Good evening Little Caesars. I am complaining about your crazy bread, pizza, and cheesy bread. For starters, all of it was cold, nasty, and overcooked. For example, my crazy bread was burnt and hollow. THERE WASN'T ANY BREAD INSIDE!!? Also, the pizza that I ordered was cold and nasty! And finally, our cheesy bread had too much pepper, garlic, and not enough cheese. I was very unsatisfied with my experience. Not to mention, the terrible customer service, attitude, and rudeness that the employees and cashiers were giving! I would not recommend this food whatsoever. Thank you!

I don't expect good pizza from this business. I don't necessarily even expect passable pizza. I expect something barely edible for my $5, and Little Caesars delivers. I do expect a receipt from every transaction I have with any business. The cashiers at the store in my community all seem to have a problem with giving receipts to their customers. This is a basic part of the small amount of skills necessary to be a cashier. I give you a method of payment. You give me the product which I am purchasing, a receipt which proves I purchased it, and if I paid with a card, you give the card back. This establishment repeatedly fails to deliver one third of the basic things necessary for a transaction to be considered complete. It is absolutely ridiculous.

The cashier was very rude. I think if you don't like your job then you need to find another one. I walk in to the pizza place and she turns her back and starts talking to someone else and then she finally walks up to the counter ask for my order, gives me my pizza and bread and when I asked for Parmesan cheese she rolled her eyes and handed me two. I will never visit that Hwy 58 location (Chattanooga, TN) again and I usually go there at least 4 times a month.

When I went to get the deal of 5.00 a pizza, Little Caesars said they don't participate in that deal or they would be constantly busy, isn't that what Little Caesars is supposed to be? Busy? And then they charge outlandish taxes on the food. I only go there when my grandson wants a pizza, if our other pizza chains would have the same deal of 5.00 then I would be going over there instead of Little Caesars... This Little Caesars just does not work with the customers... I will not be going for myself and maybe no more for my grandson's. Get your employees to make it right. If the Little Caesars, located at 1300 N. Main Roswell, N.M. does not comply with the promos then your company should make them do so.

I come in for two hot and ready cheese pizzas. I am informed that they will take 20 minutes to make (it was 3pm and not busy at all). That was the first disappointment, but whatever, since it's gonna take time I decide that I will ask for light tomato sauce, since Little Caesars likes to drown their pizza in it. I am told that they can't customize the sauce. So after a 20 minute wait, I'm given my pizzas with a very large amount of sauce. This place just isn't worth it, I'd rather pay $8 for a good pizza, than $5 for this.

Considering someone else was ranting about this same thing on craigslist and was contacted via e-mail by the alleged owner and threatened to be sued for slander, I have decided to think about this. Maybe it's the corporation that only allows them to take away toppings without extra charge. I don't know because no one explained anything to me. I will change my rating to two stars, because the basic product of the chain is good, cheap and innovative, as far as owners of individual chains, this one I am not a fan of. Poor communication to the customer and lack of training for employees.

When pricing a half and half pizza the more expensive half is what you charge for. That's basic pizza 101. What's next? Using imitation cheese? You also do not get aggressive with your customers when they clearly show you that you are trying to charge them 16.97 for a 12.97 pizza. You need to have consistent fair pricing and quality as well as good customer service. Very sad I cannot eat one of my favorite pizzas because of this.

When ordering a pizza from there for the first and very last time, the workers are nasty and there are no gloves. When I say the workers are nasty the apron is nasty and when they finish with the pizza then they wash their hands. I think that it backwards. Do the company supply the workers with gloves and they are not wearing them. The place is nasty. Who would want to eat something like that? How do you know that person has just been to the bathroom? How do you know? I ask for a refund after seeing that. This is called being filthy, and just plain out nasty.

I have went twice now on two Sundays in a row at the address of 1241 Little School Rd, Kennedale, Texas 76060 - wanting a supreme pizza and they do not have the ingredients for such! Why - I ask them to increase the supply order so this could stop but the same guy said, "I'm just an employee"... really - He could pass it on to management to correct the situation. So I no longer will shop at this location but I plan to talk to the manager and go to corporate office - district or whoever I have to have them make it right for my family's expense. Thank you - so go to the address at 157 fm Arlington, Texas - good folks.

So there's a new location here in town and since I live in Mexico it's become one of the most popular pizza places to in the afternoons or lunch. Everything's great there except for when you order some cheese bread you have to pay an additional 15 pesos for the marinara sauce, but when you order bread sticks you get the sauce for free. How is it that you pay a minimal amount for bread sticks and get the sauce free, but when you pay a significantly higher price for cheese bread, you have to pay for the sauce???

I just ordered their pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars. Yes it $5. That's not my fault that their price but the girl working there today. I believe she is Brazilian not sure. Her name is Nuvia **. She should be fired. I asked for a fresh made pizza. She took my hard earned money and she went in the back, made the pizza with her dirty money handling hands. Did not wash her hands then took my pizza out of the slow rolling at least 5 mins too early. I got the pizza in 4 to 5 mins max. She cut it up, put it in a box, and kinda threw the pizza on the counter in front of me and said, "Here." No thank you. No your pizza is ready. Nothing but HERE! I was so taken back by her attitude I didn't have nothing to say but thanks. When I got home and opened the box half the pizza was not even cooked so I had to put in my oven for 6 mins at 350 till it was cooked. I just can't go back there when she is there anymore.
This place is a rat's dump. The owner is oriental scumbag that only cares about nothing since he knows that people in this low income neighborhood really have no other choice so he doesn't care and care. What sucks is that it's in my neighborhood and close to me. I am so tired of this kind of treatment by businesses in City Heights in San Diego. Something must be done to stop this.
This message is for the b that took my order. It's not your store you're a worker only so what I don't want to order something more expensive. It's my choice what I want to order and how much I want to spend. You should do your job and not mistreat people if you don't like how much the want to spend. It really none of your business and if you don't like your job go find a job you like loser. And to corporate of Little Caesars I say this just because someone buys your franchise shouldn't give them the right to give bad service and product to their customers without any consequences. It's not right. It can cost more than just one bad store. Maybe it could cost your brand as a bad place to get a pizza. It could cost you your jobs Mr. CEO.

I went into Little Caesar's in Vallejo on Redwood. They made me wait 30 minutes for 1 bacon pizza and 1- 3 meat. They tell me they accidentally put my order behind customers who came after me so everyone was getting theirs before mine and multiple pizzas for some. I got reimbursed for 1 pizza for waiting so long. 45 minutes later my pizzas were done. They never have pizza ready and always make customers wait 10-20-30 minutes. They need to close down, have pizzas ready like other locations do, or open another location on Sonoma. I have an old register receipt by the way.

I ordered a pretzel pizza and a cheese one, had to wait ten minutes for my pretzel one so my cheese one was cold. Halfway gone I realized the pretzel pizza was only a regular crust w/ the cheese sauce, etc and was $1 more. I drive back and the cashier argued my pizza was indeed pretzel and the other customers were laughing saying "no, it only had salt on it! Lol!" He said I could wait for a new one but it will look the same, only thing making it pretzel crust (not pretzel pizza) was a strip of pretzel dough around perimeter.
I said "no I had them before and it was very pretzel-like before." So he showed me another one, earlier saying I had to wait for a new one. This one only was browner due to baking too long, not pretzel dough! Lol no refund, no sorry. Nothing. Other customers there were also agreeing my pizza was normal crust pizza w/ salt and cheese sauce.

I waited double the time @ a total of 43 minutes. While I waited I watched approx 4-5 staff either standing around doing nothing or horseplaying. Could be the reason why they could not get my order right the first time and why one of my Pizzas of the two, was cold. But of course when addressing this waiting for so long, can't get it right, really didn't remake both Pizza, thus no other explanation for one being cold and the other hot, less than 5 miles from this franchise (Prince St., Conway, Ar.). Denials and Lies, as I spoke up, followed from this manager to justify this experience. There is no reason a customer would want to wait 40+ minutes just to leave and eat cold pizza. Not returning. I applied online at the Little Caesar's Pizza store in Fredericksburg, VA 22407. Evidently the owners have changed and they are more or less slave drivers. I went about 6:00 pm for an orientation. Only this is what occurred instead of doing my paperwork. The owner was very abusive to me. I am almost 60 years old. I even heard a snide comment from the hiring manager stating the job is very stressful and I am young and tired by the end of the day. Well stress is one thing and working hard and smart is another. I ignored that comment because with the strong experience I have I knew I was capable of performing the cashier's position. I know about computers, cash handling, strong customer service, etc.
I did not get the job because the owner looked over my application and actually asked me if I read it. I stated "yes I read it" and still did not act unprofessional. He then asked me if I smoked and I made the mistake of telling him I stopped smoking in 1978. Well that was probably the nail in my coffin because I was ushered out of the room. No orientation, no job offer after all. He told me I was too old for his establishment.
The area manager texted me and told me I was mistaken for. I just up and left since I was not getting hired. A bold faced lie. He then voice mailed me (How professional) I was not going to be hired for not sticking around for the final say if I was to get a job or not. He asked me what size shirt I wore when he did hire me and I did feel I had the position. I was dressed properly, but not professionally (In a dress for this owner is foreign.) I was yelled at for not getting a raise in my present position and I feel that was very disrespectful. We live in Virginia and raises are very few and far between. I refuse to accept the fact the great pizza restaurant, Little Caesar's now franchises their business to creeps like this. I will never give them another dime for I feel this franchise supports ISIS.

On May 19, 2016 at 5:45 pm customer William arrived at Little Caesars Pizza Located on 5241 Elkhorn Blvd, Sacramento, CA. 95842 to collect his order. The staff did not check the order before handing the order over to him. He then requested a ride from Uber for a ride home. The nearest Uber car happen to be me (Cynthia), and I arrived 6 minutes to pick him up. I drove 20 minutes for the Little Caesars location before William informed me that his order was not correct. I advised him that I could cancel the ride because of the inconvenience and I would also return to the store to pick up the replacement.
Recalling the franchise of Little Caesars mission statement which claimed, "To be an innovative global leader by focusing on convenience, exceeding customer expectations with extraordinary value and great tasting products, provided by outstanding people resulting in strong returns to our stakeholders." I called Little Caesars back and spoke with that location's manager named ** to resolve the issue relating the poor customer service. The manager refuse to correct the issue and advised me to bring the incorrect pizza back. I advised her that the trip back to her store would be an inconvenience and costly because I am a 1099 business as well.
I advised the manager of my dissatisfaction of how she choose to represent the Little Caesars Pizza franchise and told her I would return to the store to pick up the corrected order. I then asked William would he return with me to the store to exchange the pizza because the purchase was made on his credit card. He agreed because some of the children with autism at the party would only eat one type of pizza. When we arrived back at the store I requested to speak to the manager **. I reconfirmed that the order time to replace the pizza was not met as advised by other local branches within the area and she then cut me off and stating, "Your pizza isn't ready! You're going to have to wait!" I told her that I have already waited and there is no pizza! The manager Maria then stated, "You can get back in your Uber car, and take your sorry Uber ** and go!"
Experiencing such rude customer service and misconduct type behavior from a manager upset William and he began return the rude comments back then requested that the company refund his money instead of the pizza replacement. Little Caesars manager ** then stated, "NO I not giving you your pizza or your money back!" This made William irate and I advised him to let them contact the police department like ** threatened, to work out the dispute.
An hour later the Sacramento Sheriff department spoke with William and I. We explained to the two dispatched officer as to what transpired and they spoke to the manager. The officers returned 3 minutes later with the refunded money to reimburse William for his loss. I then explained to the officers about my financial loss of restitution due gasoline, travel to return to the store, and the hardship from the unprofessional manager. The office stated that I could take the business to small claim court to work out the dispute and contact Little Caesars corporate office. The manager refuse to give me a copy of the receipt.

On September 9th 2015, I strolled one hot frisky evening knowing I was on route to Little Caesars. Me and boys wrestling team can't get enough of that Nacho Pizza. One bite and I was on the floor having a seizure of euphoria. It's like my taste buds all exploded in my mouth when the nacho cheese waterfalls down my throat. The 7-inch thick layer of bread could not have made me happier. The cheese was blessed by the Pope himself. Don't even get me started about the sauce. Imagine white water rafting through the Colorado Rockies with the brisk wind blowing in your hair while slamming a bottle of Goldschlager with Chuck Norris himself. Basically the feeling when you taste the sauce.
When all this happened at once, the first bite sent me into a coma for 4 & 1/2 years of overloading my senses and levels of dopamine, from such a myriad of tastes. It sent me to Little Caesars' palace where I got to meet the man himself. I've never cried so much in my life having such a beautiful experience. When I woke from the coma it was like doing ecstasy. Almost like waking up completely wired in the mosquito ridden fields of the highlands in Cambodia, South Vietnam 1962. Little Caesars was by far the cleanest establishment I've ever eaten at. My only lifelong friends I met at Little Caesars. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. This place could be used as therapy and cure depression. Today, we was going to order a large 3 meat pizza, add mushrooms, they told us the total of just the large 3 meat add mushrooms would be $11.25. That's not including the pizza sauce. We was shocked. When just a couple days ago, we was only charged $.50 for adding the mushrooms. So can you please explain to me how you can do this to people! I understand that getting a 3 meat at $8 is a special deal, because the price is originally $9.00 & some change, but to add an extra side, you are charging $3.25 extra on a large 3 meat add mushrooms. That is absolutely ridiculous! You are basically getting the difference back for what the original price is & special price, when an extra side is a $1.75. Really makes us not want to go back there because of the price.
We eat there 2 to 3 times a week & this really upsets us! So, more or less, the way we & a lot of people feel like you are ripping people off! Also, on the menu, it states that add any side for $1.75, it does not state any exceptions. For instance it doesn't say, add any toppings for $1.75 except for items that are at a special deal! Little Caesars has truly went down the drain from when I was a kid. The hot and ready thing is actually a problem, the pizzas sit in the hot box, the crust gets old and dry and already isn't fresh to begin with, cheese is never all the way to the crust, the pepperoni tastes funny like it may be a little expired, hardly any sauce, even the texture of the crust tells you it's old dough. The breadsticks truly piss me off cause that's always been what I liked and no matter how many times I ask them to make fresh ones or ask if they have SOFT fresh ones, I end up with old, crunchy dry breadsticks. Not to mention the employees look at you stupid if you ask for freshly made food, they say "oh it just came out the oven" and then you get home and it's crap, smh. We filed a report with the store and the corporate office contacted us. We took the pizza back to them and they kept it to submit to an outsourced lab. I was contacted by their insurance once who was really rude and tried to make the situation seem like it was nothing. Also, the report didn't match a few things. The Little Caesars store we purchased from did not have beef as an option for custom pizza?? On website only certain locations have beef option. How did beef get into our pizza if that was the case. Things don't add up. I've requested to get more details on report from lab, I requested more background on the lab it was taken to, and also requested info as to how that so called beef was all over the backside of our pizza?? Deeply disappointing experience at the Hempstead & Springfield blvd location in NYC. My father is a regular customer; he purchases the cheese pizza almost every day for my 5 year old son. My son looks forward to this everyday when he comes home from school. When my dad bought home the pizza from this location, the pizza immediately looked off. The cheese was of a liquid, "velveeta-esque" consistency. There was a few weird looking pieces of shredded cheese which for the life of us would not melt. There was no sauce, we almost assumed that the store gave us cheesy bread! My son would not eat it, and that is unbelievable, he is a pizza monster! My father reached out via email to explain what we had received. He received a phone call today from the manager apologizing for the pizza and offered my father a complimentary pizza.
When my father got to the Little Ceasars location, the manager immediately was on the defense. He wheeled out some "ingredients" from the back showing my dad what Little Ceasars uses. My father asked where the ingredients are from, as the "cheddar cheese" looked far from what it is supposed to look like. The manager had no answer for my father. How does a manager not know where the ingredients are from? That is not healthy nor sanitary. And to top it off, the manager said to my father "I was going to give you a free pizza, but now I'm not.” This is what really upset me immensely. The manager called my father and told him that he will be giving him a complimentary pizza, but then argued with him when he got there, that is not right.
The customer is always right, and should never be spoken down to or reprimanded for a mistake made by Little Ceasars. Nonetheless my father came home empty handed. I will make sure that people know how Little Caesars treats their loyal customers. A severe disappointment and let down for a loyal client, and more importantly a 5 year old pizza lover. Maybe the staff should go through an intense customer service training. Pleasing the customer is the first step in getting repeat, loyal business. I will also email pictures of the "pizza" we received direct to the corporate office.

He won't even commit to which day he is willing to bring them and told me he is the 'big boss' and can do whatever he wants. As I continued to press him on why he won't bring them today even though at one point he admitted he has them, he was apparently done with talking to me and hung up on me. Was there a computer break in? Or is it that Mr. ** doesn't want to leave his big, warm home to deliver paychecks in freezing temperatures to employees who fought blizzards, snow storms and Mother Nature to go into work these past weeks to continue to help make the franchise successful?
Mr. ** would not provide me with any corporate phone number to call, again saying he is the 'big boss' and there is no one above him who can tell him what to do. However it is certainly suggestible that the proper procedure when you have employees' paychecks in your possession is to deliver them immediately, since it is those workers who keep the restaurant going so the self-described 'big boss' can continue to rake in the dough. Mr. **, I implore you again, please deliver the paychecks to your hardworking employees today. I have been in the Little Caesars on 3400 Holcomb bridge Rd. And there is a manager that went off on a customer cause they asked for another pizza cause something was wrong with their pizza. He was cussing and acting crazy. When I saw that happen I walked out and went somewhere else. I don't recommend this Little Caesars to people that want fresh or another pizza cause something looks wrong with that pizza. I have also had an old pizza from them. And a manager told me to bring it back and she will give me another one. I think they keep their pizzas longer in the box thing longer than they should be. I have a friend that works for Little Caesars and she said they only can keep the pizzas for 30 minutes.

We are paying $2 more to have the pizza you show on your commercial (pictured). We pay $5, we get bubbles in the dough (pictured) The pizza on your commercial does not have bubbles, because it has the cheese you get if you pay $2 more. I read the cute background story on Little Ceasers. It was important to the founders Mike and Marian llitch, wanted the customers to enjoy what they buy. Please raise the amount of cheese you allow on the $5.00 pizzas or put a pizza with bubble dough on the commercials. My experience was from Little Ceasers in Lincolnton, NC. We had ordered $5 pizza from Little Ceasers in Denver, NC and it had a soap taste in the pizza. We never went back that night for another, afraid of the outcome.

On Dec 26th I ordered two pizzas and said light on the salt, then I said to the cashier that I had ordered their pretzel pizza a week earlier with their crazy bread, was not cooked - it was dough. She said she was sorry and that the next time they would make sure it was cooked. I replied "that's o.k. I would not order it again." At that time Daniel ** called out for David the manager. I asked how long would the 2 light on salt pretzel pizza's would be ready, she said 10 minutes. I went to my car, about 10 minutes later the 2 pizzas were delivered to my car by Daniel. I said "oh I'm getting curb service", she said yes and I thanked her. When I got home and opened the one box, it was salted beyond being edible and then the second box was the same. I called back and told David that these were more than over salted. He said there must have been a miscommunication, that I should bring these two pizzas back, and they would fix it. I told him that's o.k. that I would be filing a complaint and never come back to order anything from Little Caesars again and he said he was sorry. I just wanted this complaint to be heard and that this was done on purpose.
I would have been terrified to go back and get 2 more pizzas - God knows what they would have done to them. All I can say is shame on them. Thank you.

I stopped in Little Caesars drive through and ordered 2 deep deep dish pizzas and a cheesy bread. I was told that 1 was ready and the other would take 6-7 minutes. So we had decided to instead order a deep deep dish (which was already ready) and a thin crust pepperoni which we were told would take 6-7 minutes for the thin crust. We then confirmed the order at the window and purchased with a credit card. We were then handed a cone and told to pull up and wait until they brought the order out. We waited about 25 minutes after noticing several customers having similar orders whom arrived after we did. At this point I decided to just get our money back. The manager acted like it was no big deal and saw little value in our complaint or that we had wasted our time waiting for our pizza order to be processed over 20 minutes, when we were told it would only be 6-7 minutes. When he checked our order the thin pepperoni pizza was never even prepared??
The same thing happened to us back in August. Except that time we actually waited 30 minutes and when we received our food and got back home, to my surprise it was only partially cooked and not edible. So I called the manager who apologized and offered to make us 2 new pizzas and wanted me to spend another hour of my time. However, I did not trust here "sincere" apology at the time and just decided not to go back to this establishment. However, I believe in second chances and thought, I would just wait until a new manager and new employees were there. So I decided to go through the drive thru today instead of other restaurants who would have been most pleased to have served me and not wasted my time especially in this economy.
So my point here is what are the chances of this happening twice to the same people in such a short amount of time at the same place? I realize it may be difficult these days to find competent management and average (at best) trained employees, and you yourself (whom ever receives this) may laugh, and toss this complaint in the trash. However, I am only one customer. I can tell you I would spend at least 20 or more dollars once a week until these past 2 incidences occurred at this establishment. I just wanted to say that you now have lost my business permanently by the way these complaints were handled by your unqualified managers. I would also like to point out the dirt under the fingernails of the manager who finally refunded my money after... at this time was now 35 minutes. Which makes me further question the cleanliness of the food preparers. I mean if this is the representation from your manager. There must be little guidance given to your managers and employees in what is expected by the public and local health officials and may warrant further investigation.
The address which this occurred is at 703 Brandon Ave Roanoke, VA 24015. This complaint may be taken lightly which is expected. However, I can assure you that when we want pizza or any of my family and friends want pizza...my money will go to your competition who understand and value the customers needs for timeliness and especially cleanliness.

I dunno... There was just this overwhelming "something", that drew us to the fact we didn't have to "cook" our pizza for the night as it was 110F out already, and who wants to turn on the oven in that heat! Well, we ordered 2 pizzas, and some cheesy bread... one a regular pepperoni and cheese, and the other just a plain cheese pizza, due to my mother having issues with anything peppered like the pepperoni. Upon walking into the establishment, we smelled bleach, which somehow made the cheesy bread we were handed smell of dirty gym socks. Both the pizzas were disgustingly full of nothing but grease in every bite, never mind even tasting pepperoni or cheese. The cheese was dried out like the pizza was sitting for a good 2 hours in a heater. And, the plain cheese pizza had some really hot peppery spice in the sauce, which makes a plain cheese pizza not so plain anymore, so we ended up having to (by the time we got the pizza, and how late it was) go to the nearest Walmart as it was the only thing open, and buy a deli sandwich. Which may have been sitting there a few hours since closing, but I assure you, was Way fresher than the gross pizza and gym sock smelling cheesy bread!

To celebrate, we decided to go to the local Little Caesars pizza at this location. When I arrived there, it was busy with 5 customers waiting in line. The cashier smiled and welcomed each customer to Little Caesars and asked them if they would like to order a "Hot N Ready Pizza". The service was very fast and the pizzas were pre-made to order. All 5 Customers were out the door with the orders in less than 2 minutes (Average National waiting time is 12 Minutes). This Little Caesars offers a "Meal Deal" which includes 1 Large Pizzas (Hot 'N Ready Pizza), 1 - Eight Piece Bread-sticks and 1-2 Liter of pop for $10.55+Tax. I go two of them which came to $22.37. I gave the cashier $40.00 and I received the correct amount of change and I was out the door with my food in hand to go home and enjoy my dinner.
My roommates and I were happy to tear into the Meal Deal Combos we just ordered and brought home to the house. As I bit into my first piece of Little Caesars Pizza, I heard a crack in my mouth and then spit out my tooth from my mouth. The pepperoni pizza slice was so hard it chipped my tooth. Never had that happened to me before. Which ruined my mood to continue eating this pizza as wondering if it would damage more of my teeth. Right now I am on painkillers for the pain. I am out of minutes on my cellphone. So I will call them to report it by phone on August 1, 2014 to see what they will do about the matter. I did however filed a complaint on their website.
So I have to think with an "Open Mind" about the complete service and review of Little Caesars Pizza on how they deal with this complaint which I will also share on Yelp so for now I will give them a 2 rating (5 Stars for fast friendly service, Correct food order on a carry-out order, Correct Change given on an order and minus 3 stars for food product which caused damage to my tooth in which I will now have to pay to get fixed). On February 12, 2011, I faced a terrible experience at this facility. I stopped by to buy a soda and when I went to my car, there was a thug installing a boot on my car!
The Store was Little Caesars Pizza, 3135 West Addison Street, Chicago, IL 60618-4550, (773) 267-6366.
The guy had bloody hands and I even have his DNA on the receipt. The guy told us he was an ex-convict and he was bleeding profusely. We were afraid of contracting AIDS or hepatitis, who knows what an ex-convict is exposed to!
On the surveillance video, you may clearly see that we both feared for our safety!
The booting company violated the city of Chicago Ordinance Chapter 4-233 because:a. I am a paid customer
b. The boot wasn't fully attached when we returned to our vehicle.
c. The business provides a fake address and incorrect contact information
As you can see, this a huge weird complex system with the only purpose to deceive clients and avoid complaints. I am sure all or some of these are fake addresses, too.
d. The business is not in good standing with the city of Chicago.e. The person installing a boot clearly told us he was an ex-convict from gang related activities (violates section 4-233-040)
f. Consumer bill of rights was not provided.
The guy works for Global Parking Management and I am extremely disappointed that Little Caesars is associated with a company that has predatory practices against their own paying customers in the City of Chicago.
I will make sure my voice is heard, this company has already been on WGN TV Chicago and their corrupt practices continue day after day.
I reached towards the pseudo-manager of the store, an incompetent person that couldn’t care less for the well-being of his paying customers, and I explained that I had just purchased items there. He ignored me and left me at the mercy of these thugs. What a terrible business practice! Why do you treat your paying costumers that way?
I had to pay $115 to get that boot removed and I feel assaulted and extorted. I will never buy anything from a store like Little Caesars, because they don't care for their customers well-being.
Well, will you eat at a place that is associated with this terrible business practices? It is up to you, but I will never buy anything from them ever! I lost $115 and I am still concerned about AIDS or hepatitis contamination because the guy that installed the boot was bleeding all over the place.
