Overall, I was satisfied with the experience; however, the one suggestion I would make is regarding the timing of ticket delivery. If you know that you will be going out of town or unavailable, I would greatly appreciate tickets being delivered earlier rather than waiting until the day before. Receiving them sooner would help reduce stress and provide additional peace of mind, especially when trying to plan ahead or make arrangements in advance.

Buying theater tickets from resellers can be more difficult than buying sports seats. When you look at the various sellers of theater tickets, some tell you the actual seat number, but some only tell you what row you're in without telling you where in the row. In many theaters, the row extends all the way to the very side of the theater, including obstructed view seats. You can see many of what appear to be the same tickets on several reseller's websites, but I am very reluctant to buy from a reseller who does not give sufficient detail to assure me that I am not buying an obstructed view or side of the theater seat.

Ordering process was smooth and easy, but delivery was less so. Ordered at 7:30 pm for a 10:00 pm show. App said tickets were pending and would be ready at 8:30 pm. Checked the app at 9:55 pm and still said pending at 8:30 pm. Checked email and saw an email from Vivid Seats stating "Your tickets are ready in the app." Clicked on the link in the email, it took me to the app, still said pending, ready at 8:30 pm. After some poking around, checked the app again at 10:05 pm and tickets were there.

I bought tickets as a birthday gift for my wife, but of course life had other plans and I ended up getting sent out of town for a conference that same week. After being extremely frustrated with chat live chat and no answer at 8555380265, 4 orders placed and cancelled - the last live chat gave me the number 8668488499 and I reached Reje!! Who saved the day. Listened to my problem communicated with verification dept and solved the problem which was an email issue. I can’t thank you enough and my son thanks you too. My experience with Vivid Seats was very helpful and friendly with everything. And I will be using you all for more purchases in future months and years to come. And I will be sharing this with family and friends.

I had an issue accepting a ticket transfer from Vivid Seats to Ticketmaster. The issue seemed to be in the login process to Ticketmaster. The Vivid Seats support agent, Devender, was very helpful and was able to contact the original ticket sender and have them re-send the tickets to an alternate email address. I then created a new Ticketmaster account using the alternate email address I provided and was able to secure my tickets.

I bought tickets from the wrong email and the support line helped me find the tickets immediately. Thank you for having a helpful device in place for 24 hour service. I like that the ticket fees are transparent as well.

Very very poor service. The tickets I bought never showed. I had to call them and then they tried to give me three other tickets that were sold and then they wanted to give me a refund that was already at this game site. This I will never use Vivid Seats again.
