Charles ** was of great help explaining and walking me through the process. Also, he was kind and understanding of my situation and how I ended up needing his and the company's help. The process wasn't too long and he was very upfront and informative. Was willing to answer all my questions and patient with my understanding of all the information given to me.

I had a really great experience with Lidia. She was wonderful at explaining my options to me, explaining how the consolidation process works and was able to consolidate my credit card debt in a monthly payment I could afford. After she explain the process and the benefits she made it very comfortable for me to relax and tell her all I wanted to do by consolidating my debt. When I first called I wasn’t sure about my decision so Glenn gave me time to review the legitimacy of the company and then life got in the way - I did not feel nagged or bombarded by the follow ups during this time - by the time I decided to go for it, Glenn was able to help me finalize everything smoothly.

They negotiated my largest balance 2 months later. There was no $ left monthly to do any other till 2025 when their fee came out each month too. They texted me of another acct offer and I spent 6 weeks trying to reach a person. They never returned my calls, texts or email requests. I stopped payment.
