Everyone has been incredibly helpful, kind and gracious. I have a lot of questions and they were always answered with kindness and professionalism and in a way that was comprehensible for me. I would definitely suggest anyone to use this group.

They were very professional, explained the process thoroughly, checking throughout to make sure, you understand. Always asks if you have any questions and very clear on expectations while moving briskly to start the processes and insures you that they are here for you.

Five Lakes Law, is so easy to work with. They do all of the dirty work, so you don't have to. They take away the stress of dealing with negative collectors. All you have to do is follow their plan for easy recovery.

Paolo was great in helping me get my debt under control. He was very pleasant to talk to and explained what the program details. He answered all my questions and called me several times to make sure I was comfortable with what the outcome will be. I actually can breathe without all this debt hanging over me and I know he will be in the background whenever I need him.

Everything that this group does is transparent and easy to understand. They have never left me in the dark. This group is doing excellent job. They're simply the best group I have ever come across. They are doing a great job in helping me resolve my debt situation with my creditors and I am so grateful for their relentless efforts.

Signed up in October 2025. Keep getting charged 27% for 2 different creditors. They take huge chunks of money for themselves and pay very little towards the debt I owe.

There was NO judgement for calling to see what help was available. I'm very satisfied with the plan for my needs. Very affordable plan I'm taking part in. I was drowning in debt. The entire process of initiating an inquiry to onboarding with the firm and Accredited was thorough, transparent and easy to understand. I started with 5 lakes, and at first it was fine. Your credit does take a hit, but that's to be expected. I entered the program with 3 accounts. The first one didn't have much on it and was the first to be resolved, so I felt good about it. The 2nd one wasn't negotiated down at all and I ended up paying nearly the entire amount. Two months before that one was finished out, they started getting aggressive with the 3rd card. They were trying to demand I pay more than I even make - like by twice as much.

They helped me out immensely and now I’m saving over $400 a month on my payments and I’ll be paid off in 5-6 years EARLIER than I would’ve been without them. I can't thank them enough for all the help they've given me. I had a piece of mind knowing that I CAN do this with them by my side

Although it is early in the process with a long road ahead, so far, everyone I have spoken with has listened and I feel heard about my debt issues and needing to get it behind me. Everyone has been empathetic and clearly explained the next steps on this journey together. I am now looking forward to the process and feel confident that we will meet my goals sooner rather than later...it took me many years to get in my situation, and the path to get out of it will be a fraction of that time!!

From the very first person I spoke with, Celia, then to the law firm’s personnel to the attorney, I was at complete ease for once. Everyone was so kind, understanding and explained everything so clearly. I can’t believe I waited as long as I did to make that call. I’m into great customer service and they are excellent!

When I first signed up and for about the first year they seemed to really be on the ball. They paid off two accounts quite quickly and set up payments for two more. That was two years ago. They have done nothing since. They say that they have contacted others but, I have received no further help. If you send a message asking why they say if you send more money it will be quicker.

John was very kind. Very understanding. Help me understand everything that I didn’t. I would recommend. To anybody who wanted to clear up their finances. I’m so glad I did this instead of filing bankruptcy. It was so easy.

I just started with you guys so we'll see how it goes, Hopefully GREAT, and I'll be as happy as I can be if it all works out, which it should from what I understand & was told. So far I am pleased with the services. Brian was very friendly, knowledgeable & seemed to care. So far I would recommend services to someone who was drowning in debt. I look forward to the process & getting relief.

I hired 5 Lakes Law Group to reduce and pay my debt. I followed all instructions and did the attorney call. About a year into my payments, they sent me a letter saying that my account was being closed due to me not doing the attorney call. I called them and told them I did that at the beginning and even gave them the date. They were able to pull it up that it was done and said I must have been canceled by mistake. They even had me sign a form to reinstate my payment plan, but they never reinstated it. Instead, they sent all the money back in my account. I called them and let them know this was supposed to be reinstated and they told me there was a ticket open. I called 3 times with no resolve. Now I'm in debt way over what I can afford and have to sell my house. I would not hire.

From my first call, I immediately felt less stress and felt hope for the first time in years. I thought I could handle my debt on my own, but I never got close. My team of Paris, Regina, and Madison explained everything clearly. I just started the program and I feel so much relief already. I cannot wait to complete this debt relief in just 4 1/2 years, and save money along the way.
