    Absolutely horrible experience at Little Caesars on 45th in Fargo ND. The cheese pizza we received was completely dried out—the crust was rock hard and the cheese looked like it had been sitting out for hours, if not longer. It was inedible and went straight in the trash. What’s worse is the complete lack of accountability. The store manager promised a refund that never happened. Customer service was unreachable (over 2.5 hours on hold), and corporate never returned my call. Serving food like this is bad enough, but ignoring customers afterward is even worse. This was a total waste of money, and we will not be back.

    Little Caesars drivers are worthless after waiting almost 2 hours and calling the manager at the location and they said they would replace and after waiting half an hour they canceled my order. Doordash drivers are worthless!!!

      This was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. On Saturday, March 14 at around 5:30 PM, I placed a mobile order for a cheese pizza, a pepperoni pizza, and Crazy Bread. The app stated the order would be ready in 15 minutes. Shortly after placing the order, I received a text message saying my order was ready along with a PIN number to use at the pickup door.

      When I arrived at the restaurant, there was no order in the pickup area under my name or associated with the PIN number. I asked the woman working at the counter if my order was ready. She very rudely responded that if it wasn’t in the pickup area, then it wasn’t ready. I explained that I had received a text message stating my order was ready and politely asked if she could check on it. She refused to check and simply repeated that it wasn’t ready. I then waited patiently for another 5–10 minutes while watching multiple orders go out. Even customers placing orders inside the restaurant were receiving their pizzas before me. During that time, I could clearly see several cheese and pepperoni pizzas being made and stacked on the back counter.

      I politely asked her again if she could please check on my order. She turned around and rudely told me that just because I was in the store didn’t mean I could get my order whenever I wanted and claimed that I was early. I again explained that I was not early and that I had received a text message stating my order was ready, and asked if she could please check. She then walked to the back, grabbed two pizzas and Crazy Bread, brought them to the counter, and told me to get out of her store. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it. I also asked for a supervisor or manager, and she refused to answer. Instead, she made a mocking smile and noise and then told me that I didn’t have a job and that I was jobless. This was completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful.

      Two days later, on Monday, March 16, 2026, I called the store to speak with the manager. A man named Ryan answered the phone. He refused to give me the store manager’s name or any information and stated that he could not provide the manager’s information without her permission. When I asked to speak with the store manager, he told me I would have to call back around 2:00 PM and hope to catch her. This entire experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. I have never been treated this poorly at any restaurant.

      Ordered a large pepperoni pizza, Where is the pizza sauce? As expensive as these pizzas are, you would think they’d have pizza sauce. Not paying extra for pizza sauce. Won’t order again. Not at these prices.

      I would like to request that someone contact the following store that just maybe if at all possible. To ask them to put just a little bit more pizza sauce on their pizza. I have gotten three different pizzas from the following store and each one was next to being dry of sauce. I believe that in a reasonable amount of time the pizza sales will increase to offset cost to profit ratios. Little Caesars store located at 109 Patrick Street Plaza, Charleston, West Virginia 25312.       The manager of the North Port Little Caesars on Toledo blade store just wrote review and threatened me because I wrote a bad review about one of his employees. He will be reported to Corporate. I would not suggest anybody going to this store.

      499 pizza deal is a rip off. No one at the store even knows about it. Then they tell you to go to the app to order when you order on app it still comes up full price. What a rip off. No in-store training on how to resolve.

      I’m writing this review because I usually buy pizza twice a month at a new location near my house for about a year because I work at night and it saves time and energy. After sometime, Jasmine at the East Prien Lake location in Lake Charles, La started approaching the service window with a nasty and rude demeanor as if she was tired of my business. My second to last visit at a Lil Caesar’s I ordered $70.00 worth of pizzas, two of which were specialty and the employee asked if I made a lot of money. I thought to myself that is a strange statement. I told her I do well enough. So after I picked up my order and two of my pizzas were burned but I just took it and left.

      This wasn’t the first time. Throwing away a $20 pizza in this economy is crazy. So I decided to deal with it. Fast forward it’s been a month and I decide to try the location on West McNeese St in Lake Charles, La and I ordered the pizzas I normally do and explain that the last time I ordered my pizzas were burned. So I asked if they could not burn them but please cook them all the way. So apparently they were offended cause all four pizzas were raw and undercooked but I was sick at the time so I just threw the $55.00 worth of pizzas away. As long as I live I will never give and business or my money to this company that hires trash employees. These ** people are rude and disgraceful. Signed: A ** Woman

      The worst customer service. Not just rude but completely unwilling to fix their mistake. I ordered a pizza with it specified to be cut wedge pieces like a pie. Not only did it come all hacked up but they burnt the crust and some of the toppings. The manager said there wasn't anything he could do since I didn't check it before leaving. SO MUCH FOR HAVING ANY FAITH IN SOMEONE!!!!
