Firsts they don't do medium pizzas only larges. The pizza I ordered came with half the toppings I ordered. I paid for 2 ranches that didn't come and the wings were literally the size of a half dollar. I called the store in Fullerton on Orangethorpe 92833 and was advised they serve what they have... I'd suggest using a different vendor for wings or charge a lot less.

The Crazy Bread I received was uncooked dough with rancid topping. Tasted like sour milk and I almost threw up. One bite and it was in the garbage. Pizza was only cooked on bottom with a strange liquid on it and uncooked canned mushrooms. I complained to manager, first he denied the order. Said I must have ordered it elsewhere, two minutes later he says he made it himself and it was fine so he didn't want to talk to me anymore and refused to resolve. So, I'm very sick right now, pretty sure food poisoning. Must not take much because I could only handle one bite of each rancid, sour milk tasting item before tossing in the garbage.

I was chatting with Rob **, Manager of the Clare Store and he donated 3 pepperoni pizzas, bread sticks and brownies for our volunteer crew working that day. Rob is awesome, and our crew wants to say a huge Thank You for your kindness and generosity. Pizzas were awesome! Custoner service was spot on. The event was fantastic. The dogs even got some pepperoni off our pizza, lol. All the dogs from the Rescue say Thank You!

I went to the Little Caesars on 41 in Ft Myers. I have gone there for several years. This time I was greeted with a lot of new people. I ordered ahead of time, but picking it up in the drive-thru wasn't happening because they let people order and sit there. I went inside and told them I was picking up my order and gave name. She walked away. A guy asked me the same info and went to wait on people at register. The girl noticed I was waiting, got my pizza and put it down and said, "Is this your name." I went home to discover my deep-dish pizza and Italian cheesebread was thin-crusted. I called to ask what had happened to my order and the girl response was, "It's whoever makes the crust."
She turned me over to manager who said I could come back in and they would remake. I did return and my response from the guy was it will be the same under his breath. He also responded by saying, "I heard all about that." He took my order and the entire time taking other orders he kept making comments to the customers ordering, "Do you want the crust thick or thin" and glancing at me. I finally received my order and took it out to the car and checked it....the crust was a bit higher, but clearly no deep dish and it wasn't crispy brown on the outside. I know they changed their crust on the original, but it appears that they are using the same crust for deep dish and that isn't what I was paying for. That is the last time I will be going to that place.

I walked into the Little Caesars location in the Abbott location in Anchorage Alaska. I asked the individual if he had any cheese pizza puffs already on hand, the individual stated No, I then asked him how long would it take to make a order of cheese puffs to go. He stated that it would take 8-10 to make. The individual asked me my name 3x after me telling him my name as if he was irritated that I was there to order. I placed an order and waited in my vehicle for 10 mins. After 10 mins I walked back inside Little Caesars to receive my order. The individual came from the back of the store and gave me my order. After checking to make sure order was right before leaving I noticed that I was called ** Dude as my name for the order. I’m speechless that we live in a society that uses color and discrimination for identity in 2024. I will never support or eat any Little Caesars food chains.

Then to resale the pizza they got back from me. Worst I could have ever of imagined. Thought this place was better than that. Well I was wrong. Buyer beware. And they don’t give receipts to people.

I ordered 2 peps and 1 cheese and was told to wait 25 mins. I waited in my car. Came back and was told it was in the oven. No problem. I went back in my car and waited 10 mins. Went back in and gave her my name. She went in the back then came back and said “You want a refund”. Never approached me in a professional manner and never told me the reason, I had to ask if she gave my order to someone else. She said yes because someone had the same order. What’s the point of asking for names when you not asking everyone!!! I paid with a gift card and my debit card. I threw out the gift card when used and was told she couldn’t give me back my money unless I had the card. She even insisted on me going outside and looking for the card. I told her that she needed to give me another give card or cash. She said she couldn’t do either.
I told her to ask her manager and she said she was the manager. Super unprofessional and can’t make decisions as a leader is a horrible thing! She shouldn’t be a manager. She called someone and was able to give me my money in cash after 5 mins of going back and forth with me. I have never had that experience there. The cook from the back came to the front being super unprofessional. Trying to go back and forth with me. I will NEVER go back!! Super unprofessional loud music inside the professional establishment. Didn’t acknowledge any customer walking in. No greeting whatsoever! Just ridiculous! 40 mins wasted with no food in hand. My kids requested this and that’s what aggravates me more. That’s not right and the principle matters! Do better! Makes the establishment look bad! Location is on 8896 N 56th St. Temple Terrace, FL 33617.

I told her "No. Just extra Cheese Please". The Cashier seemed nice, I was extremely nice too. In fact, once I arrived home and began eating my pizza, I could taste pepperoni, It was disappointing to me. I worked all day and around 4pm, decided to purchase from Little Caesars. While, I believe the pizza preparation was CROSS CONTAMINATED. For example, taking the pepperoni off my pizza, then adding cheese and sell it to me. It’s also possible the person making my pizza used the same gloves or unwashed hands they used to touch the pepperoni, then add cheese to my pizza. In addition, I’m vegan/vegetarian. I do not eat meat-pork. My taste buds are alert. Lastly, been periodically nauseous. Disappointed customer.. Nikki

Urgent Refund Issue - Unprofessional Handling of Cancelled Order was told a refund will not be issued. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing experience I recently encountered with two well-known companies in our area: Cash App and Little Caesars. As a loyal customer, I believe it is essential to highlight the unprofessional conduct and lack of accountability exhibited by these businesses. I am a single mother trying to feed my children and this night it just happened to be the last of my funds that I had to feed my daughter. I ordered online everything went through fine. Well 5 minutes goes by and I receive a text message stating my order was cancelled and if I had any problems or concerns to contact them; and I did. I was told my order could not be processed with no explanation as to why and that they can't do anything but issue a refund and it would be 7-10 days before they will process it.
This was my last all that I had, and they only money I had left to feed my children and I'm being told there is nothing they can do for my situation. I'm going through a very tough time right now and to be that I would have to have my children go hungry with no explanations as to why is the most hurtful and unprofessional, irresponsible thing ever. Then I was told they wouldn't replace the order I have to wait for the refund. The most humiliating thing any mother should have to go through is not being able to feed or take care of her children. To look at them and tell them that they won't be able to eat because mommy's money was stolen; Just have to see the looks on their faces and to wipe their tears because they are hungry was gut wrenching and broke my heart.
I had recently lost my job and it was the last of my check from it. Cash App and Little Ceasars. I was robbed by these companies. I placed an order for my family which was cancelled by the company and my money was never refunded and I was told to contact my bank which is Cash App and they pretty much told me it was out of their hands there was nothing they could do about it and I would need to contact the other company and dispute with them which I have done on 4 occasions in 4 days. These companies are very unprofessional and even suggested that I call my local law enforcement as if it was actually something they can handle. I need this as serious yet professional. Urgent and stern. This is unacceptable on any level and disrespectful. I pray no one else has to go through this or experiences this.

I ordered 5 crazy sauce part of my big order and 3 sauces are full and 2 are less than half! I asked the employee to please put a little more as the other 3 are full! She said she cannot because she can get in trouble if she fills a cup?! But the other 3 are touching the lid! I don’t understand. She asked if I would like a refund??? I asked if she can please fill the 2. She said it’s a policy they are allowed to fill to half.
Manager came and said, "I don’t like how you’re speaking to my employees"... I said nothing to insult or be rude and manager said I was!!! Also stated the policy to fill halfway is online. That’s a LIE for a customer who ALWAYS orders online! Nowhere online said only 1 scoop of sauce!! Why you holding back the sauce?!! Definitely a rip off on the sauce! WOW!!! I witnessed a complete lack of any customer service skills. This location is on Slappey Rd. in Albany, GA. 31701 (229) 299-4162. They gave me the impression that I was really bothering them when I arrived. No greeting, no smiles. I can tell they don't like their jobs. Ordered a pizza at 5:45 pm and was finally handed my pizza at 6:55 pm. No apologies for the delay, no 'thank you for coming in'. During this awful experience, I actually witnessed (as did the other 10 to 12 people that were waiting for their food), a person come in and asked the manager (who, by the way was not managing the restaurant, but making pizzas instead,) that her code was not working at the pickup rack. The manager told this person 'No problem', and opened the door, and gave this person 3 pizzas.
5 minutes after she left, the actual customer who properly ordered 3 pizzas came in and wondered where his food was. The manager actually told the real customer, 'Oh, I gave 3 pizzas to another person, who told me that her code (She never had one) was not working. The actual customer stood in dis-belief. This was very disturbing to me as well as the other customers. So, please watch out if you order from LCP online. The scam is that anyone can come in, claim their code does not work, and get the manager or another worker to open up the door. Shocking, but true! Needless to say; I won't be going back again. Attention to Little Caesars Management: Your employees at this location need to be completely retrained.

I advised I couldn’t drive right now due to my condition. He stated that wasn’t a problem. He wrote my name down and I could come get it at anytime. I sent my mother and my children up there to grab the order today. He turns my family away and says I should had came within 14 days yet he never gave a time frame. He says it is a reasonable time. Well I asked why didn’t he refund me because I stated to him I was on Bedrest And could not drive. It is well under 30 days.
We asked for something in writing that said 14 days as he did not provide a time frame. He stated he doesn’t have anything. He stated I could had got a refund if I came up there. I advised how when he never mentioned a date or a refund. He made it seem as if my only option was a remake with no time frame. I’m so disappointed and disheartening at your Customer service. I have a large social media following. I will be posting this online. Then I call them about it and they want 50% of the pizza back and I made a comment that it was so old it didn't have sauce on it anymore so the replacement pizza I got had extra drippy sauce on it. If you've ever had leftover pizza then you know that the sauce gets absorbed by the crust mostly and it's kinda dry. And the other time I got overcharged and they wouldn't give me my money back so I spent 20$ on a pizza that should have only cost 6$ but they probably do that all the time and just pocket the money. I'd rather go to a grocery store and get a frozen pizza than get pizza from this place again.

Told them, "We'll I ordered this through your store and Doordash picks it up. So who do I get a hold of to figure this out." Guy on the phone said, "Well you can call around to other stores to see who delivers." Weird cause it shows on their web page that store delivers. So I called the customer support. He refused to replace the food or refund the purchase. He said they are not responsible. He acknowledged the order was placed directly through the Little Caesar's app, NOT doordash. Jeramiah was rude and unprofessional the entire time. Doordash said it's Little Caesar's responsibility since the order was through the Little Caesar's app. I wasn't aware doordash was affiliated. I decided it's time to find a new pizza place. Not only did Little Caesars lack of customer service annoy me but their pizzas are not nearly as good of quality as they were a few years ago. Can I just get a replacement for the breadsticks that were complete dough next time I come in," then he starts going on about how I need to dig through my trash and drive 20 minutes to bring it back to him or we don't get anything. I told him I took pictures but I wasn't going to dig through my trash and waste 20 mins driving back in. I'm arguing with him about this.
Of course he's telling me that all I do was go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and I never once said that I'd be fine with getting a different replacement next time I came in. Which was the very 2nd thing I said to him after I told him I didn't need a refund. He was the most insulting, rude horrible person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with at that store. I will be attempting to contact not only corporate but also the owners that I know on the chain in this particular area. That behavior has never been displayed by any other of their employees while I was there, nor when I worked there years ago. I'm guessing because of the pandemic they're desperate for employees and they've decided that customer service no longer matters as long his grammators as long as they have an employee even if he is rude, obnoxious and beyond insulting to people.

I can't do this any longer. I'll cut how many pizzas I buy per month, and drive down to Pizza Hut. More expensive, but at least it doesn't end up in the garbage.

Bye Bye Little Caesars. My family and I have enjoyed Little Caesars for years...no more. The dough on our deep dish pepperoni mushroom was raw when I got it home, as was the replacement. Workers there argued with me, trying to tell it was cheese. As a result, I opted for a thin crust instead, because obviously something was wrong with their ovens. They gave my first pepperoni mushroom thin crust away. Waited for them to make another. Got home...no mushrooms. On top of all this, they refused to give me the $2 difference that I paid for a deep dish vs a thin crust pizza. Terrible customer service and quality of food. I'm done with Little Caesars for good.

I was severely burned by the sauce and cheese falling off the thin crust of a Little Caesars pizza. The sauce and cheese dropped off the crust onto my bottom lip and melted the lip skin. There was a huge temperature increase of the thin crust pizza sauce and cheese versus the regular cheese pizza crust. The sauce and cheese do not hold to the crust the same. The topping fell right off the crust on to my bottom lip causing the onset of severely burned skin and associated pain. It literally melted the skin of my lip. I have enjoyed little Caesars cheese pizzas for years. My standard practice has been to take at least one bite before taking my pizza home before the cheese gets cold. The sauce and cheese have always stuck to the crust
These thin crust pizzas are cut different. They are cut in several little pieces versus pie shape cuts. I picked up a small piece and drew it close to my mouth when suddenly the sauce and cheese slid off the crust and dropped on my lip and on my hand. I believe there needs to be a warning for these thin crust pizzas stating they can cause serious burns if eaten directly out of the oven because the sauce and cheese seperation from the crust. They must be allowed to cool down long enough for the sauce and cheese to adhere to the crust.

My wife went to get me a pizza from the store in North Tonawanda, NY! It was at 12:49 PM on Friday, 3/1/2019! I wanted just a large Classic Cheese! They told my wife they didn’t have any ready and would take a while! When going in a customer held the door for my wife and mentioned he was leaving as they didn’t have any pizzas ready! Lost that customer for his order! My wife asked how come they didn’t have any ready when they advertise “HOT & READY PIZZAS”! Claim they don’t do that. Only from 4 PM to 8 PM! Supposedly only have cheese and pepperoni ready! Didn’t even have that ready! That’s false advertising I would say.
So OK my wife waited and got a large Classic Cheese pizza! When she got home with it the cheese was kind of burnt but I didn’t really care about that. Went on F/B to our local NT page and wrote on there a question if anyone knew why they had changed their process of not having pizzas ready! Why do they have the oven warmers if they are not going to use them! Well anyways I got some good and bad comments, nothing unusually, and before I could start replying back the monitor of the page deleted my post! Real nice of him! Have seen all kinds of post on there so was surprised that he deleted it. Before it got deleted the manager at the store must have saw it or someone mentioned it to him and he sent me an instant message asking to call him to see if he could help me out!
Called him and he was very rude saying that since the store had opened they don’t have pizzas ready before 4 to 8 PM! Have been in there before and never had a problem getting a pizza as they had them sitting in the oven warmers! Anyways he’s talking over me many times and calling me BUD which is not my name! Called him on that and of course never apologized! Nothing new with these young PUNKS!
Where they hired them from is being on me! In my book the customer is always right no matter what! In the instant message he couldn’t even make sure to make his spelling correct before sending it out! I hung up on him as he continued to talk over me. He did ask if he could do anything for me and I said, "No that’s not the reason I was calling" that I wanted to know when they had changed their procedure in making pizzas! This all I wanted to know! As you can summarize I won’t be getting a pizza from there anymore even though I like their pizzas!

Aggravated I stepped up to the counter again and approached a manager by the name of "Teresa". She informed me that she would write my name in the book and that I need the paper receipt to get a replacement, Who keeps the Paper Receipt but I had a picture of the Paper Receipt and She won't even accept the Photo of Paper Receipt (Her Name is: "Michelle"), Luckily I had one but if you want to have the money refund or replacements I suggest that you keep the Paper Receipt because if you don't they won't honor it. She also suggested I tell them heavy sauce the next time I order. This was not my first time ordering pizza so there was no need to be snarky and sarcastic about it. The staff does not know how to speak courteously and does not answer the phone calls promptly, it took me an hour to get through. AWFUL SERVICE. STAY AWAY. :( :( :(

I went to place an order, got 3 crazy bread. None had butter or cheese on them. Just straight bread, the wings were undercooked. I called them to explain the situation and the guy said he was a manager but was not. Told me I had no common sense because I told him I would not be returning that day seeing I was home and didn't live close to the store. I show up and asked for the manager in duty and the girl at the counter said she's too busy.
I asked for the manager again and Brandi came out all with attitude. I explained the situation and she said she can't do anything because the store manager wasn't there. Once again I was lied to, I said, "Can we please get the manager on the phone?" She rolled her eyes and had a private phone conversation with someone. She said, "I love you too" when she hung up. When I asked to speak with the "manager" is when Brandi ended the conversation. She said, "The manager asked for your information and he will call you." I said, "I too need his information." She crumbled up the paper she was writing on and said "I'll be with you on 10 to 20 mins. I am busy with an order." Do not go to this establishment. They do not care about customer service, cooking your food properly, or making their mistakes right so you will return.

Pensacola FL, and Pace FL Little Caesars locations are charging what I believe to be illegal surcharges when using a credit card for purchase. This not legal in the state of Florida to do. They are disguising the practice as giving a cash discount, but there is no discount for using cash... you just don't get charged the .59 cent surcharge is all. They are also trying to say this is a transaction fee on all purchases but it is not. If you place the order online and pay with a credit card no surcharge is added... So the argument of every transaction at this location charging a transaction fee is not accurate. It happens only when you use a credit card to pay onsite at the store which is a violation of Florida Law. I tried to alert corporate but it's gone nowhere. There are hundreds of pizza places that do business the right way. I will take my business to them.

I completed an online order. I noticed I was not asked for the delivery address. I called the store. The Store Manager told me they don't do refunds and that I should contact customer service. I asked for the Customer Service Number, he did not have it! I went online, look for the number and called. I was told that refunds are made on every store; however, that particular store did not have the system to do refunds. For me to get a refund, a claim was going to be processed and sent to the franchise manager. I called the store again to tell them that I was not satisfied with the service and that it was that particular store the one who did not do any refunds. The manager was not happy and hung the phone on me. The store is located in Erdman Ave. Baltimore MD.

She got mad and while I am talking to my friend is screaming. "I'm a human. What are you doing." I was lost cause I was entering to order pizza for my 8yr old son and his friend. As I entered she proceeded to tell me that I was wrong for having the door open. I told her I wasn't that serious. She said, "I don't care". I'm human like you!
I proceeded to ask where’s the manager. She told me it was her and she didn't care what I had to say. I said, "You can’t talk to me like that. You’re a manager." She scared, "I don't care. Call Little Caesars. Report me." I was like, "Who says that. Aren't you the manager," she said. I told her I was going to entertain her and I just wanted to order pizza so told I don't care I am not serving you. I said, "You cannot do that. Are you serious." She said "Yes, I can." I said, "Well someone else can help me and you don't have to service me." Said no one is at this moment.
A man was standing there listening to the whole thing. 2 more man entered and a lady. Now there’s 4 people in the store including me, my son and his friend. There’s 7. I proceeded to tell her, "Ok you don't have to serve me but my son hungry and he asks pizza. My son was yet the first one in the line even with the 3 people behind him. She proceeded to ignore my child and take the next customer and the next. My son then tells her, "I'm next." She tells him, "I am not going to give you pizza." I was standing at the door of the store in disbelief like she just told an 8 yr old he cannot order so the men ordered their pizza.
The lady was last she then tells the manager that she cannot do that. She has serve my child. She tells the lady she doesn't have to because of his mother. The lady tells she can't still do that. Kids are innocent! She proceeded to tell her give the young man pizza. He’s a kid. She kept insisting that she doesn't want to. The lady said, "That's enough. You have to. You’re a manager. You have not let your anger get to you and do your job. You are working because of the lady." My son was finally served his pizza, this young lady name is Kemi as I was told she was with 2 other employees at the moment working. I entered at 7:20. She served us our pizza at 7:31. They will sell you a $6 Extra Most Bestest for immediate consumption as they have plenty in their warming ovens. Total ripoff. They force you to pay more. Is it Extra? No. Both times I’ve bought it from two different locations it has had as much or even less than their $5 Hot and Ready. Does it have extra pepperoni? Hard to tell. Neither pizzas has pepperoni placed on them. It was simply tossed in clumps haphazardly.
Most Bestest? NOPE. I’ve had better pizzas and for the same price at some hole in the wall Mom and Pop shop. Little Caesars are such a ripoff now that I will pay more somewhere else for a better quality pizza than to reward shoddy service, food and an underhanded business model. I went to the counter at the one inside the Super Center not knowing it was so dirty until I approached. I have not been to a LC in many years so I assumed Hot N Ready meant the pizza was ready to pick up and go. Standing behind the one other customer that was ordering I saw the "cook" wearing a hairnet and scratching his head through the hairnet and of course they don't wear gloves. I was curious so I waited my turn and asked if they had the hot n ready pepperoni and she said, "No, it will be about 15 minutes," at which point I turned and walked away.
So, I stopped at the second LC on my way home. I walked in and it is filthy as well. I was the only person in there and there was no one at the counter. After a few seconds a guy from the back said, "Be with you in a minute," then disappeared. I stood there another few minutes and a girl came from the back and said "I'll be with you in a minute," walked over to the toppings station, picked something out of the container with her bare hands, ate it and walked to the back. I have never had a bad experience with Little Caesars, the pizza is always hot and ready if I am ordering a regular pizza (cheese, pepperoni). If I want a specialty then the wait has never been more than 15 minutes. The staff have never been rude, are they happy typically not. But they are always teens and working in a fast paced hot environment so I would never expect them to be overly excited to see me. The pizza and all menu items are cheap or extremely affordable so with that being said you can't get too upset when the pizza tastes like it costs $5. I however enjoy the pizza, the crust doesn't have much flavor but I think that is the biggest part of it that they gimp. The toppings and cheese always taste great, the sauces they have available are enjoyable and if I want to custom make a pizza I am able to for a few extra bucks.
Compared to the $5 ready made pizzas they are now selling at Walmart and 711, Little Caesars taste is still much better, and frozen pizza you can purchase at the grocery store typically costs more and doesn't taste as good. I made this review because I think a lot of people are being too harsh and expecting too much for their dollars. You are purchasing a cheap meal. A meal that actually can feed more than 1 person. Its such a bargain and on top of that it doesn't taste bad. Decent pizza for a good price.
