It was great speaking with knowledgeable personnel like Micah and Jaron, whose English was clear and very understandable. For some, not all, of us older people with slight hearing issues it can be very difficult to understand foreign accents. Not the case here. They were both extremely helpful and made it easy to work through all the details to enroll and start this debt-free process.

I had such a great experience talking & working with both Chanel & Evelyn. I felt comfortable with Chanel immediately. It seemed like we had a lot in common, which made it easy to talk to her. If you are in debt and need a fresh start and want to avoid filing for BK (if you can) NDR, is the way to go. I was in the constant cycle of Chapter 13 and I was not successful in getting my case discharged. I decided to not to re-file and just work with NDR to help me with some unsecured debt that I desire to pay off in a short amount of time than what is prescribed in Chapter 13 (5 years). The process was easy, enrollment was easy. Just have all of your documents in order and be honest. Being upfront with your situation helps and besides you are not alone. I am very excited to now have some control over my debt than what I have had in the past. Also my brother has an account with NDR and it has worked for him tremendously. Stop the calls and stress. I was nervous when I first reached out for help. I am extremely independent, and reaching out is hard. From my first conversation with Adrian, my fears were diminished greatly. The program is straightforward, and he explained it concisely, always asking if I had any questions about the program. The amount per month and the time frame in which to pay off the debt are both much lower than I expected. I am so optimistic that this will finally help me stress less and enjoy life more in the long run.

Enrolling in Debt Relief plan. The gal who helped me over the phone was very knowledgeable and kind. She helped me understand very clearly what would be happening, and possible issues that could arise and how to handle them. The only negative from the experience had nothing to do with her service. This was that there was a bad lag in the phone and an echo of my voice. This would sometimes cause us to interrupt each other.

It’s always hard when having to ask for help in situations like the ones National Debt Relief specialize in, but they were extremely friendly, non-judgmental, and thoroughly explained the whole process. By the end of the call, and well into the email and confirmation call, I felt well taken care of and more importantly that I had an advocate in NDR.

Debt relief to pay off and be done with the payments soon. We seem very satisfied with the treatment by the people who handled out information. We will be free of payments and easier to handle other things. We will share this company to other people we know who need this kind of service.

However there was such a delayed with the conversation, that might be from my end, or yours, I do get that. There were time where they would speak and it would be muffled and short out, still able to understand, but a bit frustrating.
