When I spoke with NDR's rep, everything was great. I went with them and so far, they have made some settlements. My credit is going up a little more now which is good. The monthly payments have been fine too.

There were checks and balances between the agent who first help me and the one who ran the welcome interview. Everyone was very friendly. Updated on 08/06/2024: I like the fact that National Debt Relief kept me within the balance of what I could afford to start paying my debt off. The customer support was excellent. There are many people they had working there that I dealt with but all of them were very good. Now, I'm debt-free. It took me three and a half years, but I slowly got out from under their thumb. Towards the end, I was contributing $500 a month towards my debt. One thing I did not like was they tried to drag the program out too long. I had to take it upon myself that, as each debtor was close to being paid off, I would have them settled. If I would not have, I would not be finishing up until November of this year and I finished up in March of this year. I'm not so strapped for cash towards the end of the month now or in-between. I'm on a fixed income so $500 is a lot to me and my wife. It's more of a psychological relief than it is anything.

I was looking was a loan when I came across National Debt Relief, so far everyone I talked to sounds like they have what we need. It was nice to work with the two ladies that took the time to explain everything, so let’s see how everything works out here on out.

The rep whom I worked with at NDR was super cool. I went with them and so far, NDR has worked out some pretty good deals for me. With the pandemic, the payment plan they gave me is not that comfortable but I'm making it work. This program has helped me and though the deals have been slow and my credit has gone down a bit, it's coming back up now.

I went with National Debt Relief for credit card debt. Since then, two my debts have gone away. NDR gets settlements for me and they give me a price I have to pay them for the settlements. Had I known that, I could have gone straight to the creditors myself.

National Debt Relief's reps have been very pleasant with me. They are helping me out so much. They have already paid a couple of bills for me. I will have another one or two bills paid through them by December. NDR's reps kept telling me that they wanted the $526 that I was paying them when children were with me and I was getting money for them. That money wasn't mine but because it was coming into my household, they put my payment at $526. Now that the children are not with me, I asked NDR if I could lower my monthly payment plan to $300 and they had no problem with that.

All that I've come in contact with have been very efficient, understanding and helpful. I appreciate the time taken with me to make sure that I understood the process and expectations. They were also very detail oriented and made sure that I received all of the information via email before they hung up with me.

I've only just enrolled with National Debt Relief, and all I can say for now is that my experience with their customer service has been unlike anything I've ever experienced. I was going through a really bad situation. When I talked to National Debt Relief's reps, they explained everything to me. I couldn't believe what they were saying because it was unbelievable. Everybody there was really polite and I liked how they treated me. They have really helped me so far. However, I still have two creditors that they haven't resolved despite having the money to resolve my debt. My credit score has gone from bad to worse with these two creditors. I have been calling every month and the reps tell me that they are still working on it. Other than this issue, everything has been perfect.

I was thinking of going with another debt relief company but they don't do business in Washington State. People should know everything upfront first when going through this kind of program and National Debt Relief did a good job in handling my questions and concerns.

I didn't had to wait a long time to talk to anybody and they called throughout the service to update me on things. I was in a vicious cycle and I could not get on top of my minimum payments. I'd pay $1,300 in minimum payments and then I'd have to use that money for my bills or food or gas. National Debt Relief has been great. The enrollment process was easy. I usually contact them over the phone or through emails. They would also send me updates and when I'd have settlement offers. Their rep was really nice, understanding, and helpful. He was available when I would contact him. They asked about my current minimum payments for all my credit cards and my bills, and how much I'd make biweekly and what I could afford. The cost is good. It's a lot easier to keep track of one payment with them than eight payments and I still have money for bills and food and gas. I have about two more cards that need to be settled. National Debt Relief is awesome.

Great experience with whole process except for some phone trouble during the welcome call. I read that a lot of the programs are scams and a little bit shady but everything was fine and because people have done it, I went for National Debt Relief. My sister had problems and so she did it. My sister was telling me what they do and they did the same thing. So it was not something different. NDR was straightforward. I told them the situation and they asked for certain numbers. Then, they set me up with a plan. According to my plan schedule, I’m supposed to be done here in a couple of months.

The reps at National Debt Relief were very helpful over the phone. I spoke to somebody out in California and he explained what I had to do. I had to fill out and go over some paperwork with him and he put it through the process. He called me back about a couple of days later, and everything was finalized and a go. They explained the situation to me and worked along with me. When they made some settlements for me, they did the best they could. I used them as a representative and they did a lot of breakdowns for me. They ask me and if I decide not to take it, they would go back and discuss it again. They could go higher or not be settled at all. Majority of the time, they probably hit the bottom.

National Debt Relief had the best rate so I went with them. Another company I spoke with was gonna charge more. Also, with National Debt Relief, I was at least able to hold on to possibly two credit cards that I did get under control. With the other company, I wouldn't have been able to. Everybody was nice and thorough with how the process goes and very quick with getting the paperwork handled and taken care of. Within the first four months of the program, I got the first couple of settlements and that seemed to move along very fine. I have at least half of my debt settled. I'm very surprised it moved this quickly. I had a couple setbacks which was due to stuff that we had no control over but as far as with the company and the program, everything has been fine. I have recommended a couple of people to them.

I called National Debt Relief and the account rep who picked up the call was very helpful. He did not pressure me into anything. He walked me through all the steps and how everything's gonna work. I felt comfortable going forward with the debt consolidation and I'm already starting to see a big difference. One of the debts has already been paid off. The other companies have already been contacted to get an agreement to start paying them down. It's working. Whenever I have a question, I just call the 800 number and talk to whoever's available. They're all knowledgeable and very professional. Online or over the phone, the experience has been smooth. If you have an issue, you can upload any dispute that you have with your creditors. You can just upload any documentation and it's very simple. They'll get back to you with what they see and they'll explain.

National Debt Relief handles everything and I'm able to down some debt and come up with a plan that is less stressful for me. Signing up was fairly quick. It took about a little over an hour but they were very thorough and asked me all the questions that they needed to cover everything. Their representatives are good and really nice.

They were knocking stuff out quick but the last one disappointed.
