I had debt with credit cards. I'm not going to have one anymore. With the debt and our situation, retirement now and then the COVID, NDR made a difference. They take care of everything and I don’t have to worry about anything. I’m not good with all that stuff. It’s easy and perfect. NDR just gives me calls and I got emails.

There is no better way to express it...EXCELLENT! My customer service representative was amazing and truly helpful and appreciated. I am very excited to see the results of the contract. I am so ready to be debt free! The Corona virus really messed up a lot of people! So sad!

My experience had a lot of information and the person that I talked to answered all my questions that I had concerning the process. I got referred to National Debt Relief from a friend and the initial call was easy. I was worried about my credit cards due to the corona virus and not having income due to my husband only getting 20 a week, which made it difficult to make my payments on time. National Debt Relief was really straightforward about everything. They laid everything out on the table, gave me all my options, and made it all pretty clear and simple to follow. They worked with me to figure out a payment plan. They broke it all down as to how much I would have to pay and about how long I would be paying it. They have called multiple times so I can make sure everything was going okay. They set it all up with an account and everything for me so it just comes out of my paycheck. They told me that at any point in time, I could contact them. They would always call me back if I called and left a message. I also have an online thing that I can log in to and look at too. Enrollment was really easy for the most part. It was pretty quick. It took me 20 minutes to half hour on the phone. We signed all the documents.

James was very nice, and he was very professional. NATIONAL DEBT RELIEF IS A LIFESAVER and I'm glad that I found a company like N.D.R. to do business with!!!! James also talk through my application, which was very helpful to get the process rolling!!! Thank Again James.

I had heard about National Debt Relief and what they have done, and that people were pleased with what was done for them. And then, after I talked to the initial person, I felt a great sense of relief because it sounded like somebody who knew what he was talking about and how they would continue until they helped you get through what you would go through mentally and emotionally. And sometimes, the idea of you know what you still owe is very emotionally upsetting and they keep you informed, which I liked. I was in tears and everything. If I had a question, all I had to do was call and I knew someone would be there. If they didn’t know the answer specifically, they would get the answer for me. And that’s important. When you're somebody who at that moment was, “Okay. I don’t think I can handle this. I don't know what to do,” someone else could be there to help you through that.

Kelly was super responsive and helpful with our our questions. She was upfront which really helped keep us at ease. The setup team was also great and really quick. I do wish you could manage more online such as changing the date but I’m ok with reaching out to the team for this because they are super responsive. We’re excited to get this process going.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Erica today to join National Debt Relief program. Erica was so kind, professional and really cared about my plight to get out of debt. I have been with another program and I just felt that my accounts were going nowhere. I should have called National the first time????

National Debt Relief is doing what they said they would. They said I would be able to take care of all the debts that came up. The portal shows that open account and what they ended up settling. I’ve seen what I have supposedly paid for a month. All I do is make sure there’s money to pay it and that’s pretty much it. If I could do it faster, then I would feel pretty happy.

Some friends of mine have used NDR before so I went with them. Signing up was extremely easy and with the few phone calls I've made to them, they've been excellent as far as the hold time and getting exactly what I am requesting or asking. They've been really helpful. And there were a few times I asked the same question two or three times and they still answered it perfectly fine without saying, "Well, you already asked that." During the process of signing up, they were very detailed about everything and made sure that I understood the whole process 100% before I hung up the phone. I have told a few other people about them.

They were very helpful. Explain very plainly só I understood what is going tó happening in later Tíme. We went thru step by step what is going tó happening with my account. Very friendly. Did not rush me. I'm very grateful for áll the help I was Given. Thank you very much.

Helpful, easy and comforting (it was nice to talk to Manwa and she was very helpful and supportive.) She found all my overdue accounts, walked me through the process and tried to get the best deal for me. She was very helpful with the paperwork and streamlined the whole process.

I read online about the top 10 debt consolidation companies. This was the best for 2020. I have to agree. Clear explanations, fast processing. Great support for what comes next. I attempted to negotiate a lower interest rate with some of my credit cards and got nowhere. I was transferred to various departments with no resolution. I chose to seek debt relief as even though I have been paying $1000 to $500 per account frequently and at least a couple hundred dollars per month over the minimum payment it feels the amount is not diminishing in a manner which allows me to have a real cash savings for emergencies. I was able to pay off two high interest cards but now some things have broken in the home (fridge and stove) which required replacement.. Although I'd prefer to negotiate a more reasonable interest than 22% which last three cards have I was not able to do so as an individual. I am so hopeful I have made the right choice seeking to settle debt this way which will affect my credit score. I hope I can recover.

I got custody of my sister’s three kids so it created more hardship on me just raising kids, and teenagers in general, and I wish I had not put myself into debt that much. But a lot of it was, I had to buy beds and buy them sheets. They all needed clothes. And some of them were still little enough where they needed bikes and games and all that. So, a large accumulation of all of that was just establishing them in the home. And I just let it sit there thinking, “I’ll get it paid off one day.” And the interest rates kept collecting and collecting and I realized I would never be able to do this as a single parent. So, I just bit the bullet and signed up with a program.

NDR's customer service reps were pretty good. They helped us out immediately and got us started. Since then, they have started on two of our debts and they have a few more to go.

They explained their service in detail and no small question that was asked did they ever say, “Well, we’ve already gone over that,” or, “That’s in the information that you’re receiving.” They always took the time to answer any questions and concerns. Everybody I’ve ever spoken with there has always been very professional and very prompt to make any change or adjustment that was ever needed. I’m still a customer of theirs and any time anyone has called and said, “Well, this is what I’m trying to negotiate,” or, “This is what I’m able to negotiate. Are you willing to accept that?” Or, “Should we try to do something else?” They present the information to you and it’s your decision whether you want to accept that or if you don’t.

Everything was explained to me. I enjoyed talking to the very knowledgeable person. It was a relief to know that I can be debt-free instead of paying only minimum payments. It is also great to know that I can also get answers to my questions at any time.

He explained it to me which was very nice but sometimes when you were just reading from a piece of paper you don’t stop and ask the person if they have any questions. He read the form off a piece of paper his script then asked me if I had any question, would have been a lot better if he went to pause after it.

Welcome call. The agent talked so fast I couldn't understand anything he was saying. I asked him repeatedly to slow down and it seemed to irritate him. At the end of the call he basically hung up on me. Very crude to me.

It all went great. Hopefully, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. The agent was very helpful and very detailed with how the program works. He went over every signal number and paragraph on the agreement.

The only downfall was the telephone connection was poor. During the session I wasn't able to hear her however, she was patient and we were able to continue.

Let me just start by saying that the debt specialist I spoke to was very respectful, insightful and helpful when it came to reassuring me that there are more options than just the reduction program to choose from. I chose the reduction program through the NDR though as I found it suits what I am going through more appropriately. I discovered this company just online and I took the reviews/blogs as 5 star reviews. I realized that I was one of those unmovable status of credit score. So I decided to join, thought it was only a good time for me, but it seems they are serious about me so my heartly decision came that I need their help.

I went with National Debt Relief after reading up on most of the things that their reps gave me. So far, they've removed five debts out of eight for me. By mid to late 2021, they should have removed all the debt I have given them. Things are going pretty well right now.

We needed help with credit card debt, putting a heavy strain on our finances due to both of us being out of work for over 2 years from 2013-2015. With the help of Arijan ** from National Debt Relief, he was very patient and explained everything about the program and how it works. He walked us through what we needed to do and what to expect from the creditors. What was helpful, he also went over a budget so we can now make it every month without having to depend on credit to make it. Best part is we will be debt free in about 4 years instead of 20 years.

I went with National Debt Relief because they seemed more reliable. They have more reviews on them. They were better vetted. I just got one credit card taken care of. It took them a year and it was not what I signed up for. I didn't think it would be that long. And then they also charged $1,000 in fees on their end. They need to be more upfront about what they're charging. They saved me $1,000 on my credit payoff and that's great, and then charged me $1,000. That did not help me at all. I'm just giving the money to them instead of giving the money to the credit card company, which I could have given them in the beginning.
