Tyler ** was my Debt Specialist and I could not ask for a more pleasant person. He was very informative and went through all of the paperwork with me. He answered all my questions. He was very patient even if I asked the same question twice. Valerie from the Success Team also very pleasant and went through all of the information with me. All in all the experience was informative and presented in a pleasant and yet businesslike format. The session did not put any pressure on me to sign up, I would recommend NDR to anyone that needed financial help.

Everyone I talked to was very polite, nonjudgemental and cared about helping me. I appreciated being able to call and ask questions anytime I needed. I am just starting but feel already from the service they have given me that this is going to be a great experience and well worth the time and effort. Plus they are helping see a light at the end of the tunnel.

This program is almost too good to be true! If you plan to do everything possible to get out of debt than NDR is your answer. They called to discuss my options with in minutes of submitting my request. They were also happy to answer all of my questions.

Travis, Nathalie and Brianna were very helpful in explaining all details of the service offered by NDR and the obligations both I and they would have. I had been let down by a lender who had promised to refinance but did not understand that I had had all the right documents all along, to proceed. Consequently my credit score suffered waiting too long to support the debt. So now things are rather difficult - but I will be able to turn things around with NDR with a lot of focus and hard work on my part and theirs.

Good way to get relief. Everyone needs to take a deep breath. It’s understandable there’s a script involved but the speed with which the information is given and gone over does not leave time for questions. Slow down please. Steve ** is the exception though the last welcome call was excruciatingly fast.
