The script you guys write is super thorough and helpful. I absolutely hate when operators are forced to use lengthy scripts because it seems unnecessary. But I really appreciated that it covered all my questions. It was still kind of irritating at points but I can tell you guys really want to make sure people are informed and are fully able to resolve their debts. Kudos to whoever made that!

Entered into debt settlement program due to financial impact of the pandemic. Both staff members went through the program and answered all our questions. Both were knowledgeable and professional. Once satisfied we set everything up. All documentation was emailed for signature and approval.

Even though I realized that I needed to address my current financial situation, especially after my last employer, E-T TRADE, gained access to my Capital One credit card account and was able to manipulate previously charged company purchases made with my account by "returning" reimbursement payments made from the company business checking account, and by making fraudulent payments by either closing the business checking accounts after payment, then repeating this process over and over with other company accounts, the entire time, Capital One continued to accept payments through several cycles of payment returns.

New application. So far it has been easy but I wish my creditors could be contacted now instead of waiting. Getting the ones that are auto payments should be notified by your team. I have this uneasy feeling that they will give me a hard time and possibly even take them out of my banking account.

Dionne Is an awesome customer service individual. She helped me with my consolidating accounts and she was very easy to speak to. She even sent me a hand written letter which she don’t get too often. She’s awesome. She was able to take me through the whole process and consolidate all debts that I have. We were in constant communication and her emails were very helpful.

I liked Diana who explained all the items for me. She even informed me how the bank can sometime take funds automatically & for me to validate that option. I will reach out to the bank to identify if I have that clause. If I do then I'll need to open a new bank account and move my money there.

The person who I initially spoke with was helpful. But the Welcome Call they made me do afterwards was the most waste of time. They go over everything that you just went over while enrolling the first time. They wanted me to verify if anything has changed even though I literally just enrolled that day. I didn’t even listen most of the time the person was talking because I already read my contract and they weren’t giving me any new information. Quit making your customers have multiple unnecessary phone calls.
