Gold keeps going up. So, I’m being very hopeful. My experience was very thorough, confident, and secure.

I went into Chrome on my phone and I found Monetary Gold out of North LA County. I talked to the representative and he convinced me over the phone that they've been around for 10 years longer than Colin Bloom’s Company, which was why I went with their senior director. I invited him to play golf with my nephew. myself and one of my golf partners at Oso Creek in Mission Viejo, California. He’s a great guy. I like him. I've got a good chunk of investment in silver and gold, and it will eventually be in a repository in Dallas Fort Worth. The senior director and one of his coordinators who set up some paperwork for me to allow the repository to have an account set up are both very good people. Nick, the senior director, and Andrew, my nephew, got along great. I double-checked with Andrew afterward and he said Nick is top quality.

Highly informative and very professional. Excellent experience overall. Answered all my questions clearly and precise. Eased my worries of my investments. Would recommend Nick and Monetary Gold co to anyone.

I did my research and I felt that Monetary Gold was very efficient. They were very knowledgeable. My representative has been very cordial. I do get someone occasionally answering a certain question in a way that it's too fast for me, and I didn't get everything they said. The downside of talking to a representative is they don't understand our side of this. We invest in gold. We think we're safe with silver and precious metals, and then their explanation of certain questions goes too fast for me. Overall, working with Monetary Gold has been an advantage to me for retirement security. I'm happy with what I've done so far with them. I would recommend it.

I was satisfied. I was happy that Monetary Gold walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and gave me options so that I had all the information to make an informed decision. I spoke with him numerous times before making any decisions, and he did not get irritated for having to answer the same questions over and over again, which made it a pleasant experience. Everything's fine so far in my experience with Monetary Gold. They reached out to me and were very knowledgeable. I like the company and I looked them up and did a little investigating. They didn't bother me and didn't push me at all. Whenever I had anything, I called them back and they answered all my questions.

Monetary Gold aggressively called me and wanted to send me the guide regarding setting up an IRA with metal. I went ahead and used them. So far, it's been really fantastic as far as advice. Justin is my main contact. He follows up with everything. I even asked him about a side product, side strategy that I'm looking at for weeks, REIT F, which is not their bailiwick, and he sent me some research, which I was shocked he did because it's not helping his product. He advised me and took the time to have me open up another website to review the product and what it was and what the percentage purity is. I was impressed with his knowledge. He seems to have been around for a while and he understands the cyclic fluctuations, and gave me real scientific evidence and grasp of the changes that have occurred in value over the years.

The rep from Monetary Gold said, “Do it now. It's a good time to do it before things get out of price.” So, I just decided to do it then. I wanted to do it three weeks later and she said, "You act today rather than later because things go up and down." She was very polite. She called and told me what I got and what I would be receiving and how long it would take. If I had any questions, she gave me her phone number and she said, "I will be calling you close to that time so that you know when to expect your items." I like that because it wasn't waiting for whatever days and then not hearing from anybody. She walked me through it. The entire process was very good. I would tell somebody to do it if they had the money to do it. I knew I was doing the right thing. They made me feel comfortable about what I was doing.

Monetary Gold offered an investment in gold and silver. When I called the gentleman, he talked to me. He went over the history of precious metals and why precious metals would be a good investment. He also explained the time frame. And he sent me some articles on different things about looking at precious metals for me to read over and familiarize myself with. As we did that, and I had decided to go with them, he had a young lady call me. She walked me through the process. If I had any questions on certain things, the man answered those. He also provided me emails and what other people said outside of them to give me a perspective on what it was all about. It was a good experience. I didn't feel I was forced into anything. And I got to make up my mind. So, I could even walk away and not feel guilty. But they gave me the information that I needed.

Monetary Gold's rep was very good. We liked Mike. Overall, our experience was good. They explained everything that they did very well and we felt comfortable and purchased some from them. I'd recommend Monetary Gold.

I talked with four places and Chris from Monetary Gold and I hit it off pretty good. He and I had a lot in common. He didn't go at it just to get the sale done. I like his approach. Never having met the people that I was talking to and investing significant money, I wanted to feel comfortable. Chris talked to me as a friend and was being honest with me. When we get on the phone, we can talk for quite lengthy of time about any questions that I might have.

Monetary Gold has stuck with me for over a two-year period. I like the first guy that I talked to a lot. He would call me when he said he was going to and always followed up. He'd send me emails occasionally and didn't blow me off when things didn't materialize like they should have. The amount that I paid Monetary Gold was a little high but other than that, I am happy with them.

They've explained everything to me. I felt comfortable working with them. The first rep gave me the outline for the different levels. Then the person I was working with told me which way I could go. I decided what I wanted was the coins mailed to me. But I am out of town. And so, receiving them all has different issues. But we got an understanding. Things are gonna be held for me with them until I get back. Everything's been clarified. And talking with them with the timing, I felt secure.

The gentleman with Monetary Gold seemed very sincere and wanted to put more money in my pocket than the advertisers. Once I got the money to him, he got right on it. If he wanted me to call him, he told me. We've had very good communication that way. I didn't wait three or four days. Monetary Gold could have a little more advertising though. The bank was very skeptical, but everything worked out perfectly and I received the goods. I worried at times because of what the bank said, but I had my firm feeling that he was an upright guy. The packaging, the shipping and everything was he told me it would be. Anything that was a problem, he took care of it right away. He's done everything he said he would with me. I couldn't have had a better experience.

For the most part, the reps were good. I bought a bunch of coins and put them in an IRA. I got the coins and I could have them sent to me if I needed to. But the price was a little high.

Monetary Gold was very knowledgeable. Their rep knows her stuff. She was able to answer all of my questions.

The person that I was speaking with at Monetary Gold provided precious metal options and he was excellent to work with. His name was Justin and I was impressed with his availability and return phone calls. I've been working with him within the last six months. I would tell others that Monetary Gold is a great company and I would go with them, if they want my opinion.

The first person at Monetary Gold I talked to came across as very knowledgeable so I went with them. He gave me examples and gave me a website to look at, so I really didn't have any reason to doubt them. I first went with gold and then converted to silver because it has a higher and quicker rate of building more and more money. I like the fact that if something happens with the 401(k), I now have it diversified into an IRA account with metal backing it up.

The gentleman from Monetary Gold seemed to know what he was talking about. I got the right answers when I asked the questions and he seemed very authoritative. I would like to find out more about AI but other than that, I was really impressed with the quality of the investments I was able to make at Monetary Gold.

Monetary Gold's representative was very good. I didn't know that much about gold or silver but I just took his word. I felt that he was honest and the service was excellent. They were giving me good numbers. I was also able to call back and ask questions with no problem.

It's been good with Monetary Gold. My rep, Nick, was on top of his game and had some good information. They stayed in contact with me.

The rep from Monetary Gold listened to my ideas and I listened to his. I told him what my goals were and he gave me some input on the best way to achieve that. When I bought it, the spot price was $2,000 an ounce. I just checked the spot price a little while ago, and it's 2,300 an ounce. I made 12% of my money already.

I switched a part of my account from another company to Monetary Gold. They got $60,000 over there to their company and haven't done anything else. They said they'd be right on top of it and I'd get a quarterly review just like the other company. But they haven't called me and I can't say that I'm thrilled. I don't even know how much my account has gone up in the last six months. They need to do a lot more.

My experience was good. Monetary Gold was very prompt. They did everything they said they would do. I did what I wanted, which was a particular product, they could handle it and we got it taken care of in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful experience with Monetary Gold. I even talked with somebody else about calling Monetary Gold and they got ended up going with them. I liked the way the rep very pleasantly and patiently explained everything. Every three months, he'd call and give a report of how things are doing. I like that he had a more personal touch. I had done another gold company before and although their rep was very nice and informative, I didn't get any monthly update. I can also call my rep at Monetary Gold anytime I want and he's always there. Because of the many different questions that I had asked, he made me feel a lot better about this location. Also, if I want to bring my gold out or I want it stored, it's up to me and it wasn't like they try to tell you what to do with it.

The first guy I talked to was pretty impressive to me. I was initially apprehensive -- sending $10,000 and sitting and waiting, not sure when it'll get here. Also, I had to sign all these things from the bank and saying, “Hey, if this is a scam, don't come to us.” I had never done this before and that type of feeling caused some concern. But when it all came in, it all worked out. I would tell others to go for it and encourage them because I know the experience that I've been there, done that.

When I spoke to Monetary Gold, they were very responsive and would answer questions quickly. I was happy about that. They explained everything extremely well to me. I feel better having part of my retirement in gold.

Nick called from Monetary Gold and has since straighten everything out. He has called several times updating me as well. They are now responsive and caring, seems like I had fallen through the crack, but they picked me up with caring arms!

I was very tense with the rep who helped me. He was talking fast and he threw numbers out so quick, it was hard to keep track of what he was saying. It took a couple of different calls and in the end, I found out he didn't do what I asked anyway. It made me really nervous and now I think I've made a horrible mistake. He asked me what type of metals I wanted to go with and I said either non-numismatic or some semi-numismatic. Some of the metals he got me were fully numismatic, meaning that their market value is inflated well beyond the price of, for example, silver. These coins are $380 apiece. They're collectors’ items. They hold their value but nobody's gonna care in the near future. They're gonna treat it as money, which I think that I may have just lost half my investment.

I bought the 3-ounce coins from Monetary Gold and they were super people to work with. The reps were very polite and when they told me they were going to do something, it was done. I was really pleased with what I got and I'm thinking of getting some more in the future. I've got the silver now and I don't have to worry so much about the bank. And I'm hoping they have enough where I can pull all the money out of that.

I did some online research and Monetary Gold was the first one that called me back. They just were short with the answers. Also, they charge too much for their service. That's the only complaint I have with them. They need to be upfront about the cost. Other than that, they did a good job.

My experience with Monetary Gold has been good. Everything seems okay. I wanted to put money into gold and silver. I called them and I talked to them. And I liked their approach. Chase gave me some information. I talked to Darryl too. Darryl was the one who had more specific knowledge of things. I liked the questions and the answers that he gave me. They seem to be a good company to work with, although I haven't done all the calculations on everything yet. There are certain fees attached. I gotta go through the fees and see how the fees work out.

Monetary Gold looked like an honest organization. I trusted them. And I was able to send them a check and get the distribution of gold a week later. I was concerned about honesty and I thought that the way they set it up was send them a check and they would send me the gold. I thought I could rely on them. They seemed good people. I had some cash available, so I was able to turn that into gold in the event the government does away with our cash and goes with the digital dollar.

I was disappointed when I got what Monetary Gold shipped me. Most of what they shipped me was silver and I was expecting more gold than what I got. I need to buy gold to secure my future and silver is not gonna do much for me. I'm not happy with it.

The transition seemed smooth and easy. Monetary Gold led me down the path of what I was interested in doing as far as converting cash to go for the increased value of it. It didn't work like I thought it would. But they explained that I would get what I asked for in the way of investment and how they would stay in contact with me as to how it moved in the market. But they must be doing good because I haven't heard from them since. People need to look at everybody, go in and see what their thoughts are on the others, but lean heavy towards Monetary Gold. When I compared them to the other companies, they beat them as far as their truth in sales.

Monetary Gold was helpful. I was more pleased with the way they handled me than I was with Goldco who charged me a lot more for what they call blank silver, and Monetary Gold showed me that I could get more for my money by buying from the US Mint instead. I'm pleased with them.

I had talked to Monetary Gold several times but it took me a while to do it. I finally decided to do it and the gentleman I talked to made me feel comfortable. I liked that Monetary Gold is backed by Lloyd's of London. I know Lloyd's of London was a big financial gold in England. Their reps were very quick to respond, needless to say, since we've been fighting COVID here. It was hard for us to struggle to get things done because you get hit by COVID and it just wipes you out. My memory was shot and I had to put things on the back burner. We couldn't function to get things done quickly and in a timely fashion that we truly would have liked to. It was out of our hands because of our health condition at the time.

The Monetary Gold rep was there to answer any questions I had. He listened to me and understood what I was looking for in terms of investing. However, there's no portal where I can go and see what's going on. I'm in the dark which is the piece I don't like.

Monetary Gold was telling me about these rare coins and silver, but I have silver. I wanted the gold instead. They were telling me all kinds of things, but I just wanted something simple. So, that was what I did. It's just it felt like I was being pressured. It was very dawding. With any type of finances, if you're not used to it, you wanna make sure what you're doing. I felt like it took me a long time to commit to that because I really wanted to make sure I was making the right decision and I don't like to rush into things. Monetary answered a lot of questions I had.

Monetary Gold had been in touch with me through the internet and it sounded good. I talked to them and I liked what I heard. The options included anything I wanted to do with putting the cash into gold and silver. I wanted metal and that's what we did. Their rep walked me through and did everything he needed to do. He was very detailed and I was very comfortable working with him. Monetary Gold is a good company. Use them.

I was supposed to receive some type of quarterly information that I haven't received yet. So, I'm not sure whether or not they're just to sell stuff and then not follow through. I'm still waiting to see that. They told me that they would inform me of any changes in the industry in order to make a change if that was required or not.

But working with the rep was stressful as I was at work and I was trying to negotiate with the fellow I was getting information from. Also, I didn't realize at the time that I was purchasing silver that was in little velvet boxes. I didn't understand that I was buying all that fu-fu to go with the silver. The rep probably told me about it ahead of time but I didn't catch what it was. I was disappointed but the quality was really nice. The silver had an inset that explained what it was.

The salesperson was somewhat clear in explaining himself and fair. Also, I spoke with a representative more than once of my intended goal to accomplish my investment, and they were very helpful.

They helped me get everything transferred over from a self-employed 401(k). It was nice to get some help with that. But I wish they had an app for real-time tracking of what's going on.
