At the time we invested with Goldco, the stock market was doing poorly. I pulled some money out of my 401(k) and put it into precious metal, and it has since paid off nicely. I've had very good experience with Goldco. They’ve been very good with us. They helped us out as much as we needed. So, I've got high praise for them.

One of my two daughters has been with Goldco for two years. She was telling me that they've done really great in the gold and silver market. I just came off a sale of my house and I wanted to put my money some place that would do some good and make a difference in some people's lives. I tried Goldco and the process was easy. Matter of fact, they were great compared to my State Farm office where I was having a hard time with them even doing anything. The money is taken from State Farm ‘cause I had all my investments through them. It almost seemed like State Farm didn't wanna give up the money. They were really hemming and hawing about doing it, so took a long time.

I had been thinking and praying about investing in gold for a while. I remembered how my mom used to keep silver coins when I was little, and after hearing that the prices were going up, I thought maybe I should do it and that it would pay off in the future. The process with Goldco was simple. The rep took the time to explain things to make it easy for me to understand since I'm not up to speed on that type of stuff. He told me from the get-go about the investment amount and said he would check to see if he could get me the bonus they were offering for investing. He said he would call me back that day with an answer, and he did.

I just went with Goldco and didn't even look for options, and I was satisfied with my decision. After the fact and I checked it out, I saw that they were in the Better Business Bureau and I never found any negatives. The customer service is good. They always reach out by email but if I call them, they get back to me. If I get him on the phone, the rep will work extra time. I've never had anything that I could think back and say that I don't like what Goldco did. But the people I store it with are fine too.

I was trying to diversify my retirement from just a traditional IRA. I decided to invest in precious metals and chose Goldco due to the recommendation from Candace Owens. The buying process wasn't difficult. It was a little time consuming, but I understood it. I had multiple conversations before I invested with my account representative. I used their site to vet them if there were any issues or complaints. They had very good reviews on Consumer Affairs, on the Better Business Bureau and on Reddit. I didn't find any negative reviews or complaints on them. I have taken recommendations from Candace Owens before on other products and always been very satisfied with any products that I purchased based on her recommendation.

I have been working with GOLDCO since early 2023 and I am VERY pleased with the staff.. Their pleasant professionalism and knowledge of IRA rollovers surpasses that of any other company I have had prior dealings. I was recommended by my brother who has been dealing with them for a number of years. My wife has been working with Josh Leslie when she invested in gold and silver around 5 years ago. I recently took money out of my 401k and had Josh and his team help me with the switch. Both him and his team are very knowledgeable, informative and patient. Buying precious metals is a good investment. We were investing with another gold company, and my husband heard about Goldco. We weren't thrilled with the other companies, so we tried Goldco, and our first experience with them was excellent. Our second experience was not as great, but it was still good. We weren't really pleased with the first company. It was difficult to get ahold of people, and we kept getting put in with different people. With Goldco, we liked it because we had one gentleman who was helping us. Then he retired, and the next guy wasn't quite as helpful. Other than that, the different team members at Goldco have been okay.

People considering Goldco should give them a call. Talk to Mike or Fred or any of the guys. They're great and will help you figure out if it's right for you. If it is, they'll help you get the purchase done. If not, you looked into it. One thing that I had not gotten a clear picture of was when Goldco said I was purchasing at a higher price than the melt price. So, once I understood the difference between that, then it was a little clearer. But Goldco should talk about that upfront.

The process with Goldco was really good. With one of my 401(k) suppliers, it was not so good. They seemed to take forever. But with Goldco, everything went very smoothly with them. The reps were very professional. I'm very impressed with the thoroughness of the sales representatives. I'm 100% pleased.

I had a retirement account through work. We transferred that money into an IRA. We talked to our lady at the bank who handles money, and she helped facilitate getting the IRA started. Then Goldco sent us the emails. We printed them off, signed, took them to the lady at the bank. She said, “Yup.” It was pretty easy. We really didn't do much. A couple of phone calls. We talked to a few people from Goldco, and they sent us all the information, and we filled it out. It was pretty seamless. Goldco was very awesome. If they don't know something, they find out and call us back. They've been very easy to work with. We had a really great experience.

Extremely frustrating experience…. Made multiple calls to AE and others and never once spoke with anyone… Had to leave messages… Would receive calls back at inconvenient times but never connected… As a CUSTOMER I need to place an order when convenient for ME… not wait around until it is convenient for the sales staff… I finally completed my initial purchase. Product and Price are fine… Customer Service needs work…

I thought about investing in precious metals for a long time and have heard it's a more positive investment. I had some money I needed to invest and preferred to go with silver. I went with Goldco and the process was totally easy. It was a very nice experience.

Goldco would be a good way to preserve wealth and the people helping me set up the IRA stood out in my experience with them. I wanted to know how they valued the assets, being that they were collectible coins and not just bullion. I didn’t realize how they valued those. People considering Goldco should research before they make any decisions.

Goldco called me. I talked to them and they did good. I had an IRA and I transferred everything from the IRA into gold through Goldco. A gold IRA is a safer investment. Goldco sent me the papers, I signed the papers, and they pretty much took care of everything else. They're nice and good people to deal with. If I had any questions, they answered them. If they didn't know, they got back to me. It was a pleasurable experience and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I heard about Goldco through a podcaster. I went with them, and so far, I haven't had any bad experiences. The purchasing experience was seamless. The account rep and I make the purchases together. Then somebody calls me to do a follow-up to confirm. Then once the metals are purchased and delivered, I get a confirming email saying they're in my account. The account manager I work with seems to be a very kind person, and very knowledgeable about what he's doing. And he's responsive, as well. Their website is fine too.

This is a company that operates within a position of public persona. They give the impression that they operate under the the highest level of integrity in the Precious Metals business. They are far from that. I have spent two years yes two years trying to get someone to explain to me why when I got ready to liquidate my account Goldco kept 75% of the profits. I call and will be left on hold. I call back and I'm transferred to another line and nobody picks up the phone. This last time which occurred in June of 2026 a lady told me it would be two to seven days before their customer care team could get me an explanation as to why they got to keep the lion's share of the profits of 40K of which they kept 30K. Yet they post of having a top-rated buy-back for the industry.

I visited Goldco’s website before I talked to the reps and when I reached out to them, it was easy. The customer service was a factor in my decision to work with them and the price is level with everybody else out there. I'd recommend Goldco.

Speaking to Goldco’s reps has been friendly, super easy, and seamless. It was great. I've done it before. And I've been back. I made four different purchases. I've already referred a bunch of friends to Goldco.

I am trying to withdraw funds and find it extremely difficult. Customer service tells me that it will be 7-10 days before I can even start the withdrawal process. In the interim, I’m bleeding dollars because of their extremely slow response time and slow processing. Every time I call, I am met with a snobby attitude. Not happy!
