The Debt Specialist was professional and experienced with the company was very knowledgeable and kind. She explained how the National Debt Relief service would auto draft money into my “escrow” account and once enough was in there they would start to negotiate the terms of the repayment of the debt.

I would given a 5 star but once I talked to the rep. About if the credit is enrolled into the system. The creditors should stop calling. When asked he gave me an answer "they will still call you." It would be nice they could call all creditors and notify them that we are enrolled into the program.

It takes too long to enroll the accounts I have and I'm tired of getting calls from my creditors and telling them that I joined a program and they haven't received a proposal. It's been months since I joined the program. I wish that all my accounts were enrolled by now.

I have been enrolled in the program for over a year and they have only made a couple payments to my creditors after I approved a settlement many months ago. They are trying to keep hundreds of dollars for fees yet they have not been paying my creditors.
