I was happy with the information I received my only concern is with being sued for the debt owed. I did enroll for legal help though. But I don't understand what happens if I'm sued. The representative I spoke to one the phone was very helpful.

Yesterday i was only told then what would happen. I was taken back in that My credit rate would go down and no payments would be made for at least 3-4 months. Now I have to change my information so they call you and avoid going to court. I am never going to be able to retire with good credit? I pray that this works out and I can sleep better at night.

Three's a Charm: We started with one Welcome Call Specialist who called at a bad time, so we asked for a call back later. Our second Welcome Call Specialist called back timely, but we lost our connection part way through the verification process. We thought he would call us back, but he never did. So we had to call them back and start the verification process all over again. The third Welcome Call Specialist was courteous, thorough and very informative. Thank you.

All agents were knowledge about the program's offerings and answered the questions to the best of their abilities. If they do not know the answer to a question, they put the client on hold; then seek the correct information for the client.

The people are very knowledgeable and reasonably flexible with program setup options. The only comment regarding improvement would be to always be aware of talking rate and volume. Every now and then the conversation was difficult to hear/understand when the item being spoken is one that is spoken over and over and over throughout a day.
