We had a lot of debt and my wife saw Century and we did it. They were always really friendly and good. They always answered my questions. Working with them got some of our debt into one, big debt. So it helped us out a lot.

I'm very happy with Century Support. The initial setup was very easy and very helpful. I've made adjustments a couple of times. The rep that handled my account was very attentive and very helpful.

The customer service of Century Support was good. They informed me about everything and how the program works. So far, everything is perfect. I can see how I'm doing online, on their website, which is nice. They have the chart that shows how I'm doing. I enjoyed working with them. Recently, I was moving into an apartment and we had concerns about the credit. But I was about to print out the information from Century Support to show that I'm making payments like this.

I feel very comfortable about the entire program at Century Support. Every time I’ve called before, which was a lot more frequent at the beginning, before I was understanding what was going on, the guys were very helpful there. I haven't called in a couple of weeks because I don’t have any problems, everything’s coming in. They've negotiated on three of my accounts to pay them off at a lower amount. The reps were terrific. They all were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would have no problem referring Century Support.

The rep was nice. I gave him four accounts and there is one that I haven't paid anything on simply because State Farm hasn't taken us up on it. Other than that, I paid off the lending company. There was something that came out of this that surprised me though. I didn't realize that whenever I pay a creditor off, I get a thing from the IRS saying to the effect that I’d made $1,300 off of it, so I will be doing the 1099 form on my income tax.

My sister was fixing her credit and she advised me to go with Century Support. I was looking for something like that, so I can put all my things in one bill instead of having all of them open. I decided to go with them. They're great. When you call them, they answer all your questions. They work with your credit too. I have two years and I'm still working with them for my credit. Sometimes, I get confused, but the program is good. I'm almost done with my plan, so hopefully, I'm done soon.

The service was perfect. The rep was good about explaining things and letting me know when things were happening. It was easy to keep up with. Another loan servicing company is taking it over, but I ended up with 56% paid off.

I'm a little disappointed sometimes. Sometimes, I don't think Century negotiates all that well to get some of the balances down. Other than that, they’re always friendly. I've never had a problem with that. Although, the other day I called and the system repeated my home phone number back to me, but nobody responded. That’s the first time that’s ever happened when somebody hasn’t called me back. I got a 1099-C on one of my active accounts. They wrote the whole balance off, so why even have it as an active account now? They’re adding it into my income tax. I could have done a live chat, but I didn’t. I may do that on Monday to let them know that I got a 1099-C.

I had a few credit cards that got away from me. I did an internet search for a debt consolidator and Century Support was about fifth or sixth down the list. I read on the website and I gave Century Support a call. I talked to a fellow for half an hour or so and I liked his vibe. We talked about a plan and we were able to get it set up for a number that I was comfortable working with. With their program, almost everything got to a reduced settlement.
One thing that I was surprised about is I didn't feel like I needed to be in touch with Century Support all the time which was great. When something came up, they handled it. I may have called them within the first eight months five times just to get things going. I'm old. Even though there was a website portal, I would want to be able to talk to a person and have some clarity rather than talk to some AI help bot.
I had a couple of legal things come through and Century Support got them off my back. There seemed to be a general tone of legitimate empathy and I really appreciated that. When you're in a debt situation, you're scolding yourself. Everything is much more difficult and everything is in a state of panic. Having that sort of calm and affirming interaction with the debt consolidator was encouraging. It made me want to do the program.
I completed the program on December 20, 2020. The program changed how I look at money. I'm trying to cut all extraneous costs and every spare dollar I have goes into my investment account. I haven't applied for a new credit card yet. I would 100% recommend Century Support. I was very happy every time I dealt with them and getting to the end of it felt great. They were really encouraging. On the wrap-up call, the woman I spoke to was super enthusiastic and she gave me a real, "Attaboy," kind of thing. I was like, "Thanks. I really appreciate that." It was nice.

If you're willing to take a hit on your credit rating, Century is a good way to go. I feel like I can get out of debt, which is good, but it's slow. We set up payments and I pay twice a month. I was very comfortable with it. However, at first, they told me it would take six months, but it's been six months already and I've only got three accounts paid for, which is half.

Going with Century Support stopped phone calls from coming to me and got me in control of some bad debt. Their reps were very nice and friendly. They were informative each time I called them. The service took worries from me and I don't have to worry about certain accounts anymore 'cause Century handled the business side for me. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

I've been on the program with Century Support Services for about two years. The initial contact with them was good and the way the lady explained it was awesome and it was exactly what I was looking for at that time. But I thought they would pay off everything right away, but they didn't. I didn't realize that they'd spread it out so it would be forever to pay it off. But it is what it is. Other than that, they were very nice. The lady was helpful and she answered all my questions.
In the last six months, my credit hasn't moved up at all. But it's all right. My credit has definitely improved. Everything has been easy, too. They email me, they text me when things are happening, and they're calling me if I don't answer right away. The communication is very good. So, I know what they're doing, how they're doing it, and why they're doing it.

A few years ago, I did a debt thing with a company based out of Florida. About three years into a four-year deal with them, they got purchased by Century Support Services and it was a seamless transition. The same amount of money was withdrawn and within a year, I was done with the program. The topper for me is I live in Pittsburgh and this company is based in suburban Pittsburgh. So it's nice to deal with a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania company. They're straight up with me. It's a long process and it takes about four years to repair your credit. And it works. Interacting with their representatives is always first-rate. The website is easy to negotiate. As soon as you go there, a chat thing pops up and any time I've had a question, within two minutes it's solved and we're moving on.

Things have gone kind of slow with Century Support. It's been almost two years. Their reps are truthful but they don't put anything in writing and mail it to me so I can keep it on. It's really hard to do things on the computer because they always want a new password.

I've had Century Support's program for a while. As long as I'm paid and it doesn't have deductions greater than what I bring home, I was good. I'm by myself in New York and I have a kid in college. I can only give what I can give. Century works with me on that. When the amount I have to pay is more than what I'm comfortable with, I tell them that it's not good for me and that I cannot incur any additional monies that I don't have to give.
I have a budget that includes the amount to pay Century and they cannot change it in the middle because they think that the process will go faster. They can't pull a rabbit out of a hat and expect me to commit to something and then I don't. Then, we've got another problem. I was out of work for four months and I told Century I couldn't pay. they were gracious. They thought maybe I had $20 to pay. I said I would tell them when I could resume. As long as I can continue to keep paying and my debt goes down, I'm winning.

Anytime I had a question, I could call in and I never waited on the line for more than a minute. I always had a rep that was willing to answer me by email or take a call and talk to me in person. Being able to talk to someone was huge because it was the first time I ever did debt consolidation. I didn't know what I was getting into and I wasn't sure if it was a scam. I called every week just to make sure everything was good. Century Support always responded and it was a great experience.
I had three different credit cards that I had high debt on. Century was able to cut my debt in half. As of today, I have no more credit card debt and my credit score has improved incredibly. I would certainly recommend Century to anybody who has been going through what I was going through. Once you're through their program, things turn around quick all due to the help from the Century team.

As far as helping me with my credit debt, Century Support's service has been okay. They've been working with me well. For about eight months, I was having to call and have my monthly payment reduced because I was out sick and I was out of work because of COVID-19. But I'm trying my best to get back on track. The last time I called, which was December and talked to a young lady, she helped me out. I even increased the payment at 400 bucks a month.
It's been taking a long time, but it's partly my fault or the situation that this country is in right now. I'm trying to wait till May when my Medicare kicks in so I can have a replacement surgery on my knees. Old age is creeping up, plus I've got two bad knees. That's a life of a former athlete. So, it's something I gotta go through, but I'm trying to do the best I can to make the payment because I'd like to get it taken care of as quickly as possible.
If I needed money to be put back into my bank account for a purpose or paying some bills, the reps have been good enough to help me go with a lower payment other than what we agreed upon. So, as far as that, I've been pleased on what they're doing on their end to help me. I would love to get this thing taken care of so I can leave a little bit better. It's been a struggle.

I talked to the gentleman at Century Support. He had to ask me a whole bunch of questions, and then he finally qualified me. He said, “Yeah, you do qualify for assistance for our service.” He took down some information. Then, I received another call from another lady. She welcomed me to the program. I was told how much it was gonna cost for the service. Once we did that, we got the ball going. The only thing I don’t like is that my credit scores are down completely. There’s no way to hold the account on hold as we’re waiting to make a settlement with the credit people. Your account just goes, “Delinquent, delinquent, delinquent. Late, late, late.”
I've heard of other programs that don't affect your credit score, but I don't know about those programs. I'm already enrolled with Century Support. So far, they've settled two of my small accounts. The big ones are being hard headed. What I tell them when they call to harass me is, “Look, y'all need to settle with Century. If you don't settle with Century, then you will settle with BK. So pick your choice.” They’ll say, “Yeah, we’ll get back to you.” They give me the runaround. As far as Century Support, the people have been great. They make communication with you, they contact you, they give you a call and they follow up. I get emails. So, so far, I'm satisfied with the service.

Century Support's service is good. I wish it was better circumstances, you know what I mean? I wish it was a little bit faster so that I can get everything done. I understand things come up, so it's out of our hands. I'm just struggling with the payments, but I'm pulling through as much as I can. I'm doing my best. With everything going on right now and with the situation still like this, it's a little frustrating, but I'm hanging in there as best as I can. I do want my credit score to get better and I want to just continue to do this as best as I can and finish it, so that I can have a better outlook of my future, and then I don't have to go through this ever again.
Letters are still coming in, phone calls are still coming in and out. But it's being dealt with. I've been trying to do the best I can with all the information they are giving me. The papers that they send me, I do email them to Century Support. I'm trying my best to do what I can do and get off these creditors to stop harassing me. I know that they need their payments. Century Support is trying to fix everything, and then try to come to a main goal here, so that we can get the settlement done as soon as possible.
I'm so glad that I found Century Support because I've had other creditors that I dealt with so many years that it just hasn't dealt with my concerns and like Century Support have. I'm so happy about this. They take everything out of consideration, and they do the best they can for the customers. I am so happy that they are there. They're just a phone call away or email away. I'm so glad for that. I appreciate everything that they give me. They update me always about these things and what's going on with my creditors. I appreciate everything they are doing. They are there if I have any more concerns. I would refer a friend or to our family friend. I've already done that to my family and friends.

I couldn't get my credit cards paid off because the interest was killing me every month. The application through Century Support was pretty easy. It was mainly over the phone. So, I talked to the girl and she kinda walked me through how the program works and asked if I had any questions. Everything was recorded. Then, once I was done, she sent me a form to fill out that said I understood everything. She kinda laid everything out based on what I needed, the numbers, and what the payments would be, and I signed that and put me in the program.
My credit score has gone up by 100 points, and I'm no longer in debt. They did great. One thing that drove me crazy is whenever they give you a settlement or a number of what you're gonna pay every month, they have their tactic which is fine. I just didn't fall for it. They call you every month and say, “Oh, I got a settlement for you, but it's gonna make your monthly payment go up a little bit. Here's the new payment.” You just gotta turn that down every time unless you wanna settle and you can afford that payment. I did it a couple times because it was a very small amount. When they call you and you answer the phone, it's just a pre-recording, it's not even a real person. So, you have to then call them back, stay on hold, listen to the whole spiel, and then tell them, “Thanks, but no, thanks.” Other than that, it was a very positive experience.

We got behind in our cards and our credit so I applied for a loan through somebody. The bills would be gone and I'd just make one payment. The guy said "Unfortunately, we can't give you a loan 'cause your credit's so bad." He put us in touch with Century and Century has taken care of my debt faster than I expected. We're 6 or 7 months into the program and we got three gone. Everybody there has gone out of their way to help. The other people were real good and helpful but weren't as near as friendly and as helpful as these people are. I am very happy we went to Century. I wish I had more money to give them so I can get the bills gone faster.

I was a little overwhelmed with everything that was going on finance-wise and I'm on a fixed income. I went with Century and they're great. They provide us with a customer portal that we can upload documents to, get communications on and do online chat. I've made 15 months of payments on the settlement that they’ve arranged and everything they're doing for me is above board. They're upfront with anything coming up or any changes.

I owed a lot. But this guy that I talked to at the Navy Federal referred me to this program to help me pay off. Century Support has been great. Everybody has been good. The guy that worked with me was terrific, and the process was great. He said, "If you got any questions, call me back." So, whenever I call him, if I had a question, he walked me straight through it. They do the same thing here for you. Something's not going right or I ask how long do I have left on this bill, that bill, they're right there to let me know what's going on. It has been great since I have paid off a lot of my bills. I got two more bills. They said it would be paid off in February. My last biggest deal would be Navy Federal.
It took a bit because just depending on how much money I was able to give. I'm doing a little more now, but they started me off low. At one time, I was financially strapped so they said I could stay in the program and they told me that they would give me two or three months because I just told them I didn't have any money at that time. They were really nice about that. I've been making my payments in a timely manner, but they will help if an emergency comes up. They don't just kick you out of the program. They try to work with you the best they can. I didn't get harassing calls because they made arrangements that they will make these payments. I would refer anybody.

I was online and there was an advertisement for Freedom Debt, and then I went on and Century Support was great. Everything worked out well, and it's still working out good. If I have any questions, they always take care of me. They have done a great job even with this COVID. They have always been able to work with me, so that's good.

My experience with Century Support has been wonderful. I found them online and talked to somebody, and they seemed reputable. I have been working with them since and almost debt-free. They handled everything very professionally and helped me with everything that came through. I didn't have to deal with collectors. They dealt with everything. They also stayed in contact constantly. I recently talked to one of them because I got something. It was like, "Wow, what is this from? I never even had this credit card." They checked my credit rating and said, “It's not even on there. Don't worry about it. Don't even admit that this is even you. Don't even contact them." They were very thorough and were very professional.

The girls are very professional and helpful. Every time I had a question, they were there or they would send me an email. I mentioned Century Support to a couple of my friends and they would rather say, "No, no, no." They don't want to pay that extra fee. They said they would rather pay their debts on their own. But for me, in my situation where I live on Social Security disability, I had to go with what they accommodate me, and it works fine for me. I told them I'm not in a rush. They set me on a monthly payment plan. I feel comfortable. And whenever it gets paid pay in full, we'll get there. They're the best.

I was looking for some assistance. After googling it, Century Support came out and I decided to move forward. We were skeptical because some companies sell you one thing, and they do another. But the rep great because he told us what our problem was, he gave us a solution, and gave us an expectation. I cannot thank him enough because everything he said was done as he said it was. And we started seeing the changes. Every time there is money there, Century Support goes in and settles whatever it needs to be, or whoever next. And they’ve been great with communication and expectations. The first month, they settled the first one, and we’re already going on the third one. They’re doing great. I've been recommending them.

The reps from Century Support Services are very helpful when you call and they send the information out about the stuff that's going on with your account. I was having trouble making the monthly payments on some of the stuff that I turned over to them. The reps are good.

I read some of the consumer reports from people that had worked with Century Support Services before. I had some bad experiences with another company that I had signed up with and paid a lot of money, and they paid nothing towards my debt. So, I spent a lot of time looking into the background of the company, how long they've been around and who they were associated with before I signed up with them.
I had some debt I couldn't manage. My husband had some very severe medical problems. We had big bills we couldn't handle, and so I had to find some help somewhere. The process with Century Support was convenient. It wasn't hard to do. It was easy to understand. People there have always been incredibly forthcoming and easy to talk to and helpful. They were great. They always went the extra mile. The program took the pressure off worrying about these debts. I also was satisfied that everything was being taken care of in a correct manner. I’m done with the program. I felt completely comfortable. I was very happy with it. As a matter of fact, I got one of my daughters involved in it. She got hers all paid off as well and it worked out wonderful for her. It is really a great program.

I was Googling for something that could assist me and Century Support Services was the easy way out for me. They had a better rate than the others and instead of having to deal with everybody, I dealt with one person. Working with them had me on a budget. After they did the calculations, they came up with a figure. I had choices and they asked if I was comfortable with the amount. Then that's what we worked with. The rep explained everything and sent emails. They gave the portal and you could find anything you want to look up there. When I called, they answered the questions. They did a great job.

I had some outstanding debt that I wanted to get out of and get under control and Century Support Services put together a program for me. Their representative was pretty thorough. He knew the issue that I had and how to help resolve it. He helped me to negotiate. That was his forte and he did his job well. When they started to settle a bit, there was one last card I had. It was one of the largest debts that I had also. They negotiated the fee down to $1,600 with these creditors and the fee for the services was $900. I paid the initial 16 so I could get at least those out of the way, but Century actually took the $900 fees of their money out of the actual 16. It was no big deal, but I always thought that they should take care of the debt first before they took care of the profits. But that was the only issue I had with them.
I’m done with the program and all my debt is now officially gone. The last payment is $400. That's coming up sometime in the next seven days and from that point on, it’s all done. The program worked because the debt is now all paid off. I also saved thousands of dollars on what I owed and what I paid, so it worked out pretty good. I was trying to build the scores back up and to continue on. Century allowed me to get back to what I was doing beforehand. It’s a beautiful thing to be debt-free.

I tried so many places to help me to get me out of the debt and they just took my money and were doing nothing. So when I started to get lawsuits from lawyers and the creditors, I just stopped paying. Then this person from another company said he used to work with that company and they didn't do anything. So I signed up with them and then they started to take the money and it was worse, so I had to cut them off too. I just started with Century Support Services and so far, so good. All of the people I talked to from Century were cooperative.

Scratch Financial was paid off in September and they are still dinging my credit report and saying I have 17 missed payments. So now I have to fight it because they’re still saying I owe them. The person at Century Support Services helped me and did all that she could. She even emailed me that it was paid off. We did everything. We called three-way with Scratch Financial. I talked to them and they said that they'll wipe out the 17 missed payments when it's paid in full, which is the only thing holding me up from getting a new house. Still, the process with Century Support Services was good. It’s frustrating because you put yourself in a predicament where your credit is screwed but it's easy if you just hold to your payments. Pay your payments on time and everything gets paid.

My debt was kinda high and I wanted to have it settled. I was with a consolidation program and it didn't work out. Century worked out for me. The fees and the monthly payments I had to make have been lower. Their customer service has been doing the best quality service. I'm satisfied. Century is doing its job. But I was gonna call them again because there’s still one outstanding case that’s open that I haven’t heard from them yet.

I got divorced and was left with a pile of debt. I was with Lexington Law. They didn't do anything for me but they were charging the dog out of me. I went through the VA and found Century. I found a lady in West Palm Beach that helped me to get with Century and it was wonderful. She was only 25 minutes from me which I liked. She answered a lot of my questions.
My experience with Century was excellent. They kept me informed of everything that was going on. I could call them and ask them a question. They were on top of everything. I talked to other people and they said that Century was a bad company. But I told them I thought they were very good and I just hung up on them. I've been with Century the last two years and they took care of a lot of business for me. They got me on the right track and got me straightened out. I completed the program last night. I got to talk today about getting my credit score changed.
I was impressed by how Century handled things and how they took care of me. My score has come up. Finally, I'm breathing better and I'm happy. I would recommend Century to anybody that needs help. I needed help and they got me the help that I needed. I was down and out and I had to make a payment. They made it reasonable to where I could afford to still live.

I’m trying to get my debts under control and Century has been very helpful. They helped to eliminate two of my debts so far. That was 18 months into the program. I'm very satisfied with the timeframe. Century is doing a good job. Their reps have been very helpful and knowledgeable. They give me a lot of information that I need. If I have questions, I can call them. I set up the payment where it automatically comes out every month. That was a very easy process.

Century's process was very easy and efficient. At this time, it's is gonna be our third month in it. They already made one of the creditors settle with them and that seems to be going very well. Everybody I've dealt with at Century has been absolutely amazing, very reassuring, and competent that they could help us. They've been very concerned with how we were feeling about the process. They've stayed in contact with us over the course of how long we've been in it so far by checking in and asking us if we had any new questions, emailing us with their progress, and discussing what to kind of expect in the future as some of the creditors are getting a little anxious. They've been very helpful in coaching us on how to deal with them, on what to say, and on the process that we need to follow. I've been very happy with the results so far and I'm very happy with the respect that we've gained.
I am very satisfied with Century. We're doing great with them. Working with them has made my outlook on life is much better. My quality of life is getting better and my stress levels have dropped immensely. They managed our money to a point where we are now not struggling to eat or to have gas. We were very tight with money. Things were very bad at the time that we found Century.

The credit union that I was working with suggested Greenwise and when I went through it, it came out with Century. We're four months into the debt settlement process. Right now, it's okay. We've settled a couple of accounts. But sometimes it feels like there's not enough communication and they're absent. The last time I talked to customer service, she said there was only one negotiator that was handling everything. That kinda bothers me a little bit. I'm sure I'm not the only one going through this program.
Also, it would have been nice if there was a follow up after the first month just to see if anybody had any questions about it. I had some questions and I called. When I have concerns, I call Century and there's always somebody that answers. Everybody's been really nice. I talked to a few of the reps and there was one that I had a really hard time with. She never really could understand exactly what I was saying. It was like she couldn't grasp the question I was asking. But as far as the other ones, they've been very helpful. There was one that I talked to who explained the process so well. It was like my eyes got opened up. My experience has been good so far. Century has been working fairly well. With them, I have a lot less stress and that is that biggest thing. The phone doesn’t ring off the hook and that's always a good thing.

I liked Century Support's reviews. The rep answered all of my questions and gave me a lot of ease. Going through a separation/divorce, it worked for me not having to deal with my creditors being that I was responsible for all of my marital debt. It took the stress and headache away from my life. I didn't feel ashamed that I was using the services, and I liked that the rep just kept putting my mind at ease. I felt comfortable the entire time. It was pain-free and delightful. We first worked with Century a few years ago. I couldn't afford it so we stopped it, and then I just recently got back. They walked me through everything. It was smooth. And then after I got done, everybody stayed in touch. It wasn't a welcome letter. It was a welcome call to walk you through everything. It was very easy to understand too. Things changed so I was able to get back going with it. New Credit America paid everything off. And now, we're just paying them back. I'm trying to double up on the payments to get it paid off sooner. Everything has been going great. Everybody has been phenomenal. I never felt bombarded, or overwhelmed with phone calls, or pressured. Everything was always on my terms. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Century. It was an absolute lifesaver.

I got assigned a specific advisor and he was pretty efficient. He responded quickly to my emails. Everything was pretty much done by email and I would call him if I had any specific questions. He took care of everything upfront. Now, I just deal with the regular customer service people whenever I have other questions, and they're always really helpful too. They get back to me right away. I've never had to wait more than a day to get an answer to the question that I had. So far, they've settled five out of the seven open lines of credit that I have. They did it super fast and efficiently. They work with however much I can afford to pay a month. I have almost 90% of my debt paid down. I was really comfortable and confident working with Century. I've been able to increase my credit score a lot easier. My quality of life has improved pretty greatly since I've gotten enrolled in it. A little bit less stressful of a life to live and can kinda breathe that weight off my shoulders now.

My daughter Carole had Century's package and she told me about it. At the time, I was going through a terrible time. I had cancer. I couldn't pay all the bills. I was seeing so many doctors, and then I had major surgery which was something else. Whoever we talked to at Century was wonderful. They put you right at ease. You can talk with them. And I could hear them. I'm a little harder of hearing because I'm 84. I really liked the program. It turned out great. If I ever had any problem, I would come back. I made my last payment yesterday. I have a small payment on November 20th. My payment was 435.50. And next month, it’s only 135 to the end of it. I’m happy about it. I don’t know how I would have ever paid all that money back. I’d recommend Century to anybody who is having financial trouble.

I was getting a lot of past due phone calls and my debt-to-income ratio had become quite high so I needed a little help in getting those under control. I was glad that I was able to consolidate quite a few deals, but when I did pay the fees to Century, I was being charged an ungodly rate to get a loan. Then the fees were a little too high with OppLoans. So I feel like I had been double dipped. But otherwise, the customer service was awesome. They were easy to talk to and they were good listeners and they got the job done. I’ve technically completed the program. It eliminated the stress of having a bunch of debt collectors calling all the time. It was beneficial in the fact that I was able once again to consolidate several fields at the same time and without being harassed.

I had moved and I had lost about a couple hundred dollars in my income. I reached out to Century Support Services. It was great up until last month. Right now, I'm sitting at $900 and they haven't made a settlement on my final case yet. The customer support is pretty good, but they're not telling me much. Still, Century Support Services helped me to get my debt clear and I appreciate that.

I called Century Support Services, and then they called us back and started from there. The rep asked me what we were interested in taking care of, and we did that. Then, she called us back and told us what it would be a month on this, that, and the other, and how long it would take, and so forth and so on. We agreed to it and went from there. The program helped us because we got rid of a bunch of bills with high interest, and all of them had different interest, and everything runs really smoothly and it put money back in our pocket. Now, we just got back on our feet. Century Support is very easy to work with and they have super nice personnel. They explained everything to us and they kept us informed on everything.

I had too much debt and I couldn't make my payments each month. I reached out to Century Support Services and the program I'm in helped tremendously with my debt situation. The program is very easy to deal with. The people were always courteous. They have all been good, helpful and professional. I'm very comfortable working with them. They were there if I needed a question answered. They were always easy to get ahold of. Century collected a deposit each month and then worked with my creditor until they came up with a good settlement.

I'm not unhappy with Century so I don't plan to stop. As my employment comes on and off, they allow me to adjust my payment to my income. They've always been pleasant on the phone and easy to contact. I also get updates. I can't say anything bad about them.

Century has been nice on everything. They explained everything to me and I understand what's going on so far. They worked real good. I already paid 90% of my collection, so it has gone pretty far. It made life easier for me.

I noticed that I was paying off a lot of money towards different cars and the balances weren't really going down due to the high-interest rate. Century's reps are really good and very helpful. When it comes to any questions that I might have, the communication is awesome. They have so many different ways of contacting me for whatever reason such as text, email, and phone calls. It's been a good experience. At this point, I've been in the program for a couple of years and I'm pretty much almost done. We are able to save more money, get out of debt, and bring up my credit score. It's been satisfactory and I've recommended Century to a few friends.

I contacted Century Support Services because I was with no job because of the pandemic, and I have five accounts that were overdue. The process was easy. They made an arrangement by the phone and, in five minutes, a representative assisted me. He asked me if he could take a look at my credit report. He said they can take care of the five accounts that I was having issue with the payments and he then set me up. He sent me an email with all of the information, and they have been working with me pretty hard for the last three or four months. They are paying all of the accounts and I'm paying low interest. I just need to make my payments on time for two years or the deal is going to drop.
Every time Century makes a new settlement with one of my creditors, they send me an email. There was one credit card that was $900 before the overdue fees, and Century made an arrangement that I only paid the capital. So it was really good. The customer support is nice. However, sometimes when they leave a voicemail and I had to call back, it's difficult to get the right person that I need to talk with. It's like they don't document their account so they can give the correct information when I call back. But after that, there is nothing I can complain with.
I would recommend Century to anybody. I was talking with my sister who's also having some issues. She's waiting to be employed again so she can start with a debt settlement program. Something that I have in my mind though is how my score is going to go up again at the end of the two years deal. My credit score went down more than 140 points, which I was not told was going to drop so much.

I was spiraling into a whole lot of debt and the only way to get out of it was to have some help and support in doing that. I reached out and found Century Support Services. I have talked to them a couple of different times, and they have great customer service. It has always been a pleasant experience. When I ran into a problem paying some of my bills, they allowed me to change my due date which was very helpful. They seemed reasonable and flexible. They've already cleared 49% of my debt, which is very nice, and it's nice to see my credit score rising. It's a good opportunity to get your life back on track.

I've been with Century Support Services for a while now and I'll be with them for a while. Someone had me take out payday loans and stuff, and it was a mess. I'm really happy with the way Century is helping me handle things. I'm satisfied with the communications. However, I called Century today because I had somebody bully me into paying right away or else they're sending the sheriff out. I was told the people I'm dealing with at Century tell you one thing and then do something else, and that they aren't good people to deal with. This was just somebody trying to think they can catch me. Everything is going good though with Century.

Everything is going good with Century Support Services. The payment comes out of my checking account every month. But I noticed that on my register, I would take out 223 and when I get my statement, it says that they only took out 200. So, it got me a little mixed-up with my statement. I called them and I asked if they were gonna continually change the amount. They said that from time to time it would change. I wasn't notified and it made me a little upset that I didn't know about it. But that's okay. It's less money they took out. I asked them how long I still have to be on the program and they said around 11 months. It’s a long time. I was hoping I’d be through before that but I understand and I'm just not able to add more money to it.

When I spoke to them, they were able to help me with what I had so I went with them. The rep was very nice and very helpful. The enrollment process was pretty smooth. We had everything done within that week that I had applied. It wasn't a very long process. On the website, they kind of have like a pie chart. It has a percentage of what was my debt to a percentage of what's been settled. I still have quite a bit to go. It's a little bit harder for them to negotiate because of the amount. But they've been helping me.

I was trying to settle a couple of debts that I had four years ago. I found Century Support and it was a very smooth process. They took my account information and then, I was concerned about if they were gonna get the credit information, but then they were able to pull out all that just from my name and the account number that I gave them.
They've been very good about whenever I have an issue or if I need to change payments, they do it over the phone. Then, they have this recording, which is pretty cool. It's long, but it's okay. That's how I know it's officially done, which I like. 'Cause sometimes I feel like I'm lost in a loop and I don't know if something got done. I've been with them for quite some time and some of my debts are almost there, to be paid off completely. I've had a great experience with them. If I send them documents via email, they're really quick to respond to it. I do wish they had a chat sometimes, but I know that right now with COVID, it's hard. Sometimes, I just want an answer.

I had credit card debt up the you know what. Century settled all my cards and they would call me, and I had to get caught up on one particular thing. They were pretty good about helping me out with that because I'm in the middle of it all. I ended up having cancer, and my dad and grandmother died. They have been pretty good with pausing it for a certain time. And they're compassionate toward my needs. When I had questions, the reps were attentive to what I needed.
The only thing that sucks was getting the negative stuff off my credit report. That's something that would have been helpful for me to be doing all along. Century should have been helping me on my credit report and helping my credit get better. I didn't have much support with that. I had to go to a different company to get help with that. Other than that, I'll be debt-free in a month. So, I'm happy about that. It would have been two years, but it ended up being three, only because of my health issues. It took a little longer than normal people because I had to put it on pause so much, but it will be worth it in the end. I've already recommended Century twice. They're really good, they helped me get out of debt, and I'll be out of debt.

The program from Century been very simple. There were some long periods there that we had a lot of payoffs going on. I was like in a stopping zone where things had to be done before we could move forward. I understood that but lately, it seemed like there weren't a lot of contacts like there was before since the COVID and stuff had been going on. On one account, I received two letters and I sent them to Century and each time, I had to call and talk to somebody to find out what was going on. I can see that the accounts are being paid off and Century is doing it in a timely manner. But I didn't think it would take 30 months.
Century figured the payments up. I was expecting a high number, which was fine. But we started at 350 a month. I was making the payments anyway to all these different credit cards. So it was like I was still making my payments. Then on last one that we did, in order for them to make it, they said that it was gonna cost me an extra $100. I thought about it for a while and then I increased it to 450. I told them that it was my mac and I couldn't get any higher. I don't feel pressured in making 450, or even the 350. There are four accounts that I'm already paid off and I'm just paying on two of them. But I've got this big one that I need to pay off. They gave me a settlement offer of paying $6,000 and the bill would be paid. I would've felt more comfortable if they could use the 450 to its best advantage and give me my smaller payments. But they were saying that they had to collect all this money and then they'd settle with it.
I got a little upset when this New Credit America came up. They said that they were involved with Century and they were gonna help me start over. They said that they would loan me the money to pay off the remainder of my debt and on the account that hadn't been started yet. Then I would continue making the payments to them instead of to Century. It was not a bad idea and I could get it paid off sooner. But then, all of a sudden, they decided that it wasn't a program for me and backed out. After I thought I was to a point where I paid off almost 50% of my debt. It's not quite there, but it was almost there.

New Credit America is a company that offers an Accelerated Loan Program. The Accelerated Program is an option for a client to complete their debt settlement program all at once within an accelerated timeframe, in an effort to get back into the credit mainstream. I already had done a consolidation but then I discovered through Century that I could do a second one. But I was a little confused at the beginning about the fact that Century was the parent company and then Crossroads was either the affiliate or the subsidiary of them. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with them. Century has been very good, so far. I've been online and they've been reaching out to me consistently. I have two accounts with them and they're in the process of the second account. It's not Century's fault that the other side is dragging their feet. The other side was saying that we had to wait two months for the payment to be delinquent and then they would talk. So I'm sure that it'll be settled now that their two months wait has gone by.
Now, the other side was also saying that they wanted another updated power of attorney even though they had received one in July. So, I've communicated that to Century and that's in the work. They got a decent settlement for the one that responded quickly and that I personally interacted with ‘cause they were local. They were very cooperative and Century did their job. I also like their online thing. I've been a little distracted myself in terms of not staying on top of things. I do the paperwork and everything else. But there was also the point about forwarding the statements to Century from these two creditors. So, that's something that I have to get on the ball with as they come in the mail by month to make sure that the balance is accurate.

I was desperate for some help on debt relief and Century offered the services that I needed. I probably could have gotten a better rate, but they were doing fine by me. Their customer service has been excellent and I'm completely satisfied. They gave me information on the debtors that I had that was bugging me and I just followed their instructions. Everything has been working out fine and I'm satisfied with the timeline that they've given me. I even had some problems along the way due to the effect of COVID where I lost a job but Century worked with me. But my only issue is the rate I pay them monthly. I get paid twice with the job I have now and it hurts to take so much out of my check at once, one time a month. I’m able to afford it today. But if it was split into two payments, it would be a lot better.

The program from Century worked in every way possible for me. I borrowed money from Best Egg and I had too many other bills that I had to pay off. Now, I'm almost debt-free except for that Best Egg loan. So I got a couple of more bills but I almost paid them off. Century really helped me a lot. They were there for me anytime I wanted to get ahold of them which I really appreciated. Century Support Services is the best. If I had to go back and do it again, they'd be the first one I'd go to.

I went to Greenwise first, then Greenwise connected me to Century. The reps were very cordial. Century pays off my bills without me hurting anybody. I call a lot, but not because they're not doing their job. It's because I don't understand what they want me to do. I'm very happy with them. They're a great company.

For the overall finance of credit card interest, I availed of Century's services. They have great customer service. Century has helped me take down the bills I needed with less stress. Some people don't feel comfortable with these debt consolidation companies that are always advertised. But I took a chance and reviewed it when I first started almost a year ago. And I feel comfortable from the day I talked to the guy that transferred me over to Century. I would advise people to check out Century because it would help them out and it's less stressful.

I went to Greenwise and they recommended Century. Cynthia with Greenwise went on my credit score and got all my debts that I owed. She told me which ones she could handle, and which one’s she couldn’t. It came to 7,800 and then I signed the contract with her and then Century took over. To pay my debts all out, it will be three years and they take 200 a month out of my Social Security. They've settled one card so far.

A friend had recommended Century Support Services. She had success and knew of someone else too that gave her their name and number. I wasn't able to pay my monthly credit card. Then my husband and I separated so things got even tighter for my budget. This really slashed my payments by more than half with the three credit cards. If I totaled up for the month of what was wanted, car repairs and all that took precedent, I had to do something, and Century all put it in a manageable payment for me.
I'd like it to be done but things take time and it's gonna be quicker than getting slapped with a higher annual percentage rate because I wasn't paying it on time, versus leaving them all separated. So it was a much better financial option for me and it really just gives me that little perk of like, "Okay." The fees and all that are paid with the Citizens. Now, the only one we’re trying to tackle is the PNC. It's like, "Two down, one more to go." It's been two years, so not bad.
I called a couple of weeks back and somebody was available to talk. If they're not, I leave my name, number and they call back. They have very good communication and they are pleasant too. Everybody speaks to me happily like they are, so it makes me feel like they like their job too. They're not just, "Oh, I gotta do this phone call." They're not talking robotic to me. I don't ever get that from any of the service people when I call.
I also don't have anything coming in the mail and I don't have any phone calls. It really takes the pressure off about the money that's owed and lets me just focus on my kids who are learning from home. They are doing the work for me and they're making the progress for me. It's worth it. They're an upfront company. When they've made progress, they let me know and there were emails. Also, anytime I've called to ask a question, people weren't like, "What? What are you talking about? Who are you?" They looked up my info and told me exactly where things are at. So it really makes me feel at ease and that it's legit, and that they are doing the work for me. It takes a lot of stress out of my life.

Century Support's representatives were very helpful. They answered all my questions all the time. They explained everything exactly how it was. They helped me figure out the things that I needed to know. They were perfect. I didn't have to call for service so many times in regards to question on payments and settles. Sometimes, I have to do the settlement by myself because the company didn't allow a third party to do that. I had to talk to a customer rep and they always explained step by step what I need to be done and what I need to say. Everything worked out fine. Everything was done correctly and it went so smoothly. I'm very happy with the result. I needed help with my credit card, and I just finished last month. I really appreciate all the help that I got from Century. It was a pleasure to work with this company, and I will refer them to anybody who is in need like I did. I'm very happy. I wanted to be financially free from all my bills. I wanted to be able to not have all these credit cards. So, I wanted to combine all my bills together so that I could pay off all the creditors. Because for one, I was a good customer with all my credit cards. But I was just paying some of them just a minimum, so the credit cards weren't really going down. I wanted to get rid of them because I'm getting older now, so I don't really need all those credit cards. I have a good experience with Century. They're very good.
I wanted to consolidate so that I can live comfortably, and I won't be paying credit card bills all my life with the APR that most of the creditors were charging. And when I tried to call some of the creditors for like a courtesy to see if they could lower the APR rate, most of them didn't wanna really do it. I've been with some of them for over 17 years, so I was like, it’s time for me to leave them alone now. Century was able to help me in that area, which I was very happy with. Whatever problems that I had, they solved it for me.
If I had a issue that I didn't like, most of them would explain it to me how it worked and why this was bad. Sometimes, I thought that I was paying maybe not too much. I was trying to find out how much money was going to Century to pay them off, and how much was going to my bills, which was good because they were able to explain everything to me. I spoke to one of the representatives last month, and she told me in October I should be finished. If they owe me any money, they will send it to me. She told me to call the middle part of October, which is the second week of October, so that we could discuss my bill. I only owe 400 and they take 300 from my savings.
I'm very happy with them. I stuck in there a long time with this. Sometimes, I wanted to cancel them, but I realized that they were good for me. And sometimes, I don't see what they see, but they really helped me. I would recommend them to somebody else. Everybody was nice. Every representative that I talked to was very kind and very understanding. Even if I was upset, they were not nasty. They was there for me, and I appreciate that.

I separated from my ex, and I didn't have a way to pay for myself because I was starting fresh after 15 years. I could never work. He wouldn't allow me. I found Century Support Services. I didn't have a job. I couldn't pay then. I called them a couple months ago, and then they took me back without any doubt. So, I have a good experience with them.
They've been working with the creditors. They've let me know, "Hey, this is what's gonna happen." I have a new job and they've worked with me on the days that I asked to make my payments. They've even agreed to separate my payments on biweekly instead of a whole month. I have a person that's appointed to me that I can email and get ahold of, and I just tell him, "Hey, the creditor won't leave me alone." I could have two or three calls, but I ignored them, and I just sent an email saying, "Hey, such and such is still on my radar. What are you guys doing?" They said, "Just let us take care of it."
I thought the payment was not gonna be for this last Friday. I thought it was gonna be for this Friday. And it came out last Friday, which if I didn't have a little bit money saved, I would have been negative on my account. So, that is the only thing. I wish I would get an email saying, "Hey, your payment's about to come out in such date." I wish I got a reminder like a text message or an email. Other than that, I can see a better future for myself. Although I'm in a program that is working to get my debts resolved, I see a light at the end of the tunnel. I like the that Century understands that life happens. They just don't say, "Hey, we can't take you back because of this, because of that." They said, "Hey, we're gonna add this on, absolutely no charge. We're gonna make sure we'll make this work." I like that.

I love that they helped me because I was going through a settlement. I wasn't working anymore so I didn't have money to pay all these high payments. I did look at other companies but Century was more understanding with what I was going through. They're finishing off my debt for me but I no longer owe them any more money. There were times within the holidays that I couldn’t make a payment. But the next month, they wouldn’t charge me extra for it. They would just count that I needed a little bit of time, especially with the Coronavirus.

I got in debt over my head and I couldn't make payments that I needed. I consolidated them with Century Support and so far, things have been going well. My credit rating isn't going up that quickly but my debts are getting paid off. Whenever something comes up that I need to know, Century's reps let me know. My wife and I have credit card debt and I was trying to consolidate things and get myself out. I went with Century Support Services and so far, things have been good. They've been able to work with me with the way COVID is going and with my job situation. Things have not gotten any easier but Century has been able to delay my payment dates. I have three credit card debts with them and two of those have been resolved. Overall, Century has been doing a good job. Every time I've called, their reps have been very attentive.

Century Support helped me settle some of my bills so I could improve my credit score. It works really great for me and I'm almost finished. Every time I have a problem or I need an answer, their customer service is there to answer. They told me how the debt was going. And before they accept a settlement, they would check with me to make sure I agree to it. They're getting the amount owed lowered. And because a lot of the money that was being tacked on was interest and stuff, they worked towards getting it. They wouldn't contact me unless it was a good amount.
I'm very impressed with Century Support and I felt really comfortable working with them. I was glad I found them because at first, I was thinking about filing bankruptcy. As a matter of fact, I got an attorney. When I changed my mind, they took half of the money I had paid them. I saw the commercial on TV for Freedom Debt and I called them. They told me about Century Support. I'm really pleased with them. If I ever get in trouble again, I will call them first.
With Century Support, I got some breathing room. I don't have to worry about bill collectors calling my house. They paid off one bill collector. But the loan was sold to somebody else so I gave them a number and told them to call Century Support. Century Support is a good company to get into. I tried to get my son to go through them but there are certain things they don't do that he had. He was paying on this car but it seems like the amount wasn't coming down. Plus, he owed income tax from when he was married to his wife.

I had a settlement in the works with one of the debt consolidation companies. I approached them a couple times about expanding some more bills into it but they weren't very receptive to wanting to work anymore with me and so I was looking for someone else. Now I've been with Century Support Services now for a couple of years and it's been going pretty smoothly. There's a negotiation team that attempts to broker settlements with my creditors. At one point, Century Support Services tried to offer a loan consolidation through a third party that ended up not working.
The program has worked pretty well. When the extra federal money became available, I was a little miffed when my negotiators decided to restructure their fee collection instead of putting another debtor or two into the program. But as soon as I flagged that, they reversed that process and we were able to settle with another one or two debtors the last couple months. Outside of that, it has been an extremely easy and good program for me. I actually had a company file court proceedings against me. But the negotiator walked me off the cliff and we ended up settling with that debtor pretty quickly thereafter, and the case had been dismissed.
I've been trying to be very upfront with Century Support Services and when things do arise like my yearly longevity check, whenever there's extra cash lying around, I try to make them aware of what's possible. One time, I brokered a separate settlement with LifeVest who wanted $18,000. I was wanting to settle for around $1,200. I was able to do that with my longevity check this year. But I have been trying to keep Century in the loop with everything and let them know where I'm at all times and been trying to work with them. It’s been a very good experience. It has been a struggle but Century Support Services has really helped quite a bit of my anxiety.

I’ve really happy with Century Support Services. The reps are responsive anytime I have a question or need to talk to them about something. They get back to me quickly. They gave me a time frame, but it's been adjusted a couple of times ‘cause I added more accounts to it from when we started. They made the time frame very clear every time it got adjusted. Everything is going good with Century Support Services. They were one of the first companies that I chose and I stuck with them. What they had to offer sounded good to me. The reps have always been very helpful and very good. The monthly payments was a little high for me based on my salary and what I had to pay out. I was making it work but I would have loved if it could go down some more. I haven't completed the program because of COVID-19. I got laid off so I had to put the program on hold.

Customer service was good. I didn't know how this works and they kinda led me into it and explained it along the way. I'm still working towards settling all my debt. I was paying like two something a month then I've went up to 300 a month. I have some companies calling me a lot and heckling me every day. I told them I was working with a debt company. I asked Century in a message if they would give them a call to handle this but I hadn't heard back yet. But I would recommend Century 'cause they've done pretty good. They can only handle the money that I put in towards it and I can only put in so much. They're doing all they can and I'm doing all I can.

The enrolment was kinda easy. I gave them the information and the rep went with it and hooked me up with it. One account has been agreed upon to be settled. Unfortunately, my fund ain't so good so it's gonna take about three years. I thought they go right into the next one and try to settle all of them. But they do one at a time. When one is done, then they go to the next one. After they settle with one debt creditor, I got 3 more accounts that are not gonna be even talked to until this is all paid. In the meantime, I’m getting kind of abused with the phone calls and my credit score has just plummeted so bad. It's depressing. It's a slow, slow process. Bankruptcy is a lot quicker. You go to the court and it's all over with and you start from scratch. Maybe I should have did that. It's probably a better result. At least you won't have to pay them back. Nevertheless, I'd recommend Century Support Services. It's a nice company and they treated me really great. But if you wanna get out of debt real quick, it's not gonna be a quick process.

I was extremely pleased with Century. It was hard having $200 taken out of my account each month because I don't have that much money, but I knew it was a good thing to do. I found that every time I called with a question or a problem, they were polite and responsive. They were also knowledgeable and very helpful. They made sure they understood what my question or problem was, and then they did whatever they needed to do to find the answer. There were 2 times when I had to cancel the $200 ‘cause I needed the money and they worked with me. I was very pleased with the whole company. Now that I've paid off all the credit cards, my life is much better because I don't have all those bills.

I love Century. I'm really happy with them. Whenever I call them, all the people on the customer service is really good. They are always ready to help. They have a solution and they have ideas. The progress was very slow but it was okay because if you have a debt, you need to wait and see. Century Support was wonderful. I was looking for some debt settlement stuff because of all my credit debt. I wanted to try and consolidate it in some way so that I wasn't paying so much money per month to each one. I happened to stumble upon Century Support and I gave them a call. They took it from zero to 100 there. They go above and beyond. I don't have to worry about anything. They make even most panicky situations seem like it's not a big deal.
I started in December and out of the four credit cards that I had, they've already come across settlements for three of them. It's a three-year program and right away, they were able to get two of the credit cards at a price that I was paying per credit card last year. I was paying $206 for two credit cards instead of $400 something dollar a piece. I liked that they were straight up honest with it. They were telling me how much it was, how much of an increase it would be and how long it would be. I really like that they communicated that stuff 'cause that really means a lot. I was able to budget better to accommodate that and that's really important for me.

I was $10,000 in debt and it was getting overwhelming. I lost control. I was recommended by a friend to Century Support and they explained the process very well. The rep was very informative and attentive to my concerns. She answered my questions whenever I called in. I was impressed that she cared enough to check in with me periodically. Whenever I had a concern or I wasn't sure about something or I needed to work through some issues, she was able to give me good advice. If nothing else, she listened to me which was very important.
The program worked because I was able to get my bills paid off. The harassing phone calls were stopped so Century took a bit of stress right off my back. It helped me not worry about people constantly calling me every five minutes. I know that if I was in trouble, I had some place to turn to. It also helped me with the fact that at least I know that every time I was making a payment, I was working towards knocking my bills down since I was trying to make all these single payments. The process went smoothly and I was very happy with the outcome. If a friend or a family member would ask about Century Support, I would dial the phone number for them and tell them to start talking.

I called and talked to Mike with Century Support and he told me how I could do this debt settlement thing which has helped out tremendously because we still have a lack of income. I'm paying my monthly thing. Other than putting extra in, I just don't have the money at the time. I'm still struggling paying bills like utilities and all that kind of stuff. Century has helped tremendously. It's been great and I haven't had too many issues with anybody. There have been no calls from the creditors although I do see it in my emails. But it's not horrible. I would recommend Century to anybody that is struggling.

Something caught my eye with Century Support and ended enrolling in their services to alleviate my debts. That was two years ago and we've done half at this point. My financial problems happened all of a sudden. I was diagnosed with cancer then I had a mastectomy. I also have lymphedema, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and all these other stuff that. I was pouring so much money into medical bills and trying to keep up because I needed to keep going to all of these specialists, but my insurance didn't cover those things. Then, I had six biopsies and two surgeries. I had to keep with that and all my other stuff got behind. So, I applied for a loan but I couldn't get it because I hadn't been making the payments. Somebody sent me an email about how they could help me and they took all my information. Then told me somebody else would be in touch with me and I ended up with Century Support Services.
It's a good program because now I'm kind of getting back to where I can get some of my payments made. I had two loans which I got to try to get caught up with my bills, but they didn't help me because the interest was so high on them. They set you up an automatic payment when you get the loan, but you don't have any idea that it's gonna escalate like that. One of the loans was for $1,200, but I was paying 500 and something a month on that loan, and it wasn't going down. It was getting higher because every month I was paying 500 and the loan was only 1,200.
So between these two loans, I couldn't keep up because I was only getting 1,152 a month. But Century Support got me a settlement for that and so far, four things have been paid off already. I got all my medical cleared up, so that freed up some of my money. And I didn't have to give them but 202 every month, which helped because it was a lower payment as opposed to 738 for two bills. I was paying 700 something, then I had all these other bills. I only have one more settlement to go now and I'm waiting to hear from Century Support. I had to get a paper in and I emailed it to them.
The rep I initially talked to at Century Support was excellent, too. His name was Fabian and when I was telling him the problems I was having, he said that nobody could keep up with that and that they could help me. He was real kind about it and he took a lot of time gathering the information. I had a couple things he told me right upfront that he said they couldn't do anything about. One of the things was too low and the other one was my student loans. I paid my student loans off in the early 90s but because my son and I were moving, I lost all of my stuff. And because I didn't have my payoff letter and my receipts to prove that my student loans had been paid, the Department of Education picked it up and started me all over again. So they ripped me off, attached my Social Security, were taking $172 a month.
Working with Century Support tremendously impacted my life and I would tell my friends that if they needed it, they should try Century Support because they have helped me a lot. As a matter of fact, I have a friend that's in a lot of debt and I've tried to get him to sign up. I told him that these people have helped me so much and he could at least give them a chance because they go in and they make settlement arrangements with all of your creditors. My one bill was 1,800, but I only had to pay back 780, and that's a big difference. That was with CashNet USA and I had been paying over $500 a month.

About two years ago, I looked at Century Support. I spoke to a few companies too but Century was the one that made more sense at the time and I felt comfortable. I started a payment plan then and now, I'm about halfway to paying my debts. They are very good at communication. I've been doing everything online because about three years ago, I was in and out of the US. I was traveling a lot to Europe and I needed something that I could rely on online. Century provides a lot of online support. You can see your account, payments, and settlements. I also like to call them through the toll-free number and they've been very helpful over the phone. On one occasion, I had to suspend the program and come back six months later to retake a loan. It's really a good program.
The only thing is there's Century and they have another company which is like a virtual bank where they have the funds. I'm paying to Century but they are putting the money in this bank. It seems to me very strange that I have to take two steps. I don't need to look at that account every now and then. But when I'm trying to settle a debt and I'm paying a lump sum, sometimes I would like to see what funds are available. And that process doesn't depend on Century. It depends on the other institution that is holding the funds. It would be helpful that those two separate entities be only one. It would be easier for me to link from their website to this bank account where the money is. It would be like taking two steps instead of one.

I went online and I liked what I saw at Century. I contacted them and they've been great. Their customer service has been very supportive. They've been keeping in contact with me and letting me know what's going on with my account. So I'm pretty happy with them. I have four accounts and I've got two of them done, so they're working on the other two.

Towards the end, I had a few calls. I was very confident in my affairs so when I had another call from another collection company, I had to redirect them. They said they haven't gotten a letter so I had to call Century back and they said they had made an attempt in April. Century told me that they would reach out to the company again and see if they could reach an offer because their first attempt was not responded to. But if I'm paying you to do a job, then you should just do it. I shouldn't have to remind you to do it. But overall, I was satisfied. It worked out well and it's over now.

I got an email about Century Support and because I read some of the customers' report and how it helped them, I decided to go that way as well. The rep answered my questions that she could and she was very good about getting back with me and letting me know. I'm on a budget, so the program worked with me on my budget and I was very pleased. They call me and get permission to see if they could pay a little bit more on a bill and find out about my finances too. There were a few of them always calling and asking permission to do this and that and they were really nice and helpful. They explained things to me and they were also patient with me because I'm up there in age.
The debt settlement program has worked really good for me. I'm at about the end and I'm just waiting now so I can utilize some of the payments that I have free now to get other things done. I'm really satisfied and I would tell my friends all about it and family too. I told my daughter what they've done to me and she went with them also to help her get her bills straightened out.

I started searching for some kind of a consolidation program at a time to put all my credit cards together in one payment so I can start rebuilding my credit. I researched other companies and the conversation with the person from Century was the decision point. They really explained to me how they do it and that they will contact every of my accounts that I have debt with and or if that was already with a collector. They will manage it. Also, the monthly fee was $200 which was something that I could manage recently. It really helped me. Other programs were higher than that and I didn't wanna go over $200.
I like the website that they put all the information there. Every time that they make a settlement, they will put all the information there. I would get the email notification and then I would go into the site and approve them. It was really good. The only thing that I might have a concern about is recently, I have some money that got to me and I deposited $3,500 with them. So I can kind of finish up all the debt that I have out there but it has taken them almost two months to kind of wrap up everything. When I made the deposit, I was very clear that I deposited that amount so they could finish everything and that I wanna be done with the program within a month or two. They have settled a couple of things that I have pending but not everything is done. But other than that, I really like their system. They do a pretty good job with keeping track of which collector has what account.

I was on Facebook and saw an ad and then I contacted Century. I talked to the person and signed up right then and there. I felt good about the process. There were a couple of things that could've been done a little bit better but overall, it was good. When I go in to look at what the accounts are and how it's being paid, the dashboard could be a little more user-friendly and that I could understand what I'm looking at. I understood how much debt was forgiven and how much I was paying, but I didn't understand how much was actually given to. It was not on the site. I couldn't find it.
I didn't do things the way it was really explained to me how to do it, especially with the creditors calling. But I felt free to just hang up. So I received creditor calls all the way up until the end. But that was okay with me. There was no skin off my nose. But I was disappointed that my JCPenney account was being paid at such a low rate. Somebody should've been looking at that account. When I called Century, the customer service rep that I talked to jumped right on it. She sent it for a review and she said that we would get it paid and that they didn't need to drag it out.

Working with Century is the best decision I ever made. I've been singing it to everybody that I know. I'm almost at the end of the road and I'm so glad that I made the decision. I got a beautiful message the other day about staying the course, high pay and save with everything. So I'm really happy that I did that. When I started the process, I had to put everything in and give them all of my debt. They talked to me about my income and what I was comfortable in paying every month. They told me to make sure that I was interested in really wanting to start the process. It was Christmas day when I started depositing the money and it's been like that ever since.
One thing was when all of this virus started, some people that didn't have in the program under Century was calling about did I need to change anything or pay less. I didn't get that call from Century and I really was belligerent with that, so I called and they said, "No." But I got okay over that. Going through Century's program is so much psychological and emotional relief, where you can lay your head down and go to sleep. Now, the debt is cleared up and I have a sense of freedom.

I had become disabled and I wasn't working anymore, so my credit cards had built up and I wasn't able to pay them. Working with Century Support was the best next thing other than going bankrupt. The initial rep I dealt with was George and he was really good. He explained everything to me, how the program works, what's happening and what they do. And from that point on, it was like full speed ahead. I have no issues. When they find something on my credit report, they just call me up and say, "Hey, do you wanna settle this one?"
I've had the program now for a couple of years. I have less stress because the calls were coming in nonstop, and no matter how much I explained to them that I'm not working, they were insisting on, "Well, the bill has to be paid." So it was at the point where I wasn't even answering my telephone anymore. Century Support has been great. It's the best way to go.

I found another group online that referred me to Century Support. We initially discussed it, and then Century ended up taking care of the account. Century has a good process. They were very thorough, and it worked out great. They sent a lot of different emails with a lot of information, and then they walked me through the process. I'm a month away from being done.

Every time we ask Century Support Services a question, they give us the correct information. If they didn't have it right away, they'd say, "We'll get back to you." They would get back to us within a day or so and would give us the response that we wanted. The progress has been great. The reps are very courteous and informative, and they didn't talk down to us. They were normal. They thought of us first as a customer not like some companies do.

I called Century Support Services and the first person I talked to, Dan, was so reassuring. He made me feel really good about my situation. So, I moved forward. The enrollment process was good. They have explained everything, and I really like them. They told me that, "We know what's going on," and I had to increase my payment the other day, and they really explained it to me on the phone, took their time, and then emailed me with all their information. Century Support has been great. I'm going on 35 months now. I'm not sure if I'm at halfway point, but I have one large repo debt that they're trying to work on for me and then three other little cards that I have. When I needed the help here and there, that I needed to move my payment to a later date, they were very helpful and kept me on track. I have the login portal that I have through them and the CST Company that deducts my money every month. I get a statement every month and I have communication with them either online or through the phone to do approvals or acceptance. So, everything's been very black and white, clear-cut and dry.

Century Support has been good. I'm 83% done with the program. I do what they tell me to do, and they send me a new deal here and there. The reps are great, too. The only thing is I assumed it would be a payoff and then I pay them, but it was more of a brokered deal. I pay them and it's like an escrow account and they pay the creditors as they settle each account.

I've had some problems with Century Support deducting money and stuff by not letting me know ahead of time that the money's coming out. That's not getting me prepared ahead of time. I've already talked to Century and I told them if they couldn't get it together then I am just gonna go ahead and settle on what we got, and then I'll just file bankruptcy.
Greenwise put me in touch with Century. I've been doing some background checks on a lot of them before I went with Century, and when I talked to them and had the Introduction, it sounded like a good deal. It sounded like they were gonna make things happen. The last agent that I talked to said, "Well, it's gonna be a total of this, a total of that." It was supposed to have been taken out in June, but it was taken out in July. Then, there was more money that was taken out and that was what led me to take care of the business there.
The reps were helpful. There was one that I had a problem with. Everybody was working from home, and the girl acted like she didn't wanna talk to me. Other than that, the reps tried to give me a breakdown on everything but one thing that the introductory team didn't tell me during the introduction is that Global charged a service fee for their services. They take out anywhere between $8, $10 to $12, depending on the money that they deduct from my account. I had Global send me a ledger all the way back to the first year when money started coming out.
With Century, I'm only on the second debt. What I do is when I free up extra money, I'll send extra money to put in my account, and they don't even tell me that they pulled money out of my account in order to take care of one of the settlements. That kinda leaves me in the blind. What they're doing is they're going for the big stuff instead of the little stuff when you can get the little stuff out of the way, and then go for the big stuff. They're trying to take care of the big stuff, and just leave the little stuff behind because they're not making that much money off of it. I understand. They're in the business to do that, but that's not moving things along. They're slow. They need to get all this fixed up making some settlements in order to get some small stuff out of the way and then go for the big stuff.

When you enrolled in your debt settlement program, a plan was created for you to meet your specific goals over an estimated time. Every month you deposit a preset amount into your dedicated account. That amount was determined at the time of enrollment. It is outlined on your debt resolution agreement and was also reviewed during your on-boarding call. Any modifications to your monthly program deposit would have to be authorized by you. We do see there were additional funds added to your program for one deposit. The additional funds were added to your regular scheduled July deposit, and you verbally approved the change on 06/01/2020.
Global is the 3rd Party Payment Processor that your scheduled monthly program deposits are sent to. The fees accessed with this account are outlined in the Banking Agreement that you signed when enrolling into your program.

Century Support's service has been good. Initially, it was kinda scary because I didn't know what I was getting myself into. I didn't know if it was the right thing for me and the right company to choose, but they made me feel comfortable. Every time I call and have questions, the representative has been really helpful. At first, the payment plan was tough in the beginning because I didn't have much funds. But it was doable for me at the time. Recently, we got a house and I just wanna pay it off as fast as I can. I'm about 75% complete. Century really helped me a lot. I was stressed at one point. Those creditors are showing up at my front door and they kept calling me at one point. But ever since I signed up, that truly lessened everything. So, I would definitely recommend.

The rep I talked to during enrollment was very helpful. I felt comfortable. I'm two and a half weeks through the Century Support program. Everything’s been going along good. In fact, I called them and they were able to delay the next payments due to this virus and then pack it on to the end. That helped because we’ve had to buy extra supplies to keep in the house. Plus, we live in Florida, so we’re going into hurricane season. We need to stock up for that too.

I had a creditor sending me a bill. They were gonna turn over to a collection agency and Century Support handled other things so well, I thought I would see if I could add one more onto that. I've got about 35% of the program taken care of and still got a little ways to go. I've been in the program a year or so and I pay them little by little.
Working with Century Support took some of the stress from the bills rolling in every day, all the time. I've had a heart transplant and cancer two or three times. I had medical bills coming up the wazoo and I still do. I've got all the bad stuff behind me and I'm well, but I still have to pay for medications, which are also expensive. It got me behind and I was swamped. I didn't know where else to turn and Century Support was an option I talked to about with my wife. She had tried it before and it worked really good for her. I thought I would give it a shot and it's been really good for me too. Everything's been better than I could ask for.

I heard of Century Support Services from a friend of mine. Right now, it's a hard time because we're out of work and I asked if we could skip March or April, but then in May, I have to come up with it again. We're in Erie County in Buffalo, New York where we got over 2200 cases. I work in an Alzheimer dementia facility. We lost seven residents in one week. It's terrible. I have an underlying heart condition. And then, I have one employee that keeps calling me and saying, "You gotta come back to work." I am not going back, not until my doctor clears me. I have an artificial valve in my heart. We're scraping.
But other than that, Century Support is pretty good. I have one debt, which is from one finance company. They sent me a thing privately in the mail. They would settle for $600, but I don't have $600 right now because it was a loan for $1,000. I can't fax it because I'm not near a fax machine. I'll mail it to them. I just got it the other day because you don't know what's gonna happen. But it's easier knowing that a lot of those are one lump sum thing.

I was so glad to find help in organizing my debts.. Century has and is working on getting everything paid off, sometimes at a lesser amount than the original. I do feel their fees are a little excessive but when you are in need of help, you try to look past that amount.

Century Support was great. They helped me for almost three years. Every time I call, I speak to a different person. From the time that I'd say hello until the time I'd say goodbye, they were really professional because they'd tell me what was going on right away. I’m already settled with all my accounts, and I think I had 12 of them. I only got one, which is my debit card for my bank where I get the direct deposit.

I used Century Support's debt settlement service. Working with them makes me feel a little better. They are helping me a lot. And they have already done a lot of things and got things settled. I just have a few more to go. My two years are almost up and they were in contact with me all the time. The customer service was excellent. Everybody down there was really cool. After my divorce left me with credit cards I didn't know about, I had almost given up and decided to go the bankruptcy route. Then fortunately I found Century, I got affordable payments and they settled the debts with the companies. They were the first place that I contacted, and I liked them. I enrolled in their debt settlement program. It was two credit cards and two loans. The representatives were always awesome. I haven’t had to reach out too many times, but every time that I have, they have been really great. They made my life a lot easier. I was paying almost $800 to $1,000 a month with credit card bills and loans and they got it down to 200. I'm happy and thankful that I went with them.

Century's business appear approved. I thought it was a good thing. Everything started okay. I had a hard time signing stuff and getting stuff back and forth, but not per se their part. It was because of my lack of skills on the phone in order to do documents. Most of the time, talking to their reps was pretty good. Recently, it has not been so good because they’re unable to answer my questions. They just don’t know. Math can tell you how much is in there and how much is supposed to come in and this is what it is. But they say they deal with it on a month-to-month basis because money is put in month-to-month.
There's one big flaw that I will never understand to this day. They made a settlement with an attorney. The account had been turned to an attorney, and the settlement had to paid in six payments with so much for each payment. And I asked if it could just be paid in full. They wouldn’t accept that. It had to be in six payments. I’ve never heard of anybody to this day turning down money. Another thing is I got down to the two remaining accounts. The one before the last one was the attorney whatever, then I get down to the very last account. For some reason, whether it was the company they were dealing with, they wouldn’t accept a penny less than the full amount, which to me, makes no sense.

I applied for a consolidation loan and it rolled into a debt settlement program through Century Support Services. So, whatever loan I applied for led me into that direction. Century Support's customer service was excellent. Any time I questioned anything, they always have answers for me. Any time there was an issue going on, they always reached out to me and made sure that I was okay with any decisions they made. And when I first started the process, they made it very easy to get involved. So far, I’m almost finished with the program. I only have one last, and unfortunately, it’s a year-long thing. So, I still have a whole year left. The only one bad experience I’ve ever had was when I had to sign a document to send to an attorney’s office. I did that and for some reason, somebody didn’t update the file and I was getting calls, text messages and emails everyday for a week straight. Other than that, they make sure they update things on a regular basis.

The enrollment process was very straightforward. I talked to two consultants and they explained the details of the program. My debt is getting paid down. However, right now, I’m sitting on a large bank of money and there’s a number that they said to call to expedite the process, and that phone number was down. They said that I had to call between standard business hours from 9:00 to 8:00 PM and I was calling it 12:00 PM. I called the other number and it was the same problem. I sent an email about the same situation and told them that I wanted to follow up and nobody’s gotten back to me. Communication is lacking but since going with Century Support Services, I felt that a little bit of my stress has been relieved.

Century Support dealt with all the issues and instead of me trying to deal with the debt companies that I owed, they took the burden of contacting them. They made arrangements with them to make payments. Then, after I made payments for so long, they got a debt consolidation loan and paid everything off. All the back bills are paid and I’m just making one payment to one company now. There was one time where I supposedly had a representative to talk to, and there was one company that kept calling me. I told them that they were supposed to be dealing with Century Support and the rep I had at that time never made contact with them. I would call, leave messages, and he wouldn’t even call me back. Other than that one person, everything was fine. I wound up getting another rep. They were all professional and they helped me get out of debt. Things turned out good in the end.

I saw an ad for Century Support Services and they called me after I filled out the thing. The reps were very nice and accommodating. I was with them from October to April but due to other problems with credit, I decided that it wasn’t working and it was easier for me to file for bankruptcy.

I had one particular account that another company couldn’t do anything about because it was in the courts, so they referred me to Century. I like the fact that you can go online and check the balance of your account. But I haven’t been able to use utilize all the services that it has. I still felt that there was more money being spent. I realized everybody was getting paid. Every time they settle a debt, there's a certain administration fee until they pay off the account. They're very professional people though. They helped me resolve a couple of debts, some of which I probably would never have been able to pay on my own.

About a couple of years back, I was looking to consolidate my credit and looked online to see what was the best company that could do so. Every time I called with questions or to stop a draft, they pretty much answered everything. I also have student loans, but Century couldn't add it to the program. They said that it was federal and they couldn't do anything about federal. I was a little disappointed about that, but everything else was good.
It took me two years to go through the process and everything has gone well. My one concern was if I could have a good credit score during the process, but right now, it's below average and I have to figure out how to bring that score up. I finally completed the program after the last draft. I now have to build my credit from a 500 score, which is gonna take me to build, but at least I paid off my debt. Debt can stress people and I try not to let things stress me in life. I just needed to fix the problem. I knew it would take some time and some money to make sure that I pay off the balances.

I’ve had OneMain for years and it seemed like nothing I did would ever move the balance. The lady told me I needed to take out another personal loan, pay them off, then pay that loan and maybe I can get myself straight. When she said that, I didn't want deal with them anymore. I was trying to get myself straightened out and got Century for help. They paid off a couple of things for me, and when they started paying OneMain, the payment was up to three something a month.
I only get 842, so it took a good chunk out of what I had. Then somebody in California got in my account and did a good number on me, like $5,000 out there in credit just jumping around. The bank froze the account and only left enough trying to catch them because they were going to different stores and charging stuff. It’s a nightmare and now, I’ve been trying to straighten that out. I have not been able to pay anything, so I had to let Century go. Other than that, I was very satisfied with them.

I sought debt settlement services so I could pay debts off. I had some paperwork, signed them, and gave Century all my creditors’ information. The program's gonna take me longer than two years but it seems to be okay and I’m probably done about halfway. Most have been settled by them. When somebody contacts them for a settlement, they’d contact me. And if I say, “Okay,” then they would get me through the process, explain what’s gonna happen, how much would be withdrawn, and how long it would take. I'm quite comfy with their reps.
Century has made things easier by being able to pay off the debts through the settlement. Plus, I don’t get phone calls anymore. They have another program, with somebody who takes care of people calling me all the time. At first, I didn’t get any deals, then I didn’t get any statements anymore. So, it stopped somewhere. Overall, I haven’t spent as much money getting with Century.

I lived with my mom and she passed away in November of 2015. I was staying in the house and I had taxes to pay, and she had a loan I had to pay off. So my stuff got behind because I didn't wanna lose the house. Even though there's me and my younger brother left, he wouldn't help me so I had to do this out of my own pocket. Somebody gave me Century Support Services' number, and then I called them. They explained everything to me and it was great. They told me I couldn't open a credit card, which I did not, and while I'm on the program or even after, I've survived with no credit card. I was most impressed with the information that their reps provided. They handled everything well. If there was something that they could pay off, they would call me, and then I'd have to give my approval that it was okay. I'm all done with their program now, which took 36 months. Century Support Services has excellent service. I'm very glad that I went with them.

I was researching debt settlement companies because I had two accounts with Freedom Debt Relief, which is a bigger company that has been around for bigger years. But I had a few extra ones, and I just decided to try Century Support Services out because I was having some financial issues. Also, they persuaded me more to go with them than the other ones did. I liked the reports, reviews, the history, and the way they talk to you. They’re respectful. Also, they're good and very helpful. They took care of everything - settlements, contacting the creditors, and all the paperwork. They just called me to authorize and sign the papers and that was it. They helped me get through the process and get to another program, which I completed with them. I just finished the class and they have been sending their newsletters every month. I’m off to a new program now.

I went online looking for debt settlement or debt consolidation and found Century through a search engine. The enrollment was quick and easy. It didn't require anything but a minimum of $25 credit into my settlement account and my debts held to make sure the card was active. Also, every rep I have spoken with has been really polite, customer service oriented, and looking to make sure that everything I’m calling about is taken care of. The only thing I've ever been confused about was the settlement fee and how that kind of works.
I know people that have been paying minimum payments on their cards for 700 years and it’s still almost maxed out and my cards were all right there at the max point. I was paying minimum payments on every single one, in some cases, it was $25 a month. That was all I could afford. And when they started the offer, the biggest problem was I was only gonna save $20 a month and then they reminded me that the other cards were still active. So I was going to pay that minimum balance for 10, 15 years and some cases, I had one that was gonna be for minimum payments for 20 years. It wasn’t going to be saving me money in the long run. But saving me $20 a month at the time was really helpful. Now it’s only a few years instead of five to 10 years of debt. It's definitely stress relieving. Now, I’m almost finished. I have my last settlement just went through on a monthly payment situation, so I believe I have seven months left.

Everybody at Century has been extremely nice to me. They’ve answered any and every question I had to ask. I’ve felt comfortable and not worried, paranoid, and insecure. They’ve treated me politely and business-like and they have made me feel more secure. Also, I was quite happy with both what Century Support expects of me and what Century Support guarantees of themselves.
I've made 10 payments with only 45 payments left and we’ve got two settlements out of three. Wells Fargo and Capital One had settled and I’m just waiting for Discover to settle. I’ve been told that they're notoriously difficult but that Century Support believes that they will ultimately settle and that they would continuously try to get a settlement with them.
The only thing about Century Support where there is a sense of commitment, pressure, and concern is that $211.74 is a very large sum of money. To some people, it’s pocket money. It’s what they spend every day on whatever’s healthy for them so to them, that’s cool but to me, $211 is an astronomical sum. So, I dug in very hard to ignore certain other needs and expenses of mine to make sure that the number one priority in my life is paying my contractually obligated monthly payment.
All I do is fight to make sure I'm getting my checking account. I have not failed to make my payment timely. The payment was taken two days late a month earlier because there was a bank holiday and it was taken two days early this time, that would make sense. If next month, it’s exactly the 14th, that’s fine. I’m being very good as a client and Century has responded by being very good in settling two of those accounts.

I lost my job and couldn't make the payments both for the credit card bills, the account that I had, and I was just doing my research. Century was first on the list so, I decided to take the step to do it to fix my debt. The reps always helped me and every time I called, it's always a friendly experience. They educated me and I learned from them so that's a good thing too, which was a plus. You really get the quality of service and they were there to help me every step of the way. Last time I checked, I got about six payments left on two different accounts. One has two and one has four. So, I'm almost there and I feel accomplished. I'm getting back on my feet and working my way towards a good credit score again.

I was lucky with Century Support Services being convenient. In getting everything started, I answered an e-mail and started an interview. It was explained a little bit, and during that process, I decided to go with it. It was explained what they would do and how long it would take and how much it would cost me. I was thinking things through during the conversation. They addressed my questions and concerns extremely well. I'm still in the middle of three years. They communicate when settlements are reached by text, e-mail or a phone call. All three methods are used. I do look at the website often. Working with Century Support Services made my life a lot better. I think it’s gonna improve a lot more.

I was recommended to Century by my friend whose mother used the company and said that she had a great experience. Getting everything set up has been pretty great. Century has been very helpful. Any time I call and ask questions, they are on top of what I need. Everyone explains everything. I haven’t had anybody that's been rude. So, they're awesome. It's also very easy to get in contact with them. They worked with me on my payment plan very well. I’ve even had to borrow money out of my account at one point, and I had somebody who was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help me make sure that I got that money right away. Working with Century made it a lot easier to not have to worry about credit card payments and people harassing me for money. Century has been great. It was by chance that I went with them, and it was a great chance since I really like the company. They’re really helping. So far, everything’s going okay other than the one company that keeps texting me, and they keep threatening me. I made screenshots and I sent it over to Century. Century texted me back, and they got the first one and so, they’re doing something. A couple of days later, I got another text and I haven’t had the time to send it over there to them yet. Other than that, everything else is great. The representatives are very friendly, very knowledgeable and they’re willing to help me in any way that they can.

Century Support Services was wonderful. It took a little bit of time to get everything started, but it was a good experience. I'm able to get out of debt and it's helped. Creditors have a tendency to take advantage of situations. And a lot of times, even after explaining details to them as to why potentially I haven't been able to make a payment, they're so quick to increase the percentage interest, and I cannot really understand why they just want their money. And so, I've been paying off my debt for several years. I haven't even used my credit card for several years and I'm still paying off the stuff for medical bills and car repairs, and it just kept keeping up, I could never get out of debt. I've paid for well over what I've borrowed. The representatives were polite, understanding, and they are very thorough with explaining how it works. We communicate through email and text messages.

I liked everything I’d seen on the internet, like the reviews and stuff, about Century Support. And I felt more comfortable going with them, so I did. Getting started with their program was really easy. When I talked to them and gave them all the information, it didn’t take long for them to get back to me and start working with me. They’ve been so nice and understanding, too. They have walked me through every step of the way and let me know what was going on. I’ve completed the program now it has brought me so much relief. I just have one bill to pay and the creditor’s not calling me. It was like a load was taken off my shoulders and it has been great.

When I spoke to Century Support's representative, they made perfect sense to me and what they were offering seemed good. And for me now, the program is working out very well. My debt is being paid down. The reps keep in contact very well and they text me if needed. I also get notifications when the debt is paid every month.

I wanted all of my charge cards taken care of because they put me out of control. Century settled all of my debts pretty fast, for 10 months. They have always kept me informed of everything. After they talked and got the settlement, they would call me, and I would either okay it or not okay it. Every time I called and asked them a question, they would answer so I could understand it. They were all friendly as well.

I recommend Century Support Services to anybody who needs debt relief and if they have nowhere else to turn to – like if they can’t get a personal loan because their credit score is too low. In my case, Century was my savior. I went with them because of the price per month and the reviews. My daughter and I had sat down together and looked at prices per month, in terms of what I could afford since I’m on a fixed income. My daughter is also very good with going on the Better Business Bureau to make sure the company is not some type of scam.
Century gave me a rundown of how it would work. It was going to be $200 per month and they gave me a contract. I looked over it and the documents were fine. They also made sure that my daughter and I had read everything before we signed and proceeded. Then I gave them all my credit card information and what they needed. I have five cards and the rep said the program would take about a year or two depending on the company. Sometimes, they don’t want to negotiate. It has been five months and right now, I’m settling with one credit card as we speak and they’ve communicated with me very well.
Things have been going well with Century. I also have my daughter to help me in case I have any questions. But they respond very quickly. The rep I dealt with was also kind and extremely passionate and helpful. She didn’t sugar-coat anything. She told us what it was and how the process would go along. And they do all the legwork for me. She reassured us that if any letters come in the mail, not to worry about it because it’s already in the works.

I owed a lot of money in credit cards and couldn't afford even their minimum payments so I needed help. I read a lot of online reviews and I received a letter from one of my old union reps. She told me about Century and that she really liked it so I gave it a shot. Right now, payments are being made towards the actual settlements that they're getting done. I've only got one that hasn’t settled yet, and that’s ‘cause the credit card company is not personally friendly. Any time I couldn't afford my payment for another day or another week, I just called Century and they would always figure out a way to help me out. They’ve been awesome. If I send an email, I get a reply back. If call and leave a message, I get a call back. I've been getting great service since day one and I've got no complaints. I do recommend Century.

I’ve been very happy with Century, so far. I went with them because Mark was pretty persistent. He kept calling and I kept telling him I had to wait. He was very patient with me and explained everything to me. He responds when I have a problem or if I have a question, I get an answer. The lady that called me explained everything to me. She said that if I have any problems, I can call her. She told me what not to do and asked if I was gonna be committed to this. She said not to apply for any credit and not to do any changes because it might disrupt the process. But even when I took off 2 or 3 creditors, there was no problem. There was no, “Why are you doing it?” or “You shouldn’t do it.” There was no pressure and that’s what I like.
There were lots of paperwork and I gave whatever money they needed. If I have any harassments or anything, I call them. They told me about that and some stuff to remember about all the details. It was an explanation of what the process was going to be and what I needed to do on my part. Everybody has been very transparent, helpful, and responsive. What I like is the update. That is so great. With other people, you got to call them and ask when is the update. You got to wait until you got enough money in there to pay. Century has met my expectations and they’ve met my needs. Right now, out of the 4 people that Century is settling for, 2 had been done. Whatever extra they're gonna take out a month or whatever the fee is gonna be, they tell me about it. Everything they’ve said, they’ve committed to. Everything they’ve committed to, they've done. And that was good.

Century Support helped me with past due credit cards. Their reps have been very courteous and knowledgeable and I'm very pleased with them. I'm still in the middle of the process, but they're winding things down. They helped me get things organized and get out of debt. All questions and concerns have been addressed 100% as well.

My husband had heart surgery, and we were struggling to meet our copays and things for the doctor. We were putting a lot of money on the credit cards to keep them current, and therefore, something else had to go lacking because we are on a limited income. We were in over our heads and we had to do something. I forwarded information with the names and account numbers of our credit cards, and Century Support took that information and approved us for the credit counseling service. They said that we would be paying a monthly fee, which would be going towards the payoffs of our accounts.
Everything has been going well and it's freed us up with some money that we were spending. If I have any questions, I call them and they give me the information I'm looking for. If they don't have the answer right away, they will speak to someone or do whatever they have to do to get the answer to my questions, and that helps a lot. They're great people to work with. We only have one settlement that has been approved by the card people, but Century lets me know when they put forth an offer. It was in the past two weeks that they contacted the card people, and they even sent me a letter telling me that I was no longer gonna be listed delinquent, and that I would be listed as current on that card because it's being taken care of.
I realized that when I decided to go with Century, my credit was going to suffer before it would get better. That's what's happened because my credit rating has gone down dramatically, but that is expected. My husband and I are in our 70s, so being able to get financial assistance with having resources available now to help take care of our medical bills has been a good thing. I'm perfectly satisfied with what's going on.

I was given guidance to be with Century Support Services and that they would be the best possibility to oversee the debt that I had and help me make payments on it. The process I went through was thorough. I was told to read everything and be certain to understand as there can’t be anything overlooked should I happen to falter. I did that and I've been very happy. Though I haven't completed the program due to a shortage of cash, it has worked extremely well for me.

A couple of years ago, I was ill and had to stop my second job, which left me backed up. I didn't have that income for almost two years but now, I'm playing catch-up in order to get everything back. It was taking me a while so, I had to consolidate something. Century approached me and the enrollment process put me at ease very much. I've only been in the program for about six months and they've come up with three settlements so far. It's moving right along. The reps were very clear, patient and did not push anything at me because there were a couple of settlements or payment all at one time. It was just too much and they said not to worry and they would handle it. So, they did. They made me feel good. Working with Century gave me peace of mind. I know that once I make that payment every month, I don't have to worry about these other people bugging me.

I got Century's number and I called. This guy set it up, but after he did, he wouldn’t answer any more of my calls so I kinda thought it was a fraud case. He doesn’t wanna answer any questions that I have. I would leave messages for a whole year but all he wanted is to set it up and get on out of there. He told me that they would only be asking for $300. But ever since then, they've gone up $40, then back down to $322. Now, they deduct $318, and it’ll only last for so many months. So, I don’t know what to think. When you are dealing with online companies, you don’t know if they are trying to fraud you or what. I called one of their places that they were supposed to have paid off, and they said that they did get their money.
Century is dealing with older people who don’t operate through computers, online signatures and initials, and all that stuff. They are used to getting stuff through the mail. Even if you ask them to send you something through the mail, they won’t. I have someone to show me how to go on there and pull the paperwork up, then I copy it. For one period, my computer wasn’t working and I had no way of copying anything so I just had to go on their word.
I’ve been on the program for 2 years and I have 3 accounts that cost the most, one is $2,000 and something, the other one is $3,000, and the other one is $2,000. Century seems to wait until these people put all these late charges in and up the fees before they would take on the bill. After they take on the bill, if they get a settlement for it, you got to pay them something for getting a settlement. That’s like putting the money back on there. So, it’s like running the debt back up. They don’t really do anything without you paying them. They said they would send a letter to my credit each time something was paid off or settled, and that’s a cost right there. At that time, I didn’t have the money. I’m on a fixed income so I can’t jump up and just pay everything that they ask me to pay. I thought it was only gonna be 24 months, but with these other 2 bills, it might end up going 5 years.

This is the second time I have terminated my contract with Century SS. I'm not going to write a long post here, but I keep spreadsheets of all my finances. After 8 months with this company, I've determined that not only are they not really saving me any money, they ruined my credit in the process. I would strongly recommend checking the fees. 1st they're going to charge you $9.95 a month to hold your money in a 3rd party bank. Then they are going to charge fees for things such as $10.00 to pay your debts with a 2 day check that isn't really necessary. $10 per payment they make on your behalf, that is. (And no, they did not ask me if I wanted to negotiate 2-day checks with every payment.)
Let's also state that they charge you a 25% fee on your original credit balance, which sounds okay. However, once you stop paying your credit card bill, your original balance will go up as much as 50% before it is sold off to the credit collectors. That being said, I was just offered a settlement on a debt. Original debt $686. Fee to settle the debt is $171.50. Actual amount offered was 50% of $1074.00 (original debt plus all the late fees and interest) which comes out to $537. Total paid if accepted would be $708, which is 3% more than the original balance, and let's not forget my credit is trash now. Also, this 3% doesn't include any fees for 2-day checks on every payment. (Which I'm sure is an agreement made with the bank to help make them more money.)
Also, they tried to offer me a loan to settle and pay all the debts off immediately. This loan still charges the 25% to settle, plus a 29% interest rate. When I told the guy I wasn't interested, he got very arrogant with me and finally stated that he would make a note in the system that I just don't care about my financial health... Because I didn't want to take out a loan that was going to charge me %104 of the original debts. I'm almost positive that all these great reviews are from people who don't monitor their finances. I wish I would've just kept paying on my credit cards instead of letting this company talk me into letting them all default. Lesson Learned.

I got canned up with my social security disability. They shut me down. I had to wait for a decision to come back from the state. Century worked in where they could help me pay off my credit card debt ‘cause I couldn't make the payments. The payments were killing me. They were getting higher and higher every month. I thought I could just pay a little bit at a time, but it didn't work. The money that I pay never goes to the premium. It only goes to the interest. Century made a lot of different settlements for me. And hopefully, after 33 months, I’ll be able to start fresh. I wasn’t aware that they take the full amount, a percentage of 25, but that’s the way the company works. They got me some good settlements. For instance, they got me a settlement to pay $5,300 for about $2,300 plus their fee of $1000.
Working with Century took a lot of stress off me. They've all been really nice to me. They're very smart on the product. They know what they’re talking about. When I needed money to take out of the account, they never gave me a hard time about it. They always put it back into my bank account for me, which I overdrawn, to place as overdrawn on my account. They charged me $38 for everything that I’ve withdrawn twice, so that was 70 something dollars. The only thing I asked about was Century offered me a different thing. They were gonna lend me the money to pay off the debt in full, and then, I would pay them a percentage. But I don't know if that’s for me or not ‘cause it’s more than what I’m worried getting taken out of my account. I’m trying to save money and I ain’t trying to spend more.
The only problem I’ve had is I can’t take these calls with robots anymore. They're automated calls. They must call me 7,8 times a day from Century. Once you accept the automated call, it keeps you on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and I don't have time to sit on the phone that long. But other than that, so far, so good. I don't have to deal with credit card companies anymore. They still call me, but I don't care. I ignore them. Plus, on my phone, there’s an app where I can block certain scam calls. You gotta remember, once they find out that you’re working with another company, they have all the competitors calling you and sending you all the mail, but I haven’t accepted nothing. Most of these competitors send you different amounts, but they don't really look into your case. They just tell you it’ll cost you $133 a month for 30 months but it’s not gonna work out that way.
I’ve been with Century for almost 11 months and I’m gonna recommend my son to do it. He owns a company and he’s got a lot of credit card debt he built up. I told him Century is the best thing for him. Not only will they settle his debt for him, he’ll pay it off a little bit at a time, and they’ll keep the money in an escrow account where they’ll only use that money to make the settlement offers. And after 3 years, he’ll be able to get out of debt.

I was approached at work and told that somebody with more seniority wanted my position. Since he had the seniority over me, he was going to get it. As a result, I was going to lose about 20% of my pay and losing that much was life-changing. That costs about $10,000 a year but Century has helped me and it's been awesome. I wanna buy a house and my main concern was my credit getting hurt. Going through a bankruptcy would ruin you for about seven years. Filing bankruptcy was not an option. I had also asked Century but I didn’t exactly understand even after they had told me that yeah, my credit would be impacted. So getting used to that took a little bit. I wished I had understood that a little bit better. But it was just me not understanding that it would hurt me pretty badly.
Because I had to voluntarily quit paying on the accounts that they had taken over, I started getting hit with all these late payments on my credit report so it dropped it dramatically. But now that everything is progressing, my credit score has started to creep back up. I love the progress we've made overall. In fact, I've liked everything with my experience with Century. When I first spoke with the representative there, he said it usually takes three days to get a response back but I actually had a response within 15 minutes. He called me back and said they had accepted me and that they were ready to start. Since then, it has been real simple. They actually settled one of my accounts within two months.

I went to Freedom Debt Relief and they switched me over to Century Support Services. So far, they took care of one of my bills, but they haven’t done anything since. They take out of my check every month a certain amount to pay bills. It’s a little hard on me because I’m on social security, but we’re managing. I have you been with the company for three months and so far, the customer service has been darn good. Whenever I call, they are right on the ball. They talk to me about different things.

The reps are friendly and helpful. They call the credit card companies and set up a deal. I just pay part of the amount that I owe and that has helped. I’m still working through the program, but I have settled four of my debts. All in all, Century Support has good customer service.

Nothing against Century. I always rate just under the highest because there is always room for improvement no matter who you are or what you do. My husband died 2017. I am going through a very difficult time in my life. I sign up with Debtmerica November 2018 because of hardship. Debtmerica transfer me to Century, Century and Debtmerica staff advise me to stop making my payments to my creditors and, not to worry, they would take care of it. Throughout this time, I understood that they were talking to my creditors on my behalf. It's now six months. I diligently pay 316.00 per month and upload every documents I received from my creditors to Century portal. I called Century often to follow up.I asked to speak to the person handling my account or his supervisor. I was told that neither of them take phone calls and that I would have to talk to the person on the phone. It's all so vague.
The person I spoke with 5-21-19 told me that "maybe this program is not for you", I asked "Why did it take 6 months for Century to tell me this." I did not know that all they were doing was waiting for my debt to go to collection or for me to get a summons. I got a court notifier that I am going to get summoned by a creditor. Even though I upload as well as email the court notifier letter with the case number to Century, they still was not acknowledging it. I called several times. Currently Century told me to send them the summons as soon as I receive it, and that this particular creditor is difficult, and they want me to add approximately $200.00 more per month before they can contact my creditors. It was explained to me by Debtmerica (original company) and Century that the one payments I sent to them would be paying down my debt without interest and they would reduce the amount I owe.
My questions for Century are # 1. Why is Century waiting for me to get summons before they contact any of my the creditors? # 2.Why is Century waiting for the account to go to collection before they do anything? # 3: Why did Century take this case when you already are aware that this particular creditors is so difficult to work with? # 4: Why is Century now advising me to remove this creditor from the account now? Please help me understand.

I have a lot of debt and I wanted to pay it off as quick as I could and rebuild by credit. Someone recommended Century Support Services and they're helping me pay off my debt. I just settled two Chase accounts last week so that’s a huge plus. Every time I've called, they’ve been really helpful with everything, asking what I should like, how I should send them the Chase settlement agreement, if I should send them in the mail or email it or put it on my portal myself. I just emailed it to them and everything went through fine. I was impressed by their friendliness and how much the rep knew. I blocked every single call from people that I owe so I never have to worry about those. Of the off chance that I ended up answering them ‘cause they were asking for me, I just said that they had the wrong number. Century Support Services is doing everything pretty good so far. I have no complaints.

Century told me that they can help me to get my finances, like my credit cards, debt-free. They told me I can pay like $200 a month to help me get it all caught back up. And I like the website. After they asked me how much I was in debt and I gave them the amount, I just signed off online and sent all my statements that way. The website makes the process easier. I also like the customer support and I’m very comfortable working with them. Anybody that I talk to is very polite, supportive and nice. They are very helpful and they've answered all my questions if I have any.
Century is working on my credit, one at a time, then they reach out to me to see if I can work on another one to settle it. Then once the other one is almost complete, they try to work on another one and reach out to me again to see. The program works really well because any time I log in, I can see when they make payments towards a settlement. If they get a settlement, it pops up like in a note type thing or they send me an email to call them and I get right on the phone and call them. Two of my accounts are getting settled and the third one is gonna be settled next month. Then I got three more that are gonna be settled. The program is actually getting my life back together because I do have kids that I gotta take care of. It’s also clearing up and bringing up on my credit report a little bit. Everything’s great. If people ask me if I know anybody that want to work on their debt, I’ll recommend Century to anybody.

I heard about debt settlement on the radio where if you have more than two loans, you might qualify for that. I called the number and I got ahold of someone from the Century. I stuck with them and I was told that I might qualify because I do not just have loans but I had other stuff on my report as well. I was confused and I didn’t know what was what but the Century reps explained stuff really well to me. It was just different ones breaking it down and telling me what should I be doing and handling everything. I didn’t have to worry. There were times that the collectors were calling my phone and leaving messages. Century told me not to worry and that I really didn't have to make a call. After the call, they would have someone handle that. They really had my back.
With Century, my credit score is going up. I was scared but I could see a difference. I even got one of my things cleared off. It’s closed so the service is working pretty good. I’m just anxious to get all my debts taken care of. I’m glad Century is around because I didn't like the way my credit score was looking. I’d rather take care of that first. If I wanna buy a house, I know the credit score is a major thing. It’s looking good though. So far, so good.

I’m happy with Century Support Services. But there are some things that they can work on too. Like for instance, I still have two things that they're taking their sweet time with. I just don't like how that works and it’s gonna drag my credit down farther and farther. I know the trust is not up there. But if you’re in a debt management plan, they need to just combine all the money together, what’s owed and make it one payment, and then split it up amongst the creditors at once, not separate. I get calls from the ones I owe money to and I’m getting tired of telling them, “Oh, I’m with Century.” What am I supposed to tell them? That they’re not working on the money part for yours yet? They wait until you get two of them paid, and then they start the next one, which is stupid.
Also some of their reps are downright blatantly rude. Their customer service skills always can be improved upon. Talking to someone on the phone, I know they can’t see that other person. But still, you have to treat that other person on the phone with decency and treat them like how you want to be treated. Some of them can also speak better English. The last time I got to change my payment date.I told them I just wanted to have them pay off the payment that they’re working on, because I don't have much left on it. I said, “Well, why don't you just pay that off now, just send the whole thing so it’s paid off?” And they won’t do it. Nevertheless, my credit’s improved. It’s just that they gotta listen to the customers once in a while because some customers might know what they're talking about. They need to do their payment structures a little better.

I went through another agency and they did not do what I wanted done. They didn’t do it the right way and I knew there was a better agency out there. I went back through Google again. I saw Century and I remembered hearing about them. The good reviews pushed me over to them. I was very impressed with what I read as well as when I spoke with their girl because she knew what she was talking about. She didn’t sound like she was all excited and trying to push me through anything. She was explanatory, very pleasant and sweet when I explained what had taken place. I told myself that this is where I wanna be and I switched right over.
My experience with Century Support has been awesome. They’ve done exactly what they said they would do. They’ve been there every time I needed to have a question answered or anything done. I like their portal but I’m having a problem. I’ve been sending paperwork that I need to take pictures of and stuff through email but I’ll have my daughter help me get back into my portal again. Their reps have been awesome and they tried twice to get me into the portal.
Century Support got three things going at once. My Capital One is being set up into a program to pay it down with so much that goes in and then so much that goes to other things. In November, it will be paid completely. They’ve been working on PayPal too and I just sent them one from Chase. I don’t have a whole lot of money and I’m not gonna be able to pay big lump sums. So, better to work through Century. They have been right on top of everything and they get right back to me. They let me know what is going on and what didn’t go through. They are very helpful and has been great with me. So far, I have had no complaints. They told me it would be three years to complete the program but they’re already moving so fast and I only have one more. I know this is gonna be all taken care of way before that. They know their stuff.
When I was on the third-party call, I was impressed with the way the girl operated. The people were still pleasant on the other end but my banks have always been very nice. I hated to have to go through this this way, but I was getting overwhelmed because my rent went up and things changed. You don’t get any increases when you’re on Social Security so it got really hard.
Century said they would help me get re-established so that I can get back on an even keel again. They are so knowledgeable and it worked out perfectly for me to get them because they are trustworthy. They show you everything such as where your money came in, where it went out to, what went were, and how much went there and how much did that. It was amazing and I’ve recommended them to a lot of people. They couldn’t go to a better place. The reps are the sweetest, kindest and most understanding that I’ve ever worked with in any kind of financial situation.

I initially signed up with a different Program that explains things differently than how Century explained how that work. Aside from the small loss of income I was fine with keeping up with my payments. It was explained to me by the original company that the one payment I sent to them would be paying down my debt without interest and they would reduce the amount I owe. When transferring me to Century they told me to stop making my payments and they would take care of it but I would be receiving calls from my creditors, to direct them to speak to Century. I did this for 8 months. I didn't know all they were doing was waiting for my debt to go to collection or an attorney before anything would happen.
When it come time to settle the smaller debt with me and a representative from Century on the phone they couldn't get the debt settlement. The creditor said it hasn't been long enough. I don't know what that meant for Century to settle but she just hung up and did nothing. I waited another month and nothing was happening. I canceled the program. Now I am settling with the creditors myself. Because of all the late payments and ruined all my on time payments and my credit I now can't buy a car that I need. I suggest that anyone in the same position just allow yourself to settle with your creditors yourself because you can. If you are behind try to get back to a good position. Thank you Century Support Service for all the great work you did ruining my good credit.

Century does not make regular monthly payments to your creditors unless it is towards a settlement that you have approved.
It is common for your credit score to be negatively affected while you are enrolled on a debt settlement program, but our focus is to save you money by negotiating settlements on the balance owed. I had credit card debt and at first, I went with Consolidated. They were requiring me to pay two payments a month of $336, but I couldn’t do that. Then when I was trying to get an extension on one of the payments with Consolidated to be able to catch up, they said that I couldn't do that. I was at a point where I wasn’t able to sustain my lifestyle even if they were helping me.
Century then came along and offered me a better deal. I pay a whole lot less a month to them, but it’ll take me longer to pay and the interest rate is larger, as far as the debt linked, but I could do that. They were really cordial about it and I was able to switch over really easily. They also had a better attitude towards my debt and what I was trying to do than Consolidated.
Plus, Century lets me know if there was anything that was coming up. Sometimes, there might be an overdraft when I can’t catch up with them, but they let me know and I get back to them as soon as possible. The plan works out really well for me. With it, I’ve been able to pay off a car that I have, which used a portion of that money. Overall, Century is awesome. They treat me great and I’m very satisfied with the service. I have recommended them to friends of mine.

When I spoke to Century's rep, he sounded assuring. The enrollment process was very simple. I just gave him the information and he took care of everything. Working with them took the worry away. Creditors come at you and Century Support takes care of all that. I didn't have to get the phone calls, the harassment, and the stress. They arranged everything and broke the debt into easy payments. All I had to do was make simple payments. Plus, if I call, they take care of everything right away. The service is great and I recommended Century to more than one person.

It was easy to get enrolled with Century Support Services. Everybody we talk to has been really good and their program has worked for me. But I would like to get more information sometimes about what’s going on. Otherwise, it has been a good service. I just had to make up in my mind that I didn’t need the credit. I needed to get rid of them and have somebody in charge of taking care of the business. I don't have time for all of that. We've already paid off some of our credit debts. I recommend Century.

They do not respond to e-mails and do not return phone calls. After being unhappy with how things were being handled I asked to speak to the person handling my account or his supervisor. I was told that neither of them take phone calls and that I would have to talk to the person on the phone. This person knew very little about my account. This happened more than once. Also their rates are a little high. In some cases the settlement amount plus their fee ended up being more than I owed in the beginning.

I was with a company and they cut my payment in half. I enrolled with Century and they had great reps. I had a few phone conversations with them but since then, it had been emails and texts. My payment plan is great and I tried to get it cheaper. Century is on the right path. With them, my credit score is going up, there are no more threatening calls, and things are comfortable. I still have about two years to go. When I get ready to pay my credit debts off, I’ll be retired and life would be good again.

I was in a position where it was taking me years on paying credit cards. I was putting extra on my cards until things changed financially for me. When I realized I needed help and no Bank would help, I turned to Century, with hesitation, I was nervous!! Well I am writing this review because they have helped me tremendously!! I have loans and debts that need to be taken care of. Century was very much into their customer service. They reached out and made sure that I'm aware of all the ins and outs that were going on. They were very gregarious when it comes to their customer service. Their reps were very knowledgeable and seemed generally concerned that I knew the process. I have overextended the amount of recuperating the debt that I am doing, but otherwise, I’m doing fine.

The people who I work with at Century are very knowledgeable. They also keep on top of things. For the service I'm getting, the cost is fair. We have a little way to go but they have consolidated two cards already.

We've been in the debt settlement program for 5 months. We joined the program through Simple Path Financial. Our financial consultant was first with Simple Path Financial...then when we signed the documents and joined the program, she was suddenly from a company called Rescue One Financial. Then we find out the program we are actually in is with Century Support Services, so a lot of name changing going on, which should have been the first warning. I'm not going to say the program will not work, but my faith is dwindling that I will come out of this ahead in 4 years. Our Simple Path consultant first told us that all accounts will have settlement offers within the first 3 months...that is not even close to being true.
In 5 months, 2 out of 15 accounts have been settled. We are in the program for 48 months, which means it could take a year or more for an account to have a settlement offer...and in that time frame, legal action can be taken by the creditors because Century hasn't started any negotiation with them. I was also told by our Simple Path consultant that in 12 months, you will see your credit score go up, but I have no idea how that is possible considering so few of the accounts will be settled. I truly hope at the 12 month mark I can come back on here and change my review...but for right now, I feel it is a very deceiving practice of lies in order to get you sign up for the program. I was willing to take the hit on my credit for 12 months, but not 48.

I reached out to Century Support Services because of credit card debt. I saw their ad online and it looked interesting so I went with them. They're helping to pay the debt down and the process is very easy. The rep I talked to told me what was gonna happen, how much I had to pay per month, how they would settle everything, and how long it would take. They're nice, friendly, and polite. I call them up and ask them a question and they’re there to help. They're excellent people. In the beginning, I wasn’t sure what to expect but now, I feel really comfortable. They get a hold of the creditors and work out a deal to lower the debt and get it paid off quickly. We're paying one creditor off and then we’re gonna start on another one.

I have been with Century for a year and while I have one credit card paid off and another one half paid off, Century never warned me about any legal action that can take place. Last week I was summoned by a creditor with a court date. I was told Century reaches out to ALL of my creditors and informs them I am in a debt settlement program. With that, you'd think anything legal would not take place. WRONG! I brought this up to Century and they informed me I had to upload the summons and wait 24 hours for a priority team member to review it and call me back.
I get a call back from their priority team member and they told me that Century can't reach out to this law firm because I am already in the middle of another settlement and that is where all of my funds are going to. The only thing I could do was add in additional money. I clearly joined this program because I was unable to pay towards my credit cards! How do they expect me to find additional money so THEY can reach out to this law firm and come to an agreement?
Regardless, I was able to add additional funds and expected to have the priority team reach out to this law firm immediately, but of course they didn't and of course, I never receive updates on my accounts. Their lack of empathy for people going through legal action is disheartening and their lack of communication regarding your accounts is pitiful. I feel like I am just left in the dark, not knowing what's going on. If I have to respect your processes, you should respect my right to be aware and updated constantly on my accounts. Please be advised that their customer service is not favorable, you can potentially become a victim of legal action, AND, you better have additional funds on the side to afford their fees as well as help their negotiation team make settlements with your creditors.

I have been with Century Support Services for almost 3 years and they are great. I started with 8 creditor accounts and I only have 3 left. Never had an issue. Everyone has always been very helpful and understanding. Century has always worked well with my requests. Due to my husband passing away, my financial situation is not always steady but they are always willing to work with me. I would definitely recommend Century Support Services for your debt consolidation needs. Best program and company EVER. Most companies do not care about their clients and you are just another number but with Century, the employees care. They are efficient, compassionate, and understanding. Highly recommended.

I've been in the program with Century Support Services for four months. I was over my head in debt and Century reached out to me. The enrollment was really easy and simple. They called and I talked to their rep and they told me everything that they were willing to do. It really helped and it seemed like it was appropriate for me. Also, their reps were very easy and reassuring.

Century and I had three credit cards to get paid off, and I'm on my last one, and we finally got it settled. But I’m still having to pay Century for their service fee. Their reps were very good. They answered every question that I had. I was confused on some of the things but the last person I talked to made it clear, and it was pretty simple after they explained it to me. I had a good experience with them.

When I first called Century Support Services, they were so friendly and helpful. They acted like they cared. They put me in debt consolidation and the service and program were absolutely phenomenal. It cut down the amount of money I have to pay out. We're in the process of I’m putting in money and they notified the first creditor, and they’ve agreed to pay. So, it’s going along well. I'm at the first creditor being paid off, and there’s five of them. I've worked with numerous people there and they're great. It isn’t one particular representative. It’s anyone I come in contact with who is very eager to help and make sure that I’m all right. Century is working towards resolving my debt. It’s made me so I’m not a nervous wreck. I’m not nervous about the bills coming in every month, and I’m not answering the telephone calls.

It was solicited by mail by Greenlink Financial who got me with this company under a debt consolidation. Greenlink keeps telling me I am in a debt consolidation and Century keeps saying I am not, only a settlement AFTER debts are charged off. They have not returned my request for contact after my last phone call (was told to email me not call) and they have not contacted any creditors. One creditor that is on my approved creditor says they do not work with 3rd party debt consolidators and will go after me. They have not even tried to contact to stop creditor calls. They took over 50 pct to settle one debt you can do yourself if bills are charged off.
I keep getting told by Greenlink my dispute is more on Century for not following through but they certainly work hand in hand and have a lucrative business arrangement. I was told by Greenlink that Century tells all their clients the "six months charge off" but that's not what I'm on. Century tells me they have had many complaints about Greenlink for not being upfront about how their program works. Regardless, I have been on almost six months and no one is doing anything. I also was told by Century my "negotiator" changes monthly so you don't get the same one, so I feel completely misled and hanging in the wind.
We appreciate this individual taking the time to share their feedback regarding the Century program, however, we could not locate an account for them. This individual is encouraged to contact us directly to discuss any concerns they may have had regarding their Century program.

I wanted to have one company pay my debts. I enrolled and signed up with Century Support Services and their whole process was good. The only thing that I didn't realize was how much they did charge themselves when that debt was paid off. I think they needed to make it a little more clear what their fees would be on a particular account when it was paid off. Another thing is that when I first signed up, they told me that all I needed to do was pay X amount every month. But after that, when they went to pay something off, they wanted to charge me more. I told them I couldn't do that, that our original agreement was a certain amount. They just agreed to what I said. They wanted something from me that I couldn't do. And so, that was evidently agreeable.

I was in debt too much and I lost my job. I had to do something or it was gonna eat me alive. I found Century Support Services on the internet and they looked good when I talked to them. They answered everything I wanted to know. Getting enrolled in their program wasn’t long at all. They got right around and took care of it. They were all very polite and great people to work with. They set up the program so I could make my payments twice a month. If I had a problem, I would call them ahead of time and they changed the date so they could make the payment on time. If any creditor bothered me at all, they took care of that. I didn’t have to worry about it.
The program worked really well and I made the last payment last month, in December. I’m done with the program now and I’m just waiting to hear back from them and for the final paperwork to be sent back to me. It was a long time paying it, but I got it done. They saved me a lot of money in the long run and they were excellent all the way through it. It’s good to know that there’s help out there. They didn’t make me out to be a deadbeat. They worked on me and helped me get it straightened out. They made me feel more like a man again. So to anybody who has to go the same way, I really would recommend Century.

A friend referred me to Century and the enrollment in their program was very smooth and professional. Everything was an easy process. Initially, I needed Century's services to consolidate everything. I had some difficulties in life and I had to bring things to normality. Everybody with Century who I talked to has been thorough, clear, and professional. I really felt comfortable working with them. I was doing the payments to them, and now they’ve approved a loan so that’s all been handled. Everything is being settled that way right now and the quality of service is great. I am not completed yet with the program but working with Century has gotten me back on more of an organized level. They’re doing a great job.
