Larson Financial did an excellent job of handling the thugs at the CA FTB and preventing them from seizing my bank account and leaving me homeless. I had filed some missing back taxes and had been waiting to hear from the FTB on what I owed. The FTB never sent me a notice so I could negotiate a payment plan. Instead I received a notice from my bank that they were going to seize my bank account. After numerous calls to try to resolve the issue and set up a payment plan, I was hung up on multiple times by various thugs who flat out said — ‘You owe this money and we’re seizing it.’

I thought the service provided by Larson was very professional and reassuring. Good communication on what was going on, and requests for information and documentation were courteous. Questions were answered quickly and professionally. The outcome of negotiation with IRS was acceptable. The only drawback was toward the beginning of the process - it seemed Daniel's case was handed off several times over the course of 6 months or so. This seems to have resulted in duplicate requests for returns to be sent to Larson. Overall I am happy with the service provided and the outcome.

My original experience with Larson Financial was less than satisfactory due to the original agent assigned to my account. Upon dismissal of that agent, Ted ** was assigned to my account.
