I have been praying for a solution to help my family as my income is currently declined due to Covid-19. I called today and Angel was my representative. Truly an answer to my prayers. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

During a reality check of my debt I actually felt relief when I got help. Joseph was super helpful in explaining everything and gave me confidence that all would be ok. The process was very easy to follow. I am thankful that I took the time to complete and hope that it all works out.

Today I signed up for services with NDR in hopes to repair my credit over time. Excellent reps. Reps were very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. The process seems a bit long as they do a final follow up call at the end before your enrolled. I think this step is unnecessary as they ask the same questions already answered and it seems a waste of time.

I was very pleased with the quick response from George once I made my request on the internet. George explained the process very well and I accepted his offer. George then took all my information and was able to inform me that NDR could help me with my current situation. Within 20 minutes, he called back to let me know I was approved and walked me through the signing process. Once done, I received all the information and received a Welcome call. Once the Welcome call signing was completed and I received all the necessary documents, I was able to create my account online. This was by far the easiest process I have ever done.

My experience was definitely great, very helpful people. It was very easy to get through, excellent work especially from Diana ** and Pamela. They were very helpful, I am very satisfied with the help I received. It definitely gives a great perspective to the company.

So far so good. Just would like to reserve my opinion until when the program is over. But if you all insist, I found them a great help at getting things rolling. At least I have a creditor that drives me crazy and everyone of your reps give me the same answer which helps. The creditor lies to me, but for some reason I trust you over them, even though I only just recently became acquainted with you. Ask me again after 3 years.

Updated on 10/07/2021: All of our questions have been answered clearly and we're able to track the program. They give us check calls often, to check to see if everything is okay on our end, and if there are any changes that come up or if there's a new offer from one of our creditors, they call us immediately. They continue to contact us either by phone or text until we respond. If I need to talk to someone at any time, they're always available. So far, everything has been fine and I'm satisfied.

Great experience with everyone in the company, will give out your information if I know anyone else in debt, very nice people dealing with and very knowledgeable, they helped me with all my questions and concerns, since I got the company from a television commercial.

Last summer I used credit cards to make an investment in my future. Things didn't work out the way I had planned. I didn't know how I was going to pay it all back without drowning financially.
