I found National Debt Relief doing a Google search. I completed an online request for information form and then decided to just call in. I scheduled a call for later that day at 1:30PM ET but I never received a call. Matthew ** did reach out on Monday I believe. I work during the day and Friday was my only day off so I wasn't able to get back to Matthew until today. The good news is that he was great and very thorough. My Welcome call was completed by Mona and she was also thorough and friendly. Both Matthew and Mona were able to answer all my questions.

I was at a point I couldn't pay my bills and didn't think I would ever get out of debt so I turn to National Debt Relief. I wish I hadn't. It killed my credit and I think contacting my creditors myself would've helped reduce debt and not hurt my credit as much as it did. Maybe I wouldn't have gotten as much written off, but I also wouldn't have been paying NDR. Now I only have two creditors left to pay, about $3,600, and NDR wants me to continue making full payments of $267 every two weeks for over a year, about $7,500. Saying they will pay me back any overage after my program is up. I'm supposed to left them sit on almost $4,000 when I did this because I didn't have money? I'll cut off the payments once I have enough in the account, but I have to do all the work to figure that out myself.

In both interactions with both women, they clearly stated and repeated all of the information I needed. This was a little bit scary for me but with their reassurances, I was out at ease. If asked if I would recommend them, I would say yes for sure, especially because of the customer service and the well-created web site to track the status.

Very helpful staff. Professional attitudes. Was very attentive to my needs and went the extra mile to ensure that my goal was their goal. Staff took their time and explained the process well and answered my questions. So let’s hope the the continued process is as pleasant as the initial process.

I did an internet search and looked at three companies before choosing National Debt Relief. I liked the reviews and as soon as I called them, they answered right away. The program was awesome and I was able to get everything in order. The rep was great and involved me in everything so far, which is what we enjoy. National Debt Relief was one of the main companies that I kept receiving more mails from and a lot of their commercials that I had seen, so I was swaying towards them when I was wanting some assistance. The process seems to be moving along. I still get my moments that I know I owe so much, but it's been helpful. The debts have been worked on. The smaller ones are getting done and I have two major cards that I wanted assistance with because they have never gone down. NDR is helping with one of the big ones with major cards as well, so I feel a little better. They are doing a great job so far and I like them.

I was in a bad shape financially and I considered bankruptcy but my mom suggested that I talk to my sister. I had been looking at a different company but when I talked to my sister about her experience with National Debt Relief, it was positive so I went with them. The customer service has been really good but there could be a little bit more transparency with what their negotiators are doing when they negotiate. It would be nice to see who they called, the offer made, and if it was declined. The first four or five months when nothing was happening, I was wondering if they were doing something and their customer service people would say that they are and I just got to be patient. But it was like, "Are they really?" Other than that, it has been fine so far. Someone answers when I call and they talk to me. I have a ton of questions when I get into things like that. Some calls have taken 40 minutes or so and they've been patient in answering my questions.

The program that I signed up with National Debt Relief is slow but it seems to be working. The service has been good so far and I'm halfway finished with my debt now. The reps have been doing fine and I’ve been pleased. I have five different creditors so it has been a different person each time. They asked if I could afford the payment plan and I told them yay or nay. It has been very comfortable working with NDR and it helped me get my life together. I would recommend them.

I was trying to do some research online and I was sort of hitting a dead-end. Finally, my father came to me and mentioned National Debt Relief. So, I called them and I talked to the rep who helped me through the process. It was great. He gave me all the information that I needed and from there, I decided to do it. The process to get started was super easy. It was all over the phone and it was just me answering a bunch of questions and filling out a little bit of paperwork. Since I started with them, I have closed off two of my credit cards and I'm currently on the last one. Either by this year or the first month of next year, I will be completely out of debt. I love NDR and I am so happy that they are able to help me get completely out of debt, which is awesome.

My friend and I were looking for a better and a safe way to settle our debts, so I decided to join National Debt Relief since he had already enrolled. The people are okay and some are great. I called for a breakdown on my account the other day and the information that I got were from two sides. When I compared the information, there was one that took my old file and that was the one that made me realize I was actually not done with a second payment that I was making for that. I spoke to customer service and they linked me to an account specialist. There is some sort of information that customer service is seeing and the specialist is seeing something else. Other than that, the experience has been great so far. I've settled one debt but if not for COVID, I would have been ahead of a lot of payments and seen tremendous change. At the moment, I'm still stuck where I was but I’m satisfied.

When I googled on the internet, National Debt Relief was the one that first came up and they had a bunch of good reviews. I reached out to them and they've taken care of me. They have been very helpful and has given me good advice on trying to fix my credit and trying to take care of these things where I fell behind. They’re also very accessible and thorough with the information they give you. So, I've been very comfortable for the last two years that I've been with them. I have seen five accounts get settled and there are three pending. I got to a point where I felt I should just claim bankruptcy but I got information from them and some outside information. It’s better for me to try to fix my credit and not worry about doing bankruptcy because even though those have some good positive effects on me. At the end of the day, it would still not look best to be filing bankruptcy at 47 years old.

National Debt Relief is helpful. The communication is well and everything was satisfaction. If I had any questions, I just asked them and if I asked it, it was answered. I talked to them about 2 months ago and told them that the current amount that was in my balance was greater than the remaining debt. I was wondering if they could talk to whoever at the bank and knock it out instead of waiting. However, they haven't gotten back to me. I check my emails fairly regularly and they usually come out as important, but I ain’t seeing that.

I've seen National Debt Relief on Facebook and I read some of their information. I called them just to see what they had to offer and they were very nice. Signing up was very simple. They gave me a time frame on how long everything was gonna take and even if they add one, they’ll explain to me how long that one will be paid off. So, they've been very good.

I got tired of taking money out of one bill and paying the next bill. It had gotten frustrating and I wasn't making any leeway. So, I put all the problems on National Debt Relief's shoulders. As long as I know it's getting paid off, I don't have to worry about my creditors calling me all the time. But I owe an oil bill and the company won't give me the information so I can give it to National Debt Relief. And NDR won't give me the information. I want them to call each other to get that, but neither one will give me enough information. It worries me but I'm just riding it out. If they send me to jail, I'll take them with me. Everything else is working out okay. My money is still going to the bank and NDR seems to be making a headway.

My interaction with National Debt Relief has been good. I've had their service for over a year now but we don't really know the progress 'cause we don't get a monthly statement. They call us all the time but we don't know what the balance in the accounts or what's been paid out. I tried to log into the dashboard and they even sent me a link to re-log into it but for some reason, I couldn't get into it. There should be a monthly statement to let us know what was going on with the money, why we were sending it, where it was going, and how much had been sent so far. They also don't have some information from one of the companies and the company won't release anything. But they haven't sent me anything either. Other than that, we seem to be satisfied with NDR.

NDR provided adequate information and communication of goals and methods by which client (me) can seek answers to questions during the period of the debt resolution. I have always trusted the USPS and I was not pleased that hard copy forms, letters, and documents were secondary to on-line or Fax methods of transport. Hard copy forms are important to me for my records and NDR assured me that documents will be mailed at my request. Welcome call was informative and I would recommend this service to a friend. National Debt Relief was really straightforward about everything. They laid everything out on the table, gave me all my options, and made it all pretty clear and simple to follow. They worked with me to figure out a payment plan. They broke it all down as to how much I would have to pay and about how long I would be paying it. They have called multiple times so I can make sure everything was going okay. They set it all up with an account and everything for me so it just comes out of my paycheck. They told me that at any point in time, I could contact them. They would always call me back if I called and left a message. I also have an online thing that I can log in to and look at too. Enrollment was really easy for the most part. It was pretty quick. It took me 20 minutes to half hour on the phone. We signed all the documents.

I had heard about National Debt Relief and what they have done, and that people were pleased with what was done for them. And then, after I talked to the initial person, I felt a great sense of relief because it sounded like somebody who knew what he was talking about and how they would continue until they helped you get through what you would go through mentally and emotionally. And sometimes, the idea of you know what you still owe is very emotionally upsetting and they keep you informed, which I liked. I was in tears and everything. If I had a question, all I had to do was call and I knew someone would be there. If they didn’t know the answer specifically, they would get the answer for me. And that’s important. When you're somebody who at that moment was, “Okay. I don’t think I can handle this. I don't know what to do,” someone else could be there to help you through that.

Kelly was super responsive and helpful with our our questions. She was upfront which really helped keep us at ease. The setup team was also great and really quick. I do wish you could manage more online such as changing the date but I’m ok with reaching out to the team for this because they are super responsive. We’re excited to get this process going.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Erica today to join National Debt Relief program. Erica was so kind, professional and really cared about my plight to get out of debt. I have been with another program and I just felt that my accounts were going nowhere. I should have called National the first time????

Some friends of mine have used NDR before so I went with them. Signing up was extremely easy and with the few phone calls I've made to them, they've been excellent as far as the hold time and getting exactly what I am requesting or asking. They've been really helpful. And there were a few times I asked the same question two or three times and they still answered it perfectly fine without saying, "Well, you already asked that." During the process of signing up, they were very detailed about everything and made sure that I understood the whole process 100% before I hung up the phone. I have told a few other people about them.

National Debt Relief is doing what they said they would. They said I would be able to take care of all the debts that came up. The portal shows that open account and what they ended up settling. I’ve seen what I have supposedly paid for a month. All I do is make sure there’s money to pay it and that’s pretty much it. If I could do it faster, then I would feel pretty happy.
