I really enjoyed my time at Monetary, been through lots of different metals establishments because I have been trying to find the best company to put my finances in... and I think monetary is the one. I didn’t even expect to speak with someone that day, but I was fortunate enough to get in touch with Dean. His approach was friendly and far from aggressive; there was no sales pitch being delivered. He asked a few questions, let me explain my situation, and made an effort to clarify things step by step so I could understand. It is hard to find someone who treats you as an equal these days, which is sad. When I said I needed time to think about it, he simply said “Take your time, I’ll be here when you're ready.” That level of patience is rare today.
