I have not been to a concert in 20 years. I purchased 2 tickets to the James Taylor concert on February 21st, 2014 for the concert that is tomorrow evening August 5, 2014 in Alpharetta, Ga. For 3 days I have been trying to secure my tickets. I have called 3 different #s for help to no avail. I called the Box office and they said to call a special Customer Service which I did and got a recording.
Four tries later, I finally got through and was told I would receive an e-mail to print tickets. After changing my password 2 times and finally getting through to print, there is nothing to print. It has been a great source of stress instead of a pleasure. Today I finally got 2 emails and the 1st email had 1 ticket in it, the second email had 2 tickets with different seats. I was not able to print anything at all. I am so frustrated over the time trouble and complete aggravation that I plan to never use you again.

I went on Ticketmaster to purchase three concert tickets for Drake & Lil Wayne. When I hit the confirmation button after putting in my card information, it informed me that there was a server error. I did not receive an email of any kind so I assumed I didn't get the tickets. I called Ticketmaster to notify them of the problem & the representative told me my debit card would not be charged. I then went on the next day to try my purchase again, & the same error message popped up. I tried again the next day, same thing again. I looked at my Ticketmaster account & it said that I had purchased nine tickets. I also looked at my bank account & I was in the negative $450. I was charged a total of $570 when I had only meant to spend $190 on three tickets. I called to let them know & they told me my money would go back in my account in 3 to 7 business days. When it got close to the 7th business day, I called to find out what was taking so long & the man I spoke to was extremely rude to me, he made it seem like it was my fault this happened & gave me really bad attitude. He also told me to call MasterCard because Ticketmaster didn't have my money.
MasterCard does not have a customer service line, there is no one you can speak to. I called again the same day, & about 4 other times over the course of the week. Each time I was told something different but was told again that my money would be back in my account by Wednesday the 22nd. It never appeared in my account so I called again. The woman I spoke to told me that I would probably not get my money back, that I would have to put the tickets up for sale. She was also extremely rude & argued with me over the phone for a good 45 minutes. Not once did she tell me about a form that can be submitted to appeal the tickets, & a committee votes on whether or not you get your money back. I had to call two more times & argue with three more people & it wasn't until I got my father on the line that they agreed to put it under investigation.
I feel cheated, I was lied to more than twice, & I'm sure that this is theft. Just because of a server error in their internet, I am forced to pay the penalty?? They took $375 from me, & they get to keep it, all because of a problem that they are responsible for. I called to address the problem immediately, so I followed their policy & they still won't give me my money back. I will never buy from them again & I will be sure to inform everyone I know about their lack of customer care & empathy. They are paid to lie & cheat their customers, not to mention argue back with them.

This is the worst company ever. They screwed my sister over very bad. The transaction kept saying it couldn't go through. Then they charged her three times. She never received tickets for any of the transactions and they refused to refund her. They said, "Sorry, ma'am that's our policy". Real ** policy you have... Apparently they strive to ** over their loyal customers.

Last Sat. July 19th, I "tried" to attend a concert I bought tickets through Ticketmaster to see Journey and Steve Miller Band at the White River Amphitheater south of the Seattle area. The venue was in such a miserable, hard-to-access place and managed and staffed so poorly, it took me 5 hours to go the last 12 miles and I along with MANY others, missed the concert entirely. I'm now sitting with tickets for August to Santana at this same venue and have no desire to be put through that kind of irritation again. I called T.M. and explained the circumstances and asked for a refund. They said my only option would be to re-sell them myself. Nobody... the Live Nation venue or Ticketmaster wants to take ANY responsibility here and I now stand to be out another $300 on top of the $300 I lost this weekend.

We bought tickets for my 14 year old niece to see Beyonce's on the Run Tour. We chose our seats carefully because my niece is short and we wanted her to be able to see and enjoy the concert. When we got to concert we're given new seats on the side of the stage where she could not see anything. She did not enjoy the concert. We could have listen to Beyonce's music at home instead of paying almost $600 dollars for nothing. I am not please and very upset. Beyonce is my niece's idol and to go to a concert that we had to drive to from Arkansas to Houston, TX and not get what we paid for is unacceptable.

Sold tickets through Ticketmaster - received email saying I would get my money in 7 days. Waited for the promised email to direct me how to verify my bank account and never got it. When I sent an email to customer service on day 6, they actually THANKED ME for reaching out to THEM and told me how to verify my bank account, then said it would be another 7 days before I got my money. When I questioned why the delay, no one would give me an answer and lied to my husband and to myself trying to make it seem that somehow we did something wrong to slow the process. They also tried to make it seem that our bank was the delay in accepting the money. They send two very small deposits into your bank account and you have to get on their website and GOOD LUCK finding where to enter the deposits in and somehow that verifies your account. We were never able to get to an answer that made sense as to why this was their process.
We were told, even though that at this point I had verified our bank account, that we had elected to receive a check - yet no such option was available and I clearly put our bank account information into their system for reimbursement. Someone else told my husband they never send checks. Someone else told me that we had to be patient. They hold your money using stall techniques as long as they can and only 'give in' if you kick up your heels and call them out. By the time the money was being deposited into our bank account - on day 14 - we received the email saying we needed to verify our bank account and that it would be another 7 days before we got our money. No one knows what they are doing there and their answers depend on what department you speak to - total disconnect between sales and customer service departments. Just one big screwed up mess of a company.
We will never do business with them again though they hide themselves behind other company names such as LiveNation and TicketsNow and God knows how many others. There's no way to tell where their corporate headquarters are located to file in the state they do business, but we wound up reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as a global complaint... Do your research and make sure when purchasing tickets you NEVER go through TICKETMASTER or an affiliate. If there are issues, you will be screwed!!!!

I bought 8 tickets altogether for two different shows. I was automatically charged for the insurance which I neither want nor need. So tried to get through to someone at Ticketmaster for a refund. The email option on the website was not working and it took me two hours to get through to a person on the phone. I kept getting cut off using the number for customer services (0333 321 9999) but got through to someone after waiting on hold for 20mins (0844 499 9999) only to be told that I have to call another number for a refund (0845 641 9727). I will be calling Mondial on Monday as they are not open on weekends and hopefully will receive a refund. A very underhanded way of getting money out of people.

Yesterday, purchased on Ticketmaster two tickets on map which showed 'blue dots.' After purchasing, I realized that the tickets were way, way back @ MGM, so immediately contacted TM to see if I could exchange them for closer tickets. After several e-mails back and forth, I spoke to actual person today and she stated that I could not exchange tickets as I purchased 'resale seats' which were 'red dots' on map. I assured her that I did not purchase 'resale tickets,' but she pretty much said, "Yes you did and there's nothing we can do to help you!" Well, maybe from now on, if I want closer tickets, I might as well buy on 'Stub Hub' or some other website that allows 'scalpers' to post their resale tickets. Obviously it is not that secure on TM either! Signed disappointed in BC Canada. :(

We had purchased tickets for the Chicago Architecture Foundation River Cruise for a Friday evening cruise. My wife was flying into Chicago to meet me, but her flight was canceled. I called Ticketmaster several hours before the scheduled cruise to request an exchange of tickets for another cruise during the same weekend. Mind you the cruises are conducted multiple times per day so it was not like I was asking for money back or to exchange for a completely different event, just a different time. They flatly refused to make an exchange or discuss other options resulting in our being out $75.70 face value of the tickets and Ticketmaster's fees.

On March 4, 2014, I ordered two tickets online for the James Taylor concert at the Jones Beach Theater on Long Island at a cost of $143.50. No immediate email confirmation of the order was provided. The charge came through on the credit card, without the name of the performer, so it seemed legit and I paid the charge. On April 26, I received a confirmation email indicating that Ticketmaster would shortly be sending my Country Megatickets. These tickets are for two shows - Rascal Flatts and Lady Antebellum, neither of which I have any interest in. I did not receive the James Taylor tickets, which I had ordered.
After spending several hours on the phone going through the Ticketmaster hierarchy, both on my own, and on a three-way call with Citibank, which is where my credit card account is, Ticketmaster's agents at any level continue to say that they are sorry, but the request for refund or exchange has been denied. One of the Ticketmaster reps even indicated that if I continued to pursue this claim, that I could be prohibited from ever using Ticketmaster again (as if I would ever want to). Ticketmaster's best suggestion is that I try to resell these tickets.
Citibank tells me that if the merchant's policy is no refunds/no exchanges, that their hands are tied. The Citibank rep even taped the call with Ticketmaster, and understood how ridiculous Ticketmaster's position was, but could not offer a refund. I've been a long-time Citi customer, and I am hoping that with some pressure, I can get Citi to cover this fraudulent charge, but that has not yet been determined. I am livid, and recommend that you stay away from Ticketmaster. I am surprised that I needed to give this review a minimum of one star, because Ticketmaster is worth no stars. They are pure scammers.

I went online to order tickets to the Motown Musical show as a Mother's Day gift for my mom. Found great seats for a matinee. During checkout, I was asked if I would like the Suite Service. At 45 bucks per person (there's four of us), I of course declined. Went to checkout, saw my total, was totally excited. Until I go to print my tickets and realize that the charge for Suite Service was tacked on. Immediately called Ticketmaster, who informed me that my seats come with MANDATORY Suite Service. If it was mandatory, why was I asked if I wanted it? Then came the ubiquitous No refunds, no exchanges, thanks for letting us rip you off with our fraudulent practices.
I was told the Suite Service was in some terms of service document that I had neglected to take 6 hours to peruse before hitting the purchase button. Note that there is a time limit on purchasing these tickets, so basically I have to be a speed reader who knows I'm getting hit with an extra charge and make my decision within 3 minutes. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. Took what should have been a great experience for me and my family and turned it into a financial nightmare. I will contest with my credit card, but really? Seriously? I think it's unbelievable how Ticketmaster can call itself a great way to buy concert tickets. I wanted to go to the 50th Country Music Awards this year... But I see the tickets sold out in 18 seconds. Now I see why when I open up the web site Stub Hub and see that the brokers have thousands of tickets listed for WAY over what the general sales were for. On the ACM web site it clearly states ticket prices: $250 Party Zone (Standing Floor), $250 Reserved (Seated), $150 Reserved (Seated), $95 Reserved (Seated), $60 Reserved (Seated).
You click to buy tickets. It takes you to Ticketmaster where you can't find 1 ticket because it's sold out. The only places you can find tickets are web sites like Stub Hub where they are re-listed by brokers by the thousands at much much more than the cost listed above. Who can afford to pay $3,000 for a seat that would have cost $250 had Ticketmaster not allowed these brokers to buy these tickets in bulk like this? Why do these people even allow Ticketmaster to sell their tickets? I wish they would get a reputable company to handle the tickets and put a limit on the purchases... Give everyone a FAIR and EQUAL chance of getting to do something they may dream of...

On the 3/3/14 I attempted to buy (2) tickets to a Spurs vs. Portland game on the 3/13/14. I went from the Spurs site to the link on top that said buy tickets. It was redirected to Ticketmaster. From there, I clicked on the game and then a pop up seating map. I selected the seats I wanted to purchase, checked that the information was correct and put in the cc information. I got a confirmation right after for a completely wrong date and game. The Utah Jazz game on the 16th. I am positive I did not choose that game. I had not pulled up any other game.
I called immediately to try and cancel or get the right game. After being transferred multiple times, I talk to customer service and explained the situation but they refused to change the tickets or give a refund. I talked to a supervisor and still could not get anywhere with them. I am out $498. I still had to purchase the correct tickets and I called instead using a different company and they had said that the links on the map weren't always correct. Definitely NOT a service oriented company. After navigating their confusing non-intuitive website, I ordered a pair of tickets to a MLB spring training game. Unfortunately after I hit the button I noticed it was for an evening game and I was really after a day time game. Granted, it was my error but I'd thought if I called right away I could at the very least get a credit for the transaction as I had no use for the tickets at that point. After 20 minutes waiting on hold, I was greeted by a young woman with a rather condescending tone. You would think that given their outrageous fees they could hire decent representatives. She proceeded to tell me that Ticketmasters policy is strictly no refund, no replacement and there was nothing they would do. Policies are good to have- my personal policy is to not pay for things I can't use- assuming the vendor has ample time to re-sell which they did. Cost me another 30 minutes with the credit card company but I'm now disputing the charges. I can say definitively that I will never use Ticketmaster again, even if it means staying home.

I bought 2 "Platinum" tickets to take my wife to see One Republic in August. I told my boss about it and coincidentally he had purchased 5 tickets for said concert. We compared seating and talked about going to the concert together. He had seating in front of the stage and our seating was to the left of the stage. He had better seats but I told him I must have something additional that came with my tickets because they are "Platinum." He spent $90.00 per ticket and I spent $165.00. After researching what "Platinum" got me, I am one angry person.
You see it is a scam. Ticketmaster hides in fine print that you are paying "Market Value" for the "Platinum" seats and even though the seat next to you is sold for $90.00, you have to pay $165.00 for the same or worse seating, they do this by preying on unknowledgeable shoppers as I was. They also take away the 72-hour refund policy on "Platinum" seats. I can see why now, when you get ripped off for 75 bucks a ticket, you get angry and want your money back. So they figured out how to rip you off with no recourse.
I called them to verify that the seats are originally valued at $90.00, this was told to me by Aaron, then he gave me a number to call. I called that number and was told the same rehearsed verbiage by Rich. He stated that "no one" working for Ticketmaster has the ability to make a customer happy because of the refund policy. I will boycott Ticketmaster for as long as I live. Scammers so large that they cannot be touched!!!!!

I wanted to purchase tickets online for a show from the venue showing the show. It directed me to Ticketmaster, and I groaned about it based on my previous experiences with Ticketmaster. This time around, it seemed that process with Ticketmaster was better and I was not being charged all the "service and convenience fees" usually applied. After purchasing the tickets at what seemed to be the ticket price + convenience fee posted, The tickets actually had additional fees attached to the tickets that were NOT explained while purchasing. Ticketmaster had the tickets priced at $27.75+fees, but the tickets were ACTUALLY 20.00 dollars plus 4 dollars in fees. So where did the extra $7.75 come from you ask if I was already being charged for 4 dollars in convenience fees?
After the first attempt to contact a refund representative, the first representative pretended that she could not hear me over the phone and hung up. Afterwards, I made several attempts to call back with only a busy signal present. I searched online for additional numbers to attempt to reach Ticketmaster, since Ticketmaster only posted one number on their website that was reachable (800-653-8000 is a horrible number to use). From Gethuman.com, the best number was (888)890-5051. I was able to reach a rep who was, in fact, very friendly and honest. He apologized for my troubles and ACTUALLY followed step by step online the issue I was having. He attempted to refund me the convenience fee I agreed to, but could not refund me the other convenience fees or refund my tickets because he did not have the authority to do so. So he transferred me to the "Fan support reps."
THIS is where I wanted to literally punch someone over the phone in the throat. The "Fan support rep" was rude and belligerent right off the bat. He was briefed from the first rep of my issue and IMMEDIATELY claimed it was totally my fault that I bought the tickets and there was NO WAY to get a refund because I did not read the site thoroughly. I quoted a policy that Ticketmaster has with refunding tickets within 72 hours of purchase, and I wanted a refund after two hours of purchase, which the two hours was spent trying to get a hold of someone. After several attempts politely, I finally resulted in yelling over the phone to get him to shut up long enough for me to say that I understand the Ticketmaster policies, I have attempted to purchase tickets before, and that if I knew of so many fees attached, I would not have bought the tickets in the first place.
I tried to get him to actually look at the venue website and link to Ticketmaster itself, and after several failed attempts to get him to do so, I request six times, to speak to someone else or a superior because he was rude and lazy. After a cussing and yelling match, he informed me that he had the same abilities as a supervisor and would just refund the entire order of tickets. Then he told me that I would be flagged from buying tickets from Ticketmaster because I do not understand the policies of Ticketmaster. Without dropping an "F" bomb, I said fine and that I wanted to contact someone in Ticketmaster to tell them about my experience and that I feel that extra fees should be at least disclosed. He informed me that they are if I open a link at the bottom of the page, (which they wasn't, I checked) and said, no one could help me further with this and it was customers like me that shouldn't use Ticketmaster.

I wanted to buy tickets for the Academy of Country Music Awards in Vegas - when they went on general sale, they were already sold out within a minute. Subsidiaries of Ticketmaster and other ticket agents have seemingly been sold tickets in bulk prior to the general sale as they were all available to buy online straight away at cost of anything upwards of three times the price of the general sale. I think it is very unfair that ticket agents can buy tickets in bulk in advance of the general sale, thus making the public pay extortionate fees for tickets.
I believe the agents should not be able to buy tickets for at least 5 days after they go on general sale, giving the public a fair chance of buying tickets at cost price - or alternatively, if they do buy them at the same time as the public they should not be able to charge such extortionate prices and should have to join the queue like the rest of us and only buy up to a certain number. I am very disappointed in how ticket agents are allowed to operate (legally) and our UK government do not seem to want to address this. It seems the US government are singing the same tune. Bring fairness back to the general public!

I called back with more than a half an hour to spare and was promptly given the run around then kept on hold until one minute AFTER it was too late to make the exchange. Then I was told that all of the managers had gone home so I couldn't speak to anyone else. Needless to say I was furious. The ticket price shown through the theater's site for online purchase was $103 and when the ticket was received the price was $62.50. In addition there was another $28 service fee. So I paid double for my ticket. I will no longer use tTicketmaster - I'll go directly to the box office to purchase future tickets. My experience relates to tickets purchased for a performance at Shea's Buffalo Theater.

I have recently purchased tickets to the Momentour with Fall Out Boy and Paramore in July of 2014. I became a member of Fall Out Boy's fan club to make sure that I got my meet and greet VIP packages and pit tickets. My mother was coming with me and she didn't want meet and greet, so getting GA Pit tickets was the only way to make sure that we would all be together for the concert. After purchasing my fan club membership, I got a presale code telling me that tickets would go on sale the Monday before they went on sale to the general public and I was also given all the details of the VIP Package that would cost $135: 1 P1 GA Pit or Premium Seat, 1 Meet & Greet with Fall Out Boy, 1 Exclusive Fall Out Boy Screen Print, 1 Exclusive Fall Out Boy Pin Pack, 1 Commemorative M&G Laminate.
This same information was given on the TicketMaster site the Monday that I went to buy my tickets. While going to buy my tickets, I selected 3 Fan club Presale Meet and Greet packages and I kept receiving seats even though I wanted pit tickets. I tried a total of five times to get GA Pit tickets, but they weren't given to me. I was also at my computer at 9:55, 5 minutes before they went on sale so I know they didn't sell out. I also tried to just buy 1 GA Pit ticket for my mom at the time and even that was throwing me to seat. I went ahead and bought the three VIP packages with seats in row D of section 102. Not that bad of a section, great seats, but not what I want.
I proceeded in calling Ticketmaster, explaining to them my situation. At first the man tried to tell me that I could only get seats with the package and that if I wanted a pit ticket, I would have to buy it separately. I explained to him that's not what either of the details said on either of the sites I got them from and he kept trying to tell me the same thing. Eventually when I persisted, he asked me the presale code I was using and looked at the details himself. He then realized he was wrong and tried to see if he could purchase the pits tickets himself. He said even he couldn't but he could see that there was still plenty of GA Pit tickets available. He then told me he couldn't do the exchange at the time so he told me to call back Friday at 10:00 a.m. when the tickets went on sale to the general public. He told me he even made a note in the computer. Wednesday, I got an email telling me that my concert date had been rescheduled. This wasn't a big deal considering I wasn't traveling for the concert.
Well, here it is Friday. I woke up at 9:30 and proceeded to call TicketMaster back at 9:45 to make sure that I got through to someone on time so the tickets wouldn't sell out. I explained to the woman on the phone once she answered what the man had told me and she basically told me that I could do no exchange for my VIP packages. I told her that he put a note in the computer but I don't think she even bothered to check it. She was going to be right. I asked her to talk to a supervisor and she said they advised her that I call the VIP package part of Ticketmaster. Why the guy didn't tell me this on Monday makes absolutely no sense. I told her okay and once the tickets went on sale at 10:00, I asked if I could buy just one pit ticket. She tried telling me that there were none available, that it kept spitting her to seats. I told her that's exactly what had happened to me on Monday when I tried to purchase tickets. Once again, I asked to speak to someone else instead of her because my irritation was growing very strong. She said a woman came over to look at her computer and somehow brought up the pit tickets. So I got the pit ticket for my mom, thanked the woman and then decided to call the VIP Package line.
When I get on the phone with the man on the VIP Package line, I begin to tell him my entire back story and when I get to the part where I say that the details to me I could either get 'One GA Pit ticket or a reserved seat' he interrupted me and told me that they were only giving out seats during the time of the Fan club Presale. Excuse me? I pay an extra $40 so I'm a member of the fan club and all I get in the choice of seats? Why wasn't this expressed on the website? Why didn't the details just for the fan club presale save reserved seat? I began to explain to him that that wasn't possible considering the man on the phone told me he could see where people had bought GA Pit tickets. He insisted on telling me that he was correct and that it wouldn't have been possible for me to have bought pit tickets at all on Monday.
He then proceeded to tell me that there was Meet and Greet packages available to the general public that had GA Pit tickets attached to them. HOW IS THAT FAIR? I asked if I could just cancel my order and get a refund and he kept telling me no. Full of anger, I asked to speak to someone higher than him. The head coordinator of the VIP Package part of Ticketmaster got on the phone with me. He started to tell me about all the things that I had gotten wrong when I explained my story to him and I once again asked if I could cancel or get a refund. He said it wasn't possible considering they'd have to reach out to the tour by email and see if I could exchange or get a refund for my tickets. Not only that, but once they replied and gave me a yes or a no, if the answer was yes, I'd have to purchase the new tickets before they would give me a refund for the old ones. I couldn't afford that. He said that could take up to a few days and by then I'm sure that the Meet and Greet tickets all by themselves would've been sold out, especially the ones with the pit tickets attached. I basically told them that they screwed me over and hung up the phone.
At this point, I am in complete tears. Not out of being upset, but out of frustration and anger. I decided I'd call just the regular customer service line for Ticketmaster back. That guy on Monday was all ready to exchange my tickets before he realized they weren't available to him yet. I get on the phone with another guy and I give him all my information. The first thing I ask him is if there were any notes on my order details from the Monday when I had ordered my VIP Packages. He said that he could see where the other guy had made notes. He then told me that he couldn't do the exchange and that I'd need to call the VIP people again. When I told him what they told me, he apologized. But then he told me, "Oh, your event has been rescheduled? In your email it says that you could get your refund if you just call and ask them." I thanked him so many times, finally realizing that I had a way out of this.
I called the VIP Package line back and unfortunately, I could tell that I had gotten the same man I had talked to first. I played it off as if I hadn't called and proceeded to state a little lie and tell him that I would no longer be able to make it to the show and that I needed to cancel my VIP Packages. He tried to tell me that he couldn't do that until I once again told him that it had been rescheduled. At that point, everything clicked with him. He couldn't tell me no anymore, he had to do it because my e-mail stated it. I was put on hold and he came back a few minutes later telling me that he had given me the refund for my VIP Packages but couldn't for the GA Pit ticket I purchased today. I once again lied, saying I bought it for a friend who was still going to the concert. I thanked him and hung up the phone.
I am now waiting for my refund that they said could take up to 7-10 business days. My boyfriend, thankfully, is deciding to buy our two Meet and Greet packages and my sister is buying her own. I will be repaying them once I get my refund into my checking account.
Needless to say, all but one of the customer services representatives I talked to were very polite. They all tried to help me in my issue as best as they could. Heck, the one guy basically told me to lie to get my refund. But as for the VIP Package line, those men were the most condescending people I have ever talked to over the phone. Each man proceeded in telling me how I should have read the details about everything but even those details were the ones that led me to believe that I could just get GA Pit tickets during the presale.
Well played, Ticketmaster, but I found a loop hole. I'll have a hard time buying from them again, but unfortunately, it seems like the only way to get to all the concerts I want without going directly to a box office. Just beware of the details on their site, people. You should call beforehand and make sure that all details shown on the site apply to your venue and date.

Event, tickets, delivery and credit card information were selected/provided and the "submit order" failed on 3 successive attempts to complete the transaction. Strike 1, 2 and 3. Ahh, go to the interactive number 1-866 since I know all of the details about the available tickets and should be able to walk through this easily as I am looking at the same details from my laptop. No go and I am unable to get to a customer service agent of the interactive number. I then call the 1-800-745-3000 number and the customer service rep handle the transaction effectively in a few minutes. The failure of your online ticket purchase system is shocking. I will share this experience with George Mason University as well so that they are aware that their event supporters are not be served effectively by Ticketmaster. 25 minutes and 3 different Ticketmaster formats in order to purchase 4 tickets is not what you expect from a premium service provider.
To add insult, Ticketmaster does not offer a way to contact them with an issue/complaint. I'm sure that they show not dissatisfaction from their customers and service & reliability figures are 100% positive. They hold a monopoly on ticket sales and act like they don't care the customer. Nice.

Ticketmaster tacked on an additional $84 in fees to two tickets for a football game that were already overpriced by double. Within minutes I had them on the phone to cancel the order. The call took 4 agents, three departments, two separate phone numbers, an hour on hold and was never resolved! I have done business with Ticketmaster's competitors and their policies contrast by, "You pay the price you see" policy for the competitors, and and a stomach churning surprise with Ticketmaster.
After explaining the situation over and over, the call ended with a very rude supervisor repeating the Ticketmaster policy "All Sales are Final", "shame on me for not knowing there would be fees". The supervisor repeatedly insulted me and bad mouthed their competitors, suggesting they competitors tickets are fraudulent. I would have saved a lot of money had I known then what I know now. Ticketmaster is one I definitely will avoid! I have no idea how they stay in business.

Went online to purchase 3 tickets for the Jan. 4, 2014 Wild Hockey game. Ticketmaster sent me the price and the seating arrangements, but had no date included. Assuming this was for the date I requested, payment was made. Soon after, I received confirmation for the purchased ticket for Jan. 16, 2014. I immediately contacted Ticketmaster and they stated it was not their fault, but they provided seating for the date I originally wanted. Again, I assumed that there was a correction for the first mistake, but 3 days later, I received confirmation of tickets purchased for Jan. 16.
After numerous contacts, they finally credited my credit card for the total, minus their fee. They will not refund this amount, stating again it was not their fault. I have not had much success with Ticketmaster in the past and problems continue. I am amazed people continue to use this company, although there may not be many other options if you desire to see an event. I for one will not go through Ticketmaster, which means I will not be going to events if they are the only source for tickets.

I called the Ticketmaster 800# and spoke with one of the reps. He informed me that I would have to mail the tickets in order to receive my refund!! How stupid is that!!! In addition, he also informed me that I would have to pay the postage and any processing fees would not be refundable. None of this is stated on their website. I purchased 4 tickets to see Wicked at The Oriental Theater in Chicago on a Tuesday night because the tickets were significantly cheaper compared to the weekend tickets and it worked for our children's school schedules. The tickets were $114.40 each but little did I know the seats I selected can only be purchased with "Suite Service" which is another $40.85 per ticket. The website stated "4 tickets" so I clicked "yes" unaware I was also purchasing "Suite Service" whether I wanted to or not.
When I called Ticketmaster they gave me the old, no refunds and all sales are final and you clicked yes not us, reply. Since one of my children has several food allergies, I would never knowingly purchase "Suite Service" because it is appetizers. Too bad, too sad was Ticketmaster's reply. If your child has allergies you shouldn't use the "Suite Service" and I would have to contact whoever serves the "Site Service" to see if they would accommodate my child's food allergies if I did want to use the "Suite Service" or simply not use the "Suite Service".
The only other solution offered was to change the tickets (for a fee) and use 4 seats that were not together, all singles. Since this is Christmas gift to my children and they are young, this was not an option. This was a big deal for our family to purchase these tickets and a friend had warned me about Ticketmaster so I was very careful and read everything. Never again. When thinking about purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster, don't. Save your money. Purchase tickets from small, local theaters or go to a high school production. However, it turns out that the game is in KY not in New Orleans, LA. Called the customer service, 100% sure, that is your fault. Customer services and the manager says, because it is preseason, so the buyer should know that the home game on the website does not mean it happens on Pelicans home arena, New Orleans. The buyer has the responsibility to read all the agreement on the website. I argued it is because of the first step on the website says this is a home game. That is why I just follow all the instructions and clicking next steps. But they are saying that this is not a misleading information but it is a misunderstanding of the buyer.
After they ignored their mistake and denied everything, they insisted it is my fault totally. So, yes, it is my fault. I should not use this website at all. Please be very careful. You need to read all the agreement carefully. Do not misunderstand any words, if you want to use this website. Do not use the email, because there is no email replies, and calling the customer service, Oh, yeah, almost forget, do prepare some emergency medicines in case a heart attack. I created an account on this website just to post this about Ticketmaster. Yes, they are that awful. My husband and I tried to purchase tickets to the Dave Matthews Band concert in Charlotte, NC. Ticketmaster turned off the interactive seat map. Then we thought we would buy a Premier Parking Pass to bypass a lot of the concert traffic because we live over an hour away from the venue and the Ticketmaster website that has always let my husband and I print off our tickets in the past, all of the sudden didn't offer that choice. Instead they wanted to charge us another $3.00 and go pick it up at a Ticketmaster location or the will call window, which unless you're David Copperfield, you wouldn't be able to get to the will call window prior to parking your car so there is no way to get the parking pass.
I called Ticketmaster and the girl I spoke with said she didn't know why they only gave the option to pay and pick up the pass. I told her we had just been to the Lynyrd Skynyrd/Bad Company concert the week before and we were able to print off the parking pass and tickets. She was very nice but she still couldn't answer me. She searched our zip code and found out we could go the electronics section of Walmart which is about 40 minutes from where we live to pick up the tickets. Instead of purchasing the Premier Parking Pass, we will be going to the concert, opting not to give Ticketmaster our money for the Premier Parking Pass nor go pick it up across town, and will instead be leaving the concert early all for the principle of it. We refuse to give money to Ticketmaster for this especially when their employees can offer no explanation for it. I hope they find a way to fix this.

On June 30, 2013, I purchased tickets on the web for a Colorado concert. I started at Ticketmaster.com with the venue clearly presented. After selecting some options at Ticketmaster.com, I was automatically sent to Livenation.com to continue the process. The ticket purchase forms at Livenation.com include an option for $7.00 per ticket insurance. Unlike most such options where a box is either checked or not by the buyer, this option has two separate boxes, yes, and no. Neither is checked by default. I checked "No". After submitting my purchase form, it was rejected. There was no explanation of why, and no way back.
One has to use the navigate back option on one's browser and then refresh the page. I did so. Back on the ticket purchase page, one has to re-select the credit card. I did so and it still came back with something wrong with my order and said to go back. So I went back and resubmitted. Upon resubmittal, the form went through, and the purchase was approved. There was an option to print a receipt. I did so. I then went to my email to look for the online tickets. They were not there and it said they'd appear in 48 hours. But so was an emailed receipt for the insurance coverage at $14.00 for two tickets. I had not selected the coverage, neither the first time through, nor the second time, nor the third time.
Upon reviewing the site, I found they have a slick arrangement. If you have to move back in the browser to correct any problems with the purchase, it resets the insurance option back to neither box being checked. You may not notice this, since it is below the main part of the form. Again, neither box is checked, yet if you submit with that configuration, it doesn't reject the submittal, it processes it as if you selected the insurance. And on the final receipt that you can print, the insurance is not listed among the items purchased. Although neither the "yes" nor the "no" boxes are checked upon browsing back to the form, the entire line that the "yes" box is on is slightly darker than the line the "no" box is on. The "No" option is presented below the "Yes" option, allowing this.
This is no doubt what they will claim as their communication to the buyer that the "Yes" is defaulted. Yet any reasonable person would agree that the box not being checked takes precedence over that line being slightly darker. Further, the instructions above those boxes state, "By clicking yes, you authorize Live Nation to send your name, address, and credit card information to Allianz Global Assistance, who will charge your card on the terms described above." What they don't say is that they will also send it if you don't check either box. Is that legal? No, of course not.
Upon reviewing the printed receipt, the fraudulent insurance purchase is not listed as one of the items purchased, but they do thank you for the purchase, late in the fine print that follows. This, no doubt, is what they will claim as the communication to the buyer on that form that the insurance was added. On the Live Nation form, the insurance is listed as being provided by "Allianz Global Assistance" who then lists underwriters "BCS Insurance Company or Jefferson Insurance Company". I have repeated this complaint to the Colorado Attorney General.

- Specially designed concert t-shirt.
- Limited edition tour lithograph.
- VIP commemorative ticket.
- Exclusive LL Cool J gift item.
- Early entrance into the venue.
- Crowd-free merchandise shopping.
- On-site VIP host.
I contacted Ticketmaster (their supposed parent company) to ask about the above items and they told me I paid for SEATS only. I informed the representative that I usually screenshot my purchases online as I complete the process and I have all the advertisement from the date of purchase. No way did I pay $225.00 a piece for tickets just to sit at a concert. I paid for the concert AND the VIP package as it was advertised.
When I looked online today, the day before the concert, the same VIP package I paid $225.00 for is now listed at $175.00 and the VIP package level above the package I paid for is $275.00. The rep then tried to explain to me that their VIP tickets are sold through VIP Nation, not Live Nation. I said, "Well you originally told me I was speaking with Ticketmaster, and Ticketmaster and Live Nation are the same." He then said, "Ticketmaster owns Live Nation and Live Nation owns VIP Nation."

I have the screenshots of my purchase time and day stamped at the time I made the purchase (some of which I sent to them) and they still refuse to honor the package. It makes no sense that I would pay $225.00 for concert tickets (seats only) when I was fully aware of of VIP packages. As well, I am in row 2 at $225.00 a seat. When we arrived there from San Lorenzo, CA, the place was dark and there were some 50 people there until one said that he checked on the Ticketmaster website and the performance was cancelled. Today, May 4, 2013 around 1:30pm, I called 1-866-788-2482 and spoke to a female named Erin from Rochester, NY who verified that I did pay and that the information was correct. She said that she has to transfer me to the resolution department which does not have an address, telephone number or e-mail address. She promised that if I am disconnected, somebody will call me back. We verified that she has the correct telephone number, and she said that she will stay on the line until somebody picked up the line. After that, I was transferred to a line that had a repetitive guitar tune. There was no one else on the line for about 20 minutes, after which I hung up. Due to this experience, I would be surprised if I get my money back.

Last night, I was using TicketMaster online system to purchase two tickets for the upcoming Les Miserable Event in Calgary and at the very end of the online purchase process, their system had an error. I received no indication that, in fact, my order had gone through and so, given that I wanted tickets to this event, I proceeded through the process again. Now, I have four tickets instead of two. This morning, I called TicketMaster in order to cancel the second order. Even though it was TicketMaster's error, they will not cancel my second order and now I am stuck with two more tickets than I need.

How is the consumer at fault for purchasing tickets then Ticketmaster agrees to release better tickets when the event is supposedly sold out!? They state other consumers overbook or use fake credit cards. Why do the good people get affected by this? All I asked for was an exchange available for the same pricing and they refused my request. They stated I would have to spend $3,000 more if I wanted an exchange! Where is the justification in that to spend $3,000 more to upgrade, when if I cancel my tickets, repurchase the new section works out to be cheaper!? The supervisor had no solutions and was not willing or able to help me at all. I will never go through Ticketmaster again.

I purchased 4 Dave Matthews Band tickets for June 29 Camden show through Citibank pre-sale on March 18, but wanted to get better seats so attempted to and successfully purchased 4 additional tickets (better seats) through general sale on March 22. On March 29, I received an email that 4 new ticket purchase was cancelled based on Ticketmaster ticket policy, without my knowledge. I read that policy before the purchase and numerous times after the cancellation. It was not clear at all that tickets bought on separate dates would not be allowed. In addition, I called them and contact indicated that this has happened a lot with other customers, which to me means that the policy is not clear to other customers.
I would have returned the original tickets if I could have, but the Ticketmaster policy doesn't allow refunds. So then what is my recourse? This is ridiculous. I'm not one to place blame on others for no reason. But when something such as this happens when I am attempting to do something legally and without any effort to ticket scalp (I would have provided them to friends for no profit) or would have returned them so I am completely dissatisfied with the company's response. I received a generic stock email response that basically said, "Sorry, but that's the policy" with no additional response. Is there something that I can do about this?

In December 2012 I purchased tickets on the phone for Justin Bieber. They went on sale at 10:00 and at 10:01, with a live rep, I purchased 4 seats right next to the stage. I completed the transaction and had the section, row and seat numbers along with my order confirmation number. The tickets weren't going to be released for another 2 weeks. But the following week, while I was purchasing additional tickets for Taylor Swift, I asked to check on my Bieber order. I was shocked to find out that I now had seats in the nose bleed. After days of calling managers, they said that apparently my tickets were sold to someone else at the same time. They will not do anything to set it right.
They are becoming such a scam, I wouldn't doubt if the tickets were sold to third parties to then turn around and sell for 20x the costs. This is out of control and someone needs to stop it! My daughter is so heartbroken. I am not letting this go easily. It is just not fair all the way around. I have all the documentation if needed. Please let me know if there is any recourse. The minute the tickets go on sale, there is only single seat left? Yet go on a third party site even before the general public can get tickets and they are buying up your seats. So frustrating for the average person. We can't afford to pay $300 plus for one ticket.

I went to purchase a concert ticket. I called ahead to find out exactly how much the tickets were. When I later arrived at the location, I had $70 cash, I and planned on putting the extra $6 something on my card. At every grocery store, gas station, retail store, etc., this has never been a problem. If you do not have the whole amount in cash, they put the rest on a card at your request with no extra charge. So, besides paying Ticketmaster’s $15 service charge, the tickets originally were $61 each. I now could not escape another charge by putting it on a card because I did not have the full amount in cash.
The manager on duty at Ticketmaster (at Tyrone Square Mall in St. Petersburg, FL) gave me the wrong number to call to complain about their policy. I guess managers need some more training, as I made myself pretty clear that I was calling to file a complaint and request this extra fee to be refunded. A person at the number I called then gave me the correct number. They absolutely could not refund the extra charge.
Why does every other place of business have the ability for you to pay cash and credit for the same transaction to accommodate the customer, while Ticketmaster with their service charges on top of service charges to use a card if you do not have the full amount in cash does not? It was explained to me why. It was because they are not a direct Ticketmaster but a subcontractor of them basically. I don't care why. I am sure I have dealt with many a subcontractor that does not charge extra for using a card.
My advice is to make sure you have cash, and do not expect them to view the customer as always right when you call to complain. I am sure the $2-3 refunded to me would not hurt their profit after I had already paid the $15 extra service charge. Is Live Nation unrelated to Ticketmaster? Because I will do everything I can to not use Ticketmaster again. I thought I would have to create a page or go on Facebook to complain about this place, but I see there are many pages to complain on.

My friend then purchased these tickets on our behalf.
As we are traveling from the UK for the tour (also as part of a holiday), we needed to make sure we had all of the details regarding the VIP package, e.g. time of arrival, where to go upon arrival, etc. so my friend emailed Ticketmaster again for details. The reply stated that our tickets were just standard adult tickets and not VIP tickets (although the highest priced ticket for the standard tickets were $75 - quite a difference from $200). After many more emails, we have discovered we definitely do not have what we thought we had paid for. This is very upsetting and disappointing as we feel this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for two big gymnastics fans who were very much looking forwarding to meeting some of our favorite athletes.
We then contacted Ticketmaster again to discuss a refund as we don't see it fair to be paying $125 more for a standard ticket (although we still have front row seats - something that was only available to VIP ticket holders so you can see our confusion and frustration). Ticketmaster replied saying they cannot refund us for a lower priced ticket - it has to be an equal or higher amount.

I reviewed the website and saw a few things: They will only refund within 72 hours of the purchase and they will do everything they can to help. So with this information, I called Ticketmaster customer service where I was told that there is nothing they can do. It is up to the promoter of the event, Live Nation. They offered to send an email to management on my behalf and will contact me with the response. No phone call back. Nothing. Unsatisfied with the response and the level of customer service, I approached Live Nation and was told that Live Nation has nothing to do with it and that it is a Ticketmaster decision. Basically a waste of my time. I'm so fed up with Ticketmaster, their customer service and their refund policy I could almost scream. Never in my life have I dealt with such a money-hungry organization whose customer service motto, "Don't worry, we will help you any way we can," is a complete and utter lie. Surely, they should have a refund policy whereby you can get a refund up to a month before a concert. And if they insist on sticking with their ridiculous 72 hour policy, don't sell the tickets until a month before the actual concert!

I called Ticketmaster directly and was told that this was an online sale only and I told them what had happened.
The gentleman who answered the phone said that he was aware that the tickets had gone on sale 5 and 1/2 minutes late but that there was nothing he could do about it and not even once apologized. He transferred me to his "supervisor" who claimed she had no knowledge of the tickets going on sale late. I told her that was funny since her "staff" came right out and told me that himself. She was dumbfounded and tripping over her words.
At that point, all she could say was that the event was sold out and that she couldn't do anything about it. I told her that, at this point, it wasn't about the tickets; it was about the customer service that I was receiving since I loyally purchase tickets through them at least 12-15 times a year. I asked if there was someone in the online area that could speak with me because I wanted to make sure that this didn't happen in the future. Her response was that they have an IT department but I am not allowed to talk to them!
At this point, I was about to explode and asked for her supervisor. She asked for my contact information and that she would have someone call me back. But either way, I wasn't getting the tickets! I don't know what else to do except to file complaints on websites such as this. No one seems to care though that this type of stuff goes on. Meanwhile, I have a very disappointed little girl (along with a bunch of her friends who couldn't get tickets), but I definitely won't be lining any of these jerks' pockets by purchasing tickets through ticketing broker websites! Ticketmaster is a scam company. I was logged in to My Ticketmaster and waited on the sales page for Justin Bieber tickets an hour before they went on sale at 10:00 am EST on June 2, 2012. At 9:55, I started refreshing until the options popped up to buy tickets at 10:00 on the dot. My search took a matter of 5 seconds and immediately kept getting the “no tickets available” message. All I could think was, "How can there be no tickets when they have only been on sale for 5 seconds?!" So, I did search after search, even calling Ticketmaster, and never once did I get a single pair of tickets. I call ** on Ticketmaster and their whole integrity as a company. We as consumers are not stupid. How is it that all the scalpers suddenly have thousands of tickets for sale but we fans couldn’t get any?! Ticketmaster should be investigated. You can't tell me there were no tickets and then to see them on other ticket sites for 3 and 4 times the value. I was on my computer 10 minutes before the tickets went on sale. All this was done on purpose. At this point, there were more confused customers looking for Ticketmaster pick-up window. There was an overhead announcement about picking up - Ticketmaster will call tickets at “the back of the stadium." Again, how do we get to “the back of the stadium" also began even more of a misery. I asked two uniform stadium workers who also did not know where Ticketmaster was located or how to refer me back at the back of the stadium. Eventually, a third worker was able to provide me with direction to the back.
Upon arrival, there was a long line of people waiting for tickets. The game had already started and more people were watching on a tiny screen posted by the pick-up window. By the time I received my tickets and ran all the way back to section 226, row 5, seats 17 and 18, the game was already 30 minutes in with Brazil ahead. This was a very frustrating experience that the show has never happened at such event. My past experience with Ticketmaster at similar sporting events was very orderly and hassle-free. However, this one was very disorderly and frustrating. Therefore, I am seeking reimbursement or other form of compensation from Ticketmaster. Total amount was $196.75.

If you really want to be embarrassed, just buy tickets from Ticketmaster, the biggest, most arrogant evil in the entertainment mega-industry. I bought tickets to see Garrison Keillor at the Fox Theater in Atlanta months in advance. I had trouble downloading the tickets to print. I called Ticketmaster and to make sure everything was safe (for me, that is, because Ticketmaster sure as hell doesn't give a damn, Scarlett), I backed them up as a PDF file. After a lengthy and frustrating time with the usual over-worked, under-concerned rep, the tickets were printed. They sat on the calendar for months. Not a word. All is well. I arrived at the Fox for the show. I lined up with the rest of the sheep, got to the door, and tickets were scanned. "You can't enter. The ticket scan says these tickets are to be refunded." I go all the way back to the ticket booth. The guy takes the printed tickets and disappears for a long time. He’s back with a poorly handwritten piece of crap to get in. I never saw our tickets again.
"Ticketmaster said that the tickets had been printed twice, so they stopped you using them. You can go in now." Frustration, anger, and embarrassment. Not over yet! I take the piece of crap hand-written ticket in. The usher glances and sends us in. The second usher listens in the roar of the crowd, glances at the hand-written POC and seats us. There we are about where row T should be, twenty or so rows back. "Sir, please come with me!" New Gestapo dressed uber-usher demands that we follow. "You're in row C not T." I was re-seated and seething. By the way, never trust the Fox about row C or row T. Row C was behind quite a few rows crammed in with temporary seating in front of it, so row C was a literal bait-and-switch as far as row C being a third row seat. It was the third row behind the added rows in front of row A! So was row T. Never use Ticketmaster. Skip the show. Why bother? They don't care! They'd sell tickets for their own burning if they thought they could give the customer less than nothing for a fee. Piece of crap all around.

They tried the password and had the same message. So I decided to wait until 10 am on Friday as that is when most pre-sales start (day before general public).
I logged on and had the same message. I called CS again, same story, so I asked to speak to a supervisor. Ticketmaster clearly printed that there was an 8 ticket per household and 4 ticket per presale code on their website for the Madonna tickets. I purchased 3 tickets on my code. Then I purchased an additional 3 tickets on my friends' presale code. I put it all on my card so there'd only be one person to collect money and had they all sent to me for convenience. I did re-read the restrictions and since I was within my limits, I purchased the tickets. I was issued a receipt for the said 6 tickets and was even fortunate enough to get them all together in the same row.
However, 3 weeks later, the tickets came in the mail. Well, actually 4 tickets came in the mail. I called the 800 number fully expecting them to say it was their mistake and they'd just forgotten to print the other 2. So, to my surprise, they informed me I couldn't read. I said, "Excuse me?" The girl repeated herself that I couldn't read. I found this ironic since I'm a reading teacher. I then in a very, very calm manner asked her to read it to me since I couldn't read. She read that the purchaser was limited to 4 tickets per code. I purchased 6 she said. I told her I only purchased 3 per code. She said but they all went to the same address. I said that the “fine print” didn't say same address, it said same code, to which I was told I was wrong. I was trying to “cheat the system” and buy more than my legal amount of tickets.
She then told me I wasn't smart. If I were smart, I'd have had the other tickets on a different card and sent to a different address. I would have of course had I thought that was necessary. I repeated that the legal per household states 8 and I purchased 6. 6 is less than 8. Then I said I'd like to speak to her supervisor. She huffed about it and refused. I said again that I wanted to speak to her supervisor because she clearly did not understand my problem. She said she would and then she disconnected me.
I called back and repeated my situation in a no nonsense stern but polite voice. The girl told me that I was wrong and it was 4 per code. I said I had two codes: mine and a friend's code. She told me too bad and would not even listen to me, so I asked to speak to her supervisor and she said, "Ok but you won't get anywhere with her either. It's our policy to prevent ‘people like you’ from cheating the system. I wish I could hang up on you, too, because you obviously are not listening to reason." Well, 1, I wasn't listening to her anti-reasoning and 2, I was not cheating any system. It would have been cheating it if I'd have used multiple addresses to purchase them all for myself.
Sure enough, the supervisor was cranky before I even told her my story. She proceeded to repeat over and over, "I'm sorry ma’am. This is policy." She wouldn't listen to me at all and only repeated that 10 times in a row. It was like having a discussion with a 2 year old. I've never in my life been treated that rudely by someone in customer service. I've since called back and one representative said she was sorry about my inconvenience and she'd get in trouble for saying so but she thinks that the customers are right in this case but the “powers that be” won't allow her to admit it. She said they get calls about this all day long. I think there should be some sort of class action lawsuit over this.

I would also get a follow-up call within 72 hours for update. No call ever came. I called shortly after, went through same process with another customer service rep, who, again, promised a follow-up call within 72 hours, but still, no call.
After checking my bank statement, I see that I got a refund, but it was less a processing fee of $137. I called Ticketmaster to complain, but I was told that, too bad, it was policy. This is not policy, it is fraud! CEO Nathan Hubbard should be ashamed of this customer service experience.

I am a long time customer of Ticketmaster. I hold 3 tickets to Radiohead, Kansas City for March 11. I was going with two friends, but am now unable to attend. Ticketmaster's policy is to scan the credit card at the event, and they will not issue a refund or allow transfer of the ticket. I understand that this was clearly written in their fine print, however, it is not a policy that the purchaser clearly understands nor is it something that anyone would object to, if that is their only option to buy the tickets in the first place. My friends have no option to attend the event because I will not be present. It is entirely unfair. I ask that I be able to place another name on the account so that they may be able to enjoy the concert. Failing that, I would like a refund. Otherwise, three tickets will go unused. What is the sense in that?

We bought tickets for Celtic Woman for our daughter's 16th birthday. She has loved them for at least a year. We went to the venue which was a ballroom but happened to be at a casino. On the Ticketmaster site there is no obvious age limit. We went to the concert and were not even allowed in the door. I was not aware that any concerts were for 21 and over, especially Celtic Woman! My daughter was crushed as we had stayed the weekend in WA for the sole purpose of attending this concert. I called ticketmaster and their employee looked at the site and said she couldn't see it either until I told her to look long and close. That should not be necessary to save us grief and loss of money. Ticktmaster refused to give us our money back.

We bought two tickets to the Radiohead show in Tampa. We signed onto Ticketmaster a minute after tickets went on sale and was able to get general admission tickets, standing only, near the stage. Well, after we got our receipt, it said our seats were up on the third level in the back. When we called Ticketmaster they claimed they could do nothing to help us as their computer said we bought what we bought—even though we certainly didn't. I'm telling everyone I can and will never use Ticketmaster again.

I bought $1,000 worth of tickets for my family to go to Rockstar Uproar Concert to hear and support our band Seether. The only part that went right with this even for us was the autographs where Seether was the most gracious band out there. The beginning of the downward spiral was with six VIP reserved box seats and four VIP "A" parking plaques. You would think we'd be on the moon. After my wife went back for her much needed medication to enjoy the main concert of her life, we drive up to Gate C. First, there was no room for us to park in the VIP "A" parking lot.
So as an USAF Disabled Veteran, I pulled out my handicap plaque, but guess what, no handicap parking available. Oh, and all that stuff we were promised for the pre-pay VIP ticket holders, official VIP laminates, limited edition uproar Zippo lighters, limited addition posters, guitar clips, etc., we got none of that either, on top of the fact that we didn't get to see Seether play since there’s no parking for these expensive tickets and my family didn't feel right about leaving me behind in the SUV. So the six VIP reserved box seat tickets weren't used, we sat in the car after driving away from the gate guard and strained to listen to the band that I credit for saving my wife's life that she has listened to faithfully since 1999 exclusively to all other bands in the car before going back to the hotel.
I have to say after looking forward to this since Seether signed onto the Uproar Tour, I have never been so utterly disappointed with utter disgust than I have had on this day. Comcast couldn't have prepared me for seeing the woman I love hurt in that way. My wife stood at the front of that autograph line talking to a Best Buy instrument equipment guy to death until her "Shaun Morgan" walked in and then pushed me to go first so she could take the forbidden picture. She planned it so that when it was her turn I could be back far enough so that I could take the same forbidden picture of her without them taking away our camera.
This was her first real outing since being hospitalized for all those months without the TPN, PPIC Line and bile drain sticking out her body. Since her hair grew back and she was able to walk again, gaining that much needed weight that she worked for, and attributes it partially to Shaun and Seether. So we splurged on the Seether shirts and CDs but what the **, she deserved it. Seether deserved to see her, their number one fan, even if they didn't even know it. I'm still so angry that she has been crying for four days now. Yes, this 47-year-old grandmother of six has been to three concerts in her whole life and they crushed her like a bug. I hope they got their money's worth.
Was it too much to ask that they do their job? Is it too much to ask that they give one of those completely devoted vans what's due them? She didn't try and get something for nothing. She paid the price, did what was asked and was stiffed just the same. The excuses that we've endured over the past three months is laughable at best and just plain selfish.
Can someone dig deep not their heart and do the right thing? It's not about the money, although they certainly don't deserve it, but the special things that we’re promised should be given to her. Or are they sleeping at night? It should be fitful like hers. Do the right thing and send what was promised. If not, tell me who I need to talk to.

I was interested in purchasing tickets for the CMA Music Festival 2012. First attempt was online on 11/30/2011, where the delivery method of the tickets was confusing. The stated delivery of tickets was "will call," only further indicating pick up on the day of the event with the original credit card and photo ID must be shown. I wasn't buying the tickets for me; they were for my daughter for Christmas and I was not comfortable with sending my daughter out of state for a week with my credit card and driver’s license. I cancelled the transaction and called the 800-475-3000 phone number to speak to an agent. I reached someone (do not remember her name but did manage to get her employee ID number which was **).
I explained my concerns with the delivery method and asked if I was doing something wrong on the website, etc. I was very clear that this delivery arrangement was unacceptable. The agent explained that there are a lot of scalpers with fake tickets, which is why the venue may require "will call" delivery. Then he went on to tell me there would be no problem with delivery through her. So we looked for the same seats, name, address, credit card info, etc. and again she gets to the delivery method and the same thing happens. She suggested I purchase the tickets and then call the venue to see what they could do for me. I told her no, cancel the transaction I do not want to purchase tickets and then call the venue. That makes no sense. I will call the venue first to see how to get tickets without "will call" delivery first. The agent replied, “OK, I've cancelled the transaction and provided me with the direct number to the venue.”
I called the venue and spoke to a very nice young lady named Elaina who was able to resolve my delivery concerns and processed my ticket order. I checked my bank account on 11/30 later that day after speaking with Elaina only to find that the girl at Ticketmaster processed my order without my knowledge. At this point, my charges from Ticketmaster were "pending" in the amount of $411.95. On 12/1/2011, I called the bank and advised them of the erroneous transaction and was told the charges were only pending at that time so I should call back Ticketmaster and ask them to "manually release the funds".
I did as my bank advised and spoke to Justin (employee ID **) at Ticketmaster. Justin provided me with the order number for the transaction and was able to cancel and/or refund the transaction. Then he explained to me that it would take 3-5 business days for the charges to be reversed. I stressed this was not right. Someone could call the bank or fax a form over the bank to release the funds. Justin indicated I could call back the next day to get the information as it wasn't available at the time.
So here we are, 12/2/2011, and the charges are still not reversed. I called Ticketmaster again today only to be told it takes 3-5 business days for the funds to be released. However, another agent Chris with Ticketmaster faxed a form over to my bank to speed up the process.
Although my immediate issue is in the process of being resolved, I feel the originator of this problem (employee ID **) should be held accountable for the mess. This agent processed a transaction without authorization from the card holder. What would have happened if I did not have the extra $400 in my account? Most people only balance their bank accounts monthly. I happen to do mine about once a week so it was caught very quickly. As the customer, I am very dissatisfied with the service I received from Ticketmaster. Other patrons should be warned of such deceptive practices be it with only this one agent or wide spread remains to be seen.
I made an attempt to contact the executive offices to register a formal complaint against this agent. Ticketmaster does not appear to have a corporate phone number to which a person could reach someone with a pulse. The number provided only refers the caller back to the other phone numbers existing for customer service. This is a ridiculous way to do business. Customers/consumers should have a way to contact executive offices or corporate offices for resolution of issues.
I have no faith in Ticketmaster now and do not plan to ever purchase tickets through this service again in fear the next agent may do the same thing.

I purchased my tickets nearly a week prior to the event with a telephone agent. He upsold the option to print my tickets at home (I gladly paid for this, also). I was emailed seats in section 316 several times. At this venue, section 316 does not even exist!
I called 7 or 8 times, beginning at 9:00 AM on the day of the event and requested a supervisor the last four times. 3 out of 4 times, my request was denied. At this point, we are already late, as I live 2 hours away.
I suggested that they just replace my tickets for the next night. No one could do that and I was so professionally told that I should make it a point to get to the venue ASAP (with the wrong tickets, keep in mind). The final time, I ended up speaking with a supervisor (R795) out of Pharr, TX, the tune changed because now it was after 7:30 PM and the event had started.
He told me that if a supervisor came to the line each time they were requested, there would not be a supervisor available for someone who really needed one. I was advised to pick up tickets at will-call. I have a 5-year-old hearing the show but crying because she could not see the show she had been waiting for 2 weeks.
I again suggested Ticketmaster replace my tickets for the next night, as we were being penalized for their error and even offered to scan and email the invalid tickets to him. He declined that option as well. Mr. R795 then tells me, "You have already paid for the tickets, the show has started, we have apologized for our error and there is nothing we can do about it at this point." I asked how that seemed like a resolution for me who had been inconvenienced because of Ticketmaster and I was still sitting outside of the show for 45 minutes going back and forth about company policy with a sobbing 5-year-old.
I was told that I needed to calm down and if I could not do so the line would be disconnected. I asked at what point was I not being calm, when I have been on the phone with Ticketmaster for 10 hours that day, given the run around until the show started and was then told it was too late to do anything because the show has started.
The bottom line is this: I paid to print my tickets. Ticketmaster sent invalid tickets and then told me there was nothing I could do about it but enjoy the last few minutes of the show. Disney should sell their own tickets, as I know that they would not support this type of treatment by their agents and definitely not members of management. Oh, how could I forget, when we finally made it in, our seats had been sold to someone else.

I was able to select 2 tickets immediately at noon and began the checkout process. As I entered the purchase info, I was prompted that I already had an account under that email address and I would need to log in. I logged in and continued the purchase. When I entered the credit card info (using one in my son's name since it was "will call" and would require him to show the card), I received a prompt that said the credit card info did not match my account and I would have to reset the password and put the credit card info in the profile.
Now, I had to lose the tickets I had been allocated because my time was up. I reset the profile info and went back and fortunately was able to select 2 more tickets. Now, presumably there would be no problems with the checkout… Wrong!
I got to the final click after entering all info and payment method etc., then I clicked to purchase and got an error message that stated there was an error that occurred while processing and I would have to check my account to see if the purchase went through… What?! Are you kidding me?
I went to my account and, of course, there were no purchases showing. Frustrated beyond belief at this point but still hopeful, I went back to start the process... Sold out!
Now all of this took place in a matter of 10 minutes. I called the ticket agent, waited 5 minutes on hold. They also checked and confirmed that no tickets were purchased but could not tell me what was wrong with my account. They also checked availability and confirmed it was sold out.
I was offered to be transferred to customer service to see if there was anything more that could be done. I waited another 5 minutes on hold only to be told the same thing as the agent. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was again placed on hold, but this agent continued to check availability and let me know when could not to find a supervisor but I insisted on holding. Eventually “Ed **", the assistant manager, came on the line and asked for my information and said he would call me right back.
I waited about 20 minutes and finally received a call from Stacie who, at this point would unfortunately receive the full fury of my wrath. Long story short, nothing she could do. It was my fault if the information wasn't matching even though I had explained that was only part of the issue and I did make corrections to the account. I further explained that was not what I was upset about and that the last attempt and error that followed was not clear and I would have no way to know what the issue was.
She stated she was sorry but there was nothing that could be done. I suggested that they should secure the tickets via the third party outlet now selling these $30 tickets for $200 plus and I would pay the face value but she accepted no responsibility and still basically said it was my error.

It started raining, and they cancelled the show. Now they are saying "no refunds." Is that fair and reasonable practice? Adele is scheduled to play in Durham, NC at the DPAC Theater on October 8. I was unable to get tickets because they were sold out instantly due to third-party vendors like Allgoodseats.com, Ticketsnow.com and Stubhub and et cetera, who bought them all. I was sitting on the computer on the Ticketmaster website at 9:45 AM because the tickets went on sale at 10 AM.
At 10 AM, I submitted my order to Ticketmaster, and they were sold out immediately. These third-party vendors are marking tickets which started at $45 up more than 600 percent to $300, and as high as $900. It is unfair to people that are actually fans of Adele, and want to see her live. Only people who can afford to pay well over face value can see her in concert. Like a lot of people in this economy, I cannot afford to pay $300 plus for something that should have only been $45.

I was sitting on the computer on the ticketmaster website at 9:45am because the tickets went on sale at 10am.
At 10am on the dot, I submitted my order to ticketmaster and they were sold out immediately. As soon as they went on sale at 10am, instantly were sold out by these other 3rd party companies that are selling these tickets for anywhere from 2-10 times the face value. I think it is so unfair to people that actually are fans of these people and want to go see their concerts!! No one can because all the tickets are sold almost instantly to 3rd party vendors and you have to pay well over face value. I have been trying to get tickets to this concert for 6 months, but refuse to buy tickets for $300 off of a vendor when the tickets are $40.

I called Ticketmaster on the 14th of June 2011 to book tickets for Jls and Olly Murs in Edinburgh on the 1st of July 2011. I bought the tickets, the sales woman said so that's Jls and Olly Murs etc. I confirmed it, hung up and waited on the confirmation e-mail. 2 days later, I received an e-mail from Ticketmaster, saying I had booked tickets for something called "Midnight tango," so I called them back and they agreed they had made a mistake and that they would give me a full refund within 48 hours of £66.25. I then used my mother's card to book tickets for the original concert I was going to and everything went okay.
I noticed today that there was money missing from my account, so I went to my bank and the woman there said Ticketmaster had not given me a refund but instead took another payment of £66.25 from my account on the day I tried to resolve the matter. I then called Ticketmaster again and was put on call waiting for almost 10 minutes before I got through to an adviser who I told my complaint to, she said she would call back and never did. I now have no money, no tickets and am very upset. If they do not resolve it with compensation, I shall be visiting a lawyer first thing tomorrows morning. Its bloody scandalous.
I am over £100 short of money, for something I did not even buy. I have £7 to do me until Monday and will most likely miss the Jls concert I paid for with my mum's card because I have no money or diesel to get me there. Ticketmaster has ruined everything.

I clicked "Purchase" within seconds of the tickets going on sale but was unable to get any tickets. I tried about 10 times online on my own and was unable to buy tickets. It kept saying, "Sorry, no tickets available."
I even called the ticket office and they told me I could only buy two individual seats. By now, it was about 9:15 am. Then I saw a link to a ticket master run ticket exchange website, http://www.ticketexchangebyticketmaster.com/USTA/us-open-tennis-tickets/. At 9:15 am, this site was filled with all the tickets that supposedly went on presale to certain users, including me, at 9 am that day for values much higher than face value.

I am an avid concert goer and have been for the past 20 years. What Ticketmaster is now able to get away with is its TicketsNow.com scam which is simply akin to robbery (read: larceny). In the last 6 months, I have tried to purchase tickets to 3 different events at Madison Square Garden with absolutely no luck--Roger Waters, Rush, and now today, LCD Soundsystem (certainly not a band on the level of The Rolling Stones or Bruce Springsteen).
Each time, I was met with the same problem; I try for pre-sale tickets through the fan clubs for each act with no luck. Then I try for tickets the day they go on sale to the general public, again with no luck. But here's the thing. As with the other events mentioned, I was on the Ticketmaster website, logged in and on the ticket page at 10:55, waiting for the 11 on sale time. The clock hit 11, I hit the "Find Tickets" button, and there were already no tickets available. How is that possible?
Well, oddly enough, Ticketmaster suggested I go over to TicketNow.com, which is owned by Ticketmaster. What do you know, I could buy tickets, at literally 10 times what the face value is.... only to be charged a $30+ "convenience" fee per ticket and $4.95 to download the tickets! The thing is that these tickets have been on sale at TicketNow.com, since before they went on sale at Ticketmaster. Now how is this possible?
This is a gross abuse of the common music/sports/entertainment fan, and clearly, it is not going to get any better. Why should they stop when they can clearly get away with it? Why sell tickets through the normal Ticketmaster interface, when they can kick them over to TicketsNow.com and collect 3 times the convenience fees?
Additionally, who are these people who are able to get tickets, premium seats, before the show even goes on sale? It's a scam and a classic example of unfettered corporate greed. I will continue to write you every day until something happens here. So get used to seeing my name, because I am sure nothing will be done about this.

I ordered two tickets to a L.A.Clippers game. I also purchased a parking ticket for $27. When we arrived at our parking location, we handed the attendant our parking print out receipt. As he was looking over the print out, he called over another gentleman they started speaking in Spanish. He then turned to me and explained that we brought the wrong print out and that they would not be able to let us park there even though the print out clearly stated we were in the right parking lot, had the reservation number and receipt.
According to the attendant, they keep track of all the ticket numbers and need to send them to Ticketmaster to get their money. If they keep track of who parks there by the ticket number, they should easily be able to see that I did not park there. I was upset, but there were several public parking lots even closer to the Staple Center, all of which only charge $8. I figured I would pay the $8 and call Ticketmaster to have the $27 parking ticket refunded which was purchased through them.
When I called Ticketmaster, I spoke to a lady named Alma, who was very unprofessional and rude. She told me that it was my fault for printing out the wrong paper and they would not refund my money because of negligence on my part. After telling her that if they don't refund my money, I will just dispute the charge with my credit card company. Alma replied by saying if I do so I will be banned from using Ticketmaster forever.
I'm not one to argue over $20. At this point it's a matter of principle. The unbelievably rude service they have, Ticketmaster must think they are not the only ticket brokers out there. I will ban myself from Ticketmaster. You guys are definitely not the only place to purchase tickets. I rather pay double the ticket value than to give a company like Ticketmaster any business.

About a week before the show, I e-mailed Ticketmaster and told them my tickets had not arrived yet with no reply. If they would have arrived on the day of the show, that would have been fine. I never received my tickets. My credit card was charged $156 and change. My plans were canceled needless to say. The following Monday, I called Ticketmaster. After jumping through several hoops, I was connected with a human. With my explanation, he looked up my transaction and informed me that "the tickets were never printed".
That explained why they never made it to my mailbox. I asked him if I was going to get a refund or a rain-check for another show. He briefly put me on hold and returned. After talking to his supervisor, he informed me that "there was nothing they could do for me". I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They got my $156.00 and that's that. I am entitled to NADA-S.O.L. I tried to book 2 Yanni tickets at a small venue in San Diego and had great seats allocated. I entered my credit card details and the system rejected it on the grounds that the 3 digit security code was incorrect. I tried to re-enter a number of times and lost my place (and seats) as the site timed out on me a number of times.
Finally, I successfully used a different credit card, but got much inferior seats (and lost cashback bonus on the card I originally tried to use), and it took about half an hour of hassle. There was in fact nothing wrong with the security code. The problem is that an earlier version of the card (different expiry date and security code) was on file at Ticketmaster and their system confused that old card with my new card.
I called Ticketmaster spoke to a representative and a supervisor and told them they should refund the convenience fee as there was no convenience involved. They said they would investigate and I would hear back in 7-10 business days.
After a month, I heard nothing. I called back and spoke to another representative and the supervisor who told me I should have updated my credit card details before ordering, that it was basically my fault. Their system mismatched the credit cards that all sales are final and they would refund nothing etc. The last supervisor I spoke with, Michael was especially unhelpful.
Ticketmaster have a virtual monopoly, charge almost outrageous fees, play hard-ball and do not have the courtesy to make a small refund to attempt to appease an inconvenienced customer when their system goes wrong.
My complaint is far less serious than others I see. Ticketmaster seems to operate with an arrogant, monopolistic culture.

Ticketmaster has continued to have a monopoly for most venues on getting tickets. Winter Classic tickets between the Pittsburgh Penguins and Washington Capitals at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania have retailed for about $130.00 with a handling fee of $11.50 for every ticket. Today, when the New Years Eve Alumni Game between hockey greats of the Pittsburgh Penguins against the Washington Capitals went on sale through Ticketmaster, there were only 10,000 tickets sold for $25 dollars each. By the time of check-out, there was $13.50 handling charge added to each ticket.
This seems to be absolutely ridiculous and they have a monopoly and this seems like the consumers are held over a barrel because Ticketmaster is the prime seller of tickets for most events in this country. An unfair practice tend to occur when there are high demand tickets for special events and seems the booking agencies tend to get large blocks of tickets at "scalping rates.” An example is the tickets for the Alumni Game held at Heinz field retailed at $25 dollars are now going for well over $300 each on Stub hub.
These tickets were also suppose to go on sale at 10:00 AM and there are reports that people got in line on the phone lines as early as 9:54 AM to get in for tickets. Along with this, people were not able to get through for tickets at all online until 10:07, and many people complained that even then, all tickets were already sold-out. For a company that is the primary company to sell tickets for events around the country, it has had many mistakes that lead to fans to be left out in the dark and the online scalpers getting large quantities of tickets that are sold at extremely inflated rates.

The person I spoke to confirmed 435 row C seats 1,2,3; also explaining that their were two steps to climb. I explained that the MI person could not climb 2-steps but he assured me the seating arrangements were for MI. Not being comfortable with the "two steps", I called the box office at the Honda Center and inquired about the seating arrangements. On 11/20/10, I called and spoke to a representative who confirmed new seating arrangements for MI Row 226, seats 4,5,& 6 stating I should have the ticket info sent to my email address within the hour. I had not received the email tickets. So on 11/27/10, I called customer service 800-653-8000 and spoke to "Jodie" approx. 4:05 p.m. Jodie said she would forward the tickets via email and confirmed my seating arrangements to "now" Row 436 WC 1,2, & 3. I explained that I previously had Row 226 as of 11/20/10.
Jodie stated there were no records of seating in row 226. (The individual that require WC is 83-years old, and when I informed her that we would be on level 2. She was very excited and sensed a feeling of comfort being able to see clearly due to poor vision). Please note: I had not received the tickets via email from Jodie. At approximately 5:55pm on 11/27, I called the customer service line again and requested to speak to a supervisor. Unfortunately, I do not have his name.
I explained the aforementioned, and the Supervisor stated that he could not accommodate the seating. However, he would provide me a "one time customary reimbursement" of $40.20 fee charge when purchased each individual ticket. I was not satisfied with the respond from the Supervisor but we confirmed my email address and I received the tickets. (Since I do not know the name of the supervisor, he may be tracked via the email he forwarded to me). I again called customer service this morning inquiring who to complain to.
Fortunately, I spoke to "Jodie" again and she provide me with the complaint email address stating that she had also documented the transactions of this email, but there were no notes from a Supervisor justifying a $40.20 reimbursement fee. At first, I thought I was double charged and that it would be quickly cleared up. This was not the case. I spoke with several of ticketmaster's representatives who said that the card was reimbursed and I had nothing to worry about.
What I needed from them was to admit that it is possible for ticketmaster to charge the wrong card. Two representatives told me it was possible and happens but they were not willing to put it in writing. I spoke with a supervisor who told me that I could email their legal department and if they felt it was worth their time they would contact me. Needless to say, they never responded to my email. If you bought your tickets at a retail location, please return them at the same location for a refund."
I purchased the tickets online. When I first contacted Ticket Master in Albuquerque, they claimed the vendor, the Isotopes, needed to call them concerning the game being cancelled. This is ridiculous that they cannot call to verify the cancellation and refund people their money. This is very bad business practice and the consumer is the victim. Please help!

I purchased two tickets for friends via a phone order and was told they would be 'mobility impaired accessible'. However, I was later informed they were not. However, they were reserved seats. I chose to keep the tickets as they were gift for friends. Again, they were not reserved seats as they were generally seating in the bleachers! I feel I was deceived on this purchase! Why was I charged for general seating? I will be reporting this to Ticket Master and requesting an explanation on why I purchased reserved tickets and received general seating in the bleachers! The physical issues were that my friends had to climb up to bleachers, which was difficult as they both have mobility issues. Additionally, thinking they had reserved seats and was told to sit anywhere in the bleachers (general seating area) was not what I paid for!

I had purchased two tickets for the 2010 Rockstar Uproar Music Festival, however, when I checked my email, I had been sent 4 tickets. I called them immediately to correct said error, was transferred from person to person, only to hear that they do not know how it had happened. Regardless, they were unable to refund me. I spent hours on the phone that day, speaking to every person I could, I even had my lawyer contact them and yet they could not help me. So basically, for a mess up on their end, I was charged double, causing my account to go negative, and me being hit with a over a hundred dollars worth of over draft fees.
The next step I took was going to Bank of America and putting a stop on it, telling them I had not purchased two of those tickets nor will I use them. They temporarily restored my money and reversed the overdraft fees. Now, two months later, I received a letter saying that Ticketmaster says that I had purchased all four tickets and that they are going to re-bill me on September the eighth and the concert has already passed. The tickets still have not been used. They were online ones that could have easily been restored and I'm about to have my money taken from me once again, right when college is starting and I need it the most.

I bought tickets for the Train Concert on August 31st 2010 at White River State Park in Indy and I also paid $20 for VIP parking. We got to the event and was told that we had to go into the parking garage for VIP. When we got to the garage, it had a big sign "Event Parking $10." I stopped and spoke with a lady who said that I didn't have to pay for parking since I had the VIP, and I said, so your charging $10 for parking that I paid $20 for? She said, I guess so, but you have to deal with Ticketmaster about that.
I called today and was on hold for over 40 minutes and finally hung up. I'm sure that's what they were hoping. Oh well, lesson learned but it's a total rip off and I know it's only $10 but it's the principal of the issue.
I just lost $10 and it's not right for them to mislead people into thinking they are getting some special deal for parking for $20 when you can just pay $10 when you arrive.

I purchased my Goo Goo Dolls tickets on June 12, 2010 for the August 22 concert, when they were released for sale. I also purchased a VIP parking pass. They were to be mailed to my home. After 3 weeks, I realized that my tickets had not arrived. So my husband called Ticketmaster to ask if they were still en route.
After holding for 45 minutes, a Ticketmaster agent told him that my tickets had been returned as undeliverable, and that I could go pick them up at a retailer. I went to the retailer, and they took my card and ID. Yet they could not find my order in the system. We called Ticketmaster again (45-minute hold and 5 days to concert) to find that parking passes could not be printed at a retail outlet and they would FedEx or UPS ship them to me. They would arrive Friday morning, and I would have to pay the shipping fees. My husband informed them that my paying the fees would not be acceptable, so they comped my fees.
Friday afternoon, my tickets had still not arrived. I happened to check my e-mail and saw my shipping confirmation that my tickets were in Kentucky and would be delivered on the 23rd. (Again the concert was on the 22nd.) After waiting on hold for a total of 2 hours and speaking a total of 15 minutes to a rep, I was told that I would have to pick up my tickets at Will Call. I informed the second rep that I spoke to that as I lived 2 hours from the venue, this was not a possibility for me and what was the reasoning in parking my car, walking to Will Call, getting my parking pass, then returning to my car to re-park it.
They eventually cancelled my parking (and I still haven't seen the money from that). I picked up the tickets at an area retailer and ended up watching the concert alone and walking to the free parking section alone, because my husband could not prove that we had tickets for the concert in time to schedule off from work.
I love the Goo Goo Dolls; Switchfoot was a surprisingly fun group. But TicketMaster can fall off the face of the earth, and I would be so much happier.

I have to say Ticketmaster is the worse company I've ever had to deal with! I was trying to buy George Strait pre-sale tickets (Fanclub only) and got detailed information on how to enter my username and password on Ticketmaster. Yet when I entered the information, guess what? Ticketmaster would not accept it! I entered it 40 different ways and no matter how, they still wouldn't accept it. I called the Fanclub and of course, they were no help either, so buyer beware! They don't really want you to have pre-sale Tickets! Oh and by the way, there is no way to contact them by email on their website. That should be your first clue.

I've never complained in my 46 years of life but X- Games/Ticket Master just changed that. We were sold seats at 16 bucks plus tons of fees to go to the X games. We sat at Bleacher C which was laughable at best. There was no view of any event. I really feel as though I was grifted by Ticketmaster and X Games. Please look into their deplorable practices.
