I got a thing in the mail. I filled it out online and then Liberty Lending called me. They set up a time to call me. The rep went above and beyond to help me out and explained all of my options. It was a quick and easy process. The percentage rate is a little high, but I understand. They got back with me within a reasonable amount of time and was never left hanging. I got my money within two days.

This company initially contacted me with a 'loan offer' for debt consolidation. I was interested so I submitted my information. The company assigned me a consultant that ran a credit check etc. and then called me telling me I needed to write down the cards he could help with. I know my card balances and minimum payments so I felt this was condescending. Anyway, he proceeds to tell me that my card payment will be this much etc. and that my accounts will be closed. I politely interrupted him and explained this isn't what I was led to believe it was and that I was not interested. A few minutes after we got off the phone he emailed me a whole breakout of information that he had told me to write down. I'm displeased that the company portrays themselves to be a lender but they are in fact something wholly different. I also do not appreciate them using this identity to check my credit and receive a copy of my credit report and not being a lender at all.

Liberty Lending Group was so helpful in finding me a loan in order to pay off two high interest credit cards. The process was easy and pretty much complete in one day. I would definitely call them again.

Received an offer in the mail for a loan to consolidate debt. Responded online with my "special ID offer code." After applying, they asked for contact info so that someone could contact me. I decided "forget it," and aborted the page and did not complete it. Next day, 3 calls from a female from Los Angeles: Liberty Funding. I answered on the third call, it was a male, but not the female who had left two messages. The male tells me that my loan is in underwriting (don't know how, didn't complete anything), and then says, "Get a pen and write everything I tell you down." His tone was in fact very condescending as another reviewer shared. I wrote nothing and just listened. He proceeded to tell me how Liberty can "consolidate" all of my debt and pay it off, and will close all my accounts in the process.

Dealing with LLG has been a very seamless and painless experience. They were prompt with timelines. It was very refreshing to deal with a company that did what they said they were going to do. I will recommend LLG to anyone in need in the future!

We received a letter in the mail offering to help us consolidate our debt into one monthly payment. We had several credit cards that we wanted to pay off and get a lower interest rate on in the process. The process was very easy and painless. We talked to a consultant named Holli and she was very helpful and she got the process started quickly. She stayed in constant contact with us either through either phone or email. I had received a letter in the mail about helping be consolidate debt. I did not have a bunch of debt. It was just one credit card that I could not bring the balance down as fast as I would of like due to the interest rate I feel like I was standing still. I made the call to Liberty and they helped me pay off the card in two years. 15,000 is what I owed and I will pay that back to Liberty plus something like 1800 fee. This was a much better option for me than my bank which would of had me paying the next 10 years to get a 0 balance. The lending company was very excited to help and always called me back to update me about my loan and I would recommend them to anyone who need the same assistance.

I am writing to let you know how pleased my husband I were with your services. I must admit that at first I was Leery if using a loan company that solicited through the mail. We had been disappointed in the past. However Marilyn, our advisor immediately put me at ease and was such a responsive and knowledgeable person. I was working with a credit consolidation company and was suggested to use Liberty Lending to pay off debt quick. It paid off my credit cards but now I have a crazy high monthly payment with awful interest rates. So I am still in the same situation I was in when I started. I just owe one company lots not instead of several little ones. I have asked multiple time about refinancing for a lower interest rate, "they don't do that," they said... I asked if I can go online to make additional payment toward principals, "you can't do that," they said (you would have to manual mail payments). They make it extremely difficult to pay off balances. It will take me over 6 years to payoff the loan because it is all going to interest. If I had it to do over again, I would not use this company.

You are LOCKED into the original payment plan - there are no options and their customer service is impersonal and condescending. I did not select this company but was told this was the best option from a debt consolidation company I was currently working with. These people really don’t care about helping you get out of debt, they just want your money.

They want you to quit making your loan payments and are try to renegotiate your payments. They act like they want to give you a loan but it's all a façade. There is no loan. Run Run Run. Don't waste your time.

I have had a great experience with Liberty! The representatives have been so responsive and helpful in explaining the process and walking me through it. I feel pretty good about turning a big chunk of my credit card debt into a personal loan with an interest rate that does not compound. (I also learned the difference in how credit card companies compound interest and how much of a difference it makes when you are paying interest on interest vs interest on just the principal amount, during this process.) Overall great experience.

I called and got an answering service, they wanted all my info including my ss #. If I had talked to a real loan officer I would have given it to them. But there is no way in hell I'm giving that info out to a answering service. I do not need a loan that bad. Good luck to all of you. I hope the answering service has honest people but you never know in this day and age.

Last year I fell in hard times due to medical reasons. I searched the web for debt consolidation companies and found Liberty Lending. I was explained the process and found the option best for me. Since applying they have settled 2 of my accounts! They are very professional and I might recommend them.

The bottom line is I received a mailer advertising $87k at 4.99% and I ended up with $55k at 11.99%. Although I didn't get the interest the mailer advertised, I am still saving a few hundred dollars on interest as my credit cards averaged a 23% APR. I only incurred the debt due to unexpected business expenses that popped up I had to get taken care of. The only reasons they are getting a full 5 stars and not 4 is because the representative I spoke with, Kimberly, was extremely helpful and polite and I knew going into this that the initial offer came with fine print.

Got funded from this company and I'm very happy because I really needed the money. The best thing I did with the loan was pay off all of my debt. My credit score is getting better and that's the best part about it. I hope to never be in a situation to have to consolidate debt in the future but if I did I would definitely contact Liberty Lending Group again.

I was able to consolidate my credit card debt and couple personal loans that I had after some home remodeling and landscaping. Great to have a lower monthly payment and only one payment to manage with lower interest hitting less heavy. Would highly recommend.

If you have high credit card balances but also have good credit, do not use Liberty Lending Group to consolidate your credit cards. They negotiate with the creditors and only pay a percentage of the balance. This will hurt your credit for a short time. I am making my payments on time and my credit is good, I was just looking to consolidate to one payment instead of 5. I would not want to hurt my credit to get to one payment. I would only suggest it if your credit is suffering and you are not able to make your payments.

Fast approval process, funded right after income was verified, Liberty was fast and my rep was great, everyone I spoke with was very helpful, paid off many accounts and had a great experience with them.

Responded to an offer that was received for a preapproved “personal loan”. Contacted Liberty Lending Group and was advised that a Debt Consolidation Loan was all that I would qualify for. They offered me a loan in the amount needed to pay off all my credit card debt. However, they don’t pay the cards off in the full amount. They settle the debt with the card company for a lesser amount. The credit card company can then issue you a 1099 for the difference which means you have to pay tax on that amount as “income” when you file your taxes at the end of the year. It also causes a negative credit report in your credit file for settling the debt. So you’re paying Liberty the full amount of your card debt, then getting whacked with additional taxes for the settled debt amount all while taking a hit to your credit rating. No thanks. Be aware of what type of loan they offer you.

Liberty lending group delivers on promises. I called from the mailer notice they sent me and was able to get funded at the exact rate they advertised, I'm extremely happy with how smooth the process was and really excited to be saving on the crazy interest rates I was paying before!

This company was misleading, presumptuous, and condescending. I requested a personal loan and they changed the entire the loan, making it something I did not want. When I explained this to "Jake", he became condescending and argumentative. He told me I had no choice and this was best. Also stated that we would need to close out all credit cards, when this was not the reason I contacted Liberty Lending. He tried to mislead me with semantics and was eager to close the deal, but not meet my needs. His raised voice, false assumptions, and demeaning tone reminded me why I avoid these fraudulent lending companies to begin with.

I was impressed I was able to settle that quickly, still wish I qualified for the actual pre-approval they sent me.
