Absolute seamless ordering app. Plenty of filters to make sure you get the kind of seat that you’re looking for, and if that doesn’t quite do it, all you need to do is go back to the filter page and alter one or two things and I promise you you’ll be happy with the results because I certainly was. There are so many ticket sellers out there today that you worry that perhaps the one you’re using may not be reliable, additionally, some of the larger selling companies like the god-awful Ticketmaster, this app shows you the all in price, and at the end of the day, isn’t that we really want no surprises on our credit card statement going what? So the next time there’s a concert that you’re interested in getting tickets for I would certainly say that Vivid Seats is a very good bet.

I mistakenly entered incorrect payment information on the website and received an email the next morning stating that my order was canceled. They were a gift to my wife that she was VERY excited about, so that was not an email I wanted to see. I have never used Vivid Seats, and seeing that the $1400 had still been charged to my card, I was apprehensive about buying more tickets and thought I might have been scammed. I called customer support, who was able to instantly reverse the original charge and take my payment info over the phone in order to verify that the order went through. The lady I spoke with resolved my issue in under 10 minutes and was very kind/patient while I asked several dumb questions. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing experience! I was honestly very nervous after reading some negative reviews, but everything went perfectly from start to finish. We travelled from Switzerland to Madrid for a very special concert, so it was extremely important for us to receive our tickets on time. The tickets were delivered as promised, they were 100% valid, and we had absolutely no issues entering the venue. Customer support was kind, reassuring, and kept me informed throughout the process. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely use Vivid Seats again. If you’re worried because of some of the reviews, my experience was completely positive. The buying process was okay, but I didn’t realize I wouldn’t get my tickets until the day before. They were not delivered by the promised time, so I had to contact Support. The tickets were still not delivered by the new promised time and I had to contact Support again. Jasmine from support was a rock star! She got my tickets delivered to me within an hour and even offered to monitor my account to make sure I got them. She saved the review. I don’t know if I’ll used Vivid Seats in the future, but at least I know their Customer Support goes above and beyond.

I've only had good experiences with Vivid Seats. I like their pricing and I usually buy football tickets from them. Most recently, I bought tickets to the Dallas Cowboys. They do a good job and I'd recommend them.

I had my question answered very quickly. The agent even offered to assist the event parking at the location. Very efficient and helpful.

The Aviators games before this were easy. But the Guns N Roses concert was a frustrating experience. Constant price shifts within a minute that were tough to keep up with. Using rye credit we had was not simple to navigate. The ticket delivery was flawless.

I've spoken with four different people. Including Surender, a senior Customer Care Specialist. And still no response back. I have my email and all. This is in reference to order #**. We bought these 4 tickets in October of last year through you, Vivid (See attachment). And then two of our tickets were not going to be used by our family member. So, I listed them on Vivid to sell. They did NOT sell, and on Friday I didn't "update," the sale. So the tickets were still in my possession. Both on my phone app, AND printed off, and in my hands! (These tickets were for the Caldwell Rodeo, last night, August 22nd.)

I don’t like that I couldn’t pick my exact seats. There were 4 in the row and one set of seats included the end seat which I was hoping the seller would give us since we were the customer who bought their tickets first. I will never buy tickets to a baseball game when it says 2 to 4 seats in this row available. They tell you that they don’t know which seats you get but you will be seated together. Ridiculous!! I’m not happy!!!

I went in to purchase two patio tickets for Bad Bunny and the first order never gave me a confirmation and I refreshed the page and the second time did go through.
