I wanted to refinance my auto loan because the dealer where I financed the vehicle, at the last minute raised the interest rate and claimed it was the lowest they could offer, despite a lower rate being advertised on their website. I applied with AutoPay right away. After submitting all of my information and spending an hour on the phone repeating the same answers, giving the VIN, registration info, insurance, loan info, I was told a couple of days later to wait a couple of months until the car loan showed up on my credit report. Two months later I get a letter in the mail telling me this great news that AutoPay is ready to refinance my loan! The letter had my current payment and the new lower payment! Savings of $750+ per year! All in my pocket!! Call right away!

I sent all the documents in the website to apply, I thought it was a high-tech company for it. However, a guy started called me and texting rescheduling the call multiples times so I asked to send the information through email and then I can decide, that’s when the guy started being aggressive and invasive mentioned that we’re dealing with so much money and accusing I am unwilling to take a call since I asked to send the email. I felt he was treated me like he was doing me a favor and I should listened to him instead of he resolving my questions and giving me the information I need to decide.

I recently received a letter in the mail from this company, promising a significant reduction in my loan payment. Intrigued, I decided to apply for the refinance loan and submitted all requested documents. They ran a hard inquiry which impacted my credit score by 4 points. Then they called me to discuss my application. In this discussion, the representative mentioned that, due to my location, I would only get a .5% reduction at most in my loan rate and not the 3% reduction noted in their letter.

Garrett ** was excellent, communicative, and so helpful! He made the whole process easy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family because of the stress-free experience.

Corey **, remember that name when you call, in the financing department, he is an absolute gem! Highly highly highly recommend asking for him! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Applied after CreditKarma featured ad on my app. Approval was quick but after that the 'Bait & Switch' starts! Initial rate offer of 3.5%. Went to 8% with A++ credit! I can get 5% everywhere else. Waste of time. Deceptive, fraudulent advertising by AutoPay and CreditKarma. CreditKarma is owned by Intuit (Quicken TurboTax) and had to pay $124 Million in fines for deceptive ads for the "Free Tax Filing" ads. You think they learned but apparently you can't teach an old dog a new trick. Once a scammer, always a scammer. Disgusting.

Autopay sent me a mail saying they are going to offer me 5.74% rate if I refinance my auto loan with them. I currently have 6.45% auto rate loan. They did hard check on my credit and told me that they will reduce my monthly payment but offered a higher interest rate 7.5% and longer payment term. Fooling customers.

I started this process a month ago and they haven't even finished writing up the contract. I am starting to think I have been scammed and should take my business elsewhere. The communication between Alek ** and me has almost been non-existent and I am beyond frustrated. They say it is only supposed to take a few days. That is a big lie! I am totally fed up with this process.

Our loan agent Sean ** was very respectful and speedy on his work. Just seemed a little long and drawn out and had to be mailed paperwork and send it back a few times. Just seemed a little odd and drawn out in the same age of technology and computers when we could do the edoc sign on a lot of it but then we had to have actual paper copies or whatever signed when we bought our car and every part of the paperwork was done online except for the very final signature when the car was dropped off to us so just seemed a little drawn out and took longer than I feel like should have but other than that it was a good experience and Sean was a very good agent.

I contacted Autopay after receiving a letter in mail. I was connected with Deliah ** - who was very friendly from the beginning. Ms ** was very knowledgeable abs stay connected with me on every step needed to be taken. Even when I had to resign some of the papers she worked it to where it could be accomplished with their notary via long stenography - with a woman name Haley - who was also fantastic. More companies need people like Deliah to work for them. I would recommend Autopay and Deliah to anyone. As a matter of fact I already have gave a coworker their information. AUTOPAY's sales rep was knowledgeable and kept me abreast of what was going on. The sign-up process was easy. I needed to get information about the payoff for the company that linked me with the other company, and the person I was dealing with was not available, but there was someone there that was knowledgeable enough to be able to access the system and give me the information that I needed. They followed up with an email to make sure I didn't need anything else. That was great. I'd tell others to try it at their minimum. I think they'll be pleased with the results.

AUTOPAY had a better preliminary offer. They really got a good process laid out. Everything was awfully smooth. We were able to get most of everything done via text message. At first, I thought, "Well, this is a little sketchy." Then I realized it was extremely convenient.

My chances were excellent with AUTOPAY. They were cheaper pay, and they were genuine and nice. Also, they were on top of things. They answered every question I had. And whenever I didn't have anything, they kept me in the loop. So, it was nice. Some of the documents took time because our restoration was out. Other than that, it wasn't too hard to come by. I would definitely refer others to AUTOPAY.

Refinancing with AUTOPAY was pretty simple. I sent them over the information they needed via email and text, then from there, other people got ahold of me. Everything was done electronically and the process was smooth. But I was a little disappointed with the rate because I was expecting to get something a little lower than what they were able to find for me. Despite that, the guy who helped me was pleasant to work with and very personable. His name was Tyler and he was very attentive. The communication was top-notch, too.

I submitted all the paperwork and Autopay gave me some of the best deals I got. I was struggling. My original car finance option told me one number, but I got ripped off. My car value tripled just because of the interest that I was paying. With Autopay, they found first investors for me and they gave me a lower interest rate and helped me out. They didn't even ask for anything upfront.

Signup was easy and the representative from Autopay was really nice and informative. I didn't have to worry about anything. The agent took care of everything, and if anything changed, he sent me a text saying he would schedule a call. It's a little disappointing on the interest rate, but that's just the market right now in general.

They sent me a piece of mail saying that I could refinance my loan for cheaper than I'm currently at. But when I went to do it, it wasn't as much as the piece of mail said, but that's okay. If I also didn't have to get the stuff notarized, then it would have been a lot easier. But other than that, it was fine. The rep I worked with did well, too.

I had great communication with my sales representative the whole way - email, call, text, whatever worked for me since I'm a truck driver. Any question was taken care of. Once, it was after hours and she was working from home. She said, "I can set up everything then and we can go over your contract and get everything taken care of then," which was awesome.

The reps were nice. A lot of things had to be done through the mail and online, and a couple of those things got tricky because they're out of state. The person that I was dealing with was in Colorado. A couple of times, things weren't going through. But other than that, they were helpful. It was a decent experience and we got it done. The loan lowered our payment by a little over $100 a month. The interest rate's lower. Autopay did the process then Affinity ended up with the loan. They left $1,000 owing to them, so I'm gonna have to see about that.

I submitted an application through the Credit Karma platform, and they paired me up with AUTOPAY. I'm set up with the new provider and all good to go. It was fast and easy and they handled most of it. I got pinged when they needed a signature or more information. And they were very explanatory about what they were asking for, which made me more comfortable providing what they were asking for in that moment and to continue the timely manner of the process.

There were some issues with the process, mostly the paperwork I had to get to them. There was one that wasn't signed correctly. The process took a couple of weeks. But other than that, their attitude throughout the process was great.

I was trying to get my truck out of my uncle's name. So, I had a refinance with AUTOPAY and everything went pretty smoothly. There were a couple of things that I didn't like with the experience and that was all the leg work I had to do to get everything finalized. I had to go drive 40 miles to my uncle's house, get his signature, then both of us had to go get the stuff notarized, had to pay for that, then I had to send it off. Other than that, the experience was decent. But they sold me gap insurance and an extended warranty when I didn't need it because I paid the car down to 19 grand before they refinanced it.

Over qualified borrower, 790 credit, 50k a month income, putting 80% down yet they declined. No legitimate reason given. Made me waste my time and delay my purchase. No real answers and bad customer service. Never again.

When I write reviews I qualify and quantify the content. The initial idea was good, the hoops are way too many. We've decided to pass. The monthly savings don't justify the administrative efforts. Therefore we are not going to continue with this contract.

I thought this process would be excruciatingly painful, long, tedious, and overall just a lot of work. After going through the process with Delilah, I can see that I was very wrong. I only had to do a little bit of taking photos and finding information and she actually did the rest. The most difficult thing I had to do was just print off some pages, sign them, and then ship them and that was a piece of cake. Saved about $200 a month, received a lowered and fixed interest, as well as received better coverage
