I had a good experience when speaking to the representative who helped enroll me in this program however, I had an GREAT experience with the representative that called me for the "Welcome Call". He clarified any lingering questions I might have had, he was very knowledgeable and detailed with his answers as well as personable. Excellent customer service!

I was having it too rough to make my payments because I'm 73-year-old. I'm just getting off social security and retirement. I enrolled with NDR in October and the process was great. Everything went fine and they're really nice people. They are keeping me up to date on where I'm at. They just sent me something last week with the Walmart. Their service has been wonderful. I'm very well-pleased with NDR and I really appreciate them all.

I had been researching options in terms of how to get out of debt and possible solutions and they were the top rated that I could find on things like Credit Karma and the general reviews that I found. I would like to thank you for your services. I had lost a lot of sleep this past week not knowing how to get out of an enormous debt from a high interest (89%) loan. I was referred to NDR and the representative, James ** put my mind to ease as he explained the program and was not bothered by my many questions. I received excellent response and was approved for the program. I believe I will finally get some rest knowing I have a plan that will not only save me money, but get me out of debt in a short time. We were kinda at a breaking point and looking at bankruptcy. We were really in some bad debts. Life wasn't great after a job I had. I googled bankruptcies and saw National Debt Relief. My credit wasn't good enough for a consolidation loan so I called them and they talked to me. It sounded really weird and I didn't trust it at first but they're backed by the Better Business Bureau.

I dealt with another consolidation organization and a couple of months ago, I found out about National Debt Relief from the television and online. I called, talked to whoever I spoke to then and realized it’s a plan that I could deal with, even if the payments are steep. I left the other organization and decided to go along with NDR. They gave me a timeframe of 24 months and we’re still working towards my debt getting settled. The amount that I had with that other debt program is what they're working on, so it’s a consolidated debt that I am dealing with at this time through them.

We were terrified to even consider asking for debt relief. But after my wife had kidney, breast, uterine, ovarian and skin cancers, and I had prostate cancer, we slowly found it more difficult to keep up with hospital and medical bills. National Debt Relief had some good reviews. I made a phone call and it worked out. And then, their customer service has been very helpful the entire time I've been with them.

I googled a bunch of people and I liked the reviews of National Debt Relief. Their rep, Danielle, was really nice. When I talked to them, everyone was very kind and understanding. If I had questions, they were always very easy to answer and they were good. I like that they didn't make me feel bad for having gotten to where I was at. They were just excited to help me. For the most part I was happy with consolidation specialist. The only real problem I had, was the call quality. A lot of times it sounded like Anwar was speaking underwater and it was mostly during important moments like verifying information about program and what I was agreeing to. Numerous times I had to ask him to repeat something. Thankfully I’m provided with a copy of the agreement.

National Debt Relief is willing to work with your budget, help you climb out of debt and bring your credit score back up. We're three-quarters of the way through our credit cards and about halfway through on the actual amount of debt. Their program is very manageable for us financially, and it's helping us grab our credit score back up. They took the total amount of debt and they worked out a monthly plan for us. But during the COVID crisis, they've been very flexible on the amount due to our income, whether or not we have sufficient income coming in. They're doing a very good job. Everybody's courteous and they are well-informed and prompt in getting back to us.

My wife and I were clients of National Debt Relief for over a year from 2018 to 2019. We were sued 3 times while in the program and at least 1/3 of all monies from my bank account that were paid to NDR to resolve debts were collected as fees paid to NDR. It adds up to 25% to 33% or more. Several accounts were actually settled for more than what was owed after their fees were calculated. You are much better off trying a debt counselor or trying to negotiate the debt on your own. These guys just cost way too much for the services that they offer. “Rose colored glasses” is what they offer, but reality is what you’ll get. This was my experience at least. Good luck!

My experience with National Debt Relief has been good. However, I'm having some challenges with online stuff. There's a pop up that keeps coming up. When I go online, it says that there's important information that's missing. When I tried talking to them, they said I needed to sign something and send it back but I'm stuck at home. I don't have a printer so I couldn't. I asked them if I could just sign it through a DocuSign online, but apparently, I couldn't so it's just pending. Now that I'm working with them, I feel good. It's nice to see my credit score go up. Slowly, but it's going up.

Hello. Today I took my first steps toward debt relief. I talked with Shawn ** at great length about taking this step. He was able to relieve my doubts about this process and I proceeded with the application. I was approved and Shawn called me with the good news. Again, he was able to talk with me about the entire process and I felt that he was truly trying to help me. Later, I spoke with Amanda ** from the Welcome Center, and she too was helpful to me. I had questions and they answered them in a way that I could understand. My only negative comment is that I feel the reading of some of the information was too fast for me to comprehend everything right at that moment. They were very understanding and took their time to help me better understand everything. I am very appreciative of their help. I am looking forward to the day I am debt-free without having to claim bankruptcy. I thank your Company for allowing me to be part of this process.

There is No wait time when you call and they walk you through every step comfortably. They answer any question you have and will help you with anything you need. They are very professional and have a lot of patience.

I enrolled with National Debt Relief last year. So far, so good. Right off the bat, they already found somebody to help me take some of my debt. But the one thing that I'm not comprehending is, they looked over all my debt and they said that I had to pay back 9,000 something dollars for a military bonus because I didn't finish my time in. They said they couldn't help me pay off. Four months later, I automatically started getting money taken out of my account for that $9,000 and but I didn't sign any contract. I haven't heard anything back from them. They're just taking money on my account and the only ones I gave that information to was them. I don't know what they do with my debt, but I know for a fact they’re the only ones I gave that information to because I thought they could help me, yet another company is taking money directly out of my account. I'm trying to figure that out.

My experience with National Debt Relief has been great so far. Looking forward to being debt free! Customer service has been great and they are quick to help with anything you need. They explain everything very well and in depth.

I’ve been enrolled with National Debt Relief for a year and they could improve on the way they pay everything. I thought they were gonna pay one and then another one, and then another one. The way they are doing it is giving payments to this one, to this one and to this one. It takes longer. I thought I would pay the debts and then the money is there but it's not like that and I found that out later. I was so frustrated about all my debts that I didn't ask questions but everybody that I've been talking to has been very nice and polite. I have no complaints about them.

I like how they expedited everything. The last person that I talked to was a treat to work with. She seemed to understand the issues I was having. We had some issues with somebody not disclosing everything about what's coming out monthly. I wanted to go ahead and put enough money in the account to come to the table with my last debt and get it expedited and done quicker. But the person failed to mention two or three other items coming out at the same time, which should be disclosed. I called them a week or two later to ask if they came up with a settlement and they said I didn't have enough money in my account. But other than that, it's been a great experience.

Great program to paid the best and improve the credit, and start better situation. Also give a important save with interest. Good quality solution for paid off the debt. Thanks and make me better life tomorrow and clean the debt in short time.

I was in trouble financially, and I heard National Debt Relief was reputable. Their customer service is not as strong as I'd like it to be though. Sometimes, I call and they're wavering a little in their communication. I have to ask two or three times. They need to write things down and email it to you such as how many bills you have paid and how much debt they've relieved. Everything is just verbal. They got to make money and I got to spend money. It's that simple. I would have things more orderly, so that when I go back to them and then they tell me I owe one other person, I can say that I thought they said we paid this guy. It's that kind of inconsistency I don't like. I'd love a list emailed to me of who I owe and I don't owe because right now, I have something in my mind, but it's not concrete. Besides that, everything's been good.

National Debt Relief was the first one I called and they were very pleasant. They made it super easy to get everything organized and help me qualify and it was great. The reps have always been nice and I haven't had any issues at all. They answered all my questions, and they never acted like I was stupid. They looked at everything I had and then they gave me an amount which was fine from the beginning so I never had an issue with it. It was always less than what I was already paying. NDR has taken a burden off my shoulders. I'm still paying and I'm making headway, and everything's better because of that. My debt is way down, which was the whole point.

I had excellent experience with NDR. They went over everything understandably well step by step and if I had any questions for them they responded back to me so that I could understand what I was asking. Everything's been good with National Debt Relief up until the last couple weeks. I'm close to being finished with the program and I've made a request to have a report of my progress. For whatever reason, they’re reminding me that I need to call them again and I'm not able to get the report that I need. I'm trying to get security clearance and in the time that my investigation started for my current position, which is new, I was able to settle one of the debts that I had and that would help my case. But I'm having a tough time getting this piece of paper. They've sent one in the past but they keep sending me the same one and I need one that's up-to-date.

NDR was good at the start but it slackened a little bit. I called them once and told them I haven't heard anything in a month. They said they were not obligated to tell me. Nothing was happening so they didn't call me. They said they were still working on everything and it doesn't mean that they're not working but they don't give me updates till they have a deal. But a little update would be nice. They could drop a word weekly to say if things are going okay. Nobody likes total silence. But overall, I have no complaints. They're helping me and these couple of accounts that have been settled have been pretty good.

NDR is really helpful. I was a bit scared to signed up at first but I think I am going to give them a try. My person I spoke with was super nice and helpful. They put me at ease to set my account up and they were very sweet helping me understand the program that I was enrolled in.

My National Debt Relief Representative was friendly and corgal. He went through the Guidelines from the being to the end. He was very understanding and had great patience. There were parts of the paperwork I did not understand and my Representative was very understanding and worded the area that I had a concern with in a different way so I could understand. He wanted me to make sure that I understood the whole process.

Travis was very helpful and answer all our question. He was very polite and help us to get out of debt. I would recommend this company to my friends or other people. He explain how this work and explain everything so we could understand what everything meant.

I had an awesome experience with both of them, and they’re both serious assets to your company!

The credit cards were charging me up to 24% and they wouldn't dicker with me, which was why I went with National Debt Relief. But I wish I had done research. NDR is a little exorbitant in their price but I like that they haven’t bugged me. I’ve been with the program for close to two years and the first settlement has been closed out. It would have been faster if they didn't charge so much. We’re working on a second settlement and I'm over halfway on it. There's a third one to be done.

I've had a good experience with National Debt Relief. I found out about them online and they presented with information. I had three debts and two of them have been taken care of. I'm still working on the last one. The customer service has been wonderful. I had to take a couple of time off periods because of certain things that happened in my life. I had to put my payments to them on hold but they worked with me on that and I got restarted. Right now, I'm having to take another little time off because I'm on short term disability because of my plantar fasciitis in my right foot. So, they have been very helpful and I have not had any negative experience with them up to this point.

I did not want to claim bankruptcy and I wanted to pay my debt but the interest is what keeps you from paying anything off. My counselor was kind empathic and was willing to make it work for me. I just started and signed papers today, but I am looking forward to being debt free soon. I am able to sleep at night and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I had seen a lot of debt settlement companies advertised on TV and I don't think they were good. They tell you this and that. One day, I saw National Debt Relief advertised on TV and I thought of calling and talking to somebody. Everybody was very considerate and understanding. They told me how everything worked. I told them that I was gonna take them and to tell me what I gotta do. The rep told that it was 475 every month and that’s exactly what I did. Some debts have been settled like the PNC and they are working on the two PNCs. We're working on Wells Fargo. They said I got four more and that if I wanna add a few dollars more, whatever I can, it would help the process. But I've been doing pretty good with the 475 right now and I'm gonna try to put it in there every month.

I was Googling debt settlement companies and National Debt Relief was one of the first ones that came up. They seemed pretty reputable so I decided to give them a call. I came in with a lot of debt. I needed settlement and needed help being able to arrange payments and bring down my general monthly payments. The service has been absolutely fantastic.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and excellent communication from both Caly ** and the person that assisted with the welcome call (don't recall her name and it wasn't on my emails). At onset, this seems like a great program to alleviate my stress and overall expenditures for credit card debt. I really like how they designed the program with the transparent checking account that will be used to negotiate and pay off debt. The fact that you can cancel the program at any time with no penalties and pay off debt early with no penalties offers a peace of mind. The 25% fee for the service seems high, but National Debt Relief needs to run their business. The net benefit is about a 25% overall savings with no need to talk to creditors and negotiate, which means reduced stress. So, I think the program makes sense. I actually breathed a sigh of relief after my initial call with Caly!
