The agent was very pleasant to talk to. He explained everything that needed to be explained. He didn't Talk down to me or was not condescending. He was an excellent agent and I'm very satisfied. He also answered all of my questions without hesitation and he had a lot of knowledge.

Chris was professional and very helpful. He was able to get our credit card debt down substantially. This will really help us out for future. He was polite and professional. Would recommend him for future clients. He was able to add on my husband information also. I’m hoping this will help us get debt free. He took his time and explained the details to us.

I can't say how much Yessika helped me.. I recently was faced with a complete upheaval of my life.. My partner of 14 years filed for divorce out of the blue... I had to quickly change everything about my life and was extremely upset, her kindness and warmth and understanding was everything I needed!! She was more than patient and assured me all the way through that help was available!!! Chad was a huge help and clear with all the information about consolidating my debt. He answered all my questions. Chad was very professional during the whole phone conversation. I am always skeptical about giving personal information over the phone. He wasn’t all about gaining my business and got to know more about my personal life along with sharing his personal experiences. Chad also did not make me feel bad about my credit score being so low and or my financial situation.

I have used this method in my early years! I was digging myself in a whole by getting more loans and more payments going out plus the interest was hurting me! I couldn’t keep up! My experience was superb and very, very very warming, knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and friendly in depth had a great time with the representative counselor and would recommend her to friends and family. Just a great job. explain every aspect of the company explain the depth the contract and how it works and what to look forward to having knowledge on how to improve my credit status.

The customer rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything involved with the process was thoroughly explained. All documents were signed electronically. I was given instruction as what to expect in the future. I am waiting to see if the creditors are agreeable to the terms of the settlement. I do not anticipate any problems. I am appreciative of the legal protections offered from the program.

Mathew was very professional. He listened to our situation and advocated/supported a mutually agreeable immediate solution plan. My wife and I feel relieved that we now can afford making a single monthly payment to resolve $100,000 in credit card debt by eliminating $240,000 in interest over a 48 month period.

It was a very difficult and stressful call and convo for me to have but Elizabeth made me feel at ease and really made me feel better about going through this entire process.
