    So far, so good. But it was really confusing dealing with all the online stuff. It also took about two months to get it all put through and that was a pain. The interest rate is fine. It's better than what I had. Saves me a little bit of money. The only thing is they sent no paperwork. Just, “This is your bill. This is when it’s due.” But I'm happy I did it.

    I didn't really have that great of an experience. Whoever the young lady was that I dealt with was hard to get ahold of. I’d call or text her, but she'd never respond. She would take two days to respond. It was to a point where I didn't even want to do it anymore until they actually financed it. But it was such a hassle. I didn't really feel needed or appreciated. I'm supposed to make a payment on the 26th of April. I'm still yet to even get a receipt. I don't know what's going on. I had to call my other car finance company to find out if they even paid it off. They said that they did.

    AUTOPAY's interest rate was way lower than what I currently had. It's a lot better than it was before. Also, the reps were attentive. They got back to me quickly on everything. I texted the rep most of the time through the whole thing and didn't have to talk to him on the phone or deal with anything. Simple and easy. However, they had an issue. I've got dual residency, so the title of the car was in a different state than where we're currently living in. And we don't actually have a utility bill to prove where we lived before. So, it took a little longer than expected to provide proof of residency. Other than that, it would have just been a couple of days. Overall, it was a decent experience.

    AUTOPAY found the best deal for me. I had a fairly good experience. There was a little delay in communication, but that's to be expected. The rep I worked with is a cool dude. One of the big problems was he called me and I tried to call him back, and then he’d called me and I tried to call him back, and I could never get through to him. We were texting, which is a great help. They could improve on the timeframe but other than that, I’m satisfied.

    I got onboard with Autopay and they kept charging $9 a day. When I switched over, I didn't know I had to take care of that bill so they went back up to my 19,000. It was 1,500 but I'm not sure why it went up so quick. But so far, so good. I haven't made any payments yet because my first payment is due April 11th. The reps were very reasonable and answered all the questions that I asked. Autopay is a good company.

    Everything went well. It was smooth from day one. The transition part with the payoff part took a little longer than expected. Other than that, the rep I was working with was very responsive. That personable approach won me over. There were a couple of things that I was able to get with this transition that I wasn't expecting, especially as far as my extended warranty is concerned. And it was something that I was looking for. So, the fact that it happened without me even having to ask for it was amazing. And even my new rate that I'm paying with this refinance was amazing.     AUTOPAY offered something that I was looking for. The only thing that I was a bit concerned about was the length of time that it took to get the final okay from PenFed Credit Union. That took a while. It took close to a week and had me a bit nervous. And I didn't understand why it took so long. I bought cars and refinance before. But it came through. The interest rate was good.     At first was leery of even working with AUTOPAY since I found it on an Instagram ad and other places were unable to help me. But it all worked out. There was another company that is similar to AUTOPAY. They advertise the same thing as what AUTOPAY advertises. And they told me that my loan was still too new, my credit score wasn't high enough and that they wouldn't be able to help me. That is what I expressed to my representative from AUTOPAY, that I didn't want to go through the process just to be told, "Oh, yeah, we can't help you" at the end. And he assured me that that wouldn't happen, and that he already had me preapproved.

    The process was a little slow compared to if I were to go to traditionally refinance at a credit union or bank, where everything is usually done in a day. It was a little over a week, because they had to mail paperwork to sign. They couldn't do it electronically, especially the DMV stuff. The only thing that I didn't like that they could improve on is the communication as far as the payment being sent to the old lender and the timeframes.

    Since AUTOPAY is a third party, I tried calling the credit union who took over my new loan, and they had misinformation as far as the process, because their customer service people weren't used to dealing with it when it's through a third party. Because they said the way they typically do it is the check is mailed to the customer, and the customer sends it to the old lender to pay off the loan. But to my understanding, since it was through AUTOPAY, it was sent directly to my old lender, and it takes a couple of weeks to process. Other than that, everything was good. Aaron, the guy who helped me, kept in communication. We would text a couple of times with questions, and he answered. Because it's easier for me to text because of work.

    Working with the team at Autopay wasn't very efficient. I was asked for certain things and then the next day or so, they asked me for my driver's license. Another day went by and they asked me for something else. It wasn't cohesive enough. They never explained certain things to me about the company that was going to have the loans. In the end, it all worked out but there were a lot of loose ends along the way.

    I applied online and authorized them to do a hard inquire for an auto loan and then got an email from a loan specialist named Heather ** asking me to submit more documents (payroll, driver’s license and other sensitive docs) via email to complete my application. I asked her If I can get to know an estimate of the rates via email and she said she will be able to after sending her the documents requested. I sent her the documents requested and It has been 4 days and I did not get any response. I called AutoPay and they promised she will call me back and nothing happened, I emailed, called and texted her number without a response. I will be filing a complaint against them for privacy breach. I doubt that they are a legit financial lender. They are a SCAM and FRAUD more than anything else.
