Ordered for the very 1st time the pepperoni cheese garlic herb puffs, the garlic herbs were really, really, really salty… So much so I could only have 1 bite of 1 of 4 ordered! Very bad taste, ruined it all… Remove the saltiness.. Garlic always good, just brush top with garlic butter.. So very disappointed!!!

Woman behind counter seemed very disinterested in quality customer service. Would answer my questions while turning her back. Extremely poor customer service. No eye contact, no interest in answering my important questions. This is the Little Caesars in Cloquet, Minnesota.

The pizza is very good now. However I found out they don't use GLOVES!!! And people are not the cleanest out here especially when it won't affect them and others just don't care. Good pizza but it's a big fat enormous large NO for me!!! I don't know where your hands been or what they been doing. Or even if you're keeping them clean while preparing the pizza!! I'm cool in Little Caesars.

Truly the worst place in Twin Falls to order from. Their service is awful. Waited 20 minutes for one pizza after watching several customers come in after me and pick up theirs. When I asked about my pizza the girl ignorantly told me they were still cooking it.

I placed an online order to be delivered and it was never delivered. I called the store on Dollar Way Road, the employees were rude and refused to help. Would not remake the food and now I have to wait 12 days for a refund. It is ridiculous, incompetent employees, managers, and customer service. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The fast and easy way to retrieve the pizzas are great but both times I have ordered, the pizza was not thoroughly cooked. I has to finish in my oven at home. The store presentation was not appealing meaning it looked dirty. The employees did not look happy so what does that mean for our food??? But as I stated earlier, the easy ordering online and pizza retrieval from machine which keeps pizza hot was great. The store does not offer any way to carry out your food if you have a lot. I personally will not order from Little Caesars again.

Started to order a pizza that cost 11.49 but by the time they got done with fees, 3.00 for Delivery, 2.00 for Small order fee, and another couple of fees as well that brought the total to $24.85 for 1 pizza to be delivered. Needless to say I didn't order and they will never get any of my future business.

Went to Little Caesars on 9-13-25 to pick my order. Waited 48 minutes with 5 employees working. Cashier would put her cell phone down and work. Bad customer service and customers were getting upset but as long as money comes in, who cares about this review..

I got home & my pizzas didn't have sauce. I called the restaurant and was told to bring them back. The lady looked at my pizza and told me it did have sauce. I removed the cheese from one slice for her to see, it had ONE red dot of sauce. She was laughing at me, then she said I could have paid for extra sauce and what could I expect for their $4.99 promo. (I wasn't looking for no sauce pizza to pay less). She then handed me a $10 bill for me to leave. I wasn't there for a refund, I wanted pizza for my kids. She walked away and left me talking to myself. All she had to do was make it right. Horrible customer service. NEVER GOING BACK. El Paso, TX Edgemere Location.

I don't normally go to little Caesars. But, today I thought I'd stop here to get a pizza and have a cheap meal. Before, I start doing household repairs. I remember why, I don't order here. The pizza crust has no flavor. Taste like you're eating cardboard. The sauce had a funny taste and flavor. The cheese is rubbery. I know you get what you pay for. But, you would think that little Caesars would up their pizza sauce and crust.

If I have to give it a star. It's cheap but you get what you pay for. It's dry, hard, and taste like cardboard. Would not go there again. Go somewhere else. I have tried other little Caesar but it's the same old taste CARDBOARD.

Since Little Caesars changed to Door Dash delivery, we NEVER get the correct order. Tonight they delivered us someone else’s order entirely, it didn’t even have our name on it. The time before that, they were extremely late and didn’t include our entire order. Every single time we order delivery, there is an issue and I have to call and even if we get a refund, it still doesn’t solve the fact that we ordered pizza for dinner and didn’t get any pizza or didn’t get the correct pizza. There have been times when the Door Dash drivers forget the drink or forget the Crazy Bread or forget the marinara that goes with the crazy bread.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and an order of Crazy Bread. The crazy bread was not baked all the way, so it was raw dough. I had to call twice to speak with the manager, he finally came on the phone. I explained the Crazy Bread was not baked all the way. It was raw dough and it was not good to eat that, he said you can bring it back. I did not want to drive back and told him so, he just said okay and hung up. Very unprofessional and unconcerning. I will never go back there and, I hope not all the Little Caesars are the same, I hesitate trying another location. This location used to be good. Also I was not given a receipt.

They lost my pizza and had me waiting in the lobby forever while the manager I believe she said her name was Emily was in the back talking about it and never came and told me anything or apologize until they lost the second item on my order and then she comes out the back and tell me what happened which was her employee working tonight lost the order and all of it had to be remade over. I’ve been there well over 30 minutes by now and when I tell her an apology goes a long way and she should have came out and said something to me about it and apologize then instead of me waiting forever in the lobby while hearing them talk about my order and she said oh no one has came and told you.

I placed an order with a T-Mobile coupon. I ordered a large Cheese pizza, Cheesy Bread, 2 KitKat breadsticks and an orange two liter of soda on top of leaving a $10 tip for the delivery driver which was DoorDash. SMH. They forgot the 2 KitKat Brownies and gave me Mountain Dew rather than the orange soda. The pizza was cold and the Cheesy Bread was about the only thing decent. I called and emailed instantly and asked for a refund which they emailed back saying they are giving me a 50% refund off the entire order. A week later they refunded me $11.13 out of a $39.98 total for the order. Again I had to call but this time 4 more times just to get a valid answers to what was going on with the rest of my refund that if yet to receive after three weeks. I’ll never order food from this place ever again and I’ll make sure friends and family don’t as well!

I came in the Owosso store, ordered a Hot N Ready, two breads and 2 garlic butters, the worker told me it'll be a few minutes ago. I wait and people that was there before me left. More came in and left, I still sit. I had to speak up 'cause the lady at the counter kept serving others the bread and Hot-N-Readys.. Before I left I told them they need to start paying attention on who's been there waiting first.. Won't go there again for awhile!!!!

Terrible customer service. Very unprofessional employees. I will NEVER order from them again! Not willing to help find a solution. Arrogant attitude. Obviously they don’t need our business. Hope they fail in their business.

I love their pizza but the staff is so rude. Will be going elsewhere. I don’t have to spend money where people are rude. Worst place in Tennessee. The staff are completely useless, they want you to use their app. I’m not good on a computer. I’m old and don’t like changes.

My last 2 visits the pizza was horrible as well the crazy bread wasn't cooked long enough. Barely any sauce on the pizza AND didn't even get the dipping sauce. I WON'T BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.

The Little Caesars on 44th and Breton is so unprofessional. They BOTH of my orders wrong and when I called up there the manager was very rude and sarcastic. When I got there I heard the employees talking about me before I even walked in the door. The choices of workers and managers need to be re evaluated. I will never go back there ever again. I do not recommend anyone to go there.

They didn’t put butter, garlic and parmesan cheese on our crazy bread. The lady ask the pizza makers who isn’t putting butter on the bread sticks and the guys cooking just laughed. Unprofessional! The breadsticks weren’t cut all the way through and stuck together. We drove 45 minutes for this.

I just spent an HOUR trying to order 9 pizzas for our church for tomorrow. I had to GO to the restaurant because online ordering did not function, and that was the only thing customer service could recommend. They left me waiting for 20 minutes. Then they said they would honor the tax-exempt certificate and ID number. MOST disappointing.

Little Ceasars used to be my favorite pizza, but they have gotten so bad I've chosen to not go anymore. They used to always be hot, saucy, greasy, super cheesy and perfectly seasoned...and the crazy bread was to die for. Over the last few years I've seen a serious decline in quality at little ceasars. Their pizza dough is still doughy in the middle, they don't use enough sauce and the bread absorbs what's there allowing the cheese to get dry and everything just being overly dry. They barely season it at all. The crazy bread is garbage now, it has zero cheese or seasoning on it at all, it's just a dry chewy flavorless piece of bread. Huge dissapointment. Shame on you little ceasars for cutting corners, you just lost a household of customers because of it.

I had a terrible experience at this Little Caesars. I placed an online order and when I arrived, my pre-order pizza wasn’t ready. I was understanding and agreed to wait another 15 minutes, but that’s when the frustration began. When I politely asked for a sauce as a small gesture for the delay, the staff flatly refused, saying I should just “be understanding” because the manager was working alone. However, when the other employee arrived, he had time to walk to another store to grab a soda, showing he clearly wasn’t too busy to assist customers. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable to be denied something as simple as sauce after poor scheduling and lack of accountability. This is a clear example of horrible customer service and I won’t be returning.

I visited Little Caesars located at 11101 Fondren Rd. Houston, Texas 77096. It was awful as usual. I called the order in and was told 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I inquired and found out the order was never placed. A lady behind the counter took the order again, however it was missing one box of crazy puffs. This is the third time. A lady ahead of us had a similar experience. Her wait was longer. They told her 15 more minutes only to find her order was never placed. I would not have stopped by today but the grandchildren wanted it. We got the usual experience. I'm done.

Haven't eaten Little Caesars' in years and decided to try the Detroit Deep Dish and bread sticks. Looking forward to it. I asked them for extra sauce. I told them I like lots of sauce and they so no problem. When I got the pizza it was dry as a bone. I lifted up the cheese and there was not even a trace of sauce. Just white bread. No red coloring even. Also very little cheese. The crust was not brown at all. Pizza was undercoooked. The pieces weren't cut all the way through. Each piece had to be re-cut. Everything about the pizza was horrible. Well, they can't screw up breadsticks. Right? WRONG. They used to be flat with cheese sprinkled on top and garlic butter or maybe just butter. These were round, cold, and couldn't hold a topping even if there were some. An awful experience. I would never recommend to anyone.

Hello, I have to say that little Caesars pizza is absolutely terrible, I bought I hold pizza, it was the one with 3 meats, when I got home and tasted it, I could see that there was absolutely no sauce on the pizza, it was totally dry, it was ridiculous, I just happen to be a retired chef so I know how to make pizzas, I don't usually go to little Caesars, I just thought I would give them a shot, but I am sorry I went to them, if you're looking for good pizza do not go to them, totally dry pizza with no tomato sauce, I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

I ordered online and didn't get my whole order. I called and Troy from the Butler PA story was arrogant and rude and would not deliver my whole order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. IT'S NOT EVEN THAT GOOD.

I have been a long-time customer (20+ years) of my local Little Caesars. Recently I ordered a delivery and the order was wrong, they cancelled. Then reordered right. Was sent an email that I will receive a refund for the wrong order. That was three months ago and after contacting their customer service department 9 times have only been told they are still processing the order.

I used to love this Little Caesars (at 5838 Columbus Sq, Columbus, OH 43231-2811). Been going there for years. But tonight, I ordered over the phone (for pick up) a DEEP DEEP DISH PIZZA with beef topping. The guy (with a Middle East accent) spoke back my toppings order as beef & pepperoni multiple times. I had to insist "not pepperoni, just beef". 5 times beef. He stopped trying to enter the order as pepperoni. He seemed to be going out of his way to get the order wrong (or doesn't speak very good English?). When I arrived, the box was half the size I was expecting (& with an unusually low price for Deep Deep Dish pizza, as I pointed out to the cashier). It turned out he had entered the order as cheesy bread. It wasn't a pizza. I got back me money & ordered somewhere else.
