Mr. Kyron ** is one of the most courteous and professional debt experts that I have ever talked to. This is not the norm anymore as the people are cold and non-empathetic, and just not interested in assisting others. Congrats to NDR for having a representative like Kyron.

I have only just started but my experience with my counselor Shawn ** was very thorough and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. He helped to ease my mind and feel comfortable about the whole process.

The reps have been very nice and helpful. NDR did what they say they would gonna do. They closed out two of my debts way sooner than we were supposed to. My program was supposed to be a little over three years, but it's a bit quicker. I've only got a month left.

Everything was smooth and easy. I gave National Debt Relief all my information and they pulled up everything and went through each one with me, and we got the program started. They kept in contact with me when there was something that was proposed. One of the times they explained that one of the creditors wasn't budging on their number. I need to cancel this agreement immediately as I can't stop the automatic withdrawals from my creditors. I was told to call my bank and stop withdrawals in which I am not able to do. I can't afford the payments I had let alone double payments. I can't get Boris to return my calls or emails.

Beyond nice really made me comfortable and not embarrassed. Explained everything. Really great. I really feel like I might actually get out of debt with this program. I don’t feel I am drowning anymore. It was a pretty easy process. A lot of information but felt the two people I have talked to were very specific on what will happen and what needs to be done. Jeremy is who helped signed me up and was very thorough with answering my questions. The second person I talked to we had a more difficult time, she sent 2 emails but insisted she sent three so it took over 15 minutes for her to finally send the third one once again and it was never found in my spam folder or elsewhere and then we ran out of time because I had to pick my kids up and now I have sent two emails because I still haven’t had my first payment taken out and now my second one is due tomorrow. Somebody called today. I called back but the office was closed.

From speaking with and working through everything with Danny to speaking with the Lady on my welcome call, everyone was so patient and very informative and helpful during the whole process. I'd been having a hard time paying more than the minimum required payment for some time now. Everything was fine until a year and a half ago. Everything was fine until my wife's employer downsized and she had to leave her job of 28 years. She decided to retire after 46 years of working fulltime, for which I didn't blame her. It left us with $1000 less per month. After 18 months of stress I decided to give National Debt Relief a call. I'm so glad I did. Caliph, Cristin and Amanda were very courteous and helpful. I really appreciated their help because I'm an old guy, and I have trouble with computers sometimes. The application went well thanks to them, and I was able to get enrolled in the program. I saw National Debt Relief online, and then I read the reviews and they were pretty good. So, I just called and it went from there. The enrollment was super easy. They were very informative through the whole thing and were very transparent. And then, anything that I had a question on, they answered. They were definitely helpful during the COVID. They worked with me. If I couldn't make a payment or if I just skipped the last payment, then they just said, "Okay, that's fine." They didn't make a big deal about it. There has been one debt that was paid off completely, and then I am almost done with the second one that I got.

I'm a veteran and National Debt Relief was recommended by the military. That's the reason why I tried it and they're really good. I agreed to pay a certain amount, and they take it out of my check every month and then they take care of the rest. Something happened and then my credit dropped all the way down to 87, but then it went up one point. It's still poor right now, but I don't know whether or not it's gonna do anything any better just because I'm paying stuff off. There's stuff on there that I've paid five years ago and it's still on my credit. Other than that, National Debt Relief is helping me clear all of my bad credit and they don't hound me. As long as my money's in there, they're fine. All in all, everything seems to be working and they've already gotten five that I can agree on with the debt collector. I still got seven more to go and they're doing what they said they’re gonna do, so I’m happy.

Got help with what I needed to get done. I was a little confused with some parts of the debt relief, but everything was explained. At first I kinda thought this was a loan just because our credit was being pulled then I was told we have to wait on approval. But then later on was told this is not a loan and that it’s a savings account. Now I understand why this is going to hurt my credit even though it’s already pretty much trashed. I researched into other companies and one of them said that they weren't able to help me. When I called National Debt Relief, they were the ones that were willing to help me with all of my debts. They've been good. Any time I called and had questions, they're willing to help me and answer stuff. Even on the site login, I find all the information is easy to use as well. Overall, the program's great and they were really helpful with lowering my debt. I’ve got one more month that I gotta pay and then I’m cleared of all debt.

I had checked all around and National Debt Relief met my needs at that particular time. I had a debt with Wells Fargo Bank, but I wasn't in any trouble. At that time I was 80. We checked with the Better Business Bureau. We did our own checking about NDR. The young lady explained the program. She took on my debt like it was hers and told me all the pros and cons. The rep was very polite and really sought to meet my need at that particular time. They called me back about the payment plan. I went through it about three times. It wasn't something that they just gave me one shot. It went on for about three days. They tried to meet my need for the income that I had coming in at that particular time. I was 80 and I was only getting annuative from my late husband and the Social Security.

I had talked to other companies and some of them sounded like scams. I researched online some others and I thought that NDR was the best one. The person that I talked with on the phone was willing to work with me. I was on my way someplace and he asked me what time I would be back, and I told him, and he called. He was very prompt and explained everything to me. I thought the program was good. It has saved me stress. I was comfortable with the payment plan and it was something I could work with. I'm two thirds through now.

I reached out to them in November or October of ‘18. But when they told me how it works, that you have to stop paying your bills, I couldn't do that. Then Christmas came along and the divorce was getting amplified. My credit score has already suffered. It was about 780 but it was down to 640. So I thought National Debt Relief was right. At least there's a plan and a way out. I like the fact that it goes into a savings account and you get to view everything on the page through your access and that you have lawyer representation included.

The first person I talked to said that it would take about three years. I thought it was quick 'cause if I had done it normally, I would still have at least half of that, if not more. There were times where I had to postpone a payment or defer payment and they would always work with me. That's a huge thing when they understand and they wanna work with you. There's a lot of positive reviews in any review section that I looked at for National Debt Relief. I've been very satisfied and I'm really happy I did it.

I had a great experience, Atif Stevenson was knowledgeable and very helpful. I am satisfied with the agreement and confident that at the end I will have accomplished my goal and at the same time will have my credit score restored to a positive number.

I was a single parent and I used my credit cards stupidly. When I was full time, I had enough to pay my debts and still moved along. But when I got to my half payments at work and I was just paying them and had nothing else, I realized that I really put myself into a deathbed. I shouldn’t have. I didn’t want to file bankruptcy because I have my pride on my credit. So, instead of that, I wanted to do consolidation. But I didn’t want a big check sent to me. I wanted somebody else to negotiate. I chose between two different companies. The other one was the ones that will send money and then pay out the debts. This one that I chose negotiates with the companies to try and get where I actually owe down to less than what it is.

The enrollment with National Debt Relief was pretty easy. I submitted what bills I wanted to turn in, and then they took it from there. Most of the time, their reps are helpful. The only problem I've ever had with them is that I've asked them to contact somebody, and they won't do it. They said that they weren't ready. They were gonna hold out. So, it was already turned into a collection agency and then turned into a lawyer. At that point, I was begging them to contact their lawyer before it escalated and would go even further and at least, let the creditor know that they got my money and they could make payments. But NDR wouldn't do it. Then a lawyer would contact them and they said that they didn't have anybody assigned to that case right now. So, they wouldn't help them. I ended up having to pay it off myself. But overall, working with National Debt Relief was a good decision. It has been helpful. They've settled some stuff and I've got about two more years.

They send me emails or text messages saying that they got a deal and if I wanna accept it. Everything's going fine. Everything is pretty much upfront and I like the ease of communication. If I don't understand something, I can just call them and they explain it to me.

Excellent conversation with debt specialist and answered all my questions concerning my accounts. I will recommend to friends and co-workers. With this application I can now sleep well and no more stress. If I’ll get approved I’ll be more than happy and appreciate so much.

My daughter told me about National Debt Relief and I called them and they helped me with everything. They were great. Sometimes the person I talk to is the same, but sometimes they'll switch around. They're probably too busy with a lot of other people. But whoever I get, I'm fine ‘cause they all have done an awesome job. I started seeing some debts get settled about a month and a half in the program but it was good. I also started seeing on my Credit Karma some changes on there too. In July, I lost my job ‘cause of COVID. I called them, and they said they would work with me. For me, National Debt Relief is doing good. But I have problems when we need to get on the computer to look for stuff. I’m not too into the computer. So I have to have my daughter help me ‘cause I don’t know how this works. If she’s here, she helps out.

National Debt Relief was pretty good for me, but then I couldn't afford them and I had to stop with them. I got really sick, and when I got better, I realized that my life expenses were out of control again. I called them back and they let me come back and it's helped me a lot. I worked really well with them. If I need adjustments, they’d give me adjustments. If I couldn’t afford a payment, then they'd help me out that way.

I first looked into bankruptcy options but it didn't seem right for me. National Debt was the other option that I was looking into. When I called them, it seemed like they were able to help me. It has been a very good experience.

The debt had piled up and it was just bad. I couldn't get assistance from the credit folks on my own to reduce my debt. National Debt Relief took their time and explained the process. It was simple and everything was laid right out. There were no hidden fees. Whatever they said, that's what it was. During enrollment, the reps walked me through step by step and kept asking if I understood everything. There were a lot of emails and communication. They made sure you knew exactly what you were signing up for. I was impressed with the rep’s knowledge and sincerity.

National Debt Relief told me they like to help people to get out of those debt problems and friends told me they had a very good experience with them business-wise. I like the way NDR gives me information anytime they make a payment for my credit card and it made me feel so good when they tell me everything's going okay. They’re still working on my accounts but they are doing okay because they have communication with me anytime if any change is going on.

It's been tough to make my monthly payment but I've been busting my nuts to do so. So far, so good. They got me out of one of my major debts and by the end of September, I'm supposed to clear on another one. It will always be nice if it would happen quicker but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Making the call was nerve-wracking but once I spoke to my representative, he was very professional and never made me feel guilty or demeaned my situation. The process takes about 30 minutes initially but was very smooth and I feel like I was treated very well.

National Debt Relief told me stuff that was good that I liked to hear. They gave me the breakdown. They also told me to just go online and check the status. The $262 payments are pretty steep 'cause it's every pay period. That's the lowest they can give, so that's fine with me. They've just been withdrawing money from my checking account and they're doing their job. I just have to go on to my account to see where I'm at. I have put another credit card. They've negotiated but I haven't heard anything about it to see if that is paid off. Other than that, everything is working out good, so far.

Not sure -confused on how National Debt Relief is beneficial for me or how it's gonna help me. I was on belief it would payoff my creditors like consolidating debt. Now I'm afraid I will be more in debt. There are so many people involved Global (?) Lawyers, etc.

I was trying to figure out how to consolidate credit card debt and National Debt Relief called. That was a year ago and it went super simple. They asked all the questions and then they emailed stuff and I found it online. I felt fairly comfortable to the point where I had a random smaller $500 credit card that rolled into collections and they were immediately on it. They called me and told me they could negotiate this debt for me and take care of it. It won't even up my price. That was awesome because I didn't realize that that one was rolling into collections. The only negative aspect I had is that I'm also attempting currently to try and build my credit and buy a house. The mortgage lending people said that it was a terrible decision. But NDR has negotiated my credit cards down significantly and there's only one left at this point and I feel good about it.

They said I'll be in their program for close to 10 years. When I get into trouble, I call them and they lower my monthly payments until I can catch up and start paying again. However, I'm not happy with their service because I don't know what's going on.

They have been very helpful in getting settlements and stopping phone calls and threatening letters from creditors. I give them a 10 star rating. Very helpful, kind and nice people to work with.

National Debt Relief has been great to work with. The reps are excellent and very informative. They're experts and knowledgable. They're always very helpful and they always get back to me. I just started the program which takes like two years but I'm satisfied with the timeframe and the payment plan is working right now. They're pulling money out every two weeks and starting to pay some of the creditors. I did think that initially, they charged a lot for the program. I'm being contacted by some of the creditors saying that if I can do the settlement on my own, they won't charge what National Debt Relief does. It's like I'm paying the full debt without the interest which is great 'cause they're settling but they're a big portion of it. The program is a little expensive but I'm willing to pay for it because I want to have them settle, not me to have to deal with each creditor separately.

I've been very satisfied with National Debt Relief. I liked their quick and easy process for signing up and how I've gotten calls to make sure everything is going right with their program. I hit a roadblock when the pandemic hit and NDR told me to pay what I can and that they would work with me.

This is a nerve-wracking process, but the confidence of the employees is calming. The system seems to be foolproof, and the customer service takes the mind off of the risks. The account portal is also fairly easy to navigate, and the process is very simple and easy to understand.

The representative who originally contacted me and gave me the details of my offer was fantastic - patient and friendly, and communicated clearly, and was extremely quick to respond and provide answers to my questions. The rep I spoke to during my welcome call was very nice but spoke extremely fast as he went through the standard information and was a bit hard to understand. Overall, though, I've already had a great experience.

When I tried to go to the website, it wasn't an easy process. So, I just gave up on it. I have to really look at what's going on because I don't like the outcome. I pay a certain amount a month and I've been paying for almost a year now, but nothing has been paid in full. By now, at least one should have been paid in full. I got a couple of statements from different creditors and they showed me the full amount that was left, and it's still a lot. It showed a payment of $10. I don't know if NDR is trying to do a settlement. I don't know how that looks like because all I have seen is there is a little payment, $10, just a couple of times. That's weird. It doesn't seem right to me. So, I would love for NDR to send out a statement showing me who they pay. If I can get something like that, that will work for me.

One of my friends joined National Debt Relief and I heard about their service from her. I went with them as well and had a great experience with their rep. Getting enrolled was fairly quick and I wasn't on the phone for a very long time. So far, I've been moving along their program well and I'm over halfway. The reps email and call me so communication has been good. I'm also extremely comfortable with the payment plan that they gave me.
