It was a learning process for me because I had never done anything like this and I had always heard people say, "Don't do it. Payday loans and installments never work." I actually did both CashNetUSA and Ace because I was in a bad way. I would recommend CashNetUSA over Ace every day of the week. It is a much smoother process and I have more control over how it comes out of my check if I can't pay the full balance by paying the minimum or adding an extra amount so that it goes down each paycheck without hitting all at once. Thank you for making it so simple!

I applied for a BIG loan of $100 from this HORRIBLE company and I completed the application with my CURRENT personal information as well as my CURRENT banking information and the loan was to fund on July 10, 2017 with a payback date of July 19th, which is when my next check is deposited into my account. On the afternoon of July 10th, I checked my checking account balance which showed NO deposit. I proceeded to call CashNetUSA to find out why the money was not in my account even though the website said it was and that the payment was due on the 19th.

It turns out that back in 2012 I had a loan with them before and that banking information has since changed but because they do NOT ALLOW their applicants to update their banking information, and even though I gave them my CURRENT banking information, they IGNORED that information and put the money into an account that that been closed for over a year. When I asked her why the company ignored my current banking information and deposited the money into the old account, I was told that ONLY they can change the banking information "for security purposes" and that I have to provide them with a cancelled check from the new account and a letter from the bank indicating that the other account is closed and this has to be done THROUGH THE MAIL.

I said that was ridiculous and nowhere on the application does it state that... She proceeds to tell me that it will take TWO DAYS for the money to be returned to them and reprocessed. I told her this was UNACCEPTABLE and what's the purpose of giving them the current banking information if they are only going to ignore it and deposit the money into a closed account used FIVE YEARS AGO. I REALLY NEEDED THIS MONEY TODAY, BUT BECAUSE OF THEIR company policy to deposit the money into an account already on file, EVEN THOUGH IT IS CLOSED, I didn't get the money and I have canceled the loan request. She then says as soon as they get the money back, they will close out the loan. I said I wasn't going to pay the loan amount back even if for some reason they didn't get the money returned to them by the 19th. I didn't get the use of the money and I'm not going to pay ANYTHING back.

So my advice is do not use this company under any circumstances. They are a rip off and I believe they don't have enough money to loan out and so they deliberately use an old bank account on someone who's used them before so that they can "float" funds to first time applicants and then when the money is returned to them from the bank of the returning applicants because the account they deliberately deposited it too is closed, gives them time to shuffle funds around.

As you can say, I was not a very happy camper. And this will be my very 1st time & my very last! So when you see your loan terms changed? Just like everyone else I did a loan with CashNetUSA. I was told it would look good on my credit report as I'm trying to build it up. So I get an email saying I've been approved for a loan and to call the #!!! It came from a Chicago, IL then they called from a CA #. So I gave them my account and routing #, and debit card #. They told me since my credit was not so great they will have to verify my account by placing an amount into my account and I will have to send it back. I only wanted $500 but they insisted on $1500 so I was like sure although that's not what I wanted or needed. So I was ok with that but something was very fishy....

Fast forward... I wired them the money Western Union but something didn't sit right with me so I called CASHNETUSA the actual # online. They stated it is a very common fraud where the person uses their logo, but they would never ask for funds to get a loan. So I sent the money Western Union... I canceled it 5 min later. They hadn't received the funds so they reversed the transaction.

I work at the bank that I actually have my main account with soooo... I called my bank. They didn't send me any money at all!!! What they did do was call in and did a fraud/claim with all my money on authorized transactions so it equal out to $1500 (meaning you're giving them your money and when you send it back to them they will either NOT PUT MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT or THEY TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL OWE THE BANK. They called my bank using my # (spoofing), gave them all my information to verify my account. So I did a fraud hold on my account, blocked out my debit card, put all the fraud protection my job has, and no money came out. PLS do a police report, contact all credit bureaus, and don't give out any of your information!!! FRAUD/SCAMS.

I specifically asked to apply my payment fully to my principal and both times they didn't. I called about this and informed them and they told me they could not do anything about it. Besides keeping people on hold for more than 10 mins, so they may speak to a "Manager", they are a bunch of liars just taking advantage of people with bad credit. Please refrain from borrowing any money from them because you will end up paying out the nose on their interest rates. The only fees involved were added to my account. And I verified my bank account, but not by giving them my login information. I am not sure who the people making those statements contacted, but it was not the actual company. Yes, interest rates are high, and if you pay it off early, you are much better off. But that is the price that comes with poor credit. Always check the security on any loan website. Do your due diligence. I have no problem working with this company, and will continue to do so.

I was a very satisfied customer with CashNetUSA. I was a returning customer from when I was a payday loan person. When the installment loan was available to me I got accepted. I was able to pay it off early. And I would think if you paid something off early you're able to reapply again and get accepted. UNFORTUNATELY that didn't happen... Even though you may pay more in the long run of doing your scheduled monthly payments instead of paying less when paying off early. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you think by paying off early you're going to get a higher loan amount... DO NOT DO IT. You won't even be accepted no matter what amount of loan you're asking for.

Sean said CashNetUSA does things in two steps. First they deposit certain amount into customer account to which I would withdrawal and send back to him, he called this a trusting customer matter. He said to put the funds on Apple iTunes cards each for $100.00 and just text him the codes.

After completing this my account went into over drafted because of his transfer that my bank return because it was fraud. He complained it was a technology error that it would be fixed. But it was never fixed so I called Sean. He hung the phone up on me, now refuses to answer the phone. I was sent a contract and other documents with CashNetUSA logos. I called my bank about this fraud activity from this company.

So I was in need of a loan fast. Kept applying places and eventually Cashnet called me. Said I was approved for anything between 1,000 to 15,000. I chose 1,500 because that's all I needed. They kept asking if I wanted to raise the loan amount. I didn't. They asked me everything from my bank info to my bank login info including security question answers. Me being naive and desperate I gave it to them. A day later the loan was in my account. I used about $800 of it and almost a week later the loan was REVERSED! Leaving me $700 overdrafted in my bank account.

I called them up and they put the blame on me telling me that I was attempting to commit fraud with their company. And that apparently wasn't even my loan. It was a verification deposit that was suppose to be returned. But nobody told me about that!! Then to top it all off, they changed my password to be bank login!! Gotta close my account and open a whole new one now. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

They will ask you for your user name and password to get into your online banking account to so called wire you verification deposits of $700 to $900. Then, they will ask you to Moneygram this verification money back to them in 24 hrs. Well, red flags were waving the moment the representative asked for user name and password. They will never need this to deposit money in your account or verify it. They will only need checking and routing number.

When I mentioned to rep that this sounds like a scam and I would report him to police, he sounded convincing and assured me this was the process because of all the real scams nowadays. Well, luckily I bank with a smart credit union and they locked my account. When I called them, rep reset user name and password and alerted me of this FRAUD from Cashnet.usa. Please don't fall for it. They will deposit funds as a so called credit, you would withdraw money, spend it or send it back to Cashnet.usa as a so called verification... only to realize that the deposit didn't clear and it was fraud. Now you owe bank that money plus fees and this criminal just beat ya outta hundreds of dollars.

I've been receiving phone calls from a Houston, Tx phone number. Finally I decided to call back after getting a voicemail. I spoke to a Lesely **, who had a strong accent like she was from Pakistan or India. Lesely proceeded on telling me that a loan I applied for has now been approved and I was approved for $3,000.00. All I had to do was give her my email address so she could send over documents for me to review and once I reviewed them to call her back to continue the loan process. I did give her my email as I was curious so read these documents. The documents I received seemed legit and I called her back to advise her I was ready to continue the loan process. Here's where it started to not make sense...

I could hardly understand her. She kept interrupting me when I had questions about what she was telling me or about the loan in general and lastly when she was telling me how I needed to pay my first month "installment" or my first time narrowing from them fee, which was to purchase a reloadable iTunes card (because all they need was the zip code on the back) and to put exactly $139.00 on it and to do it right now so she could start the process. Or I could use MoneyGram and to go to a local Walmart to do either of these two things. She kept going on and on about how it was so important to get this done now! I finally told her I would have to get the iTunes card the following day and call her back. She proceeded to ramble on. After hanging up the phone with her I did some online research and seen all these reviews and comments!

This place is a total scam! Not only do they sound very sketchy but you can't understand a dang word they say! Plus, the email she sent me does not come from her direct email but from a cash net return email and her signature on the email gives very little detail as to who or what she is for cash net! I have yet to call back but I plan to call (tomorrow) and let her know I have read all about the cash net scams and if I continue receiving phone calls from them I will be enforcing my right as an American and reporting them! CashNetUSA needs to be investigated for not giving people the money they say they are approved for and after retrieving people's personal information name address and Social Security numbers trying to hold people responsible for things they did not receive and taking money out of people's bank accounts after not receiving anything they were approved for. This is stealing regardless of the fact they are licensed loan officers. They are still committing a crime of theft. I encourage anyone to rethink giving up your personal information to these people. You will regret it and I also hope the FBI look into the fraudulent acts that are being committed through CashNetUSA. People are taking out loans to start businesses, feed their families and pay the bills. We do not have extra money to be paying out for something that we have not received.

This is not right. This is totally wrong and they should pay for it and I hope and pray that people will get together and lawyer up because that's something that needs to be done and that is something that I will look into. Keep a eye on your identity because if they can try to steal money out of your account they definitely will try to take your identity as well. Something is definitely not right with CashNetUSA and they also need to take down the commercial on TV leading people to think that they can receive assistance so that they can take money out of people's account when they are already struggling or looking for outlet to start something new financially. Good luck folks and I wish you the best.

Do not use CashNetUSA and to you CashNetUSA you need to do better and you need to get better customer service and you need not to steal people's money. What you are doing is wrong and there will be a day that you will be investigated and stopped and will have to pay back every dime that you have stole from people. And to the workers of CashNetUSA how can you work for a company that you know is doing fraudulent business? How can you promise people on the phone that everything will be taken care of when you know what this company is doing? How can you sleep at night knowing the company that you are working for is stealing people's money? How would you feel if it was you? How would you feel if someone was stealing money out of your account that you worked really hard for, money that you never received but steals money out of your account just to make their pockets rich? How would you feel when you know you are already struggling and trying to make it that money is being stolen from you? How would you feel?

Before applying for the loan I called and asked many questions because I know how companies are about their "small print". The representative advised me it would be 37.00 per paycheck. I agreed that would be fine. I get the first bill and it is for over 100.00. I called and explained this is not what I agreed to and they basically called me a liar. Next I tried to make some sort of payment arrangements and was told that there were none available. They have been taking varying amounts out of my checking account every payday always more than 100.00. Granted this is my fault for trusting any online company such as this. I have learned my lesson but I would warn anyone that might be thinking about help from Cashnet. They will make your situation worse than what it already is!

When I called today after 3 payments my balance is more than what I borrowed in the first place and I have already paid them over 350.00. I think dishonest companies like this should be put out of business, because they prey on poor people and people stuck in hardship situations and offer them no help but more problems. That is not the kind of people I want to do business with.

    Reviewed Sept. 2, 2016

My foray into the risky business of online loans began in May, 2016 as I became re-homed after living homelessly for over a year. While writing a business plan to provide suitable and sustainable shelter for homeless seniors, I looked for ways to leverage my meager Social Security payment into enough money to stay standing financially as the project funding process proceeded. CashNetUSA was one of the early payday loan providers I found and I successfully paid off three payday loans with them in June, July and August. In their follow-up emails they began promoting their installment loans, which was what I really needed, so I applied and began getting calls from David **, whose name rhymes with pooper, which more aptly describes my ultimate experience with him and his "senior" (read "cohort in crime") Eric **.

David told me I had qualified for a $10,000 loan with CashNetUSA - a miracle! Exactly what I needed, so I eagerly began going through their puzzling qualification process. After all, it's CashNetUSA and I'd had successful experience with the company. What could go wrong? Indeed, what could go wrong soon became evident but not nearly soon enough for me to avoid getting all caught up in their fraud. In both June and July I went through the hoops that David and Eric gently and carefully led me through - until they asked for the username and password on my bank account. I knew better than to give them direct access to my account so I ended the conversation - twice - telling them that giving out that information was simply not done.

Then in August I reapplied for another 30 day online payday loan with CashNetUSA but this time I was only given until the 19th to pay it back. It cost the same $45 fee for a $255 loan (the maximum allowed in California for a payday loan), but there was no way to modify the term to the usual 4 weeks instead of just two. Since I needed the money to pay necessary expenses, I accepted the early payoff date and set about looking for another loan to cover it... Can you see it? Yeah, CashNetUSA had me right where they wanted me, desperate to find another loan by the 19th.

So it will come to no one's surprise when David ** called me again earlier that week with a "different" kind of offer. They understood that I didn't want to give them access to my account, so because I had been such a good customer with their company, and because they were actually a development team for CashNetUSA working on a mobile app for depositing checks directly into a checking account with one's smart phone, they offered to send me a check via email attachment to deposit with my smart phone as a preliminary test for the real deal when they would deposit $10,000 into my account. The hitch? Oh yeah, I would need to return that original deposit to them by funding an iTunes card and giving them the key code to pick it up from where they said they were in Chicago - but who really knows where in the world they really are? I certainly don't.

So they sent me a check via pdf attachment made out to me but from another type of business, a boutique, which they explained was part of their testing process as they're developing this mobile phone app. It didn't matter though because as it happens, I have a Windows phone, not an Android or an iPhone, just a little Nokia Lumia for which Wells Fargo had not developed a mobile deposit app. Figuring all of this out took quite a lot of time and effort that ended up thwarting this "work around" to their process. By this time (looking back on how the whole thing unfolded), I was seeing myself as part of their "development team" (Stockholm Syndrome?), and being a project manager (in my pre-recession career) I am accustomed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done...and that $10,000 loan was the job that needed to get done.

So I said okay, and gave them my username and password... BIG MISTAKE - WATCH AND LEARN. First they deposited $1,300 into my account. Wells Fargo sent me an email with an image of the check they had deposited. This check they deposited this time was not from CashNetUSA, it was from Check 'n Go, the first company to lend me $3,000 in June and for which I am paying nosebleed rates of $641 a month and with a current pay off amount of about $5500. Yeah - that's the price of desperation when one is trying to stay standing financially while working toward a remedy to end homelessness altogether. See ** for that endeavor.

But Check 'n Go? Well, I've already figured out that this is a very incestuous industry. When you apply for a loan through any of the lender aggregators that are out there, they are all rolling your application through the same database of lenders as everyone else. They all get a spiff when they get you to go get your credit score by enrolling in a free trial of a credit monitoring company, and I'm sure they get a spiff when anyone fills out a loan application from their affiliate link so they'll keep churning you through over and over again to maximize their return. That's just the way it works. So I didn't pay a lot of attention to the anomaly, nor did I catch at first that there was no banking information (routing number or account number) appearing on the image of the check.

When they instructed me to now go to a Walgreens or CVS to purchase iTune cards with the deposit the very next morning, I knew (or thought I knew) that Wells Fargo would only give credit for $200 until the deposited check had cleared. In fact, I was counting on that security measure to limit my loss if anything went sideways which it inevitably did, of course. But Wells Fargo was not properly secured either.

For the first time in my entire history of experience with this bank, I was able to withdraw the entire amount the very next morning. Now, why is that? Wells Fargo has no comment on that but they did inform me that they would close my account because those checks (the first one for $1300 and the second one deposited immediately after I took out the $1300 was for $2,000) were both counterfeit checks, and they maintain no accountability for the lapse in their own security system that failed to trigger when I withdrew the original amount.

I don't remember just now who said it, but it's true nonetheless: The only ones who will fail as the banking industry protects its own are the customers of the bank. The bank will not fail, (or so they think), the partners of the bank will not fail. The only ones who will lose their homes or their livelihoods, or access to whatever meager little funds we can accumulate - are we, the people, the customers who have no where else to turn. So that's where it's at. Wells Fargo will scoop up my $1344 Social Security check tomorrow to pay that back plus fees no doubt. And then they want to close my account. They generously say, per their policy, that no other bank will know why I am no longer welcome at Wells Fargo, but it doesn't matter. I can't open another checking account if I have no money.

Social Security goes to this account, automatic payments to support my services - phone, insurance, Google email storage (now no longer free ;-}) all are tied to that account, so all are now at risk. I've escalated my case to management and we'll see how that turns out. But my exploration into the risky business of online lending has come to a crashing and final end. Oh, and those payments to existing online loans outstanding? Well, now they get to reap the benefit of their nosebleed rates because my capacity to pay them has also come to an end.

So what happened with David ** and Eric **? Oh yeah, they went through all their gyrations like others have described in this thread of reviews, trying to get me to send them money for the "insurance" on this risky loan, for assigned fees that they say are coming out of "their pocket" LOL! When my account was suspended after their counterfeit deposit, David was crying that he was afraid he'd lose his job. You know, it became so comical, but the amusement was short-lived; I finally just stopped answering their calls.

At the conclusion of any project, successful or unsuccessful, there is always, or should be, an examination of Lessons Learned. Here are some of mine in hope that the reader will be forearmed and forewarned should they be enticed to enter this relatively new landscape that has emerged from the banking industry's fraudulent playbook of the last decade at least:

There is NO justifiable reason to give your username and password to ANYONE, no matter how plausible the reasons presented, no matter how desperate you think you may be. Looking for loans after having long ago fallen out of the prevailing credit model that the banking industry has us gripped in by the short hairs is a slippery slope at best. Tread very, very carefully keeping your wits and discernment well about you. Take heed of others' stories reported here who stepped back from the lure to find needed cash before it was too late and avoided the losses I've reported. In a way, I suppose, I was fortunate that I couldn't send in the money they kept me asking to send them to "qualify" for the amount I was hoping for. You can be even more fortunate if you'll just say no when David ** (or anyone of his ilk) comes calling with an offer that really is too good to be true.

What we need in this era of banking/credit model dominance in our financial affairs is a community-based credit union that in no way subscribes to the incredibly deficient business model of corporate control over irrelevant credit scores. That need will be fulfilled as we create the new enlightened business model described in the report available for download at **. Thank you for reading my tale and thanks to this website for giving us a platform from which to tell our stories about this issue. May all our paths going forward be bathed in radiant light and may we be fully grounded and supported along our way. I'm the Dragonfly Coalition Lady and I wish you all Peace and Blessings.

We applied for a loan on June 29, 2016. They called and said we were approved for 3000.00. I feel so stupid I fell for this. They said they needed ten percent of the loan and since I did have mobile banking to put it on iTunes cards, so I did. Then they said they needed five hundred dollars for a credit bureau report to pay off before they could release the money so I did 500 more. They said my loan would be 3800 now and even told me what the payments were going to be and that they were depositing the money.

I was relieved until about a half hour later, they called and said that the money wouldn't go through so they wanted to MoneyGram it to me but I had to pay the processing fee which was 400. By now I just wanted my money back so I paid it then they call and said there was additional processing fee. I had to pay 200 to get the reference number to pick up the MoneyGram. I gave it to them, 1400.00 and guess what, they called back and the first questions was "why didn't you pay that credit bureau off so we can release this money?" I knew then I was scammed for money I didn't have. I filed reports at the police station and card company and Walmart. Nothing's happened. Don't trust this, it is so wrong. We are still paying for it.

About a week ago I went online and found cashnetusa.com and decided to apply for loan. However my loan was rejected. About two days later I get a call from a man claiming to be Mike **. He had a very heavy accent like that of someone from India or Pakistan. The number was ** and on my caller ID it indicated that the name belong to Patricia **. Anyway this person proceeded to tell me that I qualify for a $3,000 loan although I was only looking for 800 the time. I explained I didn't need that large amount and 800 will be fine but he told me 3000 was the minimum. With needing to get groceries and pay bills and get caught up on past due rent I took a chance and that's exactly what it was... a chance... So I let down my guard and gave all of my information including my online mobile banking info.

Mr. ** told me that my account to be verified before I will receive the entire $3,000. He told me that an initial deposit of anywhere from 500 to $1,000 would be deposited into my account and once it posted I was supposed to go to my bank and withdraw the money or do it at Walmart and then send him a wire via MoneyGram.

After 3 days I got an email from my bank letting me know that there was a hold on my account for approximately $1,330 and that there was another amount deposited of $887 that they could not collect on and that deposit was kicked out. Once the deposit was made Mr. ** called me immediately and told me I needed to get to the bank Walmart to wire the money as soon as possible because it was time sensitive. During the phone conversations I could tell that this was not a call center that my phone call with into because in a call center you normally would hear other employees talking on the phone and I didn't hear any of that. It was very quiet.

Mr. ** was very aggressive and pushy. I was told that our phone conversation will be recorded and if I accepted the terms of the loan offer that it would been as good as if I had actual signed documents. To make a long story short the deposit that went into my account actually cleared around 7 pm est. I will not be wiring this gentleman any money and hopefully this money will just fall off.

I was afraid of what might happen since this man had all of my information including my mobile banking info so I contacted my bank and told them what was going on and I asked them if they could give me a timeframe on how many days it take to find out if a deposit is fraudulent. I just asked them to close the account. I went back online and change my username and my password. My bank put a freeze on that existing account and set me up a new checking account. They are also sending me a new debit card. I feel somewhat relieved now but I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. We all work too hard for the money that we make and it is sad that people will knowingly scam you out of your money and not care.

I am really going thru right now. When school started Clark County School District reduced all of support staff wages. If I had of know my money would have been cut, I never would have applied for an annuity to be coming out of my paycheck. Being a single mother with a limited income is so hard these days; so most people I know have to keep getting payday loans to survive. But what most people don't realize is that these loans will put you right in the poor house. I have tried over and over to get the money stopped and for some reason payroll is telling me that it's American Fidelity fault that they are still taking my money.

My reason for going into details with this is that if the annuity is stopped I would have enough on the 1st of the month to pay my rent, and would not have to result to getting payday loans. So with the high cost of insurance being taken out of my check as well, I don't have enough money to pay my rent, buy food or anything else. So I got an online payday loan from Cash Net USA. I had gotten a loan from Cash net USA before, and I did get behind on the loan, but the loan was paid off. So I call them on Sunday to see I could get another loan. 4/22/16 I found out that they sold my loan to Debt Management Partners 800-883-9067. I could not understand when my office manager at my school got the first call from them; they were threatening to come to my job around 7 am in the morning to embarrass me if I didn't pay the loan off.

Immediately I called my husband, told him what was going on so he gave me his bank card to go and pay on the loan. I had no idea that Cash Net USA had sold my loan to these people. I really thought Cash Net USA was the ones that were coming to pay me a visit. So when I got the news from my office manager I immediately made the call from the number which was given to her; and the person who I talked to on the phone was just low down and dirty. Just vicious!!! They were so nasty to me! So I called the Debt management company made arrangements to pay off the rest, and I did. Now, these people have messed me up. I am not able to get a loan with anyone.

Every time I go online to get a loan the first thing I am asked is? "Do you still owe Cash Net USA on a loan?" When I call Cash Net they transfer me from person to person, finally the last person tells me they have no control over the loan, and there is nothing that they can do. Please don't ever deal with these people. It's too easy to get a loan. I need money really bad right now, but I will pray and ask God for help. I will never in my life deal with anymore payday loans. Payday loans caused me my marriage. My husband got really tired of me getting loan after loan. I would get one loan to pay off the next.

I was living beyond my means. Now I really need to get one and can't. Something always work out anyway. I know I paid this loan off, and I am content. When I think about it, I'm grateful that I can't get another loan. These people are getting rich off of us. Remember if you are paying off a loan online, please send a check or money order, never use your bank card, or credit card. When asked for a receipt you will never get it. I hope that these people are put out of business!!!

I filed a complaint against CashNetUSA last week to BBB. The purpose I filed a complaint concerning them is because of my payments concerning $203.65. Well it start off like this, my sister passed just before Christmas, and I needed some money to purchase a ticket to Oakland, Ca. So I apply for a loan online to a website emergency loans for people who is getting SSDA. So as I said I apply and was approved for $550.00 which was good to get my ticket and still I had some leftover. I was thinking, "Ok this payment probably be $25.00 a month", but then when they sent me my statement over email it was $150.00. Then a wk later it was 162.50. So paid that thinking "ok if the payments be 162.50 a month that be good" I have it paid off in four months.

So last week as I mention before they sent me an email that my payment will be $203.05 for this month. So I call them and spoke to lady forgot her name, I ask her why is my payment of $162.50 jump up to $203.05, she said because they charge interest each day until the 1st. So if your payment is on the 1st of every month they charge you interest each day until you make that payment. So what I did I told her that I wasn't going to paid all that interest and besides the loan will never get paid off. So what me and my wife done this week we had our bank to stop the payments. My wife explain to our bank why we was doing this and they agreed with us. This company seem like they good but they are not. I have to admit I did make a stupid choice. But he insist on calling me telling me that he wants ** me and making weird noises. The kickers is... he calls me from different numbers. One time he called me from 911. I was oblivious when I seen 911 come over my screen.

Our relationships started when I sent the 500$ Western Union and they never sent me one dime for a loan they were supposed to give me, in which I never received. They laughed at me then I called them and told them that I sent the money. It was my last bit of cash and being a single mother with 5 children, I was so sick to have them just take my money. I was robbed. They robbed me and my children.

I still get phone calls from them telling me that they are going to arrest me for the money they sent me. They will never stop and it will never end. I can block phone numbers all day but when they call from numbers like 224, 911, 886, and then the majority of numbers are disconnected when you try to call them back. So me being stupid accepted this miracle lending company that could give me the money I need the same day. Was contacted on the phone by a ** number (for all you Michiganders)... an lady with a heavy Midwestern accent called herself Carol... told me to get the money network pay card of 150 dollars for insurance because I had such bad credit. She told me the money I paid her would be applied to that loan and that I could use it for when I don't have the money to make a payment. I was like "ok" and didn't think nothing about it. Gave her the number and what have you. Then she told me a day later mind you... That because I don't have a wire transfer account the federal bank wasn't letting them deposit money into my account.

She told me after I got a 50 dollar card I will be able to get that transferred. I said ok and got the card. Gave the lady the numbers then she wanted to lie and said that she told me 100 dollars not 50. I called ** immediately with this company and told her ok with the intention on never sending her another cent. These people have got me for my money. Thankfully for this website and a gut feeling I was able to stop this from getting out of hand. I strongly recommend all teenagers like me or people with my same bad credit situation to avoid this company. The company and its promises seem too good to be true because it is. If you need cash go to a payday loan office...write a check. Pay them on time, build up your credit. Please don't be fooled by these lowlifes. As I'm looking through these reviews apparently they have already made off with some serious money. And that's just from the people who have commented.

Some people would say why did you fall for it, and here's my answer. Cashnet USA sent me their loan documents to sign and it looks legit. Now this morning I called the 888 number for the real Cashnet USA and told them I'm not making any payments until I get this resolved and they acted like it was no big deal, but would send me a complaint form to fill out. So I was scammed yesterday. I really learned my lesson. I believed what I was told and went for it. They prey off of people who are really trying to build their credit and change some things in their lives to make it better. So I received an email from cashnetusa. And called them and everything they said was great. I would get 2000 for 190 a month and that is it. Told me that in order for me to do this I would need to go and prove that I am an able bodied person and can make the payments. So I called back when I was told to. And Mr. ** whom had been working with me said that he had someone to verify my funds and to go to Dollar General and once there to call him. SO I did so and ended up getting a Moneygram for 200 dollars. And gave him the number. And he said in 15 mins that my loan would be there and once it is there I would have papers at my doorstep in 3 days to sign the contract agreement.

SO I waited and called back and was transferred to a Mr **. He said he was in accounts. So he then tells me that I have a tax on my name and they will pay half and I will need to pay the other half. And within 15 min the money will all be put into my account. The 200 that I already gave them and the 200 I needed to give them. SO I once again. Got a Moneygram for the money and gave them the numbers. I waited on the line and he comes back and tells me that the Federal Trade Commission says that they can't do it this way, that it all has to be registered in my name to pay the tax. And in order to complete this I would need to get another Moneygram for 200 more dollars.

It was then at that moment I realized what had happened. I told the gentlemen on the phone that I will not pay another cent and that I will be going to the local police department to turn this in. I have all the information and the names of every one that I talked to including the email that was sent. He then stated that he would be glad to cancel the application but it will take 27 business days for the money to get back to me. I told him that I want my money back and I will be reporting them and he stated that they have the application and they will turn my name over to the IRS because I have taxes on my name that are unpaid and the IRS will investigate this and so on and so forth. I then told him that he can do whatever he likes and that I will be going to the authorities and getting this taken care of.

Someone really needs to do something about this company. I have seen and read so many people with the same problem from them. There has to be something that can be done. Being that it is a weekend I have to wait till Monday to change any banking information and I hope that in that time that nothing else happens. I have been working with Cashnet USA for 4 days. First I was told that they are depositing money into my account and that I would have to physically take time off work, go to the bank and withdraw what they deposited, go to MoneyGram - in person, an online transfer would not be authorized - send their money to an unknown source, so I did. I had to run to 3 different stores because the MoneyGram was down. They promised that 15 minutes after I did the transaction, they would deposit $3500.00 into the same account they deposited money into for me to withdraw and send.

I told them that if I did all that work it was imperative that they follow through - my son is scheduled for a medical procedure that I need to pay for upfront due to a high deductible. I did as they asked, took him to the hospital for the procedure and completed his prep, which included many needles and medication. The money was never deposited. The payment never went through and the procedure has now been delayed and he will have to endure all of the prep again.

Please tell me that if I go with this loan I will not be put through all of the above again and it will be a smoother process. I am in dire straits and desperately need to get a loan to get his procedure done, but I cannot take anymore time off work to run to the bank, run to a Western Union/MoneyGram then wait for nothing to happen. I am more than willing to do money transfers from my computer and I spoke to both MoneyGram and Western Union and they said that it is the same process as my going in person or online. Then today they tell me they made another deposit and I have to go through same process again. They made another deposit. Their first deposit was returned and now they took $15 of my money, leaving my account negative! Today the 2nd deposit was returned, taking our direct deposit of $574 to cover it and we are now $100+ in the negative. That was all our rent money.

They're such a ripoff. They tell you one thing and turns out to be something else. Please don't use them. They make promises and don't follow through. They ask you to send them copies of receipts of gift cards. I didn't take the loan in the long run.
