I had a wonderful experience with Jay and Ronald in the setting up of my debt relief plan. They were courteous and fully knowledgeable in the whole program. They made the process clear and pain free. I would recommend this company to others.

I called I spoke with Gregory and I got a follow call today from Antonio. And the house of got a follow up call today from Gregory. The 2 of them were extremely Thorough, with all the knowledge that they had about my debt consolidation of how much always going to save with the cost word to me. They were very very good and knowledgeable to my needs and I would highly recommend them to anybody especially anybody who is in situation than I am in period. I would also like to add that the follow up calls were extremely sentimental to me and made me feel extremely comfortable about moving forward with your company. Again I want to tip my hat to The 2 gentlemen that help me feel comfortable about moving forward.

From the first day I contacted NDR to the day I finally signed up to become debt free my experience has been exceptional. Tajee ** was the first person I spoke with and she was excellent in advising me about the process and the importance of addressing my financial situation. She followed up with me and it was not a hard sales pitch. She was reassuring and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt quite comfortable with her. Then meeting Jay ** via the Welcome Call was reassuring as well. He went over all matters just like Ms. ** and made me feel confident that I made the right choice in selecting National Debt Relief.

They were very helpful when it came to describing all the information that I needed to know and they broke it down for me to be easily understood and they made it all make sense. I would recommend to anybody that has debt issues or problems.

When doing the welcome call, the representative was thorough and answered all questions. I was thankful for her flexibility as I had to whisper during the call. She informed me of my next steps and what I needed to complete.

Both of the agents I've spoken to thus far have been great. We had connection issues, but we worked through them. It sounded like they were talking in water. One decided it would be best to hang up and call me back and the connection was better. The other agent kept moving around until things cleared up.

I was nervous when I first reached out for help. I am extremely independent, and reaching out is hard. From my first conversation with Adrian, my fears were diminished greatly. Yesterday I applied for help through the Debt Relief program and I would like to stress my appreciation to the people who worked with me, Chuck ** and Bioncha. They were both pleasantly polite, helpful, knowledgeable and never undermined me during my application process. Enrolling in Debt Relief plan. The gal who helped me over the phone was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped me understand very clearly what would be happening, and possible issues that could arise and how to handle them. The only negative from the experience had nothing to do with her service. This was that there was a bad lag in the phone and an echo of my voice. This would sometimes cause us to interrupt each other.

It’s always hard when having to ask for help in situations like the ones National Debt Relief specialize in, but they were extremely friendly, non-judgmental, and thoroughly explained the whole process. By the end of the call, and well into the email and confirmation call, I felt well taken care of and more importantly that I had an advocate in NDR.

Debt relief to pay off and be done with the payments soon. We seem very satisfied with the treatment by the people who handled out information. We will be free of payments and easier to handle other things. We will share this company to other people we know who need this kind of service.

Customer service was great, but the mic quality could be better! Both people who I talked to were very nice and accommodating. However there was such a delayed with the conversation, that might be from my end, or yours, I do get that. There were time where they would speak and it would be muffled and short out, still able to understand, but a bit frustrating. Five stars for still being able to help me get this process started to become debt-free!
