Both Richard and Lakeesha were very personable, professional and made it very easy for us to go with the program. They showed us how much we would save with the payment plan. Richard said he would would call us at 4:43pm and he called at exactly 4:43pm. No one I have ever dealt with before has been that punctual and professional.

I was lucky that when I first called NDR, it was Timi ** who answered my call. She was pleasant, friendly, patient and respectful in asking personal information needed for the application. She made sure that the whole process from application, approval through the months of installment payments were stress-free and all for my benefit.

Mike was great. He understood what ive been facing. He's compassionate and I needed that. It's been a horrible year, culminating with the passing of my mom in Dec. 2024. I have never been in debt before and this was my first time in debt. I've heard of credit card debt, car insurance debt, but never my debt back rent debt. Very knowledgeable and professional. Really tried to understand my situation and explained in great detail the whole process. At the end they made sure I had all the contact information I needs in case I had additional questions. Also let me know there was legal help available if I needed it and if I got any harassment from any of my lenders to contact them immediately.

I'll be honest, at first I was skeptical and unsure, especially given how many loans my fiancé and I have between us. But the agent we worked with was able to explain how it worked and answered every question we had. My fiancé and I went from paying an arm and a leg to being able to finally breathe financially. I have just started the process for debt relief and it has been easy so far. Now I want to see how the rest of the program work out. The economy is not kind to us Senior Citizens who only have SS benefits with all the increases that are many times greater than our cost of living increases. Everything is working out so far, but when I signed up I was told I would never ever have to pay more than 320 biweekly. With the past three deals I have had to make extra unexpected payments which was not what I was promised multiple times. I'm glad it is helping me get out of debt so far, but I still have 10 grand that hasn't been signed up for yet in the program and I know I can't afford any extra payments for them, which is what I have come to expect.
