A great value! For a low monthly maintenance fee I am getting back on track.

Working with FCM was one of the best choices of my life. They immediately reigned in my out of control interest rates and had me on a payment plan soon thereafter. I was able to keep track of my account online and the chat option was extremely quick and easy when I need to speak with someone regarding my account. Before I knew it, my accounts were paid off and things couldn't be better! Thank you FCM for helping me gain control of my finances sooner rather than later!!!

The fees that FCM charged seemed like a lot at first, and perhaps they were, but they also helped negotiate better repayment terms for me and were very helpful and polite to deal with. This company is the greatest. At first it was really tough on us but we were not in the best of shape when we called them for help. We are less than a year away from being debt free. We could not done this on our own. They are very helpful and they took very good care of us and we are very grateful for all they did for us.

This has been a big relief. Late fees and past dues eventually go away. No more shuffling bills. One fee and FC does the rest. Balances are going down and surprising how you can manage without credit.

Coming to FCM was diffcult because the debt was in my name, but it was the outcome of economic coercion from a past relationship. Though some of it was my own, I felt so discouraged with paying on debt. FCM gave me hope, and worked with all my creditors to assure me to get out of debt the fastest way possible. I am very thankful that I signed on with Family Credit when I did. They have been helpful and accessible when I have had questions and I have been able to pay off more than $12,000 in debt and am very close to having all of my debt paid off. The monthly payments have been manageable and when I needed to change the amount of my monthly payment, they worked out a plan.

I started with this company as I was losing my house and was 109,000 in consumer debt. About four years later, I have about 16000 in consumer debt and will be debt-free before the end of the year. These people have been instrumental in getting my financial situation under control and I could not have done it without them. They are always so encouraging and helpful whenever I talk to them. I've used Family Credit Services since October 2012 and will be out of Credit Card debt in 2016. Family Credit is a very professional organization and always responds immediately to questions or request. Before signing with them I did check them out with the BBB to see if there were complaints filed against them, they are an accredited business. I highly recommend this service; I have zero complaints with their service. All of my credit card accounts are closed, but I still can access all of my accounts online and I am amazed at how quickly my account balances are falling compared to how slowly my balances were declining before Family Credit. I'm looking forward to being out of debt and because I'm making my payments on time, my credit score is going up regularly.

When I called Family Credit I was in a desperate situation because of all the money I owed on credit cards. They worked with me and a plan was arranged. It took me 4 1/2 years to pay off this debt. We are now less than a year away from eliminating our credit card debt, thanks to Family Credit. I can't believe how easy it was to set up an account with them, and that it was at an extremely reasonable monthly fee... way less than we would have been paying all these years on credit card fees had we not turned to them for help. And of course we will have our debts paid off so much faster. They negotiated with our credit card companies to get us a low (1.9%) or 0% finance charge rate and set up a payment plan that will allow us to be free of those debts at the end of the five year period.

I'm thankful for a resource to help me organize and manage my debt. I would have preferred a more detailed monthly statement that let me see balances coming down. It also would have been nice if FCMS was linked in more closely with my creditors so you knew the actual balances vs. using "best estimates" particularly as we got closer to the debt being paid off. Overall, I'm thrilled that I used your program and just a few minor tweaks would have made it amazing.

I am satisfied with the service that I have received through FCMS. I do not appreciate not being informed of the possibility that I would have 30-day late being reported to my credit bureau. I have not had any 30-day late reports prior to enrolling in this program but was told that my credit will be positively affected in the long run as an explanation for why this wasn't explained. I believe that most people who enroll in the program do not have good credit to begin with like I had, so it might not be as big of a deal to have a 30+ day reporting on their credit, but since I had good credit, my rating has tanked.

I would recommended anytime. They have really been nice to me and talk to them really helpful. They have my recommendation any day - give them 100 percent.

FCM has helped me more than once. They are extremely easy to communicate with and are very flexible with changes to my account. Any time I need to add or remove a creditor, they handle it immediately and always follow up with a phone call. If I send an email on the weekend I even get a response then. They've also been honest about the different ways settlement versus full amount paid works and leave it to me to make that decision. If someone new is handling my account or covering for my regular handler, I always get a nice introductory email.

I was over $8000 in debt. A plan was made that was reasonable that I could manage. I'm now just a matter of months of being out of debt completely. I've been able to pay off a couple of credit cards early with no further fees added. And the people have all been kind and helpful. I definitely recommend considering Family Credit Counseling to get control again over your finances!

Service from FCM has been fair. Updates to account balances are not provided, and there is no communication regarding the accounts being handled by FCM. FCM is essentially just a liaison for making payments to debtors at a fee, but there is hardly any accountability. I did not realize that there was no payment or a late payment was made (can't remember the details) until my credit monitoring provided informed of the late payment. It was too late to rectify the situation by then. I had to initiate a call/calls to FCM to get an explanation. I had asked this 1 of 2 creditors whether I could just send the payments to them directly so I can better monitor it, but I was informed that the account would revert to the higher interest rate. Therefore, I'm only staying with FCM to keep the lower interest rate. Except for this, I am not confident that I can rely on FCM to apprise me of issues, if any, regarding my account or on obtaining accurate balances.

The service saved my credit. I am paying less towards my credit cards but will pay them off in 5 years vs 20.

I am glad that I was able to have Family Credit Management help me manage my credit cards, because now the balance that I owe is getting lower and will have them payed off soon. They helped me to cancel the credit cards and make arrangements to pay them off. If I would not have consulted with Family Credit Management, I would have continued to use my credit cards and the balance would continue to increase causing me to never pay them off. Family Credit Management is the way to go if people are not able to eliminate or pay off their credit cards by themselves! Thank you, Family Credit Management team.

I never thought I would be on my way to being debt-free. I had creditors calling, and was even being sued. FMC helped me along every step of the way. Every point of contact seemed genuinely interested in helping me get out of the credit "black hole" I had created for myself. At first, I couldn't believe it was real - figured it was one of those credit scams. Trust me, this is the best company if you are serious about helping yourself. I finally see light at the end of the tunnel!

The only complaint I have is that twice we have sent in our payment to Family Credit Management, in plenty of time to get it to our creditor, and they received it late. Other than that, I am very happy with Family Credit Management.

I found many credit management companies out there and didn't know who to trust. Many I talked to tried to sell us their "deals" that I later found out were not deals. This company is very good and work with you to help you, not make money off you. When later things picked up for us we were able to up the amount of money we pay, therefore will pay off our bills even quicker. I highly recommend this company.

I had to sift through a few scams before finding this company. They were recommended by my accountant. They were able to negotiate on my behalf to have my interest rates lowered a lot! Now I have two lower monthly payments that are consistent, unlike credit card payments which can go up and down drastically. I finally have a plan to get out of debt. They have been very helpful if I needed to delay payment a little bit too. They have all been very cordial and respectful. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them!

My recent statements have not reflected which creditors have become ZERO balances. On the statements from you it was stated that an asterisk* would indicate which have been paid off. My last statements don't even show ANY amounts anymore. When a creditor has been paid off (which some have) why do I still pay the same amount to FCM every month. Should that amount go down or just stay the same and other creditors get paid more since others are paid off?

I started my account to consolidate hospital and credit debt that I had fallen behind on. Everything is broke down and explained and the few times I needed to move my payment date they were always helpful to make sure my best interest was taken care of. Would use services again and definitely recommend to all!

Your company's service is very good. When I emailed with questions I get a response the same or next day which is all I can ask. When I have called it is really nice that I can get someone on the phone quickly, speak with them and get the answers or assistance I need. My only criticism is that your online account information is limited. It would be nice to see the balances of the accounts I am paying off, an estimated "Pay in Full" date for example, or other ways to utilize the information. I do get statements mailed by each credit card company. However I would find it a lot easier to be able to track the information online at your site, where I make the payments.

I am in about a 44 months payoff. I am about 1/2 way through, and I know there is a light at the end of the tunnel. My issue was not so much credit debt as it was loss of income without a loss of bills. I think it would help to add a percentage amount to each billing cycle, i.e., "You are currently 10%, 25%, 60% done." Also, it may be good to offer annual credit reviews at your office.

Before I found Family Credit Management, I had a really hard time trying to juggle payments to each of the credit card companies I owed each month. Due to my inability to pay a little to each company every month, I saw my interest start to build and build and build until I owed more on the cards than what I had originally charged. Now that I have been with Family Credit Management for a year, I can already see how well they are helping me to pay off my debt. The staff is great at being available to you every step of the way, and they are wonderful at explaining any concerns you may have in a way that you can understand it. They are also willing to help you work with what you can afford to pay.

FCM has quietly and effectively helped my wife and I achieve our goal of being debt free before our daughter starts college this fall. It was a long range plan of our for years, but until we hooked up with FCM we were spinning our wheels. The hardest part of the process was convincing ourselves that this was truly an opportunity to get our outstanding debt & credit cards under control and not some shaky fly-by-night organization out to scam you for your cash. Setting the program up was pretty easy, once on the program the funds were auto-deducted from our checking account, and paid each month and we didn't have to do anything. This August we will be done with FCM and making that almost $700 a month payment to them (our cards balances) and we cannot wait for that to happen.
