I had credit card debt, and childcare expense was too much to handle, so I reached out to a representative and touched base on what my debt was and what the minimum payments were for each. He explained the difference between paying them off early and helping my credit if I did it with National Debt Relief versus continuing to make the minimum payments and taking a longer time to even scratch the surface. The only thing is by the end of it they weren't willing to work with me on payment plans. But we were able to settle everything quickly, so that was the plus side to it. It was beneficial in the long run because it helped me set my expenses in better order and be able to live off of my current means.

My debt has been paid off and working with National Debt Relief was easy and not complicated at all. I just turned in my debt, decided on a doable monthly payment, and they took it out every paycheck. When I was almost done, I made one extra payment. If I had any questions, I just called in and got somebody right away. However, they continued to take out money from my account, and it took a minute for them to refund it, but once they did, it was fine.

I found National Debt Relief online and talked to them. It was easy to enrol in their program. If I had a question, I would just call them and they were pretty good about answering it. I graduated early and I was happy with it. They got me through it and got it over with.

Not sure why they have an online chat if the first thing they say is you have to call. Do not even offer a chat option at that point, and then to lie over and over about it would be a quick call, and take no time at all but then being on the phone for over 45 minutes. I know it’s a good thing but just lie after lie to get you started isn’t a good look

Signing up for National Debt Relief was easy. I was in a program for a year and a half. Communication was very good. They called and answered all the questions. They called me back right away. They kept me informed. They tried to settle as many settlements as possible, as soon as possible. It was a good experience.

I had 1 credit card I owed a lot on. NDR helped me lower my debt and set me up with a monthly payment I can afford. My Credit card will be paid off in 33 months. If I did not contact NDR I would have spent 18k on interest by the time my credit card was paid off. Not only did they save my 18k on interest they also lowered the amount I owe by 4k. The man I talked to on the phone was cool and he explained to me how the process works. I was all for it. Highly recommend it!

What I heard on the internet about NDR sounded good so I went with them. Enrollment was easy and the whole program took about a year. Everything was just cut and dry, and simple. It ain’t no rocket science.

Everybody from National Debt Relief has been pretty fluid. However, I realized that whatever you put into the program that is not written off ends up going back on your taxes. That’s a big one to let people know because I wasn’t aware of that until I got taxed out at $175,000 last year. That was a huge impact for me cause I ended up paying 5 grand back to the federal taxes. I didn’t like that because whatever the credit departments don’t receive from you, they add it to your income. But outside of that, they have a pretty good program. It’s very helpful, but you have to be very cautious of that side of it.

I would recommend this service to anyone who is struggling with debt. Everyone was helpful. Always answered my questions. Never had an issue that they did not help me with. I love my experience with them. I don’t know what else I would have done with all the things that were going on in my life.

I have just started the process for debt relief and it has been easy so far. Now I want to see how the rest of the program work out. The economy is not kind to us Senior Citizens who only have SS benefits with all the increases that are many times greater than our cost of living increases. I get a decent amount from SS compared to many of the people I know. Over the years since I became disabled the cost of food and about everything else has really gone out of sight. I remember my family members saying they were looking forward to their “Golden Years” (retirement) but I can see no such thing with my retirement. I have tried to make money over the last 25 years doing odd jobs and selling items that were left to me by family members. Which was not always easy on me with my disabilities. Hoping things will look up over the next couple of years. No more Credit Cards for me. It will cash only as I used to do for many years. A limited

She conducted herself in a very professional manner and was very knowledgeable and took her time in explaining the program and answering all of my and my wife's questions.
