Had a fraudulent charge in my business account after using my debit card at a branch location after someone was at the ATM for over 5 minutes. I get an email from a company I never heard of about a charge then 6 hours later I get a text message from Liberty bank about a fraudulent charge, but the grammar was bad nothing was capitalized correctly. Which made me feel like it is a scam and my account could be hacked, called the number on Liberty bank's website and it's a AI female voice saying please hold and then silence for a few minutes, then a creepy ringtone followed by someone talking and starts by asking who I am, doesn't say who they are. Says I have a fraudulent charge and asks questions that the English words I did hear made no sense at all. So I said "This must be a scam", and I hung up. Had to turn my phone off because my phone was making the sound it makes when taking pictures.

Went to a bank branch and said to the clerk about the notifications I got, she asked to see the notification I turned my phone back on after being off for 30 minutes, she looked at notifications and confirmed that, it's the banks third party fraud department. Which is not said anywhere and I commented on that and how it's similar to what is claimed to be a scam in their notices about scams. She wasn't going to cancel the fraudulent charge at first until I said the card is only used at the branch ATM and nowhere else, so hopefully in a few days I see the money go back into my account. Doesn't ask for my ID or any proof of who I am and gives me another ATM card.

Wow, so the fraudulent company they use acts like a scam, the clerks act like your bothering them and not protect your money and don't check ID. But, I get a sales pitch for a terrible loan, credit card or savings opportunity with terrible rates and several thousand dollars needed up front to get less than 1% interest or a credit card with higher fees than name brand cards. Liberty bank was just okay years ago, but I see that corporate greed has taken over. Even theirs buildings are starting to look trashy inside and outside, so where is the money going, if their loans, savings, and credit cards are for them to make money not you. Once this fraudulent charge issue is completed, they won't have my money.
