I was contacted by Finova the next day after my loan inquiry. The application process went quite well. I spoke to a couple of different ladies. It was pretty cut and dry. They explained everything to me quite well, and what I needed to do and when I made a few mistakes, they told me how to correct them. I found it very pleasant. They also have a very knowledgeable loan processor. Overall, it was easy.

Finova doesn't offer cancellation fees for the loan if I want to pay earlier. The application process was pretty fast and everything was simple. Plus the reps were pretty great.

I went to LendingTree and Finova popped up. I contacted them and they contacted me right back. Everything was agreeable so I went with them. The woman I spoke to who set everything up was extremely helpful. She explained how the payments worked step by step. I answered some questions, they did some checking and they came right back and said, “We can do this.” The whole process was very quick and easy. Everything went very smooth and I was very impressed. I did exactly what they told me to, and the money was delivered exactly as they said it would be.

Finova Financial reached out to me a day or two after my inquiry. I also received emails from other loan companies but Finova was better because of the digital aspect of the process. I was able to go online and see the documents I needed, upload the pictures, etc which was easier than having to pick up the phone every time. It was a good experience. Their reps guided me all along and it was also easy to upload stuff.

From everything Finova had to say, there was no hassle about doing anything. The loan process was really quick and easy, and it didn't seem like it was such a big risk. Even though it was somewhere out of town, I was trusting a foreign business that I never heard of, but they made me feel so comfortable that I would take the chance. Once I filled out the application online, they sent me one that I print out, send back signed, or even DocuSign. We had trouble with the DocuSign but we figured out what the bug was and got it corrected. The loan processor was very helpful, friendly, open and engaging and made the process simple.

I took pictures of my vehicle, there were step-by-step directions, and I e-signed everything on the phone internet and then sent it to them. The reps were very courteous. They sent me a self-addressed envelope to FedEx and I FedExed them my title, and got the money the next morning. I'd recommend them.

I liked Finova Financial and I appreciated what they did. They were the only company that could give me the amount of money, and the payback time was good. The loan processors awesome. They took care of everything and I couldn’t ask for a better company.

This is my first time using Finova Financial on my truck. My girlfriend arranged the application process for me and helped me out while I was at work. We had to call back a couple of times and get everything straightened out, but once we got all the needed paperwork done which took the most time, the lending process was fairly easy. They worked with us pretty good. However, I got a hard time with the interest rate. I borrowed $3,000 but now I’m paying $9,000 back. That’s steep and I do have a problem with that. I don’t like that part. But so far they seem to be a decent outfit. I’ve worked with other outfits years before, and sometimes they were a pain in the butt. I’d recommend Finova Financial to somebody else if they needed it.

Rachel ** for super woman is amazing. I first met her at On the Go loans. And she recognized my voice and thought I was related to Fred Durst. Rachel took care of me through the whole loan process then and now above and beyond what you expect. I called her and kept her on the phone with every little thing. Especially taking the last five numbers off. She is the best and you're lucky to have her, I would use your company again knowing Rachel is there.

I had a good experience with Finova Financial. When we inquired, we were contacted within the same day. The guy that was helping me was very good and understanding. He was okay being with me all day on the phone and explained everything really good.

I reached out to Finova and they contacted me. The young lady I dealt with was very courteous, friendly, caring and detailed in letting me know what they required as far as documentation and whatnot. The process was very positive and easy. However, my very first experience with a call from them once the payment was due was not very good, and I felt like I was being pursued by a loan shark. My payment was due on a Thursday and I got it paid that very following Friday. My intent was to make the pay on Friday. The lady I talked to explained that if that occurred, I should call and let Finova know but the manner in which she explained it was gruff. We’re adults and I don’t need to be handled with kid gloves. Finova loaned me money but I’m still the customer so a little more kindness and a little bit of respect would have gone over a little better. Otherwise, I’ve been dealing with Finova for a month and I foresee in the very near future being able to pay off the loan.

Pleased with the professional customer service and speedy responses to requests. Payment options need improvement. Additionally, it would have been nice If my title was mailed to me after the lien was removed rather than me having to go out of my way and paying for it to be reissued.

The application process was fairly easy but it got a little bit confusing when Finova was asking for the different pictures and stuff. It wasn't really clear but once I understood what they wanted, then it was fine. The person I worked with was very courteous.

Didn't have any issues with Finova. But I had to deal with them a few times because I was busy and I had to schedule it. Once I uploaded a picture, it took two days because I did it on a weekend. So from the time I was contacted, it took me about a week to get the loan. My experience with Finova has been all right.

I was with Finova for a year and it's been pretty good. I saw they can do a car loan and I tried them. There were other ones but I went with Finova because they're over here in Florida and are not that far. The application process was easy. I called them and they did it within 1 day. I dealt with them last year and they helped me out a lot then I just redid a new loan. I'm in a jam now and we talked it out, but there’s nothing they can do. So I'll just bite my tongue and hopefully get it done. But I have really no problem with them, they could do what they could do, and I could do what I could do.

I had the most wonderful experience with Finova Financial. Applying for the loan was incredibly easy. I uploaded all the documents online and they approved my application really fast, I received the money the same day I applied. Linda processed my loan and Rachael helped me with the repayment process. They were both very helpful and super nice. They answered all my questions and made the process really easy. Finova called me the same day that I submitted my application. I lost my father around my first payment time so I had to take off work. And they worked with me towards my first payment. I love this company. I recommended them already. Not just because they helped me, but because of the type of people that I’ve dealt with. They are really good people. They help you in every way that they can. Finova explained better than the other company that contacted me. Their loan officer was great. I had a lot of questions and she explained everything to me. It was a good experience.

Finova Financial is very nice, and helpful in getting everything organized. The rep did everything all the way and was fast. For everything I didn't do, she got me back and had everything taken care of. It was a quick and simple application process. However, I'm on disability, so I get my check on the 10th to 15th every month, and it's always on the 1st so the only thing I don’t like about it is it doesn’t fall through for where my check is and I hated that the first time. But other than that, I'm very satisfied, and I would recommend them.

Finova's interest rates were dramatically lower than everyone else's and their reviews online were good. The time from my loan inquiry until the time that they contacted me wasn’t that long. I didn’t have my phone and they left me a text message so they tried multiple ways to get in contact with me. Applying was an easy and smooth process. The gentleman who I spoke with during the process answered his phone on the handy questions, while the lady who had something to do with the underwriting made sure everything was good. They really did a good job. They also answered any and all questions I had.

From start to finish, everyone was easy to work with, and everything was simple to understand. They willingly went above and beyond! Anytime I called and had questions, they were right there. They even pay attention when you make a suggestion or recommendation!

I had a title loan option locally which is very similar sith Finova Financial as far as the percentages, terms and payments to be made, and at the moment the reason was because I believe Finova Financial's interest rate was slightly lower than the other company that was my other option. I was online after I filled out the information and that’s when they called me. Comparative to the ones I've done previously, they were a bit more streamlined. As far as the information that was required, the technology is being used effectively and efficiently. For example, taking pictures of the vehicle and texting in to the number, getting screenshots of my bank account, which in the end, they didn’t need, but those type of information and documentations that were submitted usually is in a physical form where now it’s more readily accessible through just from the phone. It was easier for me as the consumer.

They do not explain the loan and the true cost of the loan. They don't tell you if you don't have full coverage insurance, they will add it to your loan. I borrowed $800, paying $1600.00 back. Seems to me it should be illegal to charge that much. But if you're poor you have no choice.

I hate paying a fee to pay a bill. You need a better payment option. Overall my experience has been great and Rachel is awesome. I would prefer to pay online using my debit card so I don't have to pay a fee.

My experience with Finova Financial has been good. I got a short-term loan from them and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It went very well. Their loan reps were very cool. The only thing that upset me was that they said that they would have my money in an hour after I mailed the title through FedEx. But then they said, they won’t give me my money until they received it in their hands. Other than that, I finished everything and I'm satisfied.

It was pretty quick and better because you can get a live person on the phone as soon as you call. As the other companies, they have to go through screenings and take a lot of bunch of forms online. The application process was easy. Everything was already input into the system. I just had to take the pictures and go to the FedEx. Also, the loan officer was courteous and friendly. We had a phone problem at one point where we can’t hear the person talking and we had to disconnect and get called back. That was a little weird but other than that everything is great. I’m very satisfied and I would recommend it to a friend.

There's not any auto title loan company in the state of Kentucky. Then I just happened to think to give it a shot online with Finova. Applying to Finova Financial was easy and they contacted me really fast. Their loan processor was courteous and able to answer all of my questions. Everything as far as getting the loan was good.

Most people, after my loan inquiry was initiated, don’t really care or respond to inquiries or issues I have. They were discouraging to me because I was in a rush. Finova was always there and they always answered. They gave me more information and explained things more to me than everybody else did. Unlike a lot of other people, they worked with me by giving me the extensions all the way up until I paid it off completely. Their lender was wonderful and she was always my primary contact. The application process only took a few minutes to do and it was easy. They called back immediately. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do it but when I made up my mind the next day, within 30 minutes everything was going and done. They even FedExed stuff so they made it convenient for me. I’m thinking about doing it again and if I do, I'm gonna call Finova.

The application with Finova was really easy ‘cause it was all online. Also, they had shorter terms. People could do it for either a year or two. And the interest rate was great and it wasn’t as horrible as the other ones. But after getting my title to them and getting the money, it was a little bit hectic. There were some glitches like I had to pay to send my title and some other papers that had to have my original signature. And then I had some issues getting my money. It would be a lot more appealing if people didn’t have to make payments through MoneyGram. It’s $16 to send a payment which is ridiculous to me.

Finova offered me a little bit more for my vehicle so I chose them over an auto title company. However I think that they should let people know a little bit more about the fees come the time they will pay back the loan. The person who helped me said that it's better the sooner I pay back the loan amount. I had the $850 for the loan repayment a month later. However when I paid back the loan, I had to pay $1,100 because of all those unexpected fees. The fees are included in the paperwork I signed for, however when I was getting the loan and just needed the money, I was not reading all those little details.

I was looking for an auto title company and Finova has to be one of the top ones reviewed, so I went with it. Once I got started on the whole application, it was straightforward. It took 20 minutes from there. Carter was the loan processor and he was really great. He called me back to make sure that things were moving forward. The whole experience was good except for the last part of not getting funding. It wasn’t that I didn’t qualify for funding, they didn’t send the funding the right way to begin with. The program that they use is MoneyGram and my state has certain regulations on it and they didn’t follow through with those regulations. I had to cancel where I went to a different loan company and was able to get the loan easily.

I've been paying it forever and no money is going towards the principal. Other than that, it was very convenient because I needed it and I’m thankful that they were able to help me. I'd already done my car title with someone, but once I got a hold of Finova, it took them less than a week to do all my paperwork and have it all completed. When I first called, I talked to a real nice lady and everything worked out. She walked me through all of it and answered every question. She'd also call every time I was gonna do something to make sure I got that part completed and I could call her at any time of the day and checked on. Even after it was over, she called to make sure everything went well. She was a very good person and very easy to deal with. It was an easy monthly payment for a set amount of time. I was late on my payment and when I made my payment thru moneygram it was accepted by Finova and then I was told they are going to repo my car even though I paid the late payment and was 2 days late on another. Called to let them know I would be paying the amount due on the next day. I was informed that they need the full loan balance and they will not accept anything else. So now I am going to contact an attorney to see what my legal rights are. STAY AWAY FROM FINOVA....

It only took a short amount of time from my loan inquiry that Finova contacted me. I'm still working with them in the meantime. Application was an easy process, and I was able to get assistance. Finova calls a day or two before I have to make a payment. One time, I failed to make a payment since I didn't know that it was on the 4th like usual. But it seems the last time, I made it on the 6th. So, I don't know if the payment is due every 30 days or 31 days. The loan processor explained these dates but the information didn't stick very well. I looked forward to the emails as to the due dates but I didn't get any.

Experience was very quick but repayment is only through MoneyGram which isn't traditional. Seems sketchy but it is a valid loan company. Just surprised they are behind on the times. They did help me when I needed it so I do need to give them that. I was in a bind and needed a bail out and they were there to help. Just with an incredibly large interest rate.

At a time of need Finova title loan was fairer than a competitor I had used previously, as they forced me to have their auto insurance along with my own which was a ripoff. Finova wasn't very different from other companies that I've used. I thought their rates were going to be better from the advertisements but they were just as high as everybody else. It didn't take very long for them to respond to my inquiry and it was nice that they sent me a $50 gift card to use at a restaurant after I paid my first payment on time. But I had a little issue when I sold my car because I was waiting on the money from the sale and the buyer wouldn't give it to me because they were saying that they were waiting for Finova to release the title. That inconvenienced me because I wasn't able to get the money right away. I didn't like that part about it. When I asked Finova what happened, nobody could explain it to me. I wasn't satisfied with my experience because I had to pay a lot of money even though the car company actually paid the loan off. I had the loan only a few months and still ended up paying a lot more than what I borrowed from them.

It was quick and simple and the best part is I did it all from my house. I will definitely be recommending Finova Financial to everyone who may need some extra cash for any reason.

Finova was phenomenal. I got a lot of riffraff from other people but Finova was more straightforward just forwarding my car's trade value. Also, the application process was easy. The only thing I don't like and that they should tell upfront is they don’t take checks and payments. They gave me an invitation to pay by MoneyGram which there’s a fee associated with it. I liked their payment structure better than where I was at where I pay and it just re-ups the loan. I'm not actually paying anything on it unless I pay significantly more. She seemed to listen to me, care about the situation that was going on or what I needed the loan for, and went out of her way to help me. Some of the things were a little difficult though as I'm not very computer savvy, but other than that, it was really convenient. I tried to go a title loan but the company couldn't give in on what was needed and they're the ones who recommended Finova to me. When I applied online, somebody called me. The person I went to was really nice, helpful and still contacts me to remind me of my payments about to due. She's even keeping in contact now although I have got my loan to make sure everything is still going smooth. Most loan companies don't do that. However, we had a little bit of complications with the application process. Getting the first picture downloaded was a little difficult. But once my husband figured out how to download the pictures, it went pretty smoothly. Finova has been good, but I wish they had a place instead of having to go to MoneyGram because that's seven extra dollars I have to pay out every time I make my payments.

Finova seemed to offer better rates until it got down to the nitty-gritty. I signed up in August but we never received a financial package. We were never given a copy of the contract until I called to get it, and I'm paying for insurance that I already have on the vehicle in the amount of $2,700. They sent me a copy of the contract but it says that we have to cancel that insurance within three business days as the origination date so I'm out of luck. Right now, Finova is terrible, and I'd like for the insurance to go away.

We don’t have any auto title loan company in Florida. Finova contacted me and so, I had to go outside the boundaries as I didn’t have a lot of options here. They took less than 24 hours to contact me and the experience has been better than others, adding in the whole process, the procedure, how quickly they responded, how quickly they had everything done, and how helpful they were. They worked with me if I had something or they could see something and they would say I'd have to do it again but it was a lot of fun. My personal loan processor did a good job. They have the easiest process ever and they did exactly what they said they were gonna do. It’s so simple.

Finova is really good, wonderful, and they're very helpful. They were better than other companies because of the customer service that I received. Their loan qualifications are different. With Finova, when I pay the loan back, it stays the same so it's a set monthly payment. As far as with other companies that I've inquired with, their interest rates kinda go up or the payment fluctuates.

I was tired of the title loan company that I was originally with because they weren't taking anything from the principal of the loan. They just kept hitting me up on interest and were overbearing at the time because I really didn't need to finance, but if I could have avoided doing it, I would have never got in that situation. The people I dealt with at Finova Financial were very polite and professional, and they knew exactly what they were talking about. They laid everything out in black and white and made everything very clear. Finova said that they are in West Palm Beach and I do a lot of work there, so I went with them since I could go speak to somebody in person if the office said that I had to. I have given up trying to pay my bill online. Going to CVS store to use MoneyGram and paying an extortion fee of $6.99 just to send money is a crime. Thanks for your time.

But then we had received a letter from Finova through a loan shark and we didn't think we would be able to get the loan because of the problems we had with other loan companies. We didn't think we would be able to afford it, but it was affordable. Also, they gave clearer details of the loan and have better communication on what we have to do. It didn't take very long for them to contact me after I inquired about it.

I got put in the hospital and came out with a $1,600 bill. I was in for 23 hours so it isn’t a full day, but it cost me more than if I would’ve stayed in the hospital. So, I inquired with Finova. I didn’t know how it all works but someone called me. She was so informative on the interest and how much I’ll be paying over the year, and made me so relaxed and comfortable about having loans because at first, I was very scared to do something like that. Otherwise, I would’ve never done it. They worked with me and I am almost finished with the hospital bill but I still have enough to pay them $100 a month.

She helped me through any questions that I needed and let me know upfront exactly what was needed of me. It wasn't like my other experiences where I went through the whole process only for me to end up not even able to get the loan for a certain reason.

Finova was a little bit better at first. They contacted me hours after submitting a loan inquiry and the application process was easy. Their loan processor was courteous and able to answer my questions too. But, the only payment option is Western Union which charges $10 to $12 per payment, so it makes it worse compared to other loan companies.

But the personal loan processor whom I talked to over the phone was great and sweet. She was extremely helpful about everything including with questions and issues I had. She was going to get it for us that night, and I said that it's not that big of a deal and told her to ship it in the morning. So that's what we did and she was right there in the morning when the FedEx opened. She walked me through it and it was good. Overall, it’s a life-saving experience.

I did the loan inquiry with Finova on my phone. My personal loan processor, Terry was nice. She said she can get the payment at the level of what I was paying or lower. I had doubts and didn't like the fact that it actually went up $100 from the payment I had before. Nevertheless, they were right on it after I filled out the loan inquiry and, since the loan would be paid off in 12 months, I closed on the deal. Once I closed on the deal however, I never heard again from Terry.

I made an arrangement to make a payment on a certain date and they sent the repo man out to get my truck which caused me a lot of problems. I was supposed to pay on a Monday, but they sent the guy out before I was even supposed to make the payment. They couldn't get in touch with me, but my phone number has been the same, the thing is, if I've already made the payment arrangement for that Monday so they didn't have to call me. Overall, they're a good company. It's just that that one incident was bad for me. They are better than directly contacting an auto title loan company (I received a little bit more from them). I'm okay with them now, but I still have to go to court because the repo man and I got into each other.

I am happy my experience with Finova. I didn't want to do it at start because the interest rate is ridiculous but it was a necessary thing I had to do at the moment. For $800, I have to pay them back $2100. It is $1300 interest on $800 in one year. Besides that, earning has been great. They have been very cooperative and very nice. No problems.
