We were out of town with an ill family member and I didn’t the get the form sent for the Medicare aid that we got. I held out of our checks like $300 a piece out of the same month. I had no money to pay the bills and started getting behind and couldn’t catch up until I got that straightened out which wasn’t in time. I called Sienna from Century Support Services and they have been wonderful. I signed up for their debt reduction program and I’m close to being done. They contacted my debtors and worked with them to get a reduction in the total amount. They’ve applied everything to my debt and did whatever percentage they charge for taking care of everything. I could have done it on my own, but I’m happy that they took it. They’re handling it, and they’re showing me good results.
Everyone who contacted me informed me completely about what was available and what I needed to do, and worked with me real well. They contacted me every time that they needed anything. As far as signing in and checking everything, I just call them and ask, and they always bring me up to date. Everybody there has been helpful and kind. If I had a problem with something they walked me through it. They’ve offered me services to straighten out my credit report as soon as I get a couple of months from the end so that I can make sure that everybody reported accurately when my debt was paid.
I’ve had friends who went through different companies and had major problems with it, didn’t get their bills paid, and didn’t get their money back so I’m very happy with Sienna. I have a friend who really got in a mess with that other company and lost $8,000. She told me that would happen to me and I told her the other day that in April, I’m going to be clear. I also told her if she ever needed it to go to Century because as far as I’ve seen, they’ve done everything they said they will do. These people have been marvelous and nobody bothered me as far as the debtors. If I had anything, I sent it in and they took care of it promptly. I didn’t get phone calls and they’ve paid off my debt. It relieved a lot of stress.

I was upside down in debt and I didn't have enough funds coming in to maintain my debt payments. I signed up for the program of Century Support Services and I've been in it for 14 months. The reps have been good every time I spoke with them. They were always nice, polite and knowledgeable, and they've answered any questions that I had. Century has provided excellent service so far. They took all of my credit information and negotiated with majority of my creditors, so my payment is down to a settlement a month. They've settled most of the debts that I had, so I only have two more accounts left to settle out of seven accounts. They helped me cover my debts and my creditors are happy, and I'm living a little more comfortably. So, it was great with Century, and that sums up my experience with them.

I received solicitation letter from Crossroads Financial and was later on convinced to enter into a debt consolidation program with Century Support Services (CSS) instead of obtaining $** to pay off credit card debts. The process was quick, they took all the debts and assured that they will be able to take care of all of them. Months later, I found out they cannot take care of the American Express account. The debt was sent to a law office and refused to deal with the anyone other than the creditor. Long story short, I was sued and now in the process of settling the account with the law office. I have placed numerous calls to CSS stating the matter is urgent. No one has returned my calls.
This company should have a class action lawsuit for false advertising and for emotional stress related to lawsuits and threats that are brought about by their neglect and inability to provide solutions. They claim they are busy with 30,000 clients. They are currently collecting $304/month from me with no positive results to this day. With the money they make they should have enough people to handle the accounts they acquire.

I've been with Century Support for 9 months. I was having a problem paying some bills, like small loans and credit cards, and I needed to consolidate or get them paid off using the best way I possibly could because my income wasn't increasing at that time. They put me in a debt settlement where it will reduce the debt I had. They settled it at a far less amount than the original I had to repay. However, their fees are high.
I called them several times to find out what position I was in terms of my debt settlement and how much longer I was going to be on the program. I asked them if one of the debts was paid off, will the money from that debt go to the next highest one. Their customer service is really good. Whenever I call, they answer my questions, so I understand what's going on. Whenever a new settlement has happened, they let me know immediately through email. I'm having success in the program and I'd recommend them.

I was being choked by credit card bills, and my husband and I were desperately trying to figure out what we could cut down on. So, we just decided to do everything. We got rid of some magazines and cut down on phones. And then we decided that the top of the list was the credit card debt. The service of Century Support Services has been excellent. Anytime I call, I always get an answer. If they leave a message, the person that I need to speak with calls back. So far, it's been at least a year since I started the program. I send them the monthly fee and they are in charge of getting the settlement offer. And then, they let me know that this settlement is being processed. They would call and ask if I want to do this, and then I'll give them a go ahead. It's all recorded and we go forward from there.
The program works good for me. I have five credit cards and I got rid of a complete one out of the way. I'm working on another one or two right now. At this point in the process, I'm a little more than a third of the way. And it helps that their customer service representatives are pleasant and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer, they get me to someone or have someone that knows the answer call me back. They were willing to work with me. I had a couple of creditors that were calling me and Century advised me on what to do with that.
Everything has been going perfectly. Although it is taking a little longer than I'd like it to, that's not Century's problem and it's not my problem. They're doing their job and the ball is now in the creditor's court to see if they want to settle or not. Overall, I had a great experience with Century. I would tell friends who ask to definitely go with them.

I was in debt and Century helped me talk with my creditors and took over all my bills. The only part that I didn’t like is not being able to pay all my bills. But in the end, it all worked out. I got in contact with all my creditors and I explained the situation to them. They seemed to understand. I had sent my initial bills into Century and then they had changed my address on my bills so that my bills would go directly to them so then, they could negotiate a settlement with my debt or my credit cards. Then, they would get back in contact with me and tell me what the settlement is. I can either accept it or not accept it.
The reps were excellent except for one really bad one. It was coming towards the end of my debt consolidation and I had asked the rep some questions about my bills. She acted like she didn’t really have the time to answer my questions so she just put me off and transferred my call to somebody else. I waited a couple of hours and called back. I got an extremely nice lady on the phone and she answered all my questions. She took the time and that’s what matters. The reps from Century knew their stuff, especially in something like debt consolidation.
I had two Chase accounts and one Chase account worked fantastically with Century and got it paid off. I explained to them both, this is what I’m doing. The other Chase account sent it off to a company called Nationwide and Nationwide absolutely refused to work with them and they would not take the money that I would give to them. I had to go out and take a loan and pay off that one. If they could work with more companies especially with Nationwide, that would be really good.
I have never missed a payment and I worked with Century side by side. It takes a while and they’ve been telling me in the beginning, my credit will be down and then it will come up. Now, my credit’s back where it was. Everything’s paid off now and I can start new. I’m debt-free because of them and I was able to now save back money and go to school and further my education. Century has been awesome and I would recommend them.

I had a medical emergency with my teeth which lead me to Century Support Services helping me with debt settlement. My credit card company has called them and I pay $250 a month. If they like the settlement, they call me and I authorize it. They're currently taking care of two accounts and they got five more to go. Rita, their representative, has been superb so far, especially with notifying me every time there's a settlement to be done and authorized. They email me every time there's something that needs to be worked on, and I just give them a call and speak to Rita. Working with them makes it more comfortable to live. I'd recommend it to anybody.

I wanted a debt settlement for my credit card bills and went with Century Support Services. I've been with them since May and I'm waiting for them to take care of my three credits. This first credit was going to be paid off in about three months. And then from that point on, the settlement is going to be whatever they settle with and to break half from there. They got another one they said they got started, but they need to talk to me about it and I can’t get a hold of them.
I figured that I've paid $304 a month and I thought they pay $30 in one, $75 for another one, and a $100 on the other one or something similar to that. Evidently, they don’t do it that way. They take care of one at a time and get it out of the way. So, that what’s happening now with this one they've got settle with. They’ve got their own standard operating procedure and it seems to be working. They've got to abide by that. I was in the post office for 38 years and an army reserve for 28 years, so I know what the SOPs are. They've been helpful. They have also satisfied my questions and although they can’t explain in detail how they really operate, I can surmise how they operate after this one they've settled with.

I got myself in a bad position in the last two years with a death in the family and I bought a house and I didn’t realize how much I was going to have to put in through it. So, I used all my credit up. Then, it got to the point where I was in the hole for almost 20 grand. So, contacted Century and I had been happy as can be with them. From the first phone call I made to them, I have gotten something. If anything that pops up, they tell me what’s going on and when I talk to their reps, they could give me the answers right away. The first person I talk to, it doesn’t matter who it is, take care of my questions, tell me what they're doing and updates me on the responses from my creditors. Their website is also really good. I can go and check everything on it and see exactly how we’re sitting.
I’ve been with Century for seven months now and I make the monthly payment to them and then it fills up. When they get to a point where they can make a deal with one of my creditors, they do and we see what happens. I have six creditors and we settled one account already for 60/40 type spread and we’ve got the agreement on the second one which has over a 50% drop off. I didn’t expect to get any settlement for at least the first year, but getting two from before the end of the first year made me feel a whole lot better. I’m very comfortable with them and Century has taken the pressure off where I can relax and I don’t have to worry about any of my debts. I feel like everything is being taken care of. My experience wasn’t what I thought it would be but after I got involved and had the conversations with the different people, I don’t think I could have done anything any better with anybody else.

I checked out various debt settlement companies for my credit cards’ expense and I knew someone who used Century Support Services and it worked out well for them so I went with them too. I now have gone to Century credit account. I got an email and they said that I qualified so I gave them a call and everything was handled from there. Right now we are in the loan phase so everything is going to be settled soon. Century had a settlement and the credit card company settled for considerably less. And then we had some three-way calls and as far as I know, everything is going well. Century has a couple of people on occasions that didn’t seem to have the answers I was looking for but that was rare. Overall, it was an unfortunate need but it’s been handled very well.

I turned to debt settlement services since wanted to make sure that things were going to get done, and my creditors were going to be notified that I was going to do this. Century Support Services contacted the creditors and called me. They told me how much the settlement was going to be, and how much it was going to cost including the fees. They emailed me and then sent me a letter confirming that. They worked on a settlement that was agreeable with me and with the creditors. Their rep has been very helpful and patient in explaining everything to me. It was clear in my mind what’s being done. They have been very friendly and very cooperative. They settled three different companies already. My credit score is low right now, but in the long run, working with them would save us some money. So far, it has been very good with Century Support.

I was over my head in credit card debt and was paying more than I was making. I was seeking a loan to consolidate the debt to make one payment, but I couldn't get one so someone suggested Century Support Services. I talked to a rep about the company and she told me about the good things. They work with any kind of debt and she said they would take care of my debt. I'm already a year into it and they told me it would take about three years. They make monthly payment arrangements because I don't have a lot of money to give them to pay half of the settlement. They took the collections off of my account. However, I'm disappointed in their fees. I got charged per account and got a settlement for half of my $4,500 balance, but their fee was $1,000, so I only saved $1,000.
But they also have other services like stopping the people who calls to harass me for payment. They also have an attorney on their staff. And as they settle each account, they take it off the creditor's board, which is good. They were wonderful, professional, and very nice. They could be clearer about their fees but overall, I'm satisfied with them.

I had a hard time paying my debts. I got a debt consolidation service from Century Support Services and they settle some of my credit card accounts, and I pay them so much a month. Their reps have all been nice. I’ve been with them for a couple of months and they have resolved one of my debts so far. It’s a slow process, but they made my life easier. Century Support has been very helpful.

I've been enrolled for six months and have already settled one credit card account. Everyone I have dealt with at Century Support Services has proved both helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever I have spoken with anyone at Century, I have always felt like they were truly respectful and kind. I didn't ever feel judged, condemned, or slighted in any way! They have worked with me to pay my creditors with-in a budget I could live with, and when I had financial problems they helped me, so I could skip a payment.

I lost my husband and things went yucky from then. I had a change in job and had less pay, so I knew I was headed for trouble and needed help. When I found Century Support Services online, I picked up the phone and called them. They helped me a lot and got me on a fast track and moved me up into a better program. I walked into the program not knowing what to do. I was scared, unsure and I didn't want anybody to think horrible of me. But Century reassured me that things happen and that they're there to keep me out of bankruptcy. I have been there years ago and I don't want to do that again.
I've been in the program for around nine months. When I went into it, I was not behind on anything and I was just barely making it. They said that I qualified for what they pay them off and they just continue to get from my account. Their rep even walked me through what it would be. They would start doing letters and it’s my final say if I want to accept the settlement or not. It was simple. Plus, their reps were also nothing but kind and supportive and I had never met nicer people. Generally, when I call in, it’s just to make sure that I did something right. They always say, "Let me take care of it," right then and there. I never got a "Let me call you back," ever. Century always answered and offered things. They were proactive, not reactive. Overall, it is a relief and it takes the weight off your shoulders and you're not being a deadbeat. I would tell a friend to go for them.

Century Support Services came up on my Yahoo and we sent out some information to them. I've only been in it for about six months, but I like that they got me started a little bit more on some of the other debts that I have with my other creditors. They're really good people, easy to talk to, and they help out a lot. As far as getting everything done, their reps are logical about it and I have no problem with that. I went through a debt consolidation about 20 years ago here in Indianapolis. They paid a little bit to each one, and that's how we got them paid off. But now, they waited to get the two larger ones paid off before going ahead with the other ones. I've already called and talked to some of the other girls that are handling my account and sent them all my bills. I don't know if they're received them or not though. I'd definitely get involved with Century Support Services.

I’m impressed that they took immediate action in notifying my debtors after I had submitted the list of my debts. They informed me periodically who are the people they have contacted and made agreements with. Even to the point after settlements were reached, they informed by email or by mail that the account was settled.
They kept a record for me and I kept the records too. I subscribed to a draft of a set amount of money every month and they would take that amount and apply it to what was agreed upon as a settlement from my debtors. I'm very happy with them. Century Support Services gave me a feeling of accomplishment that I did something smart one way because I don't like the stigma of bankruptcy because it looks bad on your credit report. I liked the fact that they gave me that personal satisfaction of completing my obligation. I would drop the information about Century Support Services to my friends who have a credit card debt the same that I did. I'd follow through with more information if they are interested. I’m extremely satisfied with Century Support Services.

I sent Century Support Services all my invoices, and when I got calls, I sent them that information and they helped reduce the number of calls. With them, I had only one amount that I needed to pay and they then took care of the debt. Every time I called, their reps were always pleasant and very helpful. If they didn't know the answer, they're quick to get back with the answer. They also followed up with an email too. Plus, after each phone call, I always got a survey, and that's good as well. Overall, I honestly cannot complain.
The customer support's been good, but it would be nice to know who's actually handling my file because each time I called in I spoke to a different person. It would be nice to know that I have a specific person assigned to my file. I have until July 2018 before I complete the program but it's been painless and easy. Plus, the staff are very friendly and I don't feel like they're charging me because of the situation that I'm in. They look at me as a person who's trying to get things figured out.

I have nothing but positive experiences when calling in. The website on the other hand I find it difficult to find some information. How to add more money to the account is an issue I found. I feel it should be easier to do.

I went online and I did a search and I found Century Support. I had three young men I talked to and the guy, Andrew, he sold me better. He explained it all and it was clear and I chose him because he was straightforward and told me the details. The other guys were hit and miss and weren’t explaining anything to me. They were just trying to sell their product.
In my program, I will give them $250 a month. And then with that $250 a month, they make arrangements to pay to get the balances down to a reasonable price and their fee. The last one I had was $1100 bill and they got it down to $600. And then their fee was like $800. I saved $300 and they took care of it. The program is helping my situation. It's a slow process and they told me it would take a little over two years. Whenever something happens, they let me know. So my trust is in them and if anyone asks me, I would tell them to give Century Support a call and take it from there as everybody is different. But for me, it seems to be okay.

I had a lot of debts then I went on disability and loss of wages. I couldn't continue to pay them so I wanted to consolidate them into one payment. Century Support Services has all kinds of support systems for helping with harassment plus they work with the creditors to settle with me, as well as have my credit restored once I've paid them off. Every time I have a debt that's really bothering me, I would call them. Then they would tell me if I want it taken care of and they'll take care of it. It is up to my discretion and I can go ahead and approve or disapprove it.
They impressed me because they are on top of everything and they always keep me updated on my program, how much money I have, and what I can do. Plus, they have all kinds of information out there that are very helpful. They also work with my creditors to settle the debt by at least 50% of what I owe, which is really good because by the time it gets to the point where I want to work with my creditors, they've already taken a lot of interest and late charges. So to me, getting some of them to settle for half the amount is right. But I'm not tuned to the fact that I have to pay them so much and if I have a bigger debt, they'd get more money. To me, that's taking away some funds that should be going towards my debt.
Working with Century is less stressful and I don't have to worry about not having enough money for the rest of the month anymore. They really are concerned about whether or not I'm being harassed and it's really helped me run away. So Far I've been very happy with the overall service regarding my financial affairs. Due to my health insurance and my co-pays, I maxed out my credit cards and it has no bearing on careless or frivolous spending. I finally achieved a credit score of 700 and I'm watching disintegrate before my very eyes. It is my hope that when all is said and done, Century will help me get back my credibility where my credit score again. I’ve lost my husband a couple years ago and between his illness and everything, I just haven’t been working like I used to. I’m a real estate agent and I’m 79 years old now. And so the money is just not there to make the payments like I normally did. It’s been tough and the only way I can do things is to get help with my debt settlement. Century handles that for me by dealing with my creditors and trying to get the payments down for the amount I owed. I’d have to send Century a certain amount every month and they’re getting some of my bills lowered and hopefully in a few years, I’ll have them paid off. The reps seemed to know what they’re doing. They explained their program to me and they’ve answered my questions. They’re kind when I talk to them and I feel comfortable with them. They’re very easy to work with and so far, I’m pleased with them.

My financial concerns had gotten over my head so I enrolled in Century Support's debt settlement program. Since I had a hard time understanding the process, it was my son who had set it up and took care of stuff for me. But I talked to their representatives and their services had been super great. Every time I called to ask them about something, or they call to ask me something, everything was made so clear. They've been great in helping and getting things fixed up like they said they would. I have been in the program for a little over a year, and so far, they have done great. They have settled two of my debts completely and then there are three that they're making monthly payments to. One of them would be settled next month, and then another in two months, and then the last in three months. If I have friends who have financial troubles or could no longer bite off more than they could chew, like I did, I would highly recommend Century Support Services.

Someone recommended Century to me. We have a lot of the medical bills and things, and though we were getting them paid, we're a little slow because of our age and our medical concerns. We’re now in a debt settlement program with Century to keep the interest rate off. They're working on a lot of the creditors who keep calling me and sending threatening letters. I notify Century of this and they’ve been very good at handling it. They helped me with one creditor in particular who keeps dropping notes on the door. They told me I’m doing the right thing by not answer the door for him because he’s looking for money. Century knows that I don't have money and told me I should tell that to the guy if I talk to him.
I just wish they’d hurry up with the settlement because my wife's beating on me about it. But we understand that it takes a little time and patience. And that everything is money, and while it's a hassle, I appreciate the way they're working with us as a whole. We get frustrated but when we talk to a representative about any little problem that comes up, how they explain and handle it was so beautiful. They showed a lot of patience as I asked a lot of questions and they gave me good answers. Everyone I talk to have been outstanding. I am completely satisfied with the actions that they take and so I will highly recommend them.

My husband died in September of 2015 and I lost that income for a year. I couldn't afford to, but I kept paying on everything. I didn't want to go bankrupt because I knew I owed the money and I wanted to pay much as I could. But I couldn't live that way. I found Century Support online, talked to a fellow and I signed all the stuff. I enrolled in their debt settlement program and with it, I can breathe and buy groceries.
Century Support negotiates with the credit card companies to get my debt knocked down a bit. They take money out of my checking account every month and when there's enough, they pay one debt off. I've got one paid off and one getting ready to be paid off. I have four years to go in the program still because I have one outstanding credit that's for $14,000 so that's going to take a while. They're the ones that want to sue me for it.
I also call Century Support when I get something in the mail that I don't know how to deal with, and they tell me what to do and when I do it. Every time I call, the reps I talked to were wonderful. They listened, got me all the information I needed and calmed me down. I'm very happy with them. Overall, Century Support made me feel comfortable and I'd recommend them to anyone who's in my position.

There have been a couple of different representatives and departments that contacted me and everybody was friendly. If I ask a question, they get back to me. I needed help with debt and Century Support Services was excellent. They have very successfully negotiated with my creditors for a manageable settlement amount. I have been with them for four months now and I'm in the process of repairing my credit. Everyone, from their customer service reps to their negotiators, brought me through each step of the process. I started with North Carolina Lake and then without even being asked or told, which really upset me, I ended up with Century Support Services. It’s almost scam-like. And the way it all went down, I don’t know if I’m just one rare case. Century has done five settlements though. Their representatives told me the terms and then they hang up. It's basically business and we haven't had a talk about family and it’s either you want the settlement services or you don’t. They talk to me properly but being more personal would've helped with what’s going on in the first three months. I didn’t know what the situation was and to me, it was the wrong decision.
It’s a bad situation to me. And not having any money and owing everybody, and nowhere to turn and nobody to help you is very frustrating. And so I went in there with a hundred plus thousand dollars equity in my home, good credit, and nobody loaned me the money. Century is doing what they should so I can’t complain, but there’s still room for improvement with their customer communication or them reaching out to the customer.

Reps said I was done paying on settlements and when I called a year later to get proof, they said they contacted saying I wasn't done. They lie on their reports with inaccurate data and lie to the consumer.

My credit cards were getting out of control and I couldn’t get out of debt. I’ve been getting different offers for a debt settlement program but Century Support Services stood out so I called them. Signing up for their program was easy. Their representative sent me the packet to apply then they called me and said that they can do this for this much. That was going to help me a lot so I signed up and they immediately worked with me so we can take on these many credit cards. There were three debts they couldn’t take on so I’ve been working on those myself. I’ve been with Century for five months now and so far, they’ve settled one debt and I’ve done one myself. Hopefully, I’m going to get one done in the next couple of weeks as well, so that’ll get three credit cards done. It’s been a really smooth and awesome progress and that makes me feel a lot better.
The telephone calls keep coming in from the creditors but when I tell them I’m working with somebody, they stopped. The only one that is persistent is Capital One even though I’ve told them to contact Century. Having to deal with the telephone calls is the stressful part. Other than that, Century took a lot of stress off me as far as me being able to pay the bills without having to worry that I don’t have enough. Before I worked with them, my monthly payment was $900 a month on all my credit cards and it wasn’t leaving me any money for groceries or to pay off anything. It was a cycle of why I paid the credit cards then I have to turn around and use them again in order to buy groceries.
Sometimes, Century reps take a little long to return my calls so they should return calls within 24 hours. The last time, I had to call them a couple of times before I got served. But it’s really easy to work with them. I send them the payments and when it gets to a certain point, they call a company and ask them if they’ll settle my debt. I like that they were able to go in, get started with a small account and pay that off, then move on to the next one.
My sister had gone through a debt consolidation before and it wasn’t like this at all. They were waiting until they collected half of what she owed on everything before they started settling her debts. I thought that Century was going to do me like they did my sister and that I’m only going to get back a little portion of the money that they’ve taken, but that’s not the way it happened. They paid off an account then told me that they’re going to charge me this much for having settled it. Then I paid it off with my next payment.
Century also keeps me informed every month on what’s going on. I like the ability to always go and look at my account to see what they’re doing, who they’re contacting and how much money I have in my account. To be able to do that on a daily basis is really important to me. And because of that, I was able to settle one of my credit card debts on my own. I didn’t know I could pay off a debt that’s not on their list but when I called them to ask if I could withdraw this much out of my account to pay for that, they said absolutely. They direct deposited the check into my checking account which their rep said would take five days, but it was there in two.

I wanted to be debt-free and I've been satisfied with Century Support Services. It has been working out great and they have been supportive of me trying to get out of my debt. They've thoroughly answered all my questions as far as some of the debts that we had and they've had answers for me every time I've called. I've never been left hanging. It's been a stress relief having dealt with four major credit cards. I don't have to deal with them anymore. I just have to deal with one $250 payment a month. They take out the allotment every 15th of the month, the time it takes to process, and just go with it from there.

I had concerns regarding bills due to sickness and medications. The rep was very kind and the tone of his voice put me at ease. If I didn’t understand something, I’d ask and he’d help by going through it again. The team explained everything thoroughly, especially when at the beginning when I had to do things on a computer which I didn’t have. I just have my phone but they were very understanding and patient as they took me step by step through the filing process. I was very pleased with them overall.
Century would take out money from me every month and put it into an account. This is what they use to make the settlement with each credit card or to catch up on payments. After completing the program, they return to you whatever money you have left, and I was impressed with that. Century is paying over half of my debts now and the amount that I pay them is less than over half of what I was paying on monthly bills. Between 24 and 30 months, I would be debt-free. I never went for a credit counseling but listening to other people is better. I can go to a creditor to have my interest dropped but sometimes, it doesn't always work. The people at Century have been wonderful and I love it. I have a lot of stress that's taken off of me since I gave up those cards.

I had too many cards open at one time and it's hard to get them all paid at the same time. So, I worked with Century and they negotiated some loans for me and paid those off. And we're working on getting others done. The reps have been very helpful and, even though I wasn't always comfortable with the answers, they answered all my questions. They made me aware of the process before we started with it. However, other than the creditors not calling me all the time, I really think it's done me more harm than good. My credit is completely ruined at this point, which I expected to happen. They're offering me a loan package that the interest rate is as high as any credit card I ever had, and payments going up. Although it helped rebuild my credit in getting an actual loan and paying month to month, I don't think it's a worthwhile service to get. If I have to do it over again, I wouldn't have.

I was trying to catch up with my finances and so I had Century set up a program for me. The reps were very good about keeping me informed of the steps that were being taken and also the opportunities. However, it wasn’t a great settlement. They were making what is considered a normal settlement and I probably could have negotiated the same kind of deal myself. They put a lot of time and effort into negotiations and they were entitled to what they asked for but I had four different outstanding debts, which is quite a bit and so as the cost.
Working with Century has been helpful and I’d tell friends to give it a go, but because of the cost I’ll have to incur for settling my excessive debts, I won’t continue the program. By October, we would have settled my debt with Discovery, that’s one out of four, and after that I’ll quit. I've already called in and set that up. I really appreciate the opportunity I had with Century and they do try to make an effort to meet the needs of the customer. I still think it was a good process and stepping stone. But for what I need, there are others that work better. I had someone else contact me who gave me a better deal actually, drastically different.

I was having troubles getting everything paid. I talked to somebody from Century Support about it and then gave them a try. The reps that I have talked to have been very helpful and I feel comfortable working with them. They take your things quickly. But I've had a little issue. They talked to me about getting an America something loan and I told them that I would look into it but I wanted somebody to call me back and talk to me about the interest and payments.
They told my creditors I was getting that loan and went ahead and made a deal of it with the rest of them that I had. I found out about it after they did all that but it was a 30% interest and they were going to add five years of payments. I can't do that and that messed everything up for a little bit. I’m still not sure what’s going on with one of them that I got a subpoena because they say I can’t call and even talk to them yet until August and September when things are already paid off. I’m not understanding why they have to wait but they know the rules and I don’t. But I'm comfortable with the representatives and with the program several things have gotten settled and paid off. And I have more things that are going to be paid off at the end of this month and the end of September.

Century has helped me financially because I’m not paying $1000 a month in payments when I’m only paying half of it. It has helped me since day one though I haven’t seen a drastic change. This all stems from a divorce and now I’m trying to recover. My ex-husband left the house and my truck in my name. Now I only have one income, myself. It’s a struggle trying to get it refinanced or get the truck traded in and nobody wants to do anything with me because I’ve got negative stuff on my credit. But Century Support got my all financial concerns covered. The last thing that we discussed the last time I talked to one of the representatives was that they were going to help me clean my credit up, and they’ve already started on it.
The rep I’ve worked with has been great. They went in and contacted the credit card or Equifax and TransUnion to make sure that everything has been reported properly. So I only have one more credit card and it’s the dang Discover card. Discovery keeps telling me that they’re not going to settle with Century and they’ll settle with me. But I’m already having the money taken out of my account and I’m not going to double dip and let them take it all too because it doesn’t make a lot of sense.
When Century contacted me to say they’ve got a settlement for me, everything was great and I was completely pleased with the amount they settled it for. I’ll be glad to have all the debts over with soon and I can do something with the rest of it. The only thing that I have problems with is getting online and looking at anything because I don’t know my password. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and I just recommended a friend to them yesterday.

I'm trying to pay off credit cards. Century Support Services is taking care of them and they negotiate a settlement which is very helpful. I have an automatic deduct through my bank account every month which goes into one of their accounts. When they negotiate a settlement, if there's enough money in the account, they pay it off and if there isn’t, like they did with two capital loan accounts, they set up a monthly payment plan. It gets rid of the phones calls and the mailings.
I really enjoy them and I'm very comfortable working with them. They're very clear on how it works and I'm understanding their process. They're very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and they understand where I'm coming from. They're also patient dealing with one or two of the companies who were giving us a hard time. The ongoing support is great and it's nice to know that there's somebody in your corner and you're not drowning in debt. I got myself into this mess and I have to have the patience and realize it's not going to happen overnight and they're very good at explaining to me. I feel good about it. I can also call anytime and get updates. When they pay one off, they email me a completed form that says it's been completed. We're still dealing with two cards - one with Chase and another one with Citibank. I'm happy with Century Support Services and they're well worth it.

I was in debt and needed a better way out. I got Century Support Services to do a debt consolidation for me to pay off my debt. When I call them, they answer all my questions and they’re very informative. They're working on settlements on my behalf by contacting the debtors to get the debt at a lower rate than what I actually owe. I have one debtor that's constantly calling me but I don’t answer the phone because I have their number programmed. I've even told this debtor that I'm working with Century Support and I've given them the company’s telephone number, but they're still persistent. The other debtors haven’t called, maybe because they're already working with the company. The last time I talked to the people in Century Support, they told me to start documenting the calls but I don’t talk to the debtors so that’s I don’t document.
I would refer Century Support because they’ve all been beneficial and they work with their clients. Every time I call to postpone a payment for a couple of days, they don’t have a problem. It's been a pleasant experience for me and I don’t have to worry about the headache of dealing with creditors because I know Century Support has my back.

I got divorced and I was making minimum payments on things that my husband’s round-up while we were married and it was all in my name. I didn’t want to file for bankruptcy and that led me to Century Support Services. When I first signed up for the program, I was very wary, hesitant, scared and desperate. I was worried about being caught in a scam. I checked Century out online, had a good techy friend and someone at my bank checked them out too, and everybody said that Century Support Services looks really good, a very reputable place and a good option for me at that time.
So I called Century and asked a million and a half questions and then I called back and asked a million more. The woman I dealt with was just phenomenal. She was very reassuring and she understood how I was thinking, what I was feeling, and answered any and all questions I had. She even agreed to answer the program on our initial call. She wanted me to call her if I had more questions and anything that she could help me with. They helped me with the reconciliation. However, they were not able to finalize or make an agreement with my last creditor because they were very nasty and unwilling but Century has been phenomenal. It has been great and my program is done. Since the last creditor was so very unwilling, I didn’t want to put Century through its settlement anymore. I just decided that my credit is good enough right now.
It’s been phenomenal working with Century Support Services and I'm very satisfied. It's all been a good experience and anytime I had questions about anything at all, everybody was very helpful. I recommended Century to a few different people that would benefit and I told them that my experience has been fantastic. And even though I don’t have the last final creditor over and done with, I tend not to really care because they can just take a hike.

I was looking for help and Century's name popped up on my computer, so I called them up. They called all my creditors and stopped the harassing phone calls. They negotiated and got everything to where it was reasonable to pay off and we got it all paid off. They took and settled partial payments and the last one was supposed to be in June. Anytime I called, the reps were helpful and did whatever I asked. I felt comfortable. All in all, everything seemed to be lovely and I’m very appreciative of what they’ve done for me. Century got me out of debt and it's freed up a bunch of money so I can do other things with it. I would highly recommend them.

I was getting Social Security Disability then everything started falling apart. And some of the creditors that I had were calling and talking about my loans. So many things were happening at the same time and it got to be too much for me so I sought out debt settlement services. A couple of the ones that I had gone to weren't calling me back and giving me the information I needed.
I went with Century because of their fees and I wanted to hurry up and get this started, so I can get these bills paid off. But Century forgot to tell me how much they were going to get paid and they did not make it clear. I thought I was building up my money again in the account but I was actually making payments to them. For instance, if I had a debt that's $1,000 and they negotiated it down to $500, I end up paying them $400. So, I’ve paid off one of the bills, but I'm still paying them. I was speaking with an attorney two days ago, and he understands me trying to get these bills paid off, but he told me to look at the fees that I’m paying when I could negotiate myself. It’s a little bit too high. Right now, I'm not paying the bill and also not building up my account. I'm paying them and it will be until October.
Century has helped me alleviate some of the stress because I was figuring out how to pay everybody at the same time. At the beginning, they have somebody assigned to you and get you started. Then, you’re on your own. Now, I have a couple of my creditors who are sending me emails and giving me 10 days to respond and offering to make a deal. But when I forwarded this information to Century, I didn’t hear anything from them.

After just under 2 months with this program, I am pleased to say I am seeing progression to my first debt settlement! CSS crossed my path as I was looking for debt resolution strategies in early June, and I'm glad they did. Program -- the program details were explained to me fully and clearly by each representative that I encountered in the inquiry, setup, and follow-up processes. I received a personal welcome call from their CEO as well. The deposits are easily trackable on the CSS website and the Crossroads partner site, so there is complete hands on for you, the client.
Accessibility -- You are in good hands concerning resource availability and communication. With all the clients these folks must have, my email box was still hit with reminders on how to manage the CSS tools, alerts when there is activity on your account, and so on. There are also text options where you can receive an alert to call a Century CSR for information on possible settlements or other issues. In short, someone at CSS knows this particular logistic is important to people who trust their financial safety to others -- and they nailed it. Nicely done.
Resources -- Short tie into accessibility, but the documents tab rocks! This is a great way to send things like photos of your credit scores, creditor letters, and other things that may be vital to your account file for the CSS reps to use. Timeliness -- I would never have imagined that a settlement would happen within two months of joining the program. Yet here it is, and saving me thousands of dollars I would have otherwise thrown into the wind. It makes me hopeful that the next account I have will be handled in the same exemplary fashion by CSS.
Trust -- Okay, let's shoot straight here. This day and age, it's hard. So many scams, so many critics of legit things... just do your research and don't buy the negative hype. Century is on the level, they have protected my interests from day one, and are going above and beyond to service my account. Buy-in -- Confidence in Century's ability to assist me in my financial restructuring is at a high level. They're delivering what they said they would. Am I pleased? Let me think... YES. Thanks CSS!

They have been great in helping me reduce my debt. When I began they assisted me with debt collectors calling me and reducing or stopping harassing calls. They have reduced most of my debt with creditors and settled several of my accounts. They also always keep me informed of their activity on my account. I highly recommend them for helping me get rid of my debt where otherwise I would still be struggling. Thanks Century.

I am a little disappointed that the payoff is on only one or two creditors at a time. I would have liked to have seen payment on all for some amount but I realize you set the amounts with the creditors.

Process takes entirely too long to complete. Only helps to ruin my credit further not improve it at this time. I am sorry that I went with the company. The first initial introduction did not indicate that it would be this long. You are getting monthly payments so let's get these accounts settled.

I was laid off from my job and I had difficulty continuing to pay the credit cards. I started with Century Support Services in April and it’s confusing because I actually started with another company. I don’t know if they sold it or they were a part of it. That was never really clear. I pay a monthly amount and they also charge me a fee for that monthly amount that I pay to them. They're supposed to be negotiating with my credit cards and I'm paying them but no action has been taken yet. I was afraid I was getting into a scam situation because the letters I get have no letterhead on them. I look at their website to make sure my payment was credited. In August, I'll have five payments then I'm going to give them a call after that.
The monthly charge for direct deposit or direct debit is way too high. When you take that out every month for 12 months and for x amount of years until they get this done plus the overall amount that you pay to begin with, it's thousands of dollars. They take out the initial charge at the end and put it in the payment somehow. If I had this to do all over again, I’ll see if they can negotiate because they say they have the right to come back and ask for more money monthly because the creditors aren’t willing to settle. I wish I had known that and I could have called the credit card earlier.

I have too many credit cards that I needed to pay so I signed up with Century Support. I felt very comfortable with their reps and they were great. The rep answered questions if she could. But I hate when I call them and the reps have to ask me all the questions they'd have to identify me with because it's a pain in the butt. There should be some type of code or a number so that I wouldn't have to answer everything.
I’m making two payments a month for three years in order to have the debts paid off but it’s probably going to be longer. There should also be once a month or once every two or three months progress report of what's going on. They've settled one of my credit cards but they haven't settled my Bank of America account yet. I keep getting letters in the mail that they're suing me. But there's just not enough money in my account for them to settle my Bank of America credit card. Hopefully, they can take care of all the other credit cards, but so far, so good.

I originally had Century Support to get my credit cards paid off. They told me to let the Discover go into delinquency which I did. And Discover is suing me now. Century said that they're not a law firm and they can't do anything about it. I had to get my own lawyer. Also, they're supposed to be doing my Mastercard now, but I haven't heard anything about that. I’ve been with them close to a year and the last time we've been in contact was a few months ago, but I haven’t heard from them anymore.

Century Support has done a settlement on one of the four debts I have. We're still waiting on the other three. I worked with Joseph and he was really good and very knowledgeable. I would email him, and he would call me back. I'm satisfied with the way they're working. The first one was $600 and something for their fee, and it might be a little steep. But they’re helping me to find financial freedom and I hope I'm not in debt for the rest of my life with Century Support.
They're doing a wonderful job. I go online and I check every so often how things are going. I get a letter every once in a while and I got one that's not a real nastygram from one of the creditors. I took a picture of it and put it on my email, and forwarded it to Century Support. But, I haven't gotten any harassing calls here lately, so I know they're working with them. They only debit $140 every two weeks out of my account. So, I know that that doesn't save a lot in the reserve and the balance in the bank for it. But I was hoping that it would move along. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

My husband had done a debt consolidation and he said that Century Support would be the best way to go. The first gentleman we spoke to to set up the whole thing was very nice and informative. But when I had another question about something, I called him and he said I have to call somebody else. It's not like he brushed me off but I felt like he could have at least heard what I had to say. Also, it's always on me to call to find out what's going on. But when they post something that's when they email me. We're paying every month and they've helped pay the amount of money that we owed. They settled for a little less than we're able to but they're helping us get rid of debt. My husband already recommended his brother to do it.

I was really behind on my credit card. I didn't make enough money to pay them so I was looking for a way to get help. I got a postcard in the mail from Century Support Services so I called them. They sounded like they could help me so I went with them. But as of last week, I cancelled their program. Everything seemed fine and they seemed to be trying to do what they said they would but I wasn't as happy with them as I initially thought I would be. I only had three credit cards that they needed to negotiate with and they only settled with one of them.
They were still unable to negotiate with the other two and they should have been able to over the 13 month period I've been with them. It cost me over $2,000 and I don't think I got $2,000 worth of service. Although, working with their customer service was excellent. Every time I called them, they were very nice, polite and seemed to want to help me but it just didn't go that far. I'm going the bankruptcy route now and I wish I had done that a year ago rather than wasting the money. I thought I'd get out of debt but I didn't.

I googled and Century Support Services was the first name that came up. Though they didn't get great reviews and I failed to read all the reviews, I didn't have any problems because two of my settlements have been made. One is all paid and one they're paying four months late. Now, I'm waiting for another one. That's the final one then I'll be done. The team at Century Support Services is wonderful. They connect me by email or they call, too. The only problem I had was when they changed the system and I didn't know. When I went to log in, I couldn't get in. They helped me out on it but I had to use another software which drove me crazy. They could have told me to use Firefox instead of me trying to get in and thinking something was wrong with my password.

I wanted to settle my debt issues but I didn’t want to file bankruptcy so I kept checking various things. I went with Century Support and their rep told me how the company works, what they do to help you resolve your debt in a positive way and how it improves your credit score once it comes to a resolution. If I had any questions, they told me who to call because I'm not computer savvy. When I need to get a hold of someone, I haven't had any delays and I haven’t been bounced around from person to person.
Since I’ve been with Century Support, I've had no more harassment creditor calls. And I'm more at peace. My expectations were above and beyond and they really stepped in and assisted me. I'm stress-free and they're really helping me get back on track and that's all that I wanted to do. I would tell my friends to give Century Support a call and see what they have to offer.

I was struggling with debt. I called banks a few years ago when I got divorced and I don't want to do that again. Debt consolidation is similar and it kills my credit but I was too far underwater and I had to get something done. I looked online and talked to Century Support Services and decided to go with them. They're working on one of my larger debts and I got 33% of what I need to be done.
Whenever I get a letter from one of the creditors, I just fax it to them. I actually got a letter about somebody taking over an account. They sold it to somebody so I faxed that to Century. Sometimes I have an issue when I'm sending a fax but otherwise, whenever I called somebody, they've been more than helpful. I've also gotten phone calls before but I always referred them to Century. It's supposed to be a four-year program and it will be a year in November so after that everything will work itself out. I just sit back and let Century take care of it. Those debts will be gone and then I'll try to re-establish my credit.

I was in debt. I called Century Support Services, and they went through my accounts and they've been working on them ever since. It was very easy. Slowly but surely they’re coming off, and I even saw a tad bit of improvement on my credit scores. They keep me posted all the time if anything changes or if they need my approval. They call or text me and I call them right back. I've also never had one bit of trouble with their reps, they've been absolutely awesome. I was, at the beginning, getting a lot of debt calls and a lot of people calling and stuff and they took care of all that and eased my mind. They're very reassuring and I was very comfortable. It has been easy to communicate with them and they have provided great guidance. I would recommend them if someone asked me.

My husband retired. And we didn't get enough of our credit cards paid off before he did. Our problem was getting worse so I decided to seek debt settlement services. Bryan, the Century Support rep whom we spoke with, was very informative. Any questions I had, he answered them. He stayed in touch with me and was very knowledgeable of what was going on. Working with them has taken a big weight off my shoulders. Within a couple of months, the phone calls from my creditors had completely stopped. I even had an instance where one company was threatening to sue and Century Support has just been awesome. Though I owed all those debts, Century Support still helped me immensely.

I wasn’t able to pay bills anymore and I hit a link and it segued into Century so I ended up with them. The rep was very friendly, kind, understanding and reliable. He was also pretty clear in explaining what would happen. Customer service was very nice. Nobody's been rude and I'm able to ask questions. One of the girls was nice enough to set up a link that I was finally able to get online because their website is not user friendly. I've had it for about four months now. I just keep going back to that spot and using that to relink up.
Resolving my debt would not be something that goes on forever which is a good thing. My credits in the crapper at the moment and it'll be there for quite a while. And despite the ads you see everywhere, I am not convinced that you can just hire somebody to turn it around. So I know I've got a long road to hold, but Century is getting things done. I don't have to worry about trying to get all the payments done every month and that's a big thing off my shoulders. I just didn't realize the fees were going to be as expensive as they are. But overall, my experience has been satisfactory.

I was very hesitate and cautious when I contacted Century to help with my debts; however I am at peace with the various methods of staying on my case and allowing me to actively participate in the progress and means of handling each creditor. Century provides step by step procedures they are in and their progress. I have access to this information and can call for support without being made to feel dumb. I love their "Who's who" list! It is all been good.

Over the past year these girls have been a God sent to me. Each and everyone has always been so kind to me. Nicole ** was/ is a friend to me. She went above and beyond to help me at any time. Century Support called me and then I called to find out to see what they have to offer. Whatever questions I ask them or important things that I'm not sure about, they let me know straight out. They explain to me to the best of their knowledge so I feel good about that. I got confidence right now and I hope to keep that up. They’re also making sure my creditors are getting paid. I need my credit score to go up but it’s taking a lot of time because one more creditor has to be added on the debt settlement. I’m hoping everything is good but I don’t know if they’re working on that one next. I would like it if they can give me a call or email me, whatever will be the best thing, to inform me about the status with the creditor and to keep me updated. So that I can definitely have heads up on what’s going on and how things are happening with the other creditors. But they seem to be trustworthy so far, and my experience has been good.

My expectation was a swift clearance of the stuff hanging on me in my credit report but instead I had to pay one loan after another as they are negotiated. I didn't see myself out of debt sooner. What else could I do to make this possible in a shorter time.

Century Support Services provided me with consolidation services. Chris, their representative, went through the whole process, telling me what needed to be done and what I needed to provide. It has been an easy and smooth process. I have another year and a half left. Also, they told me what my options were and what direction I should be coming. I really don't have any complaints, I just wish it was a little faster. If I had to do it again, I would definitely probably go to Century.

I wasn't told the bank has a fee, so they have taken around 35.00 dollars out of account, and so far no bills haven't been taken care of. I know some of my bills are low enough to start talking to the banks.

So far everything has gone alright until the remaining Discover card. The lowest balance. I received a summons to court and have heard nothing from you! I was told "we are not lawyers" but you would do your best. Now I might have legal fees or worse!!

When I first talked to Jacob, a representative at Century Support Services, I was worried because of my $16,000 credit cards debt. I was looking for alternatives, and one of them was the debt settlement option. I've been reading Century's reviews, positive feedbacks, and accreditation from different organizations, and it is a great company that offers debt settlement services.
Their rep, Jacob, was a very outstanding guy, explained everything well to me, and addressed every doubt that I had at that time. He was very clear and open to all my questions, and I was really comfortable working with him. However, I was a little skeptical about the way that the concept works. I've been reading about the consequences, and I don't like the complications that the program may bring, like to my credit, because I'm a person that has always strived to get my credit in good standing.
So, I had a conversation with my sons. We talked about what I am doing with that debt settlement, and they told me that it's not necessary for me to be getting to that option. They're going to be more proactive in helping me with my debts. I'm a widower and I'm sick with several health issues. So, basically, my sons will be mostly in charge of my debts and will assume most of them so I have more funds going to cover my medical expenses. And since I'm in different position now, I called Century to ask for the cancellation of our agreement. The rep told me that I will be contacted within 24 hours by someone from the company to start the cancellation process.
There might be penalties for quitting or opting out of the program. But I've only been in the program for one month, so we are in the earliest stage, and at this time Century might not have talked yet to any of my creditors. So far, I have only made two deposits. So, I have the opportunity to not interrupt a process in the middle. If we are six months from the start of the program, it would be a different scenario from the one that we have today.

I had a lot of debts and went into Century Support's Debt Settlement program. The company has helped me a lot and my payoff is moving right along. I've only been in the program for about over a year now and I paid off a few of my debts quicker. I only have two more people left to pay off. The two debts are high, so it's moving slowly. Century Support is trying to see what the best settlement would be.
Their representatives have been very helpful and polite. They always contact me and let me know that they came in for offers and if I want to take it so I'm pleased with them. They also impressed me. A few months, when I couldn't pay the full amount, they said, "Okay. Well, we'll knock it down. And then, when you get on your feet, then you can go back to the regular payment." They work with you like that.
I would definitely tell my friends to check out Century Support Services. If anybody needs it, they should go to them. I can watch the account myself. I don't have to always call in to them. You can go online and you can see the account yourself. You don't always have to speak to somebody that has that picture of the pie. It shows you how much of your debt is paid already and how much is left off. It tells you, "Okay, we reached out to this creditor and we got a feedback from them on this date for settlement." So, it's very helpful. All in all, the experience has been great and I now have much peace of mind.

I was trying to figure out a way of clearing out some debt I got into where it didn’t hurt my credit, but it’s too late now. It just screwed it up. I used Century for high-interest loans that I had and another one for payday loans. Century helped me with one of my debts, but they haven’t helped me with my other high-interest loan that they are still taking money for. The company I was indebted to said that they didn’t deal with companies like Century. But On my credit, they’ve already written it off and closed the account.
Working with their reps was all right until the last time. I only get paid every two weeks and on the first of the month, I usually get my truck payment, electric bill, cable bill due. So, they let me skip a payment, which only extends the payment out. But the last time I called, this guy started giving me crap about it and making threats that they will shut this off, but I'm still working with them on my debt. Overall, I’m happy with my experience and Century Support Services is good so far.

I had some financial hardships in the past couple of years of jobs. I sought out Century Support Services and they seemed like a good option for me to eliminate some of my debt through consolidation. In the beginning, I had a lot of hands on interactions with the reps. They’re very friendly and knowledgeable. At first, I was concerned but when I started things, I felt much more comfortable. They broke down the process step by step and in simplest terms so it’ll be easier for me to understand.
Then I had to provide them with all my account numbers, my debt, and then we had to wait three to six months before my accounts became upside down so those credit card companies sent me collection letters. Then I sent those to Century for them to contact the collections agency. They negotiated about a half off and then sent me an email that they have a potential agreement with the certain credit card company.
I’m about halfway through the process now and in the past four months, I haven’t really heard anything from them. They’re dealing with someone’s debt and money, cash flow kinda deal, and more communication would be great. I can access that on the account but a friendly email would be great. But so far, it’s been good because I was able to reduce my monthly payments to a fraction of the cost, which does help. I just had to see more progression but I understand it takes a little bit of time.

We're trying to build up our credit to be able to buy a house. We went with Century Support Services to consolidate our debt. They've gone above and beyond when we have an issue trying to deal with a debt collector. Anytime we have an issue that comes up, like we’d get another bill, they always tell us to send it to them and they’ll take care of it. We may get several calls and then they'll say, "No, you won't get any more." They'd also gotten a settlement on our Capital One card and it was awesome they cut down what we had to pay down in half. They're doing their due diligence to get everything settled so that we can get on the right track. They've been taking $125 out of my husband's check every few weeks. Now, they've bumped it up like $2 so, it's $127 starting June 2. $127 to help decrease the debt is nothing compared to what some people pay to get their debts down.
In addition, the cost of the program is not putting such a dent in our finances that we can't afford to make a living. It's not fun to get in a situation where you have the debt you're trying to consolidate and pay, and at the same time not going broke and not to be able to pay the current bills that you have to pay to survive. They have some settlements unsolved and they're still working on some. But other than that, they've done a really great job. We've given their name out to several people.

We've had too many monthly bills that were gaining up and screwing our credit score up. I was on monthly installments and we're in the middle of switching to a loan to pay for everything. Century Support Services take out $125 every other week and it goes into an account. Whenever they have a settlement offer with the amount that's in the account, they tell me they have a settlement and read what all it will take, how long it will take, and ask if I approve of it. If I do, then they settle it with that offer. Then, we start saving up more until they have enough for another offer of payment plans. They've already paid off $4,000 worth of our debt. On the website, it said we're 48% done.
I’m impressed with how they try to get a hold of me. They'll call and then if I don't answer the call, they email me and they text me. They try more than one way to reach me. We have a problem spending money and Century helped us to save enough to pay things off because they take it out automatically. It's an easy way to get your debt taken care of without ever seeing the money and having to worry about sending it in. They do everything and make sure it's okay with you.

I was afraid I was getting behind my debts and I wasn’t going to be able to get caught back up. I got Century Support Services' name online and read a lot up on them and they seem to be a good company to go for. I called them and they took things from there. The rep explained to me what my options were, what we could do and then I made the decision on how I wanted to do it that would be best for me. They set up where they take a certain amount each month out of my account. The program mentally helped me because I'm not worrying about getting behind anymore. I did not want to file for bankruptcy and not pay my bills, so it was very important for me to pay it and I know it's getting taken care of.
Every time I've had to talk to anyone at Century, they've been very helpful and kind to me. No one's ever made me feel like a failure about getting behind and not being able to pay. They’ve always encouraged me and made me feel that everything was going to be okay and that they are always there for me. If a friend needs some help in any kind of way financially, Century can help them. They're the company to go for because they treat you with respect and kindness and they know what they're doing.

I got Century’s services for debt consolidation. I enrolled and then had to set an amount payment I had to deduct while they work with the creditors. It was a good experience. I got seven accounts with them and they got most of them down. They are able to work with me to get the figures done and I appreciated how they moved quickly on everything. I'm almost done with the process. It took me like 23 months to get everything taken care of. Moreover, my credit score improved when working with them. I have recommended them to one of my friends.

I had a lot of old debt that I needed to get taken care of so I got a debt settlement program from Century Support Services. I was on edge when I first signed up for it because I was skeptical. But, the transparency was what got me. Also, when I first started talking to them they always followed up after a conversation to make sure if I had any more questions or concerns. They were very good at touching base with me when we were first going through it before I had agreed to go with them. They did some agreement and paid towards it monthly.
They reached out to the companies, letting them know that I was working with them to settle the debts. Then the companies that got back to them first said, “Okay. Well, we’ll settle for this amount.” Then they send me that information and then I have to agree to it. Then they pay out monthly through an account that I accrue through. Once it’s paid off, I get a letter letting me know that the debt’s been completely paid off. It’s great because I don’t have to talk to debt collectors all day. They’ve even started leaving me alone. I'm still going through the process. They’ve already paid off three of my debtors so about half of my debtors were completed and off of my record now.
The program has made it easier to get everything paid because when I tried to do it, everybody wanted me to settle right then. This was a great program for managing that and getting the funds up because I don’t have the time or the patience to deal with those people myself. They’re a little pushy. Also, I’ve always had great interactions with the reps at Century. They’ve been friendly and very thorough in explaining things. I was impressed with their transparency like knowing that things were getting taken care of and not feeling like I was being swindled. The customer support has been great. I only get contacted through them when there’s a new debt settlement agreement to be signed. Otherwise, I can check everything online. It shows me the money that I pay in, the money that goes out and where it goes to. If my friends needed a debt settlement company, I would tell them that Century Support Services is the way to go.

I needed help with my credit cards. I overextended myself and was making payment here and there. It was all adding up and I was paying out a lot more than the money that was coming in. I wanted to get rid of those credit cards. The people at Century were very knowledgeable, kind and cooperative. They explained everything to me. They indicated that if I put more money on they would pay it off sooner. But I started at 300, I put up to 400. I don't think I can squeeze another 100 to make it 500. Century Support Services said it would take about four years to get these settlements done. But then I received a credit report from one of the credit bureaus and they're saying that some of these would not be paid off until 2022 which seems like a long time. I'm 61 years old and I want to actually say I'm debt free at least before 65.
But overall, they’ve taken some stress off of me. They have settled some of these and I have two that are going to be paid off here at the end of 2017. I also have three more bills that I will be able to pay for another three more years. I keep in contact with them. I just called them recently and they're the ones that informed me that there'll be a couple of these settlements that will be taken care of in end of this year and another one 2018. I'd definitely recommend them to someone else and I would also recommend patience along with that.

I was in a lot of debt and my Social Security just can't pay all of my credit card debts. I looked for relief help and learned about Century Support Services on the internet. So far it has been okay. They are easy to get in touch with if I need them and they are courteous with me through the process. I told them to call me if there were changes or anything like that. I am still in their program and they settled some of my debts. Now they're working on Chase and Discover.

I went online to see anybody that can consolidate my bills because I felt overwhelmed. At the beginning, Century Support Services was really helpful and I'm pleased. The only thing I don’t like is they're paying off one bill at a time. I would figure they'd pay a little bit to everybody. I'm getting phone calls and messages from companies that my bill is six month overdue and they're asking me to call them. I've talked to somebody at Century and they told me to send those to them and they'll pay off that first and then go on to something else. Couldn’t Century pay a little bit here, there, and yonder and get them all down so that these companies know that somebody is helping? But, that’s how Century works. They're still working on one and I'd ask them when is it gonna be paid but they don’t have enough money accumulated yet. It's caused me anxiety. They're doing a good job but I'd like it a little better than what they're doing.

Century Support Services came up first when I was looking for someone to help me get some bills paid off with my credit cards. I read as much as I could about them and asked a lot of questions. I liked what I heard, so I gave them a try. They asked me to get a hold of the bills that I owed, and that they were going to look at everything and figure out how much it would cost me a month to pay all of it. Then they take over from there. They negotiated with the companies that I owed so that I don't have to pay back the full balance.
I get paid twice a month. Let's say I pay $250 a month, they take out $125 each pay period. That way, it's not coming out one lump sum. How much they take out depends on how much I owe. And they told me it would be between two and three years to pay things off. And so far, one of them is all paid off, the other one is almost done and then there's two more. So, it's a nice feeling and I don't have to worry about it. The money automatically comes out of my checking account. It goes into an account and then they distribute from there. It's made my credit better. Also, everybody’s been extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable and supportive, answering questions if I have any. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

The representative was so nice and he explained everything clearly to me. He gave a lot of references of people that Century Support Services have helped. Since working with them, it's a miracle not to have huge credit card bills that I had to pay. They're able to help consolidate and lower the interest rates. We've already settled three accounts, one of them completely and the other two are being paid off each month. I've only got three more to go and it's only been one year in April when I started. I'm completely satisfied and it's been a blessing to me. I love them.

I was keeping up with all my payments but it was overwhelming. I kept hearing on the radio about debt settlement. At one point, I started giving a call and see what that was about and if it was something that I would be able to do. The first time I called Century Support Services, I spoke with someone and he was very good at explaining that all the company does is to reach out to the accounts that I had and work settlements with them. If I decided to go with them, they would ask for all the information, the accounts that I had, credit cards and all secured debts. Then he told me that he'd give me an installment, I would be paying in two years and they would be able to renegotiate a much smaller payment for those accounts.
They worked with me with the payment. He gave me two options and I chose one but I have not resolved anything to the point where I'd jump on board with them. Also, one thing that was not clear to me was that they told me that the creditors would call and if they do, I would direct them to Century. But what I didn’t understand was if they would try to reach the creditors before the creditors start calling me. I've been bombarded with calls from creditors and I've been looking at the escrow account that they opened but I don’t see any settlement. So, it looks to me like they're not being able to settle any accounts yet or they're waiting for my escrow account to get a bigger balance in order to approach them. I was thinking about reaching out to them and see if they’ve been trying to settle any of the accounts and have been rejected.
I'm following their instructions as far as making the payments, but I noticed that my credit score went way down and I'm still getting a bunch of phone calls from creditors. They haven't' been able to settle anything at this point but they're very confident in reaching out to me and sending me emails or all the documents that I had to sign so, I don’t have any complaints on that.

I was getting over my head with credit card debt. I had seen Century Support Services advertised online, and after looking into it, I decided to contact them and they welcomed me. They went ahead with all my debt and everything worked great. They give me updates about once a month and it would take four years to finish all the settlements. And I've already done my first settlement. I have gotten calls from creditors and just ignored them. But when I finally got sick of it, I told them not to call me any longer. Once I did that, the attorney from Century Support told me that there's a penalty if they called me after that, and I don't have to receive the phone calls. They've taken a lot of stress out of my life and been very helpful in getting me on the right track.

I have more debt than I could handle so I got into Century Support services. My interactions with the team members were good. However, one time I had one bill they didn't deal with. I got a thing from a processor where I had to go to court so I had to pay that which I was upset about. I'm still paying on but it's almost taken care of. I've only got about three or four months and it will all be done. I can breathe easier working with Century Support Service. I don't have to worry about my debts and they're taking care of them. I'm on social security and with a limited income, it's a little hard on my money because I have a big chunk coming out. Still, they've been helpful and the experience has been pleasant.

I was looking online for debt relief companies to fix my debt and when I clicked on Century Support Services, I like that they have more people who help, that it's not a scam and that paying debts can happen. Their reps were real helpful. When we first called them, they took care of everything right away. They got everything cleared up under my last name and they were all cleared up quick. So far, they got most of them done within the first couple of months. They still have one left because it was one of those hospitals which were hard to take. But overall, it was an excellent experience.

The person from Century who I talked to was very interesting and explained everything to me very well. So far, so good. Century did what they said they'd do. My credit’s bad and I was trying to get things straightened out. Things were good with the lady that signed me up to Century Support Services. However, it wasn’t explained to me that I would have to pay them a percentage of what they helped me settle with the company with so I wasn’t real happy with that once I found that out. It would be beneficial if they were upfront with people about those charges. The only settlement I have had, I negotiated and paid myself. The fee for what my total payoff was was more than what I settled my account for. They really discouraged me from even doing that because they said that the company can still come back after me and that was discouraging.
Then I ran into a problem because I've had to leave town. There was a death in my family and someone got a hold of my bank card so I’ve had to close up my account and open a new one. I didn’t like how that entire situation was handled but it is what it is. All in all, it's for the good ‘cause it made me honestly look and take a positive step towards trying to clean up my credit and get some things in line. I have recommended them to other people. I would use them again if I had to and if I'm in a similar situation.

I opened a new business and had a hard time paying all the bills. A friend of mine had used Century Support Services and she recommended them so that's what I did. I thought they could help me and their people were great. I had a lot of questions. To me it was taking too long so every time I called they explained to me what happens and they were helpful. They assured me everything was gonna work out, and part of it did.
However, I took two of the three cards out because it was taking way too long. I didn't understand how it works so I cannot blame everything on Century Support Services but it didn't work like the way I wanted it to. It's gonna be a year next month but I just got one approval. It was not explained 100% the way it was explained later to me. I didn't know I had to put the money for them to do that. That was not something I was looking into it because that way I can do myself. I'd pay it myself if I had the money and they don't have to pay it for me. I would recommend Century to my friends but I would explain it fully to them and make sure that they understood how it works.

The Century Support Services lady that I originally talked to, Peggy, presented everything really well so I decided to go ahead and give debt consolidation a try. I liked the concept that they were able to work with me as far as how much I can put into the account that they draw from to make the settlements that they were doing. Also, when I called because I needed to reschedule their drawing, everyone worked with me. They settled one debt and had already gotten everything set up for a second bill that I had to do and then I pulled out of it and that’s when I did what my son suggested. My son said that it was just getting too much and I went ahead and filed for bankruptcy. My experience with Century was very good and educational. They were very helpful in working with me and trying to help me in getting rid of all my debt but they were doing it one debt at a time.

I had too much debt so I wanted to find somebody that could help me get the debt cleared off. My husband found Century Support Services online. He told me it seemed to be a good company to help me consolidate my debts and that’s what I did. I got my peace of mind when I worked with them. The people were courteous and well-informed about their job. My lawyer told me to file for bankruptcy instead, so I had to cancel, and when I did, they were quick to refund me back my money. I had a good experience with them, and I’d recommend them to a friend.

Everyone at Century Support Services has been really friendly and helpful. I did end up having to miss a couple of payments to Century because of being out of work, but so far, my experience with them is good. It was easy getting everything set up with them so that’s something that I do recommend. I really enjoyed the convenience of the program - not having to physically go in to somewhere to get everything set up.

I filed for bankruptcy years ago, my bills started piling up and I had some hardships going on. It got overwhelming for me and I wanted somehow some kind of help getting on track. I googled how to consolidate debts and I ended up with Century Support Services. Every time I called, everybody there was very helpful even when I sometimes asked silly questions. Having Century has provided me a big relief. They worked with me as far as my payments and on what days I wanted to schedule and such. Everything was cut down and I was making my payments twice a month. I felt like I was getting things back on track. I was really surprised that I was able to get the house that I needed as I thought I had no options. My experience has been really great so far. They’ve been very resourceful and gave me a lot of information. The best part is that they keep me up-to-date.

Century Support Services has been very helpful. They explain things and let me know exactly what’s going on and what am I expecting from them. I am trying to get everything squared away and they helped me with some companies that I had debt with. I only have one payment now and they send me the statement on my inbox. The payment arrangement is really good because I don't even feel it. It’s coming straight out of my bank and I just make sure that I have the money in there. The program is really awesome. I have some different types of collections and I was trying to nail those down. I was looking for any consolidation service for debt and found Century Support Services online. It was on top of the list and was backed by the BBB. Their team was great, they were knowledgeable and were always friendly. From beginning to end, they were always helpful and answered all my questions. They helped me out a lot because they got one of the big debts down. Century made me understand how debt works a little more. Now, I'm in a position where I figured that it would be better if I do it myself. I've got enough help and things got organized for me so I can step away. I have the time now to focus on it.
One thing though was that I had to do some digging or checking. It seemed like it was more about getting the debt down than actually about checking to see if the debt is being taken off like it's supposed to. They said there was an extra service fee. I wished it was all packaged into one instead of learning later on that there was an extra service fee if you wanted somebody to track your credit and make sure it's going up. Otherwise, I had a good experience with Century Support Services.

I had recently retired and a lot of things come up once you’re on a fixed income. I needed a way to paw down my budget and pay off some credit cards. Everyone I talked to from Century was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. As soon as an offer comes up, they call and explain the terms. Right now working with them is helping me get ahead and to set up a budget. I have some personal problems which take up a lot of time and things that I need to do, and it is something I don’t have to worry about right now. It’s a very professional company and I would recommend them to my friend. I’m very satisfied with the people I’ve talked to and I can see improvement in what I contracted them to do.

We are paying the max that we possibly can at this time and after discussion with my wife we determined that it is not possible to increase our monthly draft at this time and will ask for a continuance when I go to court on April 18th. And still wonder why the money showing in our reserve account cannot be used as a down payment to get this account in question settled and then use the money from the Barclay account and the Goodyear account that will be settled soon to make payments on the account in question.

I was able to obtain the information I needed to Fax emails from Synchrony Bank offering a settlement for Lowe's credit card. I received from Lowe's credit card a statement 02/09/2017 with new balance of $4,053.49 which I will fax. Interest rate is accumulating each month since August, 2016.

I wanted to put all my payments into one lump sum a month and everybody at Century Support Services has been helpful and very courteous. Every time I called, they always try their best to help me out. When I called to lower my payments because I'm only collecting unemployment as my only income at the moment, they helped me out with that. They lowered my payments for the next three months and told me to call back again in April to continue lowering them if I needed to. That's pretty good and I'm really grateful. And every time something's up with my account they always give me a call. So I'm very satisfied with them and the services. I also feel pretty optimistic with them and I'm hoping that everything gets taken care of as far as the credit cards that I have under their name. I've been with them for three months now and they told me the whole process will take two years or under to complete.

I became involved with Century Support Services when I answered a flyer I got in the mail as I had a $40,000 loan at 4%. I've been in contact with their team quite often when filing my statements, talking about my credit report, and talking about my settlements. So far, we have done some settlements. Century Support Services has definitely helped me. I'm only paying a flat fee now, I’m not paying any interest, and I’m getting my debt down.
It's been an outstanding experience except for one little part where they did tell me that my credit report will get hit. They didn't tell me that because I'm in the program, every credit card I have in the program, they’re applying more payment to my credit to the credit bureau every month that I don't make a payment on those credit cards. Now, my credit is shot. But it'll be cleaned up after because I bought the service for them to send a letter to each of it and explain to please remove the negative remarks because this is the program I'm in.

Century Support Services is really fine. Their team was really nice and they helped me. In fact, the lady who I spoke to at the beginning was really nice but I was frustrated. I asked her about how the debt relief is going to affect my record and she said that I will be fine. Then, there was another company and with this company, the lady said that it will affect my record report but I was in already.
Century is making my life easy in a wrong way that I know they're going to handle the bank but it's annoying that they're calling me all the time and sending me letters. Moreover, I told them to take the money the second week but every month, the payment is getting closer to the beginning of the date of the rent. When I saw they withdraw the money, I went like, “Oh, my God.” I was thankful that I have the money, but sometimes I don’t. I just have the money of the rent and so I would like to fix that. But overall, my experience with them has been good.

On September the 26th of 2014, we got violently attacked in our home, my husband was ran over three times and he couldn’t walk. So our income went from seven grand a week to nothing. Our whole lives changed in 20 minutes and I had to live off the credit cards to survive. And then, it got to where I couldn’t pay the interest. I was just paying the same amount every month to stay afloat and never missed a payment but I wasn't getting down any. Then, I started to feel suffocated by the debt and that’s when I looked into that federal debt relief program. Before, I had almost died myself so I went bankrupt and I didn’t want to go that route.
Century Support Services popped up on the internet when I was googling some stuff. Then, I called them and talked with this young man. He was able to help me and then I went forward from there. The team has been wonderful. Every time I have a conversation with them about anything, it’s very positive, they get what I need and I’m very grateful.
I’m into the debt relief program for 14 months and never missed a payment. I have one debt left, hopefully, I was trying to get me a loan thing to settle everything and then I started going up in the positive side with the credit. Today, I was under a little bit of pressure and I don’t think I was dealing with the same people for my loan thing. I’m in a different part of the system that I was dealing with because normally, everybody is really caring, positive and have a soft-spoken tone with me. But, today there was one young man who rubbed me the wrong way. And that’s really hard to do because I’m a sweetheart to everybody. Other than that, I have had nothing but positive and everything that I need is taken care of right then and there. I have recommended Century Support Services to several people, it helped me. Without Century Support, I would not have survived financially because I'm not the one to not pay my debt.

I heard very high recommendations for CCC, Christian Credit Counseling, but when I called them, they weren't in business anymore and I didn't know where to turn so I kept calling people. I had a bad feeling about some of the ones that I called but when I talked to somebody from Century Support Services, we had a very long conversation. He acted like there was no time in the whole world and was ready to answer every single thing. I was worried about how legitimate it was so he sent me information to explain how everything was legit and I felt really, really comfortable with the whole situation. My understanding was that I am paying back the creditors, just not all of it. I thought that's cool and I felt good about everything.
I had never ceased to have communications with their people and somebody is always calling or writing me. I have 100% access online and anytime I want to see what's happening, I go online. They were able to understand my needs in full and take care of my needs in such a way that I could do it without defaulting. Also, they assured me that as we end and everything is all paid up, they will help us reestablish our credit. So I thought it was a win-win however one looks at it.
Moreover, when we're dealing with serious matters, it's very important that personnel speaks very clear English because if they don't, it could be maddening and there could be things we're missing. I appreciate that every single person I've dealt with in this whole process has spoken extremely well English and that means a lot business-wise to me because then I don’t have to guess what they're saying to me. I hope they continue to do that because that makes it just so much nicer when somebody can understand what I'm saying and I can understand them. So, overall, I have an over the top amazing experience with Century.

I wanted to get my finances in order and start building for the future. I realized I needed to get rid of my debt before I moved forward with anything. I was with another company and it got taken over by Century Support Services and my account got transferred to them. The Century Support Services team is always available to answer any questions and updates my account whether it be an increase in my monthly payments or a decrease if I'm having the proper time that month paying bills. They’ve always been very accommodating and helpful.
It's going to take a little bit of time to get my debt relief as it depends on how much I’m contributing to the account. That way they can negotiate with different creditors and come to agreements. But I do make pretty modest monthly contributions. The company has also given me a sense of relief knowing that there’s somebody out there watching my back when it comes to my financial rehabilitation. I can get back on my feet and be back at ground level as far as building my credit back up again and getting out from underneath this financial problem I'm currently under. It’s definitely a stress reliever. I’m extremely grateful that a company like this is around to help people like myself and others in similar situations to relieve themselves of their financial debt.

I had three creditors that were persistent in calling. I kept my payments on time but it was getting to a point that I felt like I was drowning. I found Century Support Services online and when I reached out to them, they were very polite, answered my questions, and listened to my story of how the debtors were going, and right away they said they felt they could help. So that was a relief. They explained what they did, asked if I could afford to send them X number of dollars per month, and told me they were going to assign me a counselor. And we talked and I got the paperwork right away. As the program went on, when people were calling and wanted to know what had happened to me, the directions that Century gave were clear and necessary. They made my life less stressful. I would like things to go fast and pay off the creditors quicker but I understand how the program works, so I’m contented.

As much as I was trying to chip away at things, it was like one step forward, two steps back. So I wanted to look into debt relief which might work well for me. I've had to do some belt-tightening, but the amount that they were drafting every month has worked and we've been able to settle with some of the creditors. However, I do wish that I only have one representative so that any time I have communication with ClearOne, the rep would know exactly where I was at. But regardless of which one I might talk to, they're all very professional and knowledgeable. It does work, though sometimes things get lost in the translation.
It's also very unnerving anytime I have to have a conversation or I have to open a piece of mail then I have to mail them into ClearOne because I tend to run a little bit high on the anxiety scale. They should just take my draft once a month, do what they're paid to do, and let me live my life. But other than that, I would highly recommend them to anybody that was looking for debt relief. I wasn't sure what and how to expect at first, but I'm glad that I went with them.

My experience with Century Support Services has been really good so far. I did some searching online and then I contacted a different settlement service to get everything started, but I preferred to go with Century Support because of what they were offering. They also have good customer service and reviews. Working with them made my life more convenient as far as them working on my behalf to fix things. I haven’t received any pesky calls, so they really put a stop to that. They’re also really easy to get ahold of, and now they can respond via text message or e-mail, so I don’t necessarily have to talk all the time on the phone. So, it seems more convenient. I'm still waiting for the final portion of the program, so it's a little early to say how it’s going to finish, but throughout, it’s been nice. I’ve recommended it to several family members already, and they’re going to start the process, too.

The staff is very personable, helpful, and professional. Virtually the only problem I've experienced has been a recent one. I was asked to renew my password, but the system shut me out before I could even do so. It won't acknowledge my old password so that I can enter a new one. I do apologize but I am having a difficult time with my creditors. I really thought this company would handle all the correspondence to my creditors. I've gotten use to the calls from 8:00 am through 9:00 pm daily even Sunday. I'm uncomfortable not sending any money until it's payoff time. My credit score is in the toilet and doubt it will ever bounce back. I think I need to change programs or something to give me peace of mind.

I'm not dissatisfied with their customer service, but I am dissatisfied with their follow through. They told me before completing the sign-up process that my debts would be negotiated with the creditors within 3-6 months. It's now been almost ten months and none have been negotiated. My formerly good credit is now very bad, and I'm not any closer to being out of debt. It's very frustrating.

I came across Century Support Services on the internet, decided we'd do relief help with them and didn't have any trouble to tell until lately, I got a summons and have notified the company. They keep telling me they'll call me but I haven't heard anything yet. I’d be more satisfied if they get ahold of me and let me know what they found out.

I've got so many debt collectors calling me that I was going crazy but Century Support Services was the best thing that ever happened to me. Carissa was awesome. She made me feel welcome and contacted me a couple of times AND I really appreciated it. I’ve already recommended Century to many people.

I like the people at Century Support Services. They're so good. Since working with the company, I feel that I can see the daylight at the end of the tunnel in the next three years and now don't have the pressure that I had. So, I feel confident. I'm on such a tight income that sometimes $250 is really tough but I manage to get through it. I really appreciate Century for taking me on and helping me out.

I do wish the process of dealing with the creditors would go faster. Customer service is really good, the reps are very knowledgeable and are understanding with a pleasant attitude. I hope Century will take a much more proactive approach after 90 days to speed the process of paying off my creditors.

Unable to lower payment because the customer service person TRISH, him and ha around and totally made me mad. She seems as she was working for a credit collector instead of working for your clients, whom you are suppose to be helping but pissing us off.

As I am very new to Century, my experiences so far have been very nice. There has been a lot of patience shown to this 75 year old and I am very grateful. However, every time I wish to log on to the Century website, I must use a new password. I know this is for my security, but it is very annoying.

I started this program a year ago and I am quite pleased. My plan was supposed to be for 3.5 years but because of how much more money I have left over each month I'll be done in one year and three months. Everyone has been so helpful and knowledgeable and has saved me thousands. I recommend it for those who are already late and strangling with collection calls.

I retired and was told that when I'll do, I'd get more social security but that didn’t happen. I also bought the place when I retired and I had to do some repairs but I'm behind. I got with Century and I've just been talking to one of their reps in the last couple of months. I also talked to a lady last week and the program's supposed to be settled this week following their decision. My experience with them has been okay except for one. And though I don't get phone calls in advance, working with Century has been good. The application went smoothly and I'm just waiting to see what they decided on.

I needed a way to manage my debt once a month instead of missing payments on certain ones. I thought a debt relief program was the best thing for me to do at that time and so far, my experience with Century Support Services has been very good. The first few times Century gathered up offer, it seemed like it was pretty high up. But then, this last time, they negotiated the deal and it took 10 months. I would have liked to have it taken care of quicker. My pay goes up and down and hasn't improved much.

I got help from Century to settle my debts. The people there are very nice and friendly. Some of them are very knowledgeable but some of them are not. When I started I did not have a clear understanding because I was totally new. But now, I'm coming up with paying back all debts. Hopefully, in short future, I'll be relieved from all those responsibilities. I'm happy working with Century.

I looked into debt relief because I was tired of fighting the phone calls and letters. There had to be a better way. I went with Century Support Services and they've done everything they promised to do. However, I understand that the Century support team are not lawyers, and they don't like to give out any legal advice regarding some questions that I had, and that they're protecting their entity, too.
We're in debt settlement right now with a company. We're paying off some student loans for my daughter. There are five different loans involved in this debt, with the years of schooling that was involved, and the company would not take much of a reduction in the debt. There should have been a little bit more negotiation back and forth between me and the company before the debt was settled, but it's too late now. Since then, they're still sending me letters, but I just ignored them. I've sent the communication where you fax or email it into the company, and I don't have any bad repercussions from it.
I've been involved with Century for about six years now, and the first four years were tremendous. The communication was really open. They were calling me all the time and keeping me up to date with what was going on. But one concern of mine is that the communication is not good now. I've told them that I like to be in the loop and know what's going on. But the corporate world has taken over and it's not always good in some things, especially in debt settlement.
Century was real eager to settle my debt. I've been fighting for five years before I turned it over to them. But they just caved in, and I was a little disappointed in the track record that they had built previous to that. Some new regulations or guidelines may have come about. I'm still basically happy with the program that they're offering, but I would like more communication from them.

I was having credit card problems and all I was doing was a minimum and I wasn't taking care of it. I've heard other people go through the settlement type process and they said it was easy except for the repair part. I thought I've got no choice and so I decided to try Century and so far it's worked out. They helped me out extremely well but we're not done yet. Two are done and one more to go. Working with them allowed me now to have a little bit more money and it's a great thing. Every time I talk to their team, they send me a survey to fill out and I've always filled them out and they emailed them back. They're great and they're there every time I call them. If I have a problem with their facts or number, it's immediately taken care of. Everybody has been quite professional and assisted me quite well. I've got no regrets about them at all. Fantastic.

I had a really bad job and I couldn't afford rent and food for myself. I had to go to places that give food. I had bills that I couldn't pay anymore. I was able to pay all the bills up to the point where everything started going bad. I had years of paying on time but then everything went down the drain. So I contacted Century and they helped me a lot. They're always nice people. Working with them has helped a lot because all the things that I was struggling to pay off were just the interest. It wasn't even what I owed them. And now I have been able to pay off three things and that's something I would have never done on my own. They're awesome to work with and it's a great experience. I recommend them.

I needed debt consolidation. I went with Century, but I never know what my status is unless I call in. Periodically, I get a posting that doesn't match what I think is going on at all. And when I call them, somebody there says, "Don't pay any attention to that one because they don't update enough." Evidently, it's either they do the reporting or another company does for them, and the report's never current. It would be nice to have a current posting every once in a while of what's going on. But, Century is helping me get out of debt so that's a very great feeling. It would be awesome to get my life and my credit score back up where it was at 815 at one point.

Century Support has been able to help me out other than with the payment arrangement with my creditors. Because since I've separated from my husband, it's been difficult for me coming up with payment sometimes. But other than that, they've been working with me as much as possible when I needed it. Anytime I called Century, they were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and everything got taken care of. I needed to consolidate my credit card, and October is my last payment arrangement so that's awesome. Working with Century made my life a little easier, because I didn't have to make several calls to take care of billing payments. It was just deducted automatically monthly and everything was good from there. I was very satisfied with the service. It's exactly what I thought I would get when I was calling.

I had too many credit cards and I was trying to get rid of them. I didn't want to go bankrupt. Working with Century made my life a lot easier. It was pretty nice the way they made it reasonable to make a payment. They also took payments out at certain days and a certain time. They're very helpful and they would send me an email saying what was going on and how to set it up, and it worked out pretty good.

Century Support has been pretty good. However, there was one time when one of the deals couldn't work and I had to go to court over it. Another time, I had to call the bank to work out the settlement, and I didn't think that was right. I also have to pay them quite a bit of money and that's hurting my budget. But other than that, they've been pretty forward and they tell it like it is.

Working with Century Support Services is getting us out of the hole real quick. I'm retired seven years but I just enjoy life every day. It's good that their call centers are here in the US. The only thing is that the call came up unassigned. I worked at Farmington Correctional Center and I never know if there's an inmate or a family of inmates calling using the phone code and I'm very leery of that. But then I talked to Jessica and she was knowledgeable, good, and she sounded like she really likes her job and wanted to work. It was a very pleasant call. Overall, it's a very good company.
