Three's a Charm: We started with one Welcome Call Specialist who called at a bad time, so we asked for a call back later. Our second Welcome Call Specialist called back timely, but we lost our connection part way through the verification process. We thought he would call us back, but he never did. So we had to call them back and start the verification process all over again. The third Welcome Call Specialist was courteous, thorough and very informative. Thank you.

All agents were knowledge about the program's offerings and answered the questions to the best of their abilities. If they do not know the answer to a question, they put the client on hold; then seek the correct information for the client.

The people are very knowledgeable and reasonably flexible with program setup options. The only comment regarding improvement would be to always be aware of talking rate and volume. Every now and then the conversation was difficult to hear/understand when the item being spoken is one that is spoken over and over and over throughout a day.

The only thing that was off putting was I thought the legal protection was included in the program until my welcome call lady told me it was an additional fee and I had to sign up for it. If she hadn't offered it to me once more just to be sure and I'd had been screwed over later I would've been so upset. So I was thankful she offered that again.
