Updated on 10/27/2021: I have most of my debt paid off and I just have one more company that I need to pay off. Everything is going smoothly and my credit has been improving. It has relieved a lot of my stress.

Experience was overall good. They do talk fast and are a little hard to understand. I can tell they say these things over & over again so they sound a bit like robots and sound stuffy. But at this beginning stage, they seem transparent.

My experience with getting enrolled in NDR with easy. Owen made things clear and straightforward. He explained the program in terms I could understand. The welcome call was very good also. I had no trouble with what was to take place with my enrollment. Great job to all involved.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been fantastic. The program was described in detail. They truly care about helping you with your situation and do everything they can to make it as easy as possible for you. I would highly recommend!!

The welcome call was very thorough. The associate was well prepared and took her time. She all of the details of the process thoroughly and she answered all of my questions completely. I am only just starting this process, but hopefully, the professionalism I have seen so far is a good sign of what is to come.

I’m going on two years and a half years in the program. They did an awesome job of telling me how to get set up like switching my email address and my phone numbers on my bank accounts so everything gets routed to them. That way, once they start getting calls and letters from creditors, they can reach out and say, “Hey, he’s enrolled with us. Don’t bug him. We’re gonna be taking care of him.” After that, everything kinda stopped. That was taken care of fairly quickly.

National Debt Relief's enrollment process was quick and easy. I enrolled in their credit card debt program. Everybody was really friendly, nice, and helpful. Interactions with any negotiator have been very good. The best part is that they’re handling things just like they said they would. I don’t have my credit card companies calling me. NDR handles all that information and all that nonsense.

I was in a position where my credit card debt wasn’t unmanageable, but at the same time, I knew it was gonna take a while to pay it off. I decided to consolidate with National Debt Relief. I really didn't need to when I’d done it because I was making payments. But it got to a point where I was having to make minimum payments. I was like, “Nah. Let me go ahead and just get this over and done with and try to get it taken care of.”

I’m doing a credit card debt consolidation program with National Debt Relief. The enrollment process was lengthy but very thorough. I had very good interactions with the negotiators and their customer service staff. When I do have an issue, they’re very responsive. I have about two years left in the program and they’re very good people to work with. They’ve allowed me to get a handle on some of my debts.

My initial experience with National Debt Relief ("NDR") was excellent. The entire process and set up of my account by my Debt Specialist was handled in a very professional and courteous manner. His communication skills and handling of my inquiries and questions gave me a feeling of comfort and confidence. The experience left me feeling that I made the right choice. Thank you!

Representatives did an excellent job explaining the program and benefits while taking the time to answer all questions, explain and address any concerns. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this program to others. I'm am very satisfied from beginning to end.

Krista was very polite, caring and helpful. Explained everything step by step, and if I didn't understand something she clarified it for me so I did understand. Very professional and seemed like she truly cared about me as a real person.

I was going through a lawsuit and I won. At that point though, I was so broke I had no choice but to go through National Debt Relief. Somebody told me that it was the one that they use and it was pretty straightforward. Very easy to work with. There was a bit of back-and-forth with the paperwork but you just have to sign it and then fax it. They told me to send it back in 24 hours, which I did. The whole process took about 25 minutes. They send me an email and it says, “Hey, we lowered it to this.” It was a whole thing that I went through and it was just a mess. I’m still coming out of it. So, finances are getting better, but it has just been a pain in the butt. I've been working with NDR for seven months and they have knocked everything down pretty substantially.

I think that the representative that helped was very patient. And so understanding that I hope all is well at the end of the program. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to friends and family because the customer service during the duration of the process to becoming debt free.

Keith was very professional, diligent and up front and honest. He was very helpful and when one option didn't work he helped with another. He called as soon as he got approval from the Lender and went over everything with me. He had thorough clear explanations of everything. The girl that did my welcome call was fantastic as well.

I was in debt so I was just trying to find different options. There are a lot of scams but a lot of people are sort of saying that National Debt Relief is the way to go. The NDR Team members were very helpful and explained the process NDR process. Initial contact answered all my questions & proceeded to enter me into the program in a speedy timeframe (about 2 hours or so from initial contact and approval). Welcome Group member explained the start-up procedures and what was needed to complete the registration process. Call was finalized in less than an hour. All team members were very professional and helpful.

Leo helped me today as I was in a bit of a panic over some issues with one of my cards. It’s kind of a weird situation, and I’ll admit, I can get a little carried away when relaying information to someone. He was so patient with me, listened to be rambling, and guided me through the next steps. He went above and beyond what I would consider markers of good customer service and made me feel much better about what was happening with my account.

Update on 08/26/2021: I spoke with a representative and she was friendly, efficient and professional. She was able to quickly address my concerns about my payments and getting two credit card debts reduced. She handle my case in such a way that I was a very satisfied customer.

I appreciate the help and efficiency of the program. I just couldn't see another way out, and I was literally burning $300 a month. I look forward to paying this off quickly. I have over 10,000 in debt, just paid. out 25000 in legal fees for a divorce, and have to get myself back in order. Thank you for making this easy as it is not a proud thing.

I was getting myself further and further in debt and the more I paid, the more nothing was coming down. Everybody from National Debt Relief was really nice. They helped me through the enrollment process. Their negotiator was really good and he explained everything to me and my husband. He told us what to look for and he did a really good job. He really convinced me to go and do this program. I was telling him about the bills and gave him the amount of the bills. Then he told me how he could get it down and I wouldn’t be stressed out. He asked us both about how much we were paying out and he told us how we could save. We got paid biweekly, so when he said that we could do it biweekly, that fitted right in my category. Ever since then, the burden was lifted right off my shoulder. The program would be a year this August and I got three bills out of the way. And I get to see a little daylight. National Debt Relief has been wonderful.

My experience with Jami and Sagid was excellent. The whole process was very professional, with plenty of emails to provide "in writing" copies of what was said. The process was so complete and speedy that it seemed a bit rushed at times (but really it was not) because of all of the information provided in a short time. ---My experience with this Consumer Review Form, however, was different. The form asks for "Order number", which I could not find anywhere on anything. I called the support number and it took 3 customer service reps before the last one guessed that it was maybe TELEPHONE number that was wanted. How about changing the form to say that?

NBC was saying that National Debt was a fantastic company to help consolidate, so I went with that. They verified my debt and I confirmed it. Then, we went on a plan to go about to be successful in getting it paid off. They were always asking for confirmation. We set out a goal and a budget. I've been successful for at least a year and a half now. The enrollment process was easy-peasy. Via email, you can go in and set up your account, you can see what's going on with your money, who it's paid out to, and if you have money accumulating in there. You can always talk to customer service any time.

I haven't heard from anyone, I have been sending money to you all but haven't seen how it is helping anything. I have 3 creditors that have not reached a settlement and I was told it would take 4 months from when I get started to start seeing some relief.

I was researching debt consolidation companies and I found National Debt Relief. And after speaking with a few different companies, I felt they were transparent and easy enough to work with. The lady I spoke with going into all of these was really nice. She gave a lot of great information, really helped us feel like we understood what was going on and what we're going to do and what the process would look like. Using like the portal that they have is hard because a lot of times, I don't have time to be on a call, but I can send an email. Also, I feel some of the representatives that I talked to on email were just, "Oh, well, you're out of luck," or something like that. They don't seem very helpful. But over the phone, everybody has been really nice and helpful, so I try and make time to call but I feel like I had more support online.

National Debt explained how everything worked. They were very helpful, very understanding and they got me all the information that I asked for and was very thorough about letting me know the information that I needed to get. Working with them has been really good. They contact me more than I do them. It’s as necessary. I don’t get overcommunicated. I don’t get under-communicated. I feel like they communicate perfectly, which is helpful because I don’t like those companies that overcommunicate because that can be frustrating as well. They’re doing a good job. The program completely helped with relieving a ton of stress, and it’s definitely helped my credit. I’m so happy that I decided to do it.

I had researched several different programs for consolidating debt, the National Debt Relief program was rated #1 in debt relief. I was reluctant at first but as I talked to a debt specialist, Antoine, I became more confident in making my decision. He was excellent in answering all my questions and concerns.

Well I had a great experience with National Debt Relief. My debt specialist was very patient with me and took time to let me work through, the thought of going through it. I was very "pleased" with the welcome packet.

It is never easy to admit you have used credit cards to buy things and now you do not have the money to pay the debt! When I got to the point where I needed to contact someone to help me pay my debt, I was both embarrassed and humiliated! NDR was supportive and helpful in explaining all of the options that were available to me. They treated me with respect and helped guide me through the process of getting my debt paid off, finally! For the most part, the National Debt Relief is informative. It was explained what would benefit me that's why I joined the program. My first impression was everything would be consolidated, but it doesn't work that way. Everything that was forecasted to me to show as far as what that was, was not all part of the program just yet. As it pays down and lessens the creditors, I got to add on more. So, I'm able to budget whatever I contribute to the program over time. I also think if I can contribute more, then they try to negotiate more payoff. They're very helpful and they reach out as well if anything changes.

I was originally looking to combine my whole debt. National Debt Relief was able to combine three of my debts into one payment, which we're slowly still trying to pay off. It's been hard due to the COVID so I can't pay them on the day they are scheduled. And I forgot and called them the other day to say that I can put the payment on the 15th. Now, it's the 11th and they need five days to do everything. I've been in the program for maybe a year. They said it might take roughly two to maybe three years. It's been a while. They're very respectful and I haven't had any negative encounters.

I'm extremely satisfied with National Debt. They were really easy to explain and I felt what they were explaining to me was really simple. They deal with your creditors and they help you with a very low fee every month according to what you make. They work with your budget to be able to put this money into an account and be able to work with your creditors to get this removed. So far, it's been amazing. I make sure that the money goes right out of my account. I've noticed the changes through my credit report because I am signed on to see my credit report monthly. Just last week, I saw it go up for 46 points.

All problems have been resolved finally and I am now satisfied with the outcome. Many thanks to Farraih for setting me on the correct path to solving these problems.

I received a letter from a creditor who took over an account on file that has not been resolved. I used the NDR portal to confirm. NDR responded within 5 days cofiring action was taken. On 5/26 I called NDR in response to an offer provide on a different account. I was connected to Samara (spelling) in client services who was wonderful to discuss the offer with. It was determined after a lengthy time due in part to my current financial hardship it would be better to speak with a hardship specialist the handoff was clean and I was connected with Robert ** he too was very helpful by talking thru options. Overall this was a great experience with them both! Congrats to them and their supervisors.
