Going thru the loan process was not too hard at all. Like most, I needed some fast cash to make some urgent matters happen and thought a 100-200 USD monthly payment would be of no stress at all with plenty of wiggle room to pay off early after getting past this PRESENT urgent matter. Well that plan has been blown out of the sky. REASON IS that 22 days after receiving the loan/21 days after the deposit of funds into my account, I am REQUIRED to make a $373+ payment near end of DECEMBER, then January $0.00 USD required as far as I can tell.

Other than processing delays, customer service was pleasant to work with. Will know more after the deposit arrives into my account. Vanessa with the loan processing Dept was both knowledgeable and attentive to both my questions and troubles.

The process has been very frustrating. I started the process on Wednesday, I complied with everything David told me to do, which involved getting Google Pay cards every day for different aspects for my loan. Each day I was promised the funds would be available that day and each day they were not, and I had to make more trips to the store to purchase more cards. By Saturday there had been so many transactions on my checking account, it is now disabled and I cannot see what transactions have happened. I do not recommend this company. I have made 6 trips to the store in 5 days to comply and still no funds.

So I was emailed saying I had a payment on December 6. That’s wrong because I had updated my pay dates back in November. So I emailed the collections department to inform them of the mistake on December 3. 3 DAYS before my payment. They kept going back and forth with me telling me I needed to give them my pay dates again. And when I told them what the dates were I was told I need to contact them 2 days before the payment was due. Now I contacted 3 DAYS before the payment was due. I called tonight, December 8 after I emailed the information I was told they needed, and was told they wouldn’t accept what I emailed them. When I called, a manager was not present at the time. So I told them to call me back when the manager came in. Now I did not receive a callback. I had to call them back myself. Terrible experience.

The representative who I work with was very professional and courteous and patient. I would not mind working with this representative again, she made it very easy for me to complete the application on the telephone. I will recommend my friends to CashNetusa.com.

We got a flex loan in July. Everything was fine until last month. They started taking payments out and not crediting it to the account. I contacted them sent bank doc. proof the amounts are paid. They refused them. As soon as they refused then I pulled up all the statements to see we were overcharged and not one payment went toward the loan. We have actually paid in more than we owe without knowing. I reported it to FTC and our state. Our bank even saw what they did and are taking care of it.

I was lent $1,500 without understanding that my monthly payments would be almost one third the balance. I’m retired on a fixed income. My first payment was $391 which hurt but I made it. I ate tuna and ramen noodles. Then the second month my payment is $576. I called and tried to talk them into lower payments. But they didn’t care. I used CashNet many times over a few years with no problem. Then, suddenly, they lost my bank account info and replaced it with another account to fund. The amount came back and I was blamed by the "gentleman" on the phone for their loss of my bank account information they used many, many times to get paid! They kept saying a third party changed it. Did not inspire confidence. Still, needed the car fixed, and sent a photo of voided check. Then, the "genius" on the phone typed the account number in wrong, even after explaining and repeating the number. She was obviously unfamiliar with how checks are laid out and what a routing number was. So the first four of my account number was put as last. I saw this and e-mailed twice. Got an email back saying they just didn't understand.

I am not willing to go into details about everything that has transpired thus far with CashNetUSA but I do have a very important question. Your company recorded all the phone conversations I have had with the employees that lied to and deceived me, refused to answer any of my questions, told me that they do not have employee ID numbers, refused to give me even their first name and told me that she was going to hang up in my face and then did among many other things. I have first politely asked for the unaltered phone transcripts for all 3 or 4 phone conversations I have had with CashNetUSA employees. Was denied access and now am demanding them because they contain all the proof to support the claims I have made about the lies I was told and the horrendous way I have been treated.

In my horror I found out that $1500.00 I borrowed is costing me an arm and a leg. I received it in June and made my payments on time.
