Chad was a huge help and clear with all the information about consolidating my debt. He answered all my questions. Chad was very professional during the whole phone conversation. I am always skeptical about giving personal information over the phone. He wasn’t all about gaining my business and got to know more about my personal life along with sharing his personal experiences. Chad also did not make me feel bad about my credit score being so low and or my financial situation.

My experience was superb and very, very very warming, knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and friendly in depth had a great time with the representative counselor and would recommend her to friends and family. Just a great job. explain every aspect of the company explain the depth the contract and how it works and what to look forward to having knowledge on how to improve my credit status.

I’ll start by stating Latavea is a treasure and you should do everything in your power to keep her happy and make sure she never leaves you. All my issues are with your program. If not for Latavea, I would not have enrolled. I realize these issues are industry-wide, I have rejected dealing other firms with higher customer ratings than you. It is bad business not to give customers adequate time to review the lengthy and convoluted signing papers. Even when signing, the document skipped directly to required signatory spots so that I had to scroll back to read what you are asking me to sign.

Explained everything in detail for total understanding of how everything works. Great communication. I look forward to feeling like I can breathe again. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain and set up my account. I would recommend the program to anyone who is looking to get out of debt.

The customer rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Everything involved with the process was thoroughly explained. All documents were signed electronically. I was given instruction as what to expect in the future. I am waiting to see if the creditors are agreeable to the terms of the settlement. I do not anticipate any problems. I am appreciative of the legal protections offered from the program.
