The service was friendly and not condemning as to my need of debt relief. I really appreciate the kindness and support. I feel this is the right choice for my life right now. I cannot wait to get out of debt and rebuild my credit. It’s far too easy to get into debt and once you're there it seems like you're spinning your wheels but going nowhere. I just started the program but I feel like it will be a success with the proper tools and guidance. Thank you.

National Debt Relief had a proactive plan to not only get out of debt but remove those negative things that were reported on your credit report, which interested me. But I unenrolled from the program about two months ago. I had a family member that was able to help me monetarily as well as with representation the way that National Debt Relief was doing. If I worked with them, they would be able to help me the same way and faster. I trust them and that’s the only reason I did it.

I checked with the Better Business Bureau and National Debt Relief had a high rating. They checked my records and they saw what debts they could help me with. Most of it were credit card debts. They told me how much it would cost me, what we would do and what it would cost me a month. I told them to go for it and I’ve been on the program since last fall. They're working on settling those debts now.

Everything was accurately described in terms I was able to understand and make sense to fit into my daily life. During the process, they don't make you feel small or negligent for needing assistance. Great experience overall. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the future.

I have worked with both a specialist and a customer service agent on the customer service helpline. In both situations I found it Outstanding to be working with this agency. Both persons I spoke with were patient informative kind and compassionate and understanding. They took their time to ensure that I completely understood the program and answered all of my questions thoroughly and efficiently. If I was on hold for any length of time, they always followed up intermittently to let me know what was happening and they they were still assisting me and apologized for any amount of wait time.

Amanda and Lance were very responsive to my questions and concerns. They answered and explained everything to me to my satisfaction. They took the time to go over the agreements and explained them along with answering my questions. They both laid out the procedure for the bank account. They also explained the procedure for settling a debt and that authorization was needed to approve settlements.

I had a very good experience with the help of Jordan **. He talked me through everything. I wasn't sure if I would get approved and to my great surprise, I am now on my way to financial freedom once more. A heavy burden has been lifted with the help of National Debt Relief. They saved me!

During the enrollment process with National Debt Relief, they asked me to come over and talk about it. You tell them what your debt is and they look at that. They told me what the options were and what we could do. Then, you come up with an amount that you pay every month that you agree to keep into an account, which is what they work with. I pay them and they go through. Then, they consolidate and settle those debts. So, the process is simple and not hard at all. Right now, we've got about seven of our debts settled already and we haven’t even gotten the second year of it. We’ll make midway November of this year. We're close to halfway.

I started going through various debt relief services on the internet and I looked at four or five of them. National Debt Relief came up with the best reviews, not only from the people that looked at the service and wrote something online, but also other reviews from people who compared and contrast other companies. And for what I needed, they came up as the best. It's a relief since I signed up and I don't even have the stresses that I did while I was trying to pay everything.

NDR specializes to negotiate with me and they were the only ones who responded. I went with them and so far, it's been fine. They take care of me and I've settled two of three debts.

Somebody had a good experience with National Debt Relief and they referred me to them so I went with it. Somebody called me and walked me through everything. The rep explained to me how it goes and everything was set up. I’m coming up halfway through what we had discussed and I'm going on a year and a half now. So, some of my bigger ones are almost done and I’m sure that will be closed out. I do construction work and a month from now, I got a new contractor so I’m gonna be getting paid every 30 days. I got a significant pay raise so I was gonna try to expedite the whole process and start paying more. I was gonna contact NDR and see if there's a better way to go about distributing the money to close things out quickly to help build my credit quicker.

This was the first time using this website. Spoke with David M. Very nice and explained the program where I could understand. He showed me what needed to be done in order to get out of debt. Would use this program again.

Very lovely people to talk to. Explain everything and answer every question with ease so I don't have to wonder what I'm doing. I am excited to get out of debt and work with this company to do so. I will be out of it as soon as possible.

Updated on 11/24/2021: National Debt Relief contacts me every time there's a settlement with one of the companies that I owe. They tell me what the arrangement is. Some of the customer service reps don't seem very happy and seem a bit robotic but others seem warm and friendly to deal with. After being with National Debt Relief, I have spoken to a lot of different companies and probably would have gone with one of those other companies 'cause they seemed more personable and genuine than National Debt Relief. They seemed to really care and wanna settle my debt.

Malik was very empathetic about my situation and gave me confidence that there was a plan to provide me relief from my stress. He was available to get me through the onboarding process quickly. The welcome call today was great and the agent answered all my questions.

I didn't like what some of the other debt relief programs were doing, the way their process was, so I decided to go with National Debt Relief. Setting up was a long process, but the gentleman was patient and very thorough and I got all the information I needed. The sign-up and signature were perfect. I'm just coming up on a year, so I still have three years to go. Hopefully, things would change in my situation where I could add more money, but it's very convenient. I set it up where they automatically take the money out of my account each month. They have to remind me sometimes to even go check, and I do it from time to time just to see the status and what's happening, but I always get letters from the creditor when something has been paid off.

National Debt Relief was 5-star and some of their reviews were positive. They were pretty reasonable as well. I am mostly doing the credit card debt program for over a year now. The negotiators always call me back. They're also very clear about how much they're paying. They've already paid off some of my debt and I'm really happy with it. I feel like I am getting out of debt progressively so it's a good thing.

My wife and I made the call to National Debt Relief, and within a couple hours we were relieved of so much stress. Both representatives we spoke with were so very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend National Debt Relief to everyone making the decision to become debt free.

We were doing a basic Google search for debt relief options. Bankruptcy wasn't really an option for us at this point and there were a few different things like debt consolidation. I was at a point I couldn't pay my bills and didn't think I would ever get out of debt so I turn to National Debt Relief. I wish I hadn't. It killed my credit and I think contacting my creditors myself would've helped reduce debt and not hurt my credit as much as it did. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten as much written off, but I also wouldn't have been paying NDR. Now I only have two creditors left to pay, about $3,600, and NDR wants me to continue making full payments of $267 every two weeks for over a year, about $7,500. Saying they will pay me back any overage after my program is up. I'm supposed to left them sit on almost $4,000 when I did this because I didn't have money? In both interactions with both women, they clearly stated and repeated all of the information I needed. This was a little bit scary for me but with their reassurances, I was out at ease. If asked if I would recommend them, I would say yes for sure, especially because of the customer service and the well-created web site to track the status.

I was in a bad shape financially and I considered bankruptcy but my mom suggested that I talk to my sister. I had been looking at a different company but when I talked to my sister about her experience with National Debt Relief, it was positive so I went with them. The customer service has been really good but there could be a little bit more transparency with what their negotiators are doing when they negotiate. It would be nice to see who they called, the offer made, and if it was declined. The first four or five months when nothing was happening, I was wondering if they were doing something and their customer service people would say that they are and I just got to be patient. But it was like, "Are they really?" Other than that, it has been fine so far. Someone answers when I call and they talk to me. I have a ton of questions when I get into things like that. Some calls have taken 40 minutes or so and they've been patient in answering my questions.

The program that I signed up with National Debt Relief is slow but it seems to be working. The service has been good so far and I'm halfway finished with my debt now. The reps have been doing fine and I’ve been pleased. I have five different creditors so it has been a different person each time. My friend and I were looking for a better and a safe way to settle our debts, so I decided to join National Debt Relief since he had already enrolled. The people are okay and some are great. I called for a breakdown on my account the other day and the information that I got were from two sides. When I compared the information, there was one that took my old file and that was the one that made me realize I was actually not done with a second payment that I was making for that. I spoke to customer service and they linked me to an account specialist. There is some sort of information that customer service is seeing and the specialist is seeing something else. Other than that, the experience has been great so far. I've settled one debt but if not for COVID, I would have been ahead of a lot of payments and seen tremendous change. At the moment, I'm still stuck where I was but I’m satisfied.

I have seen five accounts get settled and there are three pending. I got to a point where I felt I should just claim bankruptcy but I got information from them and some outside information. It’s better for me to try to fix my credit and not worry about doing bankruptcy because even though those have some good positive effects on me. At the end of the day, it would still not look best to be filing bankruptcy at 47 years old.

National Debt Relief is helpful. The communication is well and everything was satisfaction. If I had any questions, I just asked them and if I asked it, it was answered. I talked to them about 2 months ago and told them that the current amount that was in my balance was greater than the remaining debt. I was wondering if they could talk to whoever at the bank and knock it out instead of waiting. However, they haven't gotten back to me. I check my emails fairly regularly and they usually come out as important, but I ain’t seeing that.

I got tired of taking money out of one bill and paying the next bill. It had gotten frustrating and I wasn't making any leeway. So, I put all the problems on National Debt Relief's shoulders. As long as I know it's getting paid off, I don't have to worry about my creditors calling me all the time. But I owe an oil bill and the company won't give me the information so I can give it to National Debt Relief. And NDR won't give me the information. I want them to call each other to get that, but neither one will give me enough information. It worries me but I'm just riding it out. If they send me to jail, I'll take them with me. Everything else is working out okay. My money is still going to the bank and NDR seems to be making a headway.

My interaction with National Debt Relief has been good. I've had their service for over a year now but we don't really know the progress 'cause we don't get a monthly statement. They call us all the time but we don't know what the balance in the accounts or what's been paid out. I tried to log into the dashboard and they even sent me a link to re-log into it but for some reason, I couldn't get into it. There should be a monthly statement to let us know what was going on with the money, why we were sending it, where it was going, and how much had been sent so far. They also don't have some information from one of the companies and the company won't release anything. But they haven't sent me anything either. Other than that, we seem to be satisfied with NDR.
