I needed to financially get back on track. I reached out to a couple of different programs but nothing seemed to able to fit my needs. And then, when I reached out to National Debt Relief, everything just made sense. Everybody was super friendly. The plan seemed very suitable for my needs so I went ahead and chose them. And then, there's the online portal too that you can go on and see everything as well. I have recommended NDR. My roommate is going through the program as well now.

National Debt Relief is a great business company. They strive to make sure that all my credit and everything that I have due is paid off in easy payments and avoid me all the trouble. They figured out my problem, and then they helped me fix it. Their rep was pretty good and the enrollment process was quick and easy. I’m in the middle of the program and it has taken care of most of my credit.

He went over every detail, answered every question, and got us started on the path to mental, emotional, and debt relief. I have had a very rewarding experience with National Debt Relief. This is the first time I consulted such a service and I was very nervous about the program. Eugene made the process as easy as possible and laid all my fears to rest. I'm so glad I signed on to this program.

This person Gary is very accommodating and did a well explained information in helping me with my debt.. Also he told me that I should not worry and if I get bothered by calls and letters I just call them and they will help..

The reps at National Debt Relief were very helpful over the phone. I spoke to somebody out in California and he explained what I had to do. I had to fill out and go over some paperwork with him and he put it through the process. He called me back about a couple of days later, and everything was finalized and a go. They explained the situation to me and worked along with me. When they made some settlements for me, they did the best they could. I used them as a representative and they did a lot of breakdowns for me. They ask me and if I decide not to take it, they would go back and discuss it again. They could go higher or not be settled at all. Majority of the time, they probably hit the bottom.

National Debt Relief had the best rate so I went with them. Another company I spoke with was gonna charge more. Also, with National Debt Relief, I was at least able to hold on to possibly two credit cards that I did get under control. With the other company, I wouldn't have been able to. Everybody was nice and thorough with how the process goes and very quick with getting the paperwork handled and taken care of. Within the first four months of the program, I got the first couple of settlements and that seemed to move along very fine. I have at least half of my debt settled. I'm very surprised it moved this quickly. I had a couple setbacks which was due to stuff that we had no control over but as far as with the company and the program, everything has been fine. I have recommended a couple of people to them.

I read that a lot of the programs are scams and a little bit shady but everything was fine and because people have done it, I went for National Debt Relief. My sister had problems and so she did it. My sister was telling me what they do and they did the same thing. So it was not something different. NDR was straightforward. I told them the situation and they asked for certain numbers. Then, they set me up with a plan. According to my plan schedule, I’m supposed to be done here in a couple of months.

National Debt Relief handles everything and I'm able to down some debt and come up with a plan that is less stressful for me. Signing up was fairly quick. It took about a little over an hour but they were very thorough and asked me all the questions that they needed to cover everything. Their representatives are good and really nice.

I called National Debt Relief and the account rep who picked up the call was very helpful. He did not pressure me into anything. He walked me through all the steps and how everything's gonna work. I felt comfortable going forward with the debt consolidation and I'm already starting to see a big difference. One of the debts has already been paid off. The other companies have already been contacted to get an agreement to start paying them down. It's working. Whenever I have a question, I just call the 800 number and talk to whoever's available. They're all knowledgeable and very professional. Online or over the phone, the experience has been smooth. If you have an issue, you can upload any dispute that you have with your creditors. You can just upload any documentation and it's very simple. They'll get back to you with what they see and they'll explain.

Mr ** and ms ** was very instrumental in assisting me with everything I needed in regards to my loan. He explained everything in detail and walked me through the application step by step. I would recommend National Debt relief to anyone.

Someone in the military told my husband about National Debt Relief. The enrollment process at National Debt Relief was good. It was easy. They're taking care of my credit card debt and since working with them, I like that I haven't really had to worry about it.

Signing up with National Debt Relief went great. I have an automatic payment withdrawal system and when I needed to change something, they've been really good about getting it changed the same day so that if I need to skip a payment or add a payment in, it's been done very efficiently. Working with NDR relieved stress with not paying as much on our debt as we were because we were like three times as big of a payment as we are now. So that was a really big financial relief. I've recommended some of my friends do it if they don't wanna file for bankruptcy. We’re all in that 20 to 30 range where we’re all a little too spendy with credit cards. I was having concerns mostly with credit cards. There were just too many payments and nothing was going down. All my paycheck was pretty much going into payments instead of having enough for other things like food. NDR had more customer feedback than other companies and they have a better reputation than other companies. If NDR could reduce the payment they're taking, that would be better but other than that, the program they have has been good. They provide superb service and they have very compassionate people. I was trying to get a house and National Debt Relief offered me something that I could take care of super quick instead of waiting it out. It took a month to start settling debts. They were knocking stuff out quick but the last one disappointed. Sometimes, they’re debating back and forth, trying to negotiate and they shoot for the lowest possible number which draws it out past longer than expected. I call and I ask how negotiations were doing and what they give is not a lot of details. Maybe if the number was closer to something, I would like to just take that bill. Still, the debt relief program is great.

National Debt Relief is great and I would recommend because they have helped me tremendously. I was a little bit nervous because it's grounds that I haven't crossed but the more they worked with me, the more comfortable I felt with them. The reps I have talked to have been helpful. They have answered questions. They took what I owed into consideration and what the payment would be to start covering. They have worked with me 'cause a couple of times I've had to skip the payment and they were good about that. I have been pleased with what they have done for me. They've done what they told me they would do. They have settled quite a few accounts that were getting aggravating for me. I have two pending in it but it's been a relief. It's taken a lot off of me. We're still struggling a little bit, but it's gonna get better.

We were kinda at a breaking point and looking at bankruptcy. We were really in some bad debts. Life wasn't great after a job I had. I googled bankruptcies and saw National Debt Relief. We were terrified to even consider asking for debt relief. We're three-quarters of the way through our credit cards and about halfway through on the actual amount of debt. Their program is very manageable for us financially, and it's helping us grab our credit score back up. They took the total amount of debt and they worked out a monthly plan for us. But during the COVID crisis, they've been very flexible on the amount due to our income, whether or not we have sufficient income coming in. They're doing a very good job. Everybody's courteous and they are well-informed and prompt in getting back to us.

My wife and I were clients of National Debt Relief for over a year from 2018 to 2019. We were sued 3 times while in the program and at least 1/3 of all monies from my bank account that were paid to NDR to resolve debts were collected as fees paid to NDR. It adds up to 25% to 33% or more. Several accounts were actually settled for more than what was owed after their fees were calculated. You are much better off trying a debt counselor or trying to negotiate the debt on your own. These guys just cost way too much for the services that they offer. “Rose colored glasses” is what they offer, but reality is what you’ll get. This was my experience at least. Good luck!

My experience with National Debt Relief has been good. However, I'm having some challenges with online stuff. There's a pop up that keeps coming up. When I go online, it says that there's important information that's missing. When I tried talking to them, they said I needed to sign something and send it back but I'm stuck at home. I don't have a printer so I couldn't. I asked them if I could just sign it through a DocuSign online, but apparently, I couldn't so it's just pending. Now that I'm working with them, I feel good. It's nice to see my credit score go up. Slowly, but it's going up.
