On March 26, 2024, I hired Larson Tax and Randi ** to assist with resolving my past due tax debt. I initially paid them $5,000, followed by additional payments of $3,000 on December 5, 2024, and $1,000 on March 20, 2025—bringing the total amount paid to $9,000. Throughout this time, I was repeatedly told that Larson Tax was in communication with the IRS and working on a solution to place me into an installment agreement. However, when I contacted the IRS directly in May 2025, I was informed that they had not heard from Larson Tax or any representative on my behalf since January 2025. This means that despite collecting thousands of dollars in fees after that date, Larson Tax was not actively working on my case or providing the services promised.

Rui ** and the rest of the Larson team have been instrumental in helping my wife and I mitigate a tax issue. Their clear and concise communication at every step, attention to detail, courteous demeanors (whoever I talk to) and, most importantly, their knowledge of tax laws, processes, and procedures (and at a reasonable cost) really just set our minds at ease. We first contacted Larson in 2011/12 for support in past taxes that the IRS was getting ready to take most of what we owned in an attempt to settle. It was my fault for not responding sooner and trying to work with the IRS. Immediately they got ahold of the IRS and got enforcement put on hold, then they worked with my wife and I to create a payment plan that was reasonable. Although not free it was effective and allowed us to get back to normal life, at least for a while. Multiple times the payment plan was voided by the IRS due to personal financial setbacks. During these times Larson went back to the IRS and helped up to reestablish. Again, this was not free but was effective and did what was needed to allow us to continue to pay our regular bills as well as the payments to the IRS.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Emily & Sarah were unbelievable. They truly broke down my tax situation in chunks & helped to satisfy each accordingly. I was in a pretty heavy bind in terms of IRA withdrawal penalties (hardship in life), coupled with many fees and interest accruing. It is never easy to admit that you have tax problems and so a lot of us try to push them aside hoping that they will go away at some point in time. Unfortunately that’s never gonna happen and with good reason we as people of the United States need to take responsibility to helping our country out By paying our fair share of taxes. In my recent past I was one of these people I’ve been scared unsure definitely on trusting of people that said they would help me solve my problem. After receiving a letter of garnishment at the end of May, 2019, I contacted Larson Tax Relief one weekend to help me resolve a long-standing state tax delinquency.
