Ever. We just discovered this breach in 11/2020 when we went to obtain a routine credit report. Their response to the BBB complaint that I submitted was they created a new system in 1/2019 which I did not activate (never was made aware of this) and so it was not their fault, but they still collected their monthly fees. They really did a very poor job and I will not use them again. If you are considering their services I would use someone else. Very disappointed in their efforts. I dealt with the identity theft on my own and cancelled my service with them immediately.

Every little scam or mislead thing I receive an email ASAP and told what scam to look out for and why. The name of the companies that are scams and I'm told quite a bit. They keep me updated which I love.
