I was extremely nervous going into this process. Not knowing what to expect and if this was even the correct path for me to take. Every single person that I have spoken to thus far has been amazing. From the initial call to look at my options, the next call to go over the option that I have chosen and then the final call to again explain the program. I really feel that they care about me and helping to get me financially stable and out of debt. I am only in the first stages but I am very confident that I have made the right choice in trusting Five Lakes Law Group with my future financial well being.

Everyone I have encountered at Five Lakes have been giving me much needed relief until I started dealing with the underwriting group. I will give them an F on a grade card. They ask for information. I provide that information. They reject it and tell me to call the company and make sure to provide very specific information that has to be in one sheet.. I sent an old statement as an example. They responded, send us screenshots showing the exact amount I owe. 2 screenshots showing every loan and remaining balance. They again reject it because the loan companies name was not on the screenshot. I am old. 100% disabled and I can not seem to make the underwriters group happy. I asked them to call me tomorrow. I will believe they call me when I see my phone ring and it says Five Lakes.

Great professional advice, very informative, patient, and would continue to ask if all my questions were answered. Also kept assuring me that their office is open 24/7 if I need to contact them, and it would be a person, not AI. Thank you!

I was very happy at the end of the call. PEOPLE...with bad credit...I highly recommend to get with these people. I promise you, it will be satisfying.
