I had a payday loan out with check and go for $300. It has been paid back and I went to reload because the website said would you like a new loan? I forwarded all the required documents. My bank account had $5000 in it everything is cleared and I was told I will not be able to loan for 10 more days so I inquired with Customer Service their website said they would be in touch with me with him one hour five hours later I heard nothing from him so I called. I escalated the call to a director of Customer Service named Jose who proceeded to tell me that there’s a cool off.

I just looked at my loan payments which are ridiculous. This is highway robbery for a 2300 dollar loan. I would have never did it if I knew how much they were going to charge me that much interest. Smh.

Great customer service along with letting customers know they have a sense of humor as well... Everyday people as God made us. Very appreciative as to how my aunt who I caregive for is treated and myself included. All are appreciated! Lee for Sandra.

Thanks for denying me loans when I always paid you off. What a joke. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't go through this company. There are better ones out there who actually care about helping you.

Called the Portage Check n' Go office over a month ago. Decided against the loan. Thank God. Now some lady whose name sounds like Sabine, and her cohort Nicole..we they've now called me over 54 times!! Day and night these 2 gutless wonders call and call and call and call. Today is 55 times! Leave me alone. Harassment to the max should not be allowed from these 2. Leave me alone. Don't call. Go away. Thank you so much. Seriously?

Desperately needed a loan and I have poor credit. Got one through them. Payments are outrageously high. There was no negotiating with them to lower payments. Called customer service, who are terrible, and ask for payoff amount. I've made 3 payments however my balance has gone up. Biggest mistake of my life. :(

I’ve been working with Check and Go for a while and it’s been a rapid declining customer service and following through on closing loans. I would definitely stay away! On the phone today I was on hold three separate occasions for an hour each and never got a hold of anyone.

Terrible website. You need to apply 2-3 days before you need the money in your account. When they ask for your bank statement, you'll want to upload 8 different screenshots and documents in 3 different types of files. Good news is by the time they send the stuff to sign, you don't need them anymore.

They take forever to close out paid loans. I paid over a week ago and it’s still showing up as an open loan. Customer service takes forever and isn’t of much assistance. Advance America is way better. They close out your loan the same day you make a payment and you can take out another loan that same day.

I want to refinance my loan, and they want me to pay a additional $300 more than than the refinance fee is. I don't mind paying a little moon the load, but don't make it's the amount you think I should pay. Especially amount money to take half my pay check, like I don't have other bills.

We were greeted as soon as we opened the door. A young lady named Madison helped us, she was very nice and helpful and she made this process very easy for us. She helped us get the loan that we needed. Thanks again Madison for all your help! Great job!

These few peoples using Check n' Go name to scam people's money from their bank account. They are using name Brandon **, Micheal **, Kevin ** and Jordan ** so be aware of them. They will ask you for your Bank Credential then they will deposit a fake check to withdraw funds. Please be aware of them. They claim to be in Columbus, Ohio. There is no telling where they are, but the Feds will catch them. I believe that it is someone working with ChecknGo Company that are providing info to them, because when they call me, they had all my info so all they needed was for me to give them my Bank Credentials. They call me from this number **. They even have ChecknGo letterhead, They are a Fraud.

I have done business with this company for more than 5 years. They shut down locations (mine) and the new location is horrible. Terrible customer service, they don't answer the phone or call back. Everything has changed. They charge a ton of money in interest and they apply all money to the interest 1st so you aren't even able to pay off early to save interest.

I tried to pay off the loan today and was told I had to wait until the July payment cleared. I am trying to avoid any further interest incurred. She then suggested I could pay a certain amount today and once the ACH cleared my bank it would be paid off (exactly what I am trying to prevent). I said how can you give me an exact amount to pay you now prior to the July payment given there will be a percentage of that payment that is principle. Her computer also indicated that I could pay off early but she over-road something on the assistance computer to prevent this. I told her bottom line I need the payoff now and she continued to state the payment needed to clear my bank and then I would need to show proof it did.

I began applying for a loan on Friday and had been having issues getting my bank information verified due to a technical issue on the Check n' Go side. Finally on Tuesday I finally got it verified and received an email stating that my loan was approved and what my monthly payment would be and when it was due, as well as the notice that it would be sent to my account on Wednesday. Well, Wednesday I received an email stating that the loan was reversed due to my name being different on my bank account than my application. My middle name is on my bank account and there was no place for it on the loan application. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone. That was just bad business practices.

Stay away from this company. They claim to help you until your next payday. But they charge you 750% in fees. They have the worst customer service. They'll blow up your phone asking you if you want to finish your application even though you already did and received the money. SCAM!!!!

I was contacted saying I received funds 1,800. in 2018. I was threatened that if I don't pay this amount I would be force to pay court fees and the amount would go from 1,800. to roughly 2,000. or more dollars. When I never heard or used this company for anything at all. After the 10th call from them. I was told that allegedly I got the funds and paid on the amount due for a couple of months. Keep in mind it's 2022 now. I ask for the account number this transfer went to, I ask for the payments dates I allegedly submitted. The answer I got was "our records does not show anything".

Contacting Check n' Go is not responding to my request to contact me in obtaining my personal information and documents. First you call the Feedback Department. Then, it goes to a 3-4 business days for someone in Corporate Office to contact me. It has been almost ONE WEEK and I still have not been contacted by anyone for Check n Go Corporate Office. Now, the Feedback is having another feedback for returning calls to me in a timely manner. I prefer to speak to someone in the Check n Go Corporate in urgent matters and not be IGNORED. I would love to give a better rating; however a NO RESPONSE IS A RESPONSE by Corporate Check n Go. Thanks, but no thanks.

I applied with Check n Go and have been getting calls from many loan leaders, Check n Go is selling your information. The calls and emails won't stop now. Was approved by all of them except Check n Go from the looks of it. You should be sued. I was trying to business with Check n Go not any other company.

I took out a loan for $1500. I made 4 payments of $250. Paid it off. When I called customer service trying to even get through to a actual representative was damn near impossible. I'm near impossible but when I finally did they told me my remaining balance was $1417. This was already after making 4 payments. Is totally a $1000. When ask when I ask them why they said, "Oh because you haven't been paying the principal just the interest." How have I not been paying for both at the same time? So what are the last few payments all towards principal alone cause this company is shady.

I was in need of a loan desperately and no one else would even talk to me. Then I came in and Melissa then she is the manager and she has a busy schedule but she went out of her way to help me. She not only helped me to get a loan, she was able to get me an offer that exceeded my needs, and she easily and quickly made the adjustments and worked out the details for me and did so at interest rates and payments that are easy on my budget. Thank you Melissa.

People should steer clear of these deceptive tactics, they will not give their customers a chance to make right on a loan. I tried to work something out with these greedy chicken hawks tried to change my payday with this company, but nope nothing doing, I was a consistent customer, but one mistake, and they will screw their customers. Wolves in wolves' clothing. 1.4 stars should say everything. I will never do business with this dishonest, predatory lending, steer clear.

The company was fine until they got a partner, Pocket 365. I have to use an email to send information, I can’t send it through the website anymore. I get paid on the second Wednesday of every month and sometimes it can be 5 weeks. This is suddenly an issue also. I have to wait a week to take out another loan. I wish they would get rid of Pocket 360.

I have been denied a home loan because of this company. I had to use their services couple years back and had paid it off but they never closed the account on the state database so when I was applying for my home loan I was denied because of an open loan in the state database. Well, when I call to have them update it the database they gave me the runaround and then was told it was taken care of, to call back in 1 hour so I call back 2 hrs later and still no change. They then proceed to tell me it's not on their end, that there's nothing they can do. In this entire process, I had called 28 times, hung up on 3 times and lied to. God only knows how many.
