I have been with the company for 11 months now. They settled 3 of 6 credit cards for me. According to me they have done an amazing job. I appreciate their performance and I will not hesitate to recommend a friend to the company. Thanks again.

We been trying to catch up with our debt since early 2010’s but as much as we tried something happens family emergency or biggest one when we get hit with bedbugs in 2013 we lost everything to include our emergency savings. I even try to consolidate and pay but most of the banks wasn’t willing to help us. We finally started looking debt consolidation and the best thing we did. It’s a long time commitment but it’s working exactly the way it’s supposed to. We have already paid off three creditors and two on the plan for the next few month.

I had a great experience. The agent (Emilio **) I spoke with was extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail. If I had questions he was more than happy to answer them. He found me a great solution to my problems.

The representative, Brian was very friendly, helpful, and easy to understand. He took the time to explain how the hardship program works; as well, what I will accept from the creditor, and responded to all of my questions. In addition, the forms and the format were easy.

Had a wonderful specialist, Kathryn was nice and polite, read all the rules and regulations, and do and don’t, and says National Debt would always be there for me. I still have a lot to learn about debt consolidation, about late fees adding upon the cards.

It was a great experience & relief to know I can finally pay off my super high interest rate credit cards & personal loans. My recruiter was great, he made it a easy experience. I will recommend this company to friends & coworkers to see if they can be helped.

Communication with NDR has been good. When they're able to settle something, they let me know. They settled a debt recently, which was great. Hopefully, I'll be able to save up and pay the rest of it off so my credit score can go back up. The process takes a while to get someone on the phone. It would be nice to get a reoccurring email with a way to contact them once a month. I'm okay with calling if there's a number that I can get ahold of someone rather quickly. An app would also probably help out a lot more because you don't want to talk to robots.

I’m just starting the program but I'm very hopeful and excited - Stacey was such a great help and so easy to work with and talk to! I am excited to be debt free in 50 months and for the thousands I'm saving in interest!

The process was lengthy, I understand why. My agent was very informative and knowledgeable. I believe the agent taking the application should also be the one to make the pre-approval. That would save a bunch of time. I believe I was on the phone over an hour and a half. Like I said, I understand it's a process and it must be complete with all the necessary information. That is the only reason I gave 3 stars. If I had instant debt relief, it would be 5. I just hope I don't find out the "the catch" in this process other than the ding in my credit score.

The agent was very helpful, very honest and very honest and answered all my questions. I explained my hesitations and concerns to him and he helped me understand the process so that I was comfortable with it. I was very impressed

The rep who helped me was very informative. He gave me an idea of how long it would take and what would happen. It affects my credit, and he gave me a lot of clarity so that I can make an informed decision. That's why I felt so comfortable. He seemed very helpful for what I was looking for, and it's what I needed at the moment. I did the monthly automatic payment to National Debt Relief so that they can pay off all my credit card debt. I did it for over a year, and it just helped out. The only thing they weren't able to help me with was my student loan.

They were good and they answered all my questions. They were also flexible if I needed to move the payment plan date. When I called, they were very respectful. It was very quick and easy to deal with. It wasn't a hassle.

Lindsay was very thoughtful, patient, attentive and considerate. I wanted to get rid on credit card debt for good. He went through the complete process with me. He would ask if I had any questions about the material presented. If you struggle with credit card yo-yo debt, this could end that.

1600 original loan reduce to 8000 plus 4000 NDR’s fee. I think that’s still a lot of charge but better than 1600. Customer service was great. He explained clearly and patiently even though I kept asking the same questions. That’s why I gave 4 stars

So far, my experience has been satisfactory in the sense that I always have obtained the answers to my questions. The people have been knowledgeable and willing to give me precise answers to my questions. Only complain is I have to wait a long time to get a person to answer my call.

Our person was very nice however felt a little pressured. I still have reservations on if this process works. We are putting our faith in your hands. I honestly hope this works out for us. We felt a little pressured.

Caliph was patient with understanding. He was ready and willing to answer any questions that I may have. He knows what he's doing and explained everything in details. Caliph cut at least half of my payments down to a low amount. I am very pleased and happy with the amount I only have to pay per month. Thank you all so much!

The program has been working great. It seems to be going the way they told me it would go and it’s made it easier to catch up on bills. They've always answered anything I've ever needed to ask. They are always respectful. They also have a website we can check on everything.

Lauren ** was a very friendly, almost therapeutic representative of this company. She made me feel safe about disclosing some personal information and comforted me even more by illustrating her intentions with that information. She made me feel confident about my choice with NDR.

The customer experience when I first spoke to them was great. But I've wanted to follow up with them and at the same time, I'm not gonna push a number and wait. Instead of having customers pick a number, NDR should have somebody call us so it's more enforced. Other than that, NDR is great. I went from 420 something in my credit to 660.

This is Very great company that can help you manage to get out of debt and able to pay bills. The staff and call was very great and they explained everything thoroughly to me. Was able to get everything situated with the timely manner.

Mr. Raymond was so knowledgeable, kind, & patient. I had a million questions & he answered them all. He, also, didn’t hesitate when I asked a question. That tells me that he knows his job. I, accidentally, hung up on him twice. Mr. Raymond said that it was no problem, that he had done the same. He was just the best customer service person I’ve talked to in a long time.

National Debt Relief was the fastest and most helpful company that reached out to me. Once I put in the inquiry with them they called us back right away. The rep was very helpful and he made the setup really easy. He got me to where I am now which is getting a handle on my debt. He broke down every account I had and told me which one I was eligible for them and why they were eligible. But when he told me that there were certain things that were covered by them and certain things that weren't, it really gave me a better outlook on how to consolidate my debt. I use the portal to see which payments are due, if they were paid and how much more of the balance do I need to pay off.

They looked into negotiators and helped me divert from bankruptcy. Working with the negotiator has been good. I had a tough time and they can lower my payments temporarily. That way, I don't have to end up in a bad place.

The overview prior to sign up was informative. We talk about company responsibilities as well as client responsibilities. It took a bit before I could agree to what would be different for me in order to achieve a success using the program! I decided to enroll, not looking back! Enrolling was fairly easy. Everything was done over the phone. The rep went through every single paperwork that was given to me. If I had any questions, then I can ask. When I contact them, they're helpful. If I have an issue paying on time for a month, as long as it doesn't mess with any of the other creditors as far as money coming out, they let me change the payment date to whenever I can. NDR has done everything for me.

This is the first time since we joined the program that we’ve had 2 settlements in one month. We’re happier with the program in that our outstanding debts are slowly but surely coming to completion. Understanding that we need to build our savings in order for NDR to have the necessary funds to contact these creditors is increasingly becoming more of a realization.

So helpful, explained everything, put my mind at ease. I urge anyone drowning in debt to use this service. They will save you thousands of dollars and get your credit back on track. I'm just getting started in the program but I'm excited about what the future holds again now that the creditors no longer have a hold on me. I will no longer be paying double for what I purchased.

The lady that I worked with at National Debt Relief was very helpful and she explained things very clearly. The whole process was very easy and I didn’t have a hard time. Every time they're able to change something in my account, they generally notify me and try to call me and leave me a voicemail. But I can also check on my profile that I had set up with them online, so there are a couple ways for me to keep track of things.

I was very anxious with making the decision to engage in a debt relief program. The Debt Specialist that I spoke with was extremely helpful and understanding which helped me to feel comfortable in my decision to be part of the National Debt Relief Program.

We love the program of National Debt Relief. The lady that helped us out was very detail-oriented on everything, which we really appreciated because I'm a very detail-oriented person. Paying down loans with a really small payment owing. Very pleased at how easy this will be to pay off. There is very little stress to making a deal and getting the payments down by the National Debt Relief. I am very pleased with their quick response.

NDR offered me a good deal. Customer service answered every question. Everything I needed, they were able to resolve for me. Right away, they explained to me how long it was going to be in the program and how easy it was to manage the account every day. But yesterday, they said, "You qualify to try to resolve to all your accounts." When they sent me to them, they told me I don't qualify. So, I was a bit confused because they spend an hour explaining to me how good it's going to be for me if I changed from Liberty. Other than that, everything is working pretty well. I recommend people to come in with NDR.

I was looking for a loan to refinance my auto loan. A representative from NDR called me on my landline and started pushing their product. I was told that the loan was off the table, no explanation as to why. The next morning I received a call from a NDR representative as I was leaving the house, he said he would call me Monday at 12 noon and had some other options for me. I rearrange my Monday schedule to ensure I could take the call. As of today I haven't received the call. Based on my experience with NDR I no longer wish to be a client. Since You have not provided any services yet and I haven't paid any fees yet, please remove my name, personal information and bank information from your client list. The enrollment was easier than I thought it would be. They were really friendly and helped me a lot. They explained everything really well. They sent me information and then I have my own set of paperwork they have. They told me anytime I had a question, I could call them and I'd be able to talk to somebody who could help answer any questions I might have. So far, one of my debts is already settled. There's another one that I’m making payments on. They've worked with me recently through a third party company to try and do more of a loan to do lump sum settlements to try and get that part done faster. To where I'm still paying monthly, I'm still gonna have a finance charge, which is everywhere, but my debts will get settled quicker to help me build my credit back up faster. So they work with me in a lot of ways.

I worked with Jay ** who was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. While I still have questions I believe he provided all the information needed to get out of debt. The program appears to be better than what I had before and I am looking forward to being out of debt.

National Debt Relief has a better program than other service providers. I make payments to them, and they're making the payments to the companies. They've significantly reduced my credit card debt by negotiation for settlements and that's the big thing. We are one year in and they have already settled four out of six cards for myself. The reps are very friendly and easy to deal with. They're very thorough and precise in their answers, and that also impressed me. At first, your credit takes a nosedive because you're no longer making payments. But even though we're still on National Debt Relief, the credit rating is starting to go up after a year, and I still have another year to go.

Colin was very helpful and I highly recommend him. He made the experience so much easier during a stressful time. I was so relieved after my debt had been settled and it feels so much better after Colin helped me.

I’m down to one more credit card and I'm done. The reps are great. They answer all my questions and any time I call up, they help me. They explain everything to me. With National Debt Relief, there is less stress and that makes a big difference. If I had to get myself in a hole again of it, I’d definitely go with them to help me again.

Total debt was 23,900. Settled amount 8,757. I am very happy with the settlement. I would recommend this program to anyone. I signed up back in July of 2021 and National Debt Relief settled my last debt in March of 2022.

The reps seem okay when I call and talk to them. They answer my questions. However, National Debt Relief doesn't give me an update on what's going on. I don't know what's going on, unless I call and find out. They could be better in giving us updates on what's being paid and how much further I got on my contract.

Kim ** my debt specialist was so amazing. She went over EVERYTHING with me. Every question I had she answered. I am so confident about what I am doing because she was gracious, knowledgeable, and patient with me. On top of that she was very professional in adjusting her schedule to mine. National Debt Relief is very good because I was in a lot of debt, and now, I'm in less debt. I'm not gonna call these companies and try to negotiate. National Debt Relief can do that. I paid off two of them out of my four accounts and working on the third one. I use the client portal on the website to see when I'll be done with each account and see what percentage is paid off. Every time I talk to someone, they're very helpful.

National Debt Relief is good, so far. They gave me an idea of what would happen if I were to do that over the years, as far as paying on time, and after I signed on, that was when they gave me the full rundown of everything. They explained everything about the fees, versus the other companies who hide little fees here and there. But National Debt Relief should have thoroughly explained everything, as far as that whole aspect of going to debt and getting out of debt.

I signed up in December, which was really easy, and they reached out to me not too long ago to let me know that a couple of my debts have been settled. That's exciting and I like it. I can also just log in and go into my account, check my debts and see where they are as far as being settled, and if we've even reached out to them yet. The company and its representatives are on top of everything and they reach out to me via email or phone call and tell me, “Hey, this is what's going on. We've settled this, we're in the process of settling that.” Everybody's been very helpful and really nice and responsive. They are also very knowledgeable and they helped me with answering my questions quickly. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about.

The enrollment was pretty easy, and we're roughly 10 months into the program. National Debt Relief contacts us as soon as they have a deal worked out with people I owe money to, so it's getting there. It was news to me, but I ended up getting them to pay taxes on some of the money that was two of my debts where they just took a lump sum. I didn't realize that I have to pay taxes on that money. Apart from that, everything seems to be going good.

The signup process was great. The rep was very helpful getting set up and explaining everything, and it went really smooth. Everything has gone really well, and I haven't had an issue yet. She also told me it would take three years, give or take, and that they could reduce my debt by half. So far, my experience has been fine. On their website app, it allows me to see what payments are being sent and when, and the amount of debt that’s left. The only thing that I would suggest to people is to give it some time. I thought I would be getting notifications right away on all of my accounts, but it took some time for them to reach out to certain creditors.
