I worked with Jeremy ** and he was great. Explained everything perfectly and made sure I understood the plan. I left the conversation with complete confidence in the plan he laid out moving forward. I did a welcome call with Doug and he went over everything again and answered any questions or concerns that I may have.

So far, so good. We'll see how it goes. Christopher is a stellar expert in helping me to understand the program. Also, when I had a question for customer service, they answered me very well. It took a very long time to set this whole thing up oh, but I count that a blessing, because I am very thorough with matters like these.

Very helpful. Answered my questions and gave me time for everything. They called always exactly at the time they said they would, explained everything in detail. They even gave me the tools to trust them cause I was unsure of a scam. Thank you.

National Debt Relief told me stuff that was good that I liked to hear. They gave me the breakdown. They also told me to just go online and check the status. The $262 payments are pretty steep 'cause it's every pay period. That's the lowest they can give, so that's fine with me. They've just been withdrawing money from my checking account and they're doing their job. I just have to go on to my account to see where I'm at. I have put another credit card. They've negotiated but I haven't heard anything about it to see if that is paid off. Other than that, everything is working out good, so far.

Not sure -confused on how National Debt Relief is beneficial for me or how it's gonna help me. I was on belief it would payoff my creditors like consolidating debt. Now I'm afraid I will be more in debt. There are so many people involved Global (?) Lawyers, etc.

Fast, easy, and so far everything seems fine at this time. Looking forward to the furture. Thank you for all your assist in this process. Getting a hold of someone with your department was easy and highly recommended. This survey is the worst part of my experience so far.

The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Created a very positive environment throughout the entire process. We felt comfortable and well informed with each step of the process. We are hoping to become debt free and improve our credit very soon.

I was trying to figure out how to consolidate credit card debt and National Debt Relief called. That was a year ago and it went super simple. They asked all the questions and then they emailed stuff and I found it online. I felt fairly comfortable to the point where I had a random smaller $500 credit card that rolled into collections and they were immediately on it. They called me and told me they could negotiate this debt for me and take care of it. It won't even up my price. That was awesome because I didn't realize that that one was rolling into collections. The only negative aspect I had is that I'm also attempting currently to try and build my credit and buy a house. The mortgage lending people said that it was a terrible decision. But NDR has negotiated my credit cards down significantly and there's only one left at this point and I feel good about it.

I had credit card concerns. When I called National Debt Relief, I liked the way the man talked and I tested him. And then, enrolling was very easy.

Steven ** is the reason I enrolled. Very patient, knowledgeable and respectful. Walked me through the process. Felt very comfortable with the program. I really have nothing more to say except that I feel I have a new friend that I can rely on.

A previous deposit was canceled. When we called again the 2nd never said 2nd rep never said the payment was cancelled. I called National Debt because I noticed that the funds were not taken from the account. Today, Alisha researched the problem. Explained what happen. Sent a draft schedule to us. Answered all of my questions. She made sure I understood everything. Outstanding customer service!!!

The most organized and well run service of its type. The agents that help you are outstanding. They answer every question and explain clearly and concisely every aspect of the program. A number of people that I know have used different services for similar situations and some have used National Debt Relief. I had started to work with a different company but they all recommended National Debt subsequently I switched and I am very happy that I listened. Initially I worked with a woman named Ampi to set up the process and then with Lydia to confirm it. Both were outstanding. Every question I had was carefully explained and the process was carefully outlined to me. One of the best customer service situations I have experienced.

I was in big trouble with debt and I was going to take anything with the way I was. I went with National Debt Relief and they have been taking $600 off my account every month. They said I'll be in their program for close to 10 years. When I get into trouble, I call them and they lower my monthly payments until I can catch up and start paying again. However, I'm not happy with their service because I don't know what's going on.

Outstanding service, all Staff Employees are very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Very detailed oriented, organized, and speaks of confidence. I have personal struggled for the last year trying to make ends meet, now dealing with COVID 19, all the banks and credit unions I applied for signature loan were turned down. National Debt Relief was communicative and I was able to talk to them. They responded when I asked them to. They provided me with a written letter with all of the items put in there and the status of each deficiency of mine. They did everything I've asked. They were good people and you could reach them at all hours throughout the day. I didn't expect it to be a one, two, three type of situation. But they got quite a few discounts with American Express and some debts have been settled already. They’re doing their job.

I had outstanding credit card debt. When I researched National Debt Relief, they had good reviews and they seemed to be easiest to deal with. I dealt with a number of different people and the overall experience was really good. They made it easy for me to make deposits monthly, make adjustments, and reach out to them if I had any kind of changes in my circumstances. They made it very transparent and comfortable to go through that kind of process, even if I had to go through it. They were helpful and did a really good job.

Updated on 04/19/2021: National Debt Relief has settled about half of my accounts that were listed in the program. So far it’s only been about one year. They have been very helpful in getting settlements and stopping phone calls and threatening letters from creditors. I give them a 10 star rating. Very helpful, kind and nice people to work with.

I am a new client. The getting started process was very straightforward. The Customer Service Rep. was so helpful (Tasha **) and make me feel relaxed and confident that I was doing the right thing. I advise anyone with the stress of debt to call National Debt Relief, and throw your stress away!

Both Danielle and Lydia were fantastic. They explained everything clearly so that I understand exactly what will be happening and what to expect. I have been in this program before, and hopefully this is the last time, but these young women were great to work with.

National Debt Relief has been great to work with. The reps are excellent and very informative. They're experts and knowledgable. They're always very helpful and they always get back to me. I just started the program which takes like two years but I'm satisfied with the timeframe and the payment plan is working right now. They're pulling money out every two weeks and starting to pay some of the creditors. I did think that initially, they charged a lot for the program. I'm being contacted by some of the creditors saying that if I can do the settlement on my own, they won't charge what National Debt Relief does. It's like I'm paying the full debt without the interest which is great 'cause they're settling but they're a big portion of it. The program is a little expensive but I'm willing to pay for it because I want to have them settle, not me to have to deal with each creditor separately.

I've been very satisfied with National Debt Relief. I liked their quick and easy process for signing up and how I've gotten calls to make sure everything is going right with their program. I hit a roadblock when the pandemic hit and NDR told me to pay what I can and that they would work with me.

I got caught up and I wasn't paying things on time. I figured to do the whole consolidation thing and National Debt Relief has been nothing but wonderful to me.

This is a nerve-wracking process, but the confidence of the employees is calming. The system seems to be foolproof, and the customer service takes the mind off of the risks. The account portal is also fairly easy to navigate, and the process is very simple and easy to understand.

The representative who originally contacted me and gave me the details of my offer was fantastic - patient and friendly, and communicated clearly, and was extremely quick to respond and provide answers to my questions. The rep I spoke to during my welcome call was very nice but spoke extremely fast as he went through the standard information and was a bit hard to understand. Overall, though, I've already had a great experience.

One of my friends joined National Debt Relief and I heard about their service from her. I went with them as well and had a great experience with their rep. Getting enrolled was fairly quick and I wasn't on the phone for a very long time. So far, I've been moving along their program well and I'm over halfway. The reps email and call me so communication has been good. I'm also extremely comfortable with the payment plan that they gave me.

When I tried to go to the website, it wasn't an easy process. So, I just gave up on it. I have to really look at what's going on because I don't like the outcome. I pay a certain amount a month and I've been paying for almost a year now, but nothing has been paid in full. By now, at least one should have been paid in full. I got a couple of statements from different creditors and they showed me the full amount that was left, and it's still a lot. It showed a payment of $10. I don't know if NDR is trying to do a settlement. I don't know how that looks like because all I have seen is there is a little payment, $10, just a couple of times. That's weird. It doesn't seem right to me. So, I would love for NDR to send out a statement showing me who they pay. If I can get something like that, that will work for me.

I am fine with National Debt Relief, but I do not like the idea of possibly getting sued or having any legal problems. I am not sure what takes so long. I am aware that attorney consultation is included, but this does not make me feel more comfortable.

During my initial call with NDR, I was really nervous. Paul F. was not only empathetic, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. I am 90+ years old and have never had to do something like this before. I have worked very hard my whole life and paid every cent I ever owed but now I have relied on another income that has been doing very well until the bottom fell out. My credit cards are getting paid off. Out of the four, there's only one left. It had like $20,000 on it but it's getting paid down. You always wish that the progress could be faster but the cards are being taken care of and that's the important thing. That's what's making me happy.

Enrolling with National Debt Relief was a little confusing, but we got through it. They could improve in the clarity of the forms but the communication with their reps has been going well enough. I don't hear very much from them, but when I do, usually it’s bad news. So, I'm satisfied with it. Still, a monthly update of where we're at with things and what they're working towards would be nice. Other than that, since being with NDR, it's been a lot less stressful and I'm able to put money into savings. It’s not a whole lot but I'm happy with my experience so far.

From getting stuff in the mail from the creditors or getting phone calls from them, National Debt Relief handled a lot of the stress that I was under by paying the creditors. It took a big impact off of me because I didn't have to deal with any of that anymore. National Debt Relief helped me combine all of my debt into one and they did a wonderful job with my situation. They helped reduce my payments and any time something changed or something happened, they would always email or call me. They kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on.

I looked up National Debt Relief, read reviews and saw that they were a decent company to go with. I had credit card debt and they determined my income, where I was as far as the bills, what I could and couldn't afford, and how long I was going to stay paying on certain credit cards. There did a payment arrangement with everybody that I had a debt with and my payment plan was based on what I could afford and what I was able to deposit into the account monthly. They determined who they would pay and how much they would pay based on how much I had in the account at any given time and things have been positive.

Everybody told me that National Debt Relief was a good company to go to and they had no problem with it, so I went on that word. It was easy to enroll and I thought the program was reasonable. They paid off the debt on the three places, but there is one thing I wasn't pleased with. Right now I don't have any more money in there to pay the two other bills I have because the money that was taken out by the company was for their interest charge. I knew it would happen some time, but I didn't know when. For a long time, there was nothing in my account because that was going towards the interest. I would rather the interest be collected at the end of my debt relief program. It's a little bit much for that I'm paying out each month, but that was what I was paying to pay the bills off, which is gonna be faster doing it this way than the other. Everything was good with the customer support as well.

I was undecided at first, and I enrolled, then cancelled a few days later. After thinking about it a bit more, I called back and re-enrolled. The process was pretty easy and seamless, however; I am wanting to see how the automatic debit and transfer of said funds pans out. So far so good.

National Debt Relief was the most reputable and they were great and responsive. They called me a few times to check in about certain offers and to provide options to accelerate, which we ended up doing. Then I did a lot of sending questions through their website, which was good because they got back within a day or two. Those weren't questions that were so monumental that I had to call, but they were very responsive and was a good way to get questions answered. They really answered all our questions upfront and didn't push us. Then we took the time to think about it and considered other options.

Everything's working fine with National Debt Relief and my debt's going down. There are some smaller ones that were paid off rather quickly and I'm glad. I'm on a fixed income so it's not always easy to make the payments but I do what I can. Their reps have been very helpful.

I needed help and I called National Debt Relief. They were courteous and helped me through everything. They got a good deal. They are taking care of the situation that I was in. They are a great help. I lost my password a few times and they helped me through it. I've been in their program for a year and a half now. I still have a year or two to go.

Updated on 02/13/2021: I separated from my previous employer and I immediately called National Debt Relief and stopped the payment. They explained to me what would happen that if I couldn't contribute, then the settlements that I have in place might get cancelled. But eventually in the future, they can work on another one. They recommended that I should pay a certain amount to be good, at least for one month. I did that and then as soon as I found a job, I called them back and renewed the payments again. The payments are back on track. Out of the seven cards that I need to get settled, three of them are already settled. I've only been with then for a few months. So that's good. I get emails when I get settlements. But having an app would make the experience so much easier.
