She was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. She explained things very clearly. Was helpful as to what to do. Explained what to do when creditors call. She advised me what and how to do with deposits. She reviewed and went over all previous answers and information given before.

Both men thoroughly explained everything & were extremely helpful. They are huge assets to your company!

Updated on 11/23/2021: National Debt Relief always answers all my questions and I never end the call without knowing what was going on. They let me know that we're going to pay first and when the money is going to go next but they didn't say a time. They took more time than I was expecting. I just have two debts settled after two years. If you're paying $500 a month, you can see what is the convenience. For that, I prefer paying and calling the creditors by myself if they're going to take that long.

National Debt Relief sent me a packet. I read through it and some of the reviews on it. It was more manageable working with them. I have dealt with somebody before, and they want me to do 90% of the work. NDR was different. They would do everything on their end, and then they'll call me if an offer has to be made, and that's what I was looking for. It depends based on my work schedule and it's not like they're harassing me. Signing up was easy to set up. They were able to get most information by my credit history. We went over each of the accounts. The payment plan was fit to my needs, too.

National Debt's service is good. We can go in and contact them any time and look at our account. My daughter helped me with the enrollment process, but the guy I talked to was really informative. I'm very comfortable during the process, and everything seemed to be doing okay. As soon as I get these bills paid off, we're good. I just pay them so much a month, and then they come up with this bill. I had to pay them some more a month to get these three bills paid off. Working with National Debt lets me not have to worry about all these debt. I know they're gonna get paid off in one payment. I don't get 100 million calls, too.

I received a call from one of my collectors today and I advised her to call National Debt Relief and then I myself called NDR to let them know who I spoken to and what it was a reference to. I spoke to a lady named Teresa and she was amazing. She answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and did everything with amazing patience and friendliness. I’ve only called NDR two or three times since I started with the program and they’ve always answered my questions and concerns.

NDR has been amazingly helpful through this painful process. It's the last thing I ever wanted to do. However, life circumstances have left me with no choice at this time. My representative has been understanding and accommodating while I am working full time, homeschooling and trying to keep a normal family life for my children. The process is relatively simple. Just like anything, you have to really want it to be successful. NDR employees DO want you to be successful. Their upbeat, positive attitudes have made me feel at ease. Their explanations and ability to answer my questions quickly and confidently also made me feel like I am doing the right thing.

I just started working with National Debt Relief last year after getting inundated with predatory loan offices with every get out of debt scheme imaginable. NDR is the real deal. They will actually help you, talk to you, and go to bat for you. Worth the phone call, worth the time, worth every penny you give them 2 times over in my case. I had one company that I was harassed by and I told them that I was working with NDR. They told me they don't work with them but come to find out they do. I told them to stop calling me and that my attorney would call them if they don't stop harassing me. So, they stopped. So far, so good.

I am happy that the representative provide enough information for me to make a clear decision. Also, they answered all of my questions. I am not crazy, about my credit score dropping but in the long run my credit score will me much higher and the long term benefits outweigh the short term benefits. More importantly, I no longer want to feel trapped by my financial issues.

I found the employees very helpful and willing to explain. The information that was necessary to discuss was very long and it was difficult to follow. The difficulty lies with trying to read while the info was read to me..

My husband was getting ready to have to retire because he has a lot of back arthritis and he needs surgery on his shoulder. He had to have a bunch of out-of-pocket stuff, like we had to pay for $1,500 worth of MRIs and stuff because he doesn’t have any insurance. We got overwhelmed with bills. We were paying around $600 a month and then my husband retired and we were overloaded with trying to keep our utilities and our bills paid up. At first, I checked a bunch of people and everybody was really pushy. I went to the Better Business Bureau and see who was the best in Missouri and NDR was number one so I chose them.

The reviews were good and I decided to give NDR a chance. When I called them, I really did not want to call. Anybody having issues would not want to make a call. But when I got off the phone with the guy that helped me, I felt 100% better. And the one good thing about it is that they haven’t made too many calls or emails. They just gave me what I needed right from the get-go and said, “Don’t worry about it” and everything has been working out. And that’s what I would rather do. There’s no overcalling for no reason. I get emails every now and then if there’s like a new settlement or something. That’s how I like it is just, “If you’re charging X amount of money to do this, just handle it. Just do it. Just handle it and tell me if I have to do something,” and that’s exactly what they’ve been doing. They would just handle it, and if something is needed, I get an email or a phone call. I called them because I needed to destress myself. I didn’t need more stress.

I do not have the number. You have already taken a payment out of my account, your company HAS DONE NOTHING OF CONTACTING THE CREDITORS. I understand I was to sign some paper and return it to you, which Shannon ** said he was going to attend to at that moment, which has never been done to this.

I thought the two people I dealt with were great and helpful. I did not like the fact that I had to give private confidential information such as bank account, social and verification identification. I get you need to confirm that or use it as validation when we call in, but I feel that could be done though online confirmation. I did not like when they had me provide on my welcome call the whole social instead of just the last 4. If I did not have a friend advise on the process before hand I do not think I would have moved forward as that made me feel very uncomfortable and wary.

Isaac was extremely polite and respectful and made the process much smoother than expected. The Program began in a very positive note and we are hopeful that we will succeed. Especially during times like this, it is very comforting to have someone to turn to.

I have had inconveniences when it's come to paying my credit card. It has reached an amount that I seems impossible for me to pay at the rate that I'm going. Called for guidance and help and received the best advice. I personally would've done this myself but it would've hurt me so much more in the long run. I read National Debt Relief's reviews. I went with their credit card debt program and enrolling was fairly easy. They asked me what payment plan was comfortable for me. Before they start, they ask you if that’s something that you can afford. I know that the program is a long process. They're working on two of my accounts right now, and one of them is actually cleared. It’s working so far. I negotiate through emails. No phone calls, so it's pretty easy. They get in contact with me if they need something.

My husband and I set up an account with NDR, June 8th, and had an excellent experience with each person we spoke with. Darnel assisted us in creating and submitting the application and patiently answered any and all questions we had. Updated on 10/27/2021: I have most of my debt paid off and I just have one more company that I need to pay off. Everything is going smoothly and my credit has been improving. It has relieved a lot of my stress.

Experience was overall good. They do talk fast and are a little hard to understand. I can tell they say these things over & over again so they sound a bit like robots and sound stuffy. But at this beginning stage, they seem transparent.

My experience with getting enrolled in NDR with easy. Owen made things clear and straightforward. He explained the program in terms I could understand. The welcome call was very good also. I had no trouble with what was to take place with my enrollment. Great job to all involved.

The welcome call was very thorough. The associate was well prepared and took her time. She all of the details of the process thoroughly and she answered all of my questions completely. I am only just starting this process, but hopefully, the professionalism I have seen so far is a good sign of what is to come.

I’m going on two years and a half years in the program. They did an awesome job of telling me how to get set up like switching my email address and my phone numbers on my bank accounts so everything gets routed to them. That way, once they start getting calls and letters from creditors, they can reach out and say, “Hey, he’s enrolled with us. Don’t bug him. We’re gonna be taking care of him.” After that, everything kinda stopped. That was taken care of fairly quickly.

National Debt Relief's enrollment process was quick and easy. I enrolled in their credit card debt program. Everybody was really friendly, nice, and helpful. Interactions with any negotiator have been very good. The best part is that they’re handling things just like they said they would. I don’t have my credit card companies calling me. NDR handles all that information and all that nonsense.

I was in a position where my credit card debt wasn’t unmanageable, but at the same time, I knew it was gonna take a while to pay it off. I decided to consolidate with National Debt Relief. I really didn't need to when I’d done it because I was making payments. But it got to a point where I was having to make minimum payments. I was like, “Nah. Let me go ahead and just get this over and done with and try to get it taken care of.”

I’m doing a credit card debt consolidation program with National Debt Relief. The enrollment process was lengthy but very thorough. I had very good interactions with the negotiators and their customer service staff. When I do have an issue, they’re very responsive. I have about two years left in the program and they’re very good people to work with. They’ve allowed me to get a handle on some of my debts.

I was going through a lawsuit and I won. At that point though, I was so broke I had no choice but to go through National Debt Relief. Somebody told me that it was the one that they use and it was pretty straightforward. Very easy to work with. There was a bit of back-and-forth with the paperwork but you just have to sign it and then fax it. They told me to send it back in 24 hours, which I did. The whole process took about 25 minutes. They send me an email and it says, “Hey, we lowered it to this.” It was a whole thing that I went through and it was just a mess. I’m still coming out of it. So, finances are getting better, but it has just been a pain in the butt. I've been working with NDR for seven months and they have knocked everything down pretty substantially.

I think that the representative that helped was very patient. And so understanding that I hope all is well at the end of the program. I would definitely recommend National Debt Relief to friends and family because the customer service during the duration of the process to becoming debt free.

The NDR Team members were very helpful and explained the process NDR process. Initial contact answered all my questions & proceeded to enter me into the program in a speedy timeframe (about 2 hours or so from initial contact and approval). Welcome Group member explained the start-up procedures and what was needed to complete the registration process. Call was finalized in less than an hour. All team members were very professional and helpful.

Leo helped me today as I was in a bit of a panic over some issues with one of my cards. It’s kind of a weird situation, and I’ll admit, I can get a little carried away when relaying information to someone. He was so patient with me, listened to be rambling, and guided me through the next steps. He went above and beyond what I would consider markers of good customer service and made me feel much better about what was happening with my account.

He asked us both about how much we were paying out and he told us how we could save. We got paid biweekly, so when he said that we could do it biweekly, that fitted right in my category. Ever since then, the burden was lifted right off my shoulder. The program would be a year this August and I got three bills out of the way. And I get to see a little daylight.
