Decades in the Middle East and Africa during the technological revolution left me uncertain and even afraid of smart phones. I had a lot of debt, including a personal loan, something with Fingerhut and some credit cards, and I was finding it hard for me to make the monthly payments to keep up with them. From getting stuff in the mail from the creditors or getting phone calls from them, National Debt Relief handled a lot of the stress that I was under by paying the creditors. It took a big impact off of me because I didn't have to deal with any of that anymore. National Debt Relief helped me combine all of my debt into one and they did a wonderful job with my situation. They helped reduce my payments and any time something changed or something happened, they would always email or call me. They kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on.

The enrollment was fast and easy. Bad phone reception was why I didn’t give a 5 rating. I have peace of mind knowing that I’m on the right track now for debt relief. They explained everything very well. The emails came through fast to make the experience easier. Overall a great process.

Overall during a very stressful and embarrassing experience the team members were helpful, pleasant and answered questions needed. Only complaint was one call that had a time lapse on the sound so I was asking a question while she was talking and felt frustrated that I had to yell to get her attention because of this time lapse. She did apologize, was very nice and made it clear she was not ignoring my voice. Hope this is not repeated because it made a stressful situation more stressful..

My experience was good the agent was courteous, respectful, efficient and aware of the timeframe that I needed to complete the call due to working from home. I looked up National Debt Relief, read reviews and saw that they were a decent company to go with. I had credit card debt and they determined my income, where I was as far as the bills, what I could and couldn't afford, and how long I was going to stay paying on certain credit cards. There did a payment arrangement with everybody that I had a debt with and my payment plan was based on what I could afford and what I was able to deposit into the account monthly. They determined who they would pay and how much they would pay based on how much I had in the account at any given time and things have been positive.

My experience was good so far. It's too soon to tell but all signs point to a great future. It was easy enrolling in the program. They were very knowledgeable about everything I had concerns about and explained well. Thank you so much.

Everybody told me that National Debt Relief was a good company to go to and they had no problem with it, so I went on that word. It was easy to enroll and I thought the program was reasonable. They paid off the debt on the three places, but there is one thing I wasn't pleased with. Right now I don't have any more money in there to pay the two other bills I have because the money that was taken out by the company was for their interest charge. I knew it would happen some time, but I didn't know when. For a long time, there was nothing in my account because that was going towards the interest. I would rather the interest be collected at the end of my debt relief program. It's a little bit much for that I'm paying out each month, but that was what I was paying to pay the bills off, which is gonna be faster doing it this way than the other. Everything was good with the customer support as well.

I was undecided at first, and I enrolled, then cancelled a few days later. After thinking about it a bit more, I called back and re-enrolled. The process was pretty easy and seamless, however; I am wanting to see how the automatic debit and transfer of said funds pans out. So far so good.

National Debt Relief was the most reputable and they were great and responsive. They called me a few times to check in about certain offers and to provide options to accelerate, which we ended up doing. Then I did a lot of sending questions through their website, which was good because they got back within a day or two. Those weren't questions that were so monumental that I had to call, but they were very responsive and was a good way to get questions answered. They really answered all our questions upfront and didn't push us. Then we took the time to think about it and considered other options.

Everything's working fine with National Debt Relief and my debt's going down. There are some smaller ones that were paid off rather quickly and I'm glad. I'm on a fixed income so it's not always easy to make the payments but I do what I can. Their reps have been very helpful.

I needed help and I called National Debt Relief. They were courteous and helped me through everything. They got a good deal. They are taking care of the situation that I was in. They are a great help. I lost my password a few times and they helped me through it. I've been in their program for a year and a half now. I still have a year or two to go.

Updated on 02/13/2021: I separated from my previous employer and I immediately called National Debt Relief and stopped the payment. They explained to me what would happen that if I couldn't contribute, then the settlements that I have in place might get cancelled. But eventually in the future, they can work on another one. They recommended that I should pay a certain amount to be good, at least for one month. I did that and then as soon as I found a job, I called them back and renewed the payments again. The payments are back on track. Out of the seven cards that I need to get settled, three of them are already settled. I've only been with then for a few months. So that's good. I get emails when I get settlements. But having an app would make the experience so much easier.

Updated on 08/06/2024: I like the fact that National Debt Relief kept me within the balance of what I could afford to start paying my debt off. The customer support was excellent. There are many people they had working there that I dealt with but all of them were very good. Now, I'm debt-free. It took me three and a half years, but I slowly got out from under their thumb. Towards the end, I was contributing $500 a month towards my debt. One thing I did not like was they tried to drag the program out too long. I had to take it upon myself that, as each debtor was close to being paid off, I would have them settled. If I would not have, I would not be finishing up until November of this year and I finished up in March of this year. I'm not so strapped for cash towards the end of the month now or in-between. I'm on a fixed income so $500 is a lot to me and my wife. It's more of a psychological relief than it is anything.

I was looking was a loan when I came across National Debt Relief, so far everyone I talked to sounds like they have what we need. It was nice to work with the two ladies that took the time to explain everything, so let’s see how everything works out here on out.

I went with National Debt Relief for credit card debt. Since then, two my debts have gone away. NDR gets settlements for me and they give me a price I have to pay them for the settlements. Had I known that, I could have gone straight to the creditors myself.

The rep whom I worked with at NDR was super cool. I went with them and so far, NDR has worked out some pretty good deals for me. With the pandemic, the payment plan they gave me is not that comfortable but I'm making it work. This program has helped me and though the deals have been slow and my credit has gone down a bit, it's coming back up now.

National Debt Relief's reps have been very pleasant with me. They are helping me out so much. They have already paid a couple of bills for me. I will have another one or two bills paid through them by December. NDR's reps kept telling me that they wanted the $526 that I was paying them when children were with me and I was getting money for them. That money wasn't mine but because it was coming into my household, they put my payment at $526. Now that the children are not with me, I asked NDR if I could lower my monthly payment plan to $300 and they had no problem with that.

All that I've come in contact with have been very efficient, understanding and helpful. I appreciate the time taken with me to make sure that I understood the process and expectations. They were also very detail oriented and made sure that I received all of the information via email before they hung up with me.

I was going through a really bad situation. When I talked to National Debt Relief's reps, they explained everything to me. I couldn't believe what they were saying because it was unbelievable. Everybody there was really polite and I liked how they treated me. They have really helped me so far. However, I still have two creditors that they haven't resolved despite having the money to resolve my debt. My credit score has gone from bad to worse with these two creditors. I have been calling every month and the reps tell me that they are still working on it. Other than this issue, everything has been perfect.

I was in a vicious cycle and I could not get on top of my minimum payments. I'd pay $1,300 in minimum payments and then I'd have to use that money for my bills or food or gas. National Debt Relief has been great. The enrollment process was easy. I usually contact them over the phone or through emails. They would also send me updates and when I'd have settlement offers. Their rep was really nice, understanding, and helpful. He was available when I would contact him. They asked about my current minimum payments for all my credit cards and my bills, and how much I'd make biweekly and what I could afford. The cost is good. It's a lot easier to keep track of one payment with them than eight payments and I still have money for bills and food and gas. I have about two more cards that need to be settled. National Debt Relief is awesome.
