The procedure of NDR was explained thoroughly. Payment to NDR was broken down for me to understand. The Rep. was very responsive to my questions, and explained everything so I would understand the process. I was told what to expect from NDR, and what would be e-mailed to me for my use.

Everything is working out so far, but when I signed up I was told I would never ever have to pay more than 320 biweekly. With the past three deals I have had to make extra unexpected payments which was not what I was promised multiple times. I'm glad it is helping me get out of debt so far, but I still have 10 grand that hasn't been signed up for yet in the program and I know I can't afford any extra payments for them, which is what I have come to expect. Not sure of how this will continue to play out, but so far I am making it work.
