Nothing excited, received card and was happy, planning on getting my credit back on track. Right now in the middle six hundreds. Want to work my way back to 700 hundred. In using my card it will be for emergencies now. I look at it as a safety net, for something I didn’t see coming. Makes you feel good.

The interest rate is quite high compared to my other credit cards. I will be using this card for emergencies only with minimal balance. The app is of great help keeping my account in excellent shape. I do appreciate that my account is regularly reviewed and credit increases occur two to three times a year.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Merrick Bank. They're very responsive and have corrected any issues I've had with my account. Customer service is very good and timely. Credit increases have also come easily when needed. The app is also very user friendly. I would recommend Merrick bank to others to use based upon my experience.

Been over two month since account has been closed. Said check being mailed out. It will take 30 days then I call to check after 30 days and now they telling me different mail out date and another 30 days to receive a small $200 check. Stayed on hold with customer service over a hour just to be hung up on. This is the worst service I have ever received. Supervisor can’t even recall my past calls that were supposedly recorded as well to recall the facts. I’m at lost for words at this point and I will be filing a complaint with the higher ups and will be leaving other reviews about this establishment you call a bank! Ridiculous.

I placed an order online on June 7 24 for a WEN Brad nailer, Brad nails and wood glue. The glue and nails were delivered the next morning. I called customer service to see why the nail gun did not show up. She told me it was coming from the factory and she called them to see when it would be delivered. The nail gun came 6 days later from the factory. Thank you.

I'm am extremely please with Merrick. I have other accounts. But by far this one is the best. And I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to open a new account. Customer service is on point. And you don't have to ask for a credit increase if your payments have all been on par.

I have had this card for a while now and have no complaints on this card. I like the application it uses. The App is easy to use and you can pay from the app too. I also like how you can view your credit score from the app. I highly recommend this card to anyone that needs a good credit card.

I've asked to have my due date changed. Didn't happen so had late fees. So I mailed the 71.00 that was posted to my account. But I also mailed a 35.00 payment and has not posted. Mailed them same day. Where is the 35.00?? Not happy at all!!!! I should never of had late fees if the due date would of been changed like I asked. I also would like to know where the other 35.00 payment disappeared to????

I like the website's security and ease of use. In addition, the credit limits and options are fair and responsible. They gave me a chance when my credit wasn't super great, and have rewarded me now that it is good! I would recommend Merrick Bank to anyone looking for a bank they can trust.

Just having the card has been a peace of mind for me. It has come in handy a couple of times. Very enjoyable. I have and will recommend this card to my family and friends. It is very easy to use and the online app makes it easy to make payments on time and whenever I want to make a payment.

When I filled out for The Merrick Bank Credit Card it was quick and easy and I received an answer right away as to whether I was approved or not. I received the credit card in the mail within a short period of time after applying. I like the incentives of if they receive 6 on-time payments they increase your credit limit.

Interest rate is a little higher than what I would like but have not called to inquire about a better rate. Intend to do so in the near future when my credit score improves.

This credit card has one of the best services ever, They report your credit score on time. I love how the increases are on point. The website is amazing and easy to use. I highly recommend! 10/10 My husband has one as well! You can have an authorized user, which I have added my children.

I have been Very pleased with the service and information received concerning the account. The updates about new internet pages were informative and easy to deal with. I have never been late on my payments. I think you should drop my interest rate. That would be very nice. I am on a fixed income and need to use this card when I run short at the end of the month. With the interest rate so high it's hard to see any difference making well over the minimum.

Merrick Bank is a good credit company. My only complaint would be the very high interest rate. If it was lowered then I would give it a 5 star. I do appreciate the line of credit increases every six months as long as you don't have any missed payments. Other companies should follow suit on that.

Super nice gentleman helped me when I misplaced my card. Went over all my transactions to make sure everything was correct. He took his time and checked everything. We also put a hold on the account and he ordered me a new card to get mailed out. I highly recommend Merrick Bank to anyone and everyone. A great customer service support when needed.

I have had no problems whatsoever with my Merrick credit card. The app makes it super easy to pay, check transactions, review statements, etc. Merrick rewards my on time payments with occasional credit limit raises. I would recommend this card to anyone who pays their bills on time. I cannot say how they handle late payments, I have never been late, but for good customers I give it an A+.

This is a great card to have. I like that it came with a good credit limit. They also give good credit increases if you make consistent on time payments. I also love the reward money that you get for using the card. I would definitely recommend this card to anyone.

I will recommend friends for your services which I found excellent. I have drawn cash and made credit card payments with ease. The customer services are great. The account is well protected against frauds. I understand that you have balance increases when a customer request for balance increase. I hope to apply for a balance increase unless I am automatically given a balance increase by the bank.

My very first interaction with Merrick Bank was to correct my due date for payment.. Horrible, absolutely horrible. I was lied to and my account was not corrected leaving me with ridiculous amounts due. As soon as I pay down the balance that is ridiculous I will be canceling my business with you.

Absolutely love this card. It allows me a second chance at building my credit. Based on favorable payment history over a period of time, they even increase your limit which helps out tremendously. I utilize this card primarily for travel (car rental). It allows me to keep these charges separate from my debit card and keeps me on top of making sure I pay on time.

Easy to use service and have had zero issues since I started using them. Online access is simple and customer service availability is excellent. Overall I'm very happy with the banking credit card so far.

Using your card less and less until I am able to pay it off and stop paying your awful interest rates. Have other credit cards with much lower interest fees. Having to pay your heightened interest rates makes it difficult for me to pay anything else with your credit card. Just being honest. I feel like you are holding me back to achieve a better Credit Score.

This credit card came with a 3 dollar a month fee. I had a zero balance on my card but they still filed a negative credit report lowering my credit 60 points, I would not recommend this bank or card to anyone ever.

Merrick Bank continues and facilitates fraud. Do NOT use this bank. They allow people to electronically open credit cards in other people's name and stick the person whose name was signed electronically. I gave them the person's name who fraudulently opened a credit card using this MO and they did absolutely nothing and stated their investigation showed that I legitimately opened an account I had no idea about. This is a bank that thrives off of thieves and hurts the good people. When asked to see the investigation and who completed the investigation they refused to talk with me and wouldn't give me a copy of the investigation.

My answers were answered and I was informed with accurate information. The customer service representative was very informative and helpful. My account questions were both answered in a timely manner as well and explained to me in easy to understand terms. I am very satisfied with my phone experience and Merrick Bank’s customer service support team.

We love to have my interest rate lowered. It is way too high and makes paying my bill more difficult monthly. The low rates were why I signed up in the beginning so I feel it is unnecessary, if this is possible then let me know and we can be on a better track of a better rating so let me know.

I enjoy the Merrick Bank card, except for the initial fees associated the card. The 72$ fee takes away from the credit line. They should also offer some type of incentive for taking the survey. That would at least compensate for the fees that are charged to the card taking away from the credit amount of the card. I enjoy the card. It's just the fees associated with the card decreases your usage of the card.

I keep having to setup recurring payment, it never works and I have to manually make the payment once it's past due. This happens all the time. I get email of when next payment is due, but it doesn't take it out. This is aggravating.

I would surely tell everyone about this bank. It is easy on me that I don't have to worry about fraud. They keep me posted about anything that happens to my account and make the understanding of it really easy for me to understand. The more I use this card the earnings help me keep up on my credit score and history.

Quick and easy apply. High limit. App is very easy to use. Would recommend to anyone with bad credit to apply. Interest rate a little high but great for credit building. Had an issue when card was opened with fraud but they took care of everything and issued a new card and no problems since.

I have called Merrick on a couple of things over the years. I found that their customer service was excellent. Great to deal with. Never had any problems with Merrick Bank. I’m located in Pennsylvania and they are located out west. Very happy with them. They are very courteous and professional.

Reliable and treat me good. Honest and fair for people. I really like them and being able to have money when I need it for emergency uses. I would recommend them for anyone that would like to build their credit. When you make your payments they post as soon as you send it. I really like that.

Still very disappointed in a charge I made for fraudulent tickets not being investigated further by your company. Was simply told the charge was valid, even though I was swindled. The tickets were purchased and I thought I was ok until I realized they had no bar code when they were transferred to me. Unfortunately, I was not reimbursement for my loss.

I choose this card because in their policy was option to double my credit limit in 4 month if I will pay on time. Hope this will work. But so far it's a good card. With 0 fee. So far all good. No complaint. Customer service is also good, never had any problem or delay payments.

I am very pleased with Merrick Bank card because I believe in paying my bills on time or before. I applied for the card because I needed a credit card and this particular card after (7) seven months paying my payments on time my credit limit will be double. That is the best part of the Merrick Bank card that stands out to me.

I received the offer via US Mail and decided to check it out. Merrick Bank was easy to sign up with no hassles. The process was swift, harmless, done all electronically and I received approval the same day. I received my card in the mail within 2 weeks. My expectations were met and I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member without hesitation.

Always helpful, keeps me updated. Like seeing my credit score on my statement when I view it. Yes I would recommend Merrick Bank to my friends, On my statement I can see all my payments and transactions and the ones pending. The only thing I do get confused about is when a store gives me a credit. I can’t tell if it’s a debit or a credit. Otherwise been very happy with them.

One of the best companies operating. Fast responses. Well worded descriptions. Website doesn't hang up or freeze up, or leave you waiting while referred to another almost inaccessible webpage. You don't have to wait for two weeks or more to get balance information. All in all, excellent exceptional service. A former business associate referred me, & I can't say I'm dissatisfied in any aspect.

Merrick Bank was willing to take a chance on me when my credit score was much lower than it is now. Which I will always be appreciative of, but I believe after two or three years with a proven payment record, my interest rate should drop some. Applied for this card only to have you guys put a mark on my credit for not paying a bill. A bill I don't owe because I never received my new card and couldn't login without the account info. Called to complain, was transferred to a different department and pit on hold for a half hour, hung up. Horrible experience so far.

Very easy to understand and operate. It even shows you your credit score. A good credit card to have. I have been with them for years and they are very good about increasing your limit if you have been paying your payments on time. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

There is no cash back. The interest rate is higher on this card than the others I have. Lowest credit limit of any card I have. And the 36 dollar a year fee to just have the card. I will be using less and less of this card.

I like Merrick Bank because they tailor to each individual cardholder's needs and desires. They frequently analyze your spending trends and adjust your account accordingly. One of the best credit cards I own. Their cashback incentives are quickly posted and readily available for your use. The other credit card companies should try and emulate.

Great Credit card for anyone who is trying to establish and build credit. I would have loved to have given it all five stars but unfortunately this credit card carries monthly/yearly fees. There also is no incentive to use this credit card as your daily every day credit card, there is no rewards or incentives.

No issues, great card, I’ve used it a lot since receiving it, the online and autopay options are great! Autopay is what I prefer, because I never have to worry about missing a payment and the option to pay off the balance keeps me from paying interest! Merrick is my new favorite card.

I have been actively trying to get resolution on a charge I have disputed. I have sent a certified letter to the security department and have had no response since. I am seriously considering closing my account with your company after all these years. I have requested for the camera footage to be reviewed from Bank of America to show that the ATM machine did NOT dispense money to me for this transaction. I am terribly frustrated.

Great card so far. Easy app access to pay bill and check balance anytime. The card is pretty too. Haven't needed customer service yet so not sure how that is. Will definitely refer a friend. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to build credit.

I had to request some old statements that I couldn’t get online and I was able to get them with a quick phone call and email. The Merrick representative was very easy to talk to and get what I needed without any hassle. I appreciate the ability to get what I needed without waiting and having to go through multiple menus. I have been using my credit card with Merrick as a credit builder after some major hits due to a divorce. There have been no hidden fees, credit limit increases have been well paced (for me) and I have been able to fairly easily get information to any questions I may have. I like Merrick Bank credit card. It comes in handy. I use it everywhere for everything. I got my Husband a card from Merrick Bank and he enjoys his as well but he mostly uses it for vacation road trips, hotels, things like that. I on the other hand uses my card for everything.

I feel like you're interest rate is way too high. I'm trying to pay down my bill yet the interest rate is enormous and makes it hard to pay it down. Why do you have to charge such a high interest rate? I do thank you for the increase in my credit but again I don't like the high rate that I'm being charged.

Every time you call they always ready to help. Also every time you used the card they send you a warning to see if you are doing the purchases.

I think I’ve had this account for a couple of years now but I haven’t received any notices on when my account will be in secured with a better interest rate. How long do I have to maintain a good credit rating before I’m entitled to this benefit like most people with established good credit?

Unhappy because I talked to rep before first payment due and was told everything was set to come out of my checking account. After a few days of checking I noticed the funds were not withdraw. Called again and was told payment had not been set up causing late fees and account being locked, however he also told me my account info, so that was confusing. I am trying to better my credit and this is not it.

Tried to open a CD. Got to the verify deposit to fund stage and their system failed. Customer service had me delete browsing history and allow pop ups and still their system could not complete the application despite the fact that the micro deposit was made. Message is if they make it too difficult do not go further. Too many other more simple on line banks than this one was for me.

When I have had to call to resolve an issue, they were helpful and very professional. App to make payments is very easy to follow. Since most app are very comp spell complicated this app makes is easy for me. There was 1 incident where I thought someone had put something on my card and Merrick Bank help me get it straight.

I have been a Merrick Bank Credit Card user for 3 years now and have only had positive experiences with them. They offer great financial products, great customer service and you can talk to people when you call in! Wonderful company, I highly recommend them for your financial and banking needs.

Had a credit card in my middle name. They took a payment until I paid it off and then had a problem because the card was in my middle name and bank account in my first name. They asked for several different things like authorization letter from my bank did that well it was not good enough. They wanted my ID faxed to them, did that, it was too dark to see it and wanted me to do it all over again. This is the worst credit/banking system I have ever seen or have contact with. I advise you do not get account with this people. They cons and will not help in any way.

I am satisfied with Merrick Bank; however, I would like to see more benefits for cardholders. It took quite a while to get a line of credit increase even though I have an excellent payment record. Also, it would be nice to have cash back rewards. I just find the benefits very limited.

They always communicate well about changes. They have given me opportunities to increase my credit limit and let me me know when those opportunities arise giving me the option to accept their offer, they are also very professional when I submit my payments to make sure they are posted accordingly. Their mobile app has been convenient and always accurate allowing me to keep a eye on my account wherever I am. I am very pleased with their credit card. Have never had any issues, disputes.

I am SSI and receive my check on the 3rd of each month. I called to change my due date from the 1st to the 4th so I could make the payment in time. Your customer service representative was very helpful and patient. He understood my concerns and was able to explain the process and changed the date.

Merrick Bank Mastercard is the only one I carry. The bank's software makes it very easy to make payments and monitor my account at any time from home or away. I found my default payment date too early in the month and it was simple to request the date be rescheduled. I'm very satisfied with this credit card.

This is very accurate and as fair as possible. I'm on social security I get paid on the 3rd of every month. I was nowhere near my limited line of credit but because I didn't pay the bill by the 28th, I think, you shut my card off. I'm 52 year old man not a 16 year old with my parents' gas card. That's what you treated me like. I tried to straighten it out with your customer services people and dealt with probably one of the rudest women I have encountered. In short, just the worst services which is why I canceled my account.

Merrick Bank has always treated me with professionalism and respect. I had a security problem with my credit card and they were wonderful, I was transferred to the fraud department where they credited me back for the charges right away, froze my card and sent me a new card right away. I love Merrick Bank.

Card served its purpose, but interest and fees are still a bit much. Most cards take advantage of those of us with bad credit or reestablishing credit by killing us with fees and interest. This card is no different. I'm used to it and not in a good way. It is what it is at this point.

There's a serious bug in the app. It won't allow me to make payments from my Android phone. It has become a very hard situation instead of easy. Now I'm seriously delinquent on my account and this card was supposed to help with building my credit not killing it!!! Whatever assistance can be offered in making this app seamless to use and easy to pay the bill for Merrick I will feel satisfied as a customer!

Very good service, very clear billing and statements. I like the fact that they donate to local charities like boys and girls clubs. Happy with the fact that if you make your payments on time you can double your account balance. No harassing phone calls, even when you are a little late.

I was able to set up my account with no problem. Customer service was awesome. They are easy to work with and very courteous and friendly. I will recommend a friend. Merrick is a great help to reestablish my credit. Although I haven't talked to anyone person, all is handled online. Goes off without a hitch. Timing is great, I've set up to get alerts when bill is due, no fuss with autopay. App is easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to reestablish credit.

I absolutely would. I have been very pleased with the level of customer support I have received. Outside of the credit increase that AUTOMATICALLY gets applied with on-time payments, the customer service agents are knowledgeable and courteous. No callbacks needed to resolve issues. I get text messages to help me manage my payments, emails that help me monitor usage and keep an eye out for fraud...I am very happy with Merrick.

The card really helped me when I needed it the most. When on a fixed income the card helped out at end of the month. My credit was fair but it helped my credit history. I have a few other payments that will be paid off soon and the extra money will go to this card.

I was on hold for almost an hour and I was forced to hang up because nobody answered the phone. And I was told that it was only going to take 25 minutes before somebody would get back to me. And I find that that is very unprofessional and customer service base.

I have made 100% on-time payments for this and every other account I have, far above minimal payments but, minimal/no credit increase has been offered to me. I am much more apt to utilize a card when the available balance is significant. I would appreciate a token of appreciation in the form of significantly increased credit lines, annual income is near $175,000 and has bonus potential nearly double. I would happily use the card if this were taken into consideration and my available balance increased substantially.

The young man was very helpful. He was patient with me and I appreciate that. I didn’t have a long wait time to be connected with a representative. I was not put on hold either. It’s unusual to actually get someone on the line quickly. He didn’t act like I was bothering him. Also he wasn’t rushing to get done with my call. It was a pleasant experience.

Your automated system is easy. I like the billing letter. It was a convenience to be accepted by Merrick Bank as a customer when I was in need of financial help. I hope I can remain a customer of yours for many years. I have not had to talk to your customer service and hope I do not have to. So if everything keeps going well that would be great not to have any problems.

I have made multiple attempts to get my log on username and have not been able to get it. I was able to change my password multiple times. This has caused me to be late on my payment. The process to request your username needs to be addressed or at least changed to use your email address.

Still early in my tenure with Merrick Bank but so far I have been pleased. Received my new card in the prescribed time. I have had no issues when using my card. And finally, when I paid my bill (by phone) your system was easy to maneuver, understandable to use, and performed as it should, which is huge for a relative technophobe like myself.

My APR is ENTIRELY TOO HIGH. Eventually I'll be forced to pay it off and cancel my card if it's not lowered. I have called several times and have been denied each and every time. I hope you will consider lowering I in the near future, as I would love to retain your services and keep my tenure of almost 10 years with your company.

I have never had any problems with using this card or when I call customer service for questions I had. The paperless statements are always clear and accurate. Auto pay is always on time. I have filed a fraudulent activity on my card and I have not received any refund for it. Every time I tried to use the card it automatically declined the transaction for no reasons. However, I thank you for increasing the credit limits but it’s not helping if you will fail in protecting my credit and do a proper investigation to refund the stolen money out of my credit.

I've been a long standing customer & always paid my bill on time. Earlier this year I disputed 2 charges, as they came in after I had canceled a service. They denied the claim, which irked me because they never bothered to ask for supporting documentation. So I called & asked that they reopen the dispute & review my emails that explicitly show when I canceled my service, along with their confirmation of said cancelation, all dated prior to the charges in question. They still denied the claim & told me I needed to take it up with the provider myself. Absolutely no protection for their consumers & of course, no recourse. I will be canceling my card & posting reviews on every platform I can find. The worst experience when dealing with unauthorized transactions. They don't care about their customers at all.

Merrick Bank is the credit card of choice for myself, although I do have other cards Merrick is way easier for me to make payments and check on my outstanding balance. I have also received an increase in my credit, which I find very helpful. I make my payments whenever I want or need to, I don't have to worry about a "Runaround" like I get with my other credit card. I was approved for this card with little to no hassle. I then received the positive credit increases, as advertised, at the regular increments of 6 months and 1 year in. I contacted Merrick Bank customer service in August about a charge on my card. I waited in the line for assistance for two hours. When I finally got to speak with someone, they said they would take care of it. I ended up having to call back a little over a month later because my card had been cancelled but I had not received the replacement card. When I spoke with an agent the second time, they informed me that a replacement card had not been ordered for me.

I've been trying to pay down my account but in the last 2 yrs your interest rates have really gone sky high. I was paying approx $200/mo on my bill - $150 on principal & $50 interest. Now that same $200 only $80 goes on principal and $120 is interest. Now I can't even pay $200 anymore because of medical bills so it will take me probably till I die to pay off my acct. This is the only credit card I have. I am very disappointed and I know a lot of elderly people are facing the same issues!

Also I had a return on a purchase which took 3 business days to refund. Received an email to let me know the transaction was returned.

I have needed a replacement card for over 6 months now. I accidentally washed and dried it. I have tried calling, emailing. I finally just gave up. Paid off card and there my credit sits. Unable to use. I figure one day when it expires maybe just maybe I'll get a replacement sent.

Merrick Bank lied to me from the start. I asked them directly if accepting their "pre-approved" offer would result in a hard inquiry on my credit report. They assured me that it would not. It did. Then after using the card for many years, I made a large payment from a new account. This triggered their fraud and security team, and they restricted my account. When I called to resolve the issue, I was on hold for one hour, transferred to another department, and put on hold for another hour. Now they're requiring a letter of authorization from my bank to confirm that the charge won't be reversed.

So I appreciate. I feel really happy because I got my credit back and my life feel better. I want to do something for my kid. I have my card and my credit back, so I am so real lucky. Even I don’t have a credit to use thank you so much. I am appreciate it.

I have a very sick dog that is on insulation every day. My credit limit was increased as I use my card to purchase his special food, treats, insulation, the needles, etc. They increased my limit without my asking. For that I am very thankful. I don't expect them to do it all the time but right then and there it was important for me that this happened.

I've had a card with Merrick for over a decade. I am satisfied with the company however interest rates are super high and the fees are too much. I personally feel that after a certain amount of time loyalty customers should receive some type of break when it comes to all the monthly fees and high interest rates, especially if the customer has never missed payments and is consistent.

I called because I tried to do a transaction yesterday and it declined twice so I had to use a different card. I wanted to dispute the transaction but I was transferred 5 times until the last lady couldn’t help me and had a very nasty attitude. She then told me to call the merchant and see where the transaction came from. This is the first time I experienced this unprofessionalism.

I have no concerns or issues with my account. Payments post on time and account increases are periodically increased. I’m pleased with all aspects of my account management including easy account access. I recommend them for your credit card needs.

My go score is available on the 3rd day of some months and the 16th of other months. Therefore it can be upwards of 6 weeks between updated scores. Once I scheduled a payment for my regular due date about ten days early. Meanwhile some charges came through the account that I forgot about so I tried to make an additional immediate payment in order to prevent going over my limit but I was not allowed to do so.

Merrick contacted me to let me know there was fraudulent activity potentially occurring through unauthorized purchases on my credit card. I verified that the purchases were not mine and they confirmed on their end that the purchases would not be authorized. They’re sending me a new Merrick card in the mail. The two employees from Merrick I talked to were polite, helpful and swift in resolving my issue and offering solutions.

After being approved and using my card for travel, I was able to log in and access my account online. The Merrick site is eye catching, user friendly and easy to navigate! I was able to view all purchases clearly! I was also able to make my payment directly from the site without being navigated to another platform. I have made a great choice in applying at Merrick!

Satisfied with experience. I would like a greater credit line, considering the length of time I had the card, also, I believe that the annual fee should be removed. I like the credit card and continue to use it, but, the credit line leaves something to be desired. It would be nice to receive a credit line increase of $5,000.00 or more.

I needed assistance freezing a misplaced card and the service advisor was super helpful. The service advisor also explained how to go into the account and remove the freeze when necessary so, I didn't need to call back. It was easy going back to unfreeze the card as well. The service provided was excellent.

Was promised double my credit amount. I’ve made on time payment. I requested an increase and got $200 increase. My limit was $600. Just false promise of the reason I signed up. I called about it and it’s because my autopay glitched and didn’t pull out of my account like it was supposed to. So I made on time payment for 6+months. And I got $200 increase, not the double. It’s just poor experience especially when I’ve paid on time and have used the card. Also you would NOT get rid of the late payment. Even though it was an issue with your system.

The relationship between myself and the company is still new. Decent start to the credit line and I will patiently wait for the credit line to be doubled within 1 year per the agreement. If that does happen I will keep my end of the deal and make all payments on time and promote the company with even more positive reviews.

If you're on time with your payments they may increase your credit line automatically within that period.

My card is broken and the app will not let me order a replacement one. 2. When I call the 800#, it does not give me an option to speak with anyone. Have NEVER been able to get ahold of a live person.

Every time I try to make a payment with my card it takes the money out then puts it right back into my account and shows that I haven't paid. I make my payments early every month and it doesn't show that I make any with your company! I don't like that especially because it brings my credit score down.

I like the ease of how my bill has been easy to pay online and I appreciate the credit line increases. But what I HATE is dealing with overseas call centers for customer service. I don't understand how you guys cannot use US BASED call centers because when I first started with you guys that's who I talk to but then they told me that you guys opened up overseas call centers instead as an option which should have never been done-- I don't understand them and it frustrates me when the US BASED call center worked great before and made your company stand it and I told my friends about your card during that time but since then I have that bad decision to open up foreign base call centers I have not mentioned your card to anyone.

Very pleased with Merrick Bank MasterCard. I'm kept posted to my phone on my balance. I get my statements on time by email and to my phone. When I disputed charges to my card it was handled in a professional manner. My card was canceled at that time and a new one was shipped to me in a timely manner.

I might not recommend to friends because they can get lower interest rates and I cannot. So maybe if the right person came along. I took this card because you let me. At a significantly higher interest rate. But as far as service, it's been very nice. I'm very glad to have this card.

I am fairly happy with Merrick Bank, great customer service, always super helpful when I need to contact a consumer representative. My only wish is there was a faster way to increase my credit line, like an auto 3 to 6 month increase or a way to increase our levels to bypass the monthly service fees, these can be quite annoying when you pay your card off and then get another bill for $4.00.
