Updated on 10/21/2021: The first negotiation started within the seventh month and after the fact, the reps explained why it took so long. But it would have been nice if they explained it sooner. National Debt Relief asked me how much I was able to pay and they went from there. The process is almost closing and working with them was a stress reliever.

Both representatives were very thorough and knowledgeable about the program and services. They took the necessary time to answer my questions. I received adequate contact information in reference to the program details. I was informed that an information packet will also be mailed to my residence.

Good service. Did her best to answer my questions. Although answers do you three came in possible, probably or potential. Which wasn’t really an answer to any question because every question that I asked meant the answer I was looking for was either possibly, potentially I’ll probably – nothing definitive. I must say it was concerning to hear that language.

The experience was extensive and thorough. I would recommend to family and friends, the representatives who I spoke with were friendly and informative. The legal security agreement was a good thing to have. Also the debt negotiation agreement was clear and precise.

I get it, he has many people to get through on a daily basis. However, one of the things that I heard the company prides itself on is ensuring that the person fully understands what they are entering into. In order to understand, you need to be able to understand the person who is providing the information right? I constantly had to ask the Welcome Call person to slow down, or repeat, or give me a second to read through the information because he did not slow down in relaying the information. Once again, I understand there are many people to get through, but would be great if you can slow down so people can fully understand the information.

Experience with debt. The process was very easy. Great customer service. I was nervous about doing this. But at the end of the process made me feel relieved. I can pay off the debt and feel peace of mind.

Updated on 10/21/2021: National Debt Relief’s service was awesome. Anytime I called them, they answered my questions thoroughly. Sometimes, they called me back. They told me that if I gave a little extra, it would help reduce that particular debt. I lost my job and gained it back right in the middle of the program so I was able to escalate my fines. I'm finished with the program and working with NDR got me out of the debt as a problem. I didn't know how to get out of it when I lost my job. Now, my credit scores have gone up where it's right below very good. They encouraged me to do this, this, and this. I still kept several accounts open and paid on them regularly. NDR helped me all the way and I can see daylight at the end of the tunnel.

Excellent both Daniel and Karim were both very helpful. It was very helpful and felt more peace of mind. The process went pretty quick and made me feel less stress knowing I was actually getting the help I needed and the boys made it a breeze so can honestly say this took a lot of writ of my mind knowing I actually am doing something to take care of my situation and the boys walked me through all the way.

The script you guys write is super thorough and helpful. I absolutely hate when operators are forced to use lengthy scripts because it seems unnecessary. Even though I realized that I needed to address my current financial situation, especially after my last employer, E-T TRADE, gained access to my Capital One credit card account and was able to manipulate previously charged company purchases made with my account by "returning" reimbursement payments made from the company business checking account, and by making fraudulent payments by either closing the business checking accounts after payment, then repeating this process over and over with other company accounts, the entire time, Capital One continued to accept payments through several cycles of payment returns.
