After researching debt relief programs, NDR consistently came up in my research as the top program in the nation for debt relief. I requested information online and received a call back within minutes from Wesley who was patient, informative, answered all my questions, and was not pushy in any way which helped ease my decision to use this program. I also had a positive experience with Karim who assisted in the Welcome Call. I enjoyed all the quick e-mail correspondence, having both Wesley and Karim explain all the documents as they were being completed and signed, and stopping frequently to make sure my questions were being answered. No complaints, overall positive experience. A lot of information to digest but it was made as easy as possible and I'm hopeful for success in this program.

The enrollment process at National Debt Relief was painless. I had been with another company. I did not pay attention to what I was doing and didn't understand that I would need to go into debt to consolidate my debt. I have to default on my payments. But they explained everything and made me understand what I was getting into. They are also doing what I'm paying them to do. They don't bother me, I don't bother them. I just check on it every couple of months to make sure that they are continuing to do what they promised and they are, and I'm pleased.

I thought process would take weeks to get started. It took less than an hour and they guided me thru the process answering my questions along the way. When all done I found I wished I would have taken this step earlier. Now I can pay my debt off in months versus if ever even possible to pay it all off. Thank you.

In talking to National Debt Relief versus talking to some of the others, NDR seemed more honest. They worked with me and they are still working with me. Right now, I'm unemployed with no income because of this COVID, so they've helped me delay my payments. The sad part about it is I'm so close to finishing up when COVID hit. I was supposed to finish around May or June of next year. So, it puts me in bad situation because my goal is to finish up the accounts that I've got in there now. And as I was able to finish up accounts, to actually add some others that are out there to try to get everything completely taken care of, I'm having a hard time trying to find something. I'm trying to find a job. I've had a rough time since the economy tanked back in 2015, 2017. I’ve had a lot of temporary jobs and now, employers are looking at it as a bad thing. And I'm like, “Guys, y'all just don't understand.”

On 9/8/2020 I phoned in just to check the status of my account. DARBY or DARBIE (female), not sure of her spelling proceeded to help me, but as I was asking questions she kept cutting off my questions before I could get them out. I finally asked her to allow me what I was asking before she answers. She claimed it was a delay on the call, which was untrue cause I would never get the ? out. I asked for another rep cause she was becoming frustrated. She rudely placed me on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up and called back in which Chelsey was very helpful and apologized for Darbys very very rude action. Darby really needs training in her customer service skills.

My experience was informative and clearly explained. Franklin went above and beyond with his patience and understanding dealing with my lack of knowledge with phones. My welcome call was excellent. I appreciate everyone for a painless and enjoyable experience.

We can finally see light at the end of this big black tunnel of debt! Without using this program and the system NDR has set up, it would have taken over 20 years to pay off our debt making minimum payments - which is exactly where the credit card companies want you to be! We have spent the better part of five years paying on these debts only to see our balances remain the same. Everyone I've talked to have been friendly but professional, understanding, and they explain things thoroughly. I have called a few times for explanations of things that may have been explained to me before but it was never questioned and I never felt silly for calling. I'm only beginning the program but we're off to a really good start!!

National Debt Relief is doing okay with me. But the thing is, a couple of times, I call them and ask because it seems they're taking money but they are taking care of three clients, however, the rest of the eight clients are there. They're all going under the debt collection. I told them to contact those people and they said they would only talk if they pay in the savings.

I was with another debt relief company and I was not happy with the way things were going there so I switched over to National Debt Relief. Everybody there is super cool and nice and everything went really smoothly. I just thought it would go quicker but then COVID kicked in and I couldn't live up to my end of it. It was supposed to take two years for all these stuffs to happen. The program would be until next June but I wasn't able to make payments for how many months so I understand the delay. I'm perfectly happy with how things are going. I just sent NDR money to hopefully pay off all the stuff that I have. I'm just waiting to hear back as to when all that stuff is gonna go. Now that they have my money, they can settle all these things and my credit score will go up.

National Debt Relief took me right in and got my stuff done. It felt good that all my creditors are being able to get situated. It’s an amazing program and I’ve been on it for at least a year. They negotiated with all my debts except for one so far. I check on the dashboard from time to time to show me my progress and it has been a good one.

Everything went great when I reached out to National Debt Relief. I did some background search and I liked what I saw with them. I've got a couple of debts paid off. One was just recently paid off and one was three months ago within six months when I first started. I'm coming up on a year in November. I got another debt in the process right now. National Debt Relief is doing a great job. Every now and then, I’d go on the dashboard and look at things. I wish I can send more money so the process will be a little bit faster, but I just can't right now. As soon as they pay everything off, then I'll be happy.

I had a wonderful experience signing up for National Debt Relief. It was easy and my agent helped me through everything. It was easy to follow and will be a great relief for me getting everything paid off. The paperwork was easy to understand and everything was explained thoroughly.

Both employees I dealt with; Josh and Robert seemed very knowledgeable and both addressed questions I asked. The program is scary. I have struggled for 2 years secondary to not being able to perform my chosen profession and well intentioned but poor chosen financial decisions. I got from them that I am not alone. There are many people asking for help. There was no judgment from them. If the process goes as described and there is light at the end of the tunnel AND support from your company during the terrifying collections part then I will end up in a good place.... Just now though I am so scared!

I did an internet search and National Debt Relief was the first debt relief firm that came out. So, I decided to give them a call. The interactions were good. I haven't really had any issues. I use the dashboard and I like that it gives me my account activity and it tells me the progress by creditors. It took quite a while to get a response from the creditor but there have been a couple of settlements.

I called a couple of other companies, and the information National Debt Relief gave me, their costs, and how their programs are structured, compared to when I spoke to National Debt Relief's customer service rep, she was just fantastic and comforting. And the way that she delivered her message to me reassured me that I wasn't being scammed. She reassured us that, “This is the process you have to go through. It's gonna be hard, but once you make this commitment and you follow through with it, you'll see good results.” I was very skeptical of that type of system, because it sounded like bankruptcy, but she assured me that it wasn't.

Since December 2019, I have assumed support for two households of family members in addition to supporting myself. By end of March I assumed the bulk of support for said households and over time my income versus outflow to pay bills and provide living expenses reached breakeven, and now the outflow has overcome the inflow. When I first assumed this help for family, the need was manageable with my income. But health matters, unemployment and other events occurred with family, the outflow accumulated to an unmanageable state and credit cards I had been using reached the credit line and are now over the limit due to interest. My resolution at this point was to file for bankruptcy or seek debt relief. So far, I can only say how outstandingly National Debt Relief responded to my query and offered a viable resolution, while still helping family. I cannot tell family I can no longer help them.

When interviewed, and program explained: it was explained very well, so that the average person can understand well. When I had some extra questions the counselors took the extra time to make sure all was understood, before proceeding. So I would recommend to friends, as well.

I got over my head and I knew I was getting over my head for me. National Debt Relief did what they said they will do. But they didn't really explain that they put my money in a savings account, and it's still with my credit card filled up with interest. So, my debt became more than when I started with them. They should be more upfront explaining what they're actually doing. But I didn't know that.

I was using another company some time ago and I didn't see any improvement. But with NDR, I see a lot of improvement. They already negotiated three of my six accounts and that's good because when I started with them in March, they said it normally takes six months. I have three more accounts with them where I'm gonna speak to them around next month to see if they tried and negotiated with those. I don't know if they negotiated with them already because I don't see movement in my account. It's pending. If they negotiated with them, they'd give them a lower amount. The payment plan was okay and it’s better than what I had before. Overall, they're okay to me so far.

I am looking forward to seeing results on my credit report that I may accomplish my overall goals towards my life and my future. Everyone that I have spoken with so far has carried out very professional conduct as well as been very informative and graceful throughout this experience. Looking forward to great results.

To my surprise national was very helpful, very polite and most of all very welcoming. It did not take long to be approved. I feel confident that this will be a success story since I learned how National operates. I received several calls and emails to ensure that I completely understand the process. So we see what the next few months will bring me with National on my side.

Most everyone is very pleasant to talk with. The debt program is good. I understand parts of the program well. Some I do not understand, but overall great. Some of my accounts have been turned over to collection agencies that are calling me and are harassing me. I wish this part of the whole debt relief would Stop. It's been months.

When I looked at all the reviews and how well-known National Debt Relief was, I decided to go with them. Their reps listened to everything I had. However, there were a couple of times when I was waiting for them to get back with me on something but they didn't, so I had to call back. But other than that, I have three accounts with them and they're all settled. The first one was right away, and the second one took longer. And then this last one was not that long ago. But all three of them will be done in two and a half years.

I only very recently joined the program and have not yet made my initial deposit to my savings account but, from my application call with Jonathan ** to my Welcome call, both agents were very helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure that I had all the information I need to find answers and help I need going forward.

At the moment, National Debt Relief has not gotten back to me in one of the certain accounts. But they had said it would be paid off on the 31st. Yet, they couldn't get it done. That's how I can tell because the money that they had asked me to put in there is still there. We're already here in the 8th of September. I've been fixing to call them. I feel they take their little money in their services too quickly and they leave my creditors in limbo for a long time, which is taking a long time to get my credit back to a decent level. For each account, they take out their money for that first. For each settlement, they take away a certain amount on the funds immediately before they work on another one. It's terrorizing your credit rating.

I have only just started but my experience with my counselor Shawn ** was very thorough and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner. He helped to ease my mind and feel comfortable about the whole process.

Everything was smooth and easy. I gave National Debt Relief all my information and they pulled up everything and went through each one with me, and we got the program started. They kept in contact with me when there was something that was proposed. One of the times they explained that one of the creditors wasn't budging on their number. I'd been having a hard time paying more than the minimum required payment for some time now. Everything was fine until a year and a half ago. Everything was fine until my wife's employer downsized and she had to leave her job of 28 years. She decided to retire after 46 years of working fulltime, for which I didn't blame her. I saw National Debt Relief online, and then I read the reviews and they were pretty good. So, I just called and it went from there. The enrollment was super easy. They were very informative through the whole thing and were very transparent. And then, anything that I had a question on, they answered. They were definitely helpful during the COVID. They worked with me. If I couldn't make a payment or if I just skipped the last payment, then they just said, "Okay, that's fine." They didn't make a big deal about it. There has been one debt that was paid off completely, and then I am almost done with the second one that I got.

I'm a veteran and National Debt Relief was recommended by the military. That's the reason why I tried it and they're really good. I agreed to pay a certain amount, and they take it out of my check every month and then they take care of the rest. Something happened and then my credit dropped all the way down to 87, but then it went up one point. It's still poor right now, but I don't know whether or not it's gonna do anything any better just because I'm paying stuff off. There's stuff on there that I've paid five years ago and it's still on my credit. Other than that, National Debt Relief is helping me clear all of my bad credit and they don't hound me. As long as my money's in there, they're fine. All in all, everything seems to be working and they've already gotten five that I can agree on with the debt collector. I researched into other companies and one of them said that they weren't able to help me. When I called National Debt Relief, they were the ones that were willing to help me with all of my debts. They've been good. Any time I called and had questions, they're willing to help me and answer stuff. Even on the site login, I find all the information is easy to use as well. Overall, the program's great and they were really helpful with lowering my debt. I’ve got one more month that I gotta pay and then I’m cleared of all debt.

I had checked all around and National Debt Relief met my needs at that particular time. I had a debt with Wells Fargo Bank, but I wasn't in any trouble. At that time I was 80. We checked with the Better Business Bureau. We did our own checking about NDR. The young lady explained the program. She took on my debt like it was hers and told me all the pros and cons. The rep was very polite and really sought to meet my need at that particular time. They called me back about the payment plan. I went through it about three times. It wasn't something that they just gave me one shot. It went on for about three days. They tried to meet my need for the income that I had coming in at that particular time. I reached out to them in November or October of ‘18. But when they told me how it works, that you have to stop paying your bills, I couldn't do that. Then Christmas came along and the divorce was getting amplified. My credit score has already suffered. It was about 780 but it was down to 640. So I thought National Debt Relief was right. At least there's a plan and a way out. I like the fact that it goes into a savings account and you get to view everything on the page through your access and that you have lawyer representation included.

The first person I talked to said that it would take about three years. I thought it was quick 'cause if I had done it normally, I would still have at least half of that, if not more. There were times where I had to postpone a payment or defer payment and they would always work with me. That's a huge thing when they understand and they wanna work with you. There's a lot of positive reviews in any review section that I looked at for National Debt Relief. I've been very satisfied and I'm really happy I did it.

They send me emails or text messages saying that they got a deal and if I wanna accept it. Everything's going fine. Everything is pretty much upfront and I like the ease of communication. If I don't understand something, I can just call them and they explain it to me.

I was a single parent and I used my credit cards stupidly. When I was full time, I had enough to pay my debts and still moved along. But when I got to my half payments at work and I was just paying them and had nothing else, I realized that I really put myself into a deathbed. I shouldn’t have. I didn’t want to file bankruptcy because I have my pride on my credit. So, instead of that, I wanted to do consolidation. But I didn’t want a big check sent to me. I wanted somebody else to negotiate. I chose between two different companies. The other one was the ones that will send money and then pay out the debts. This one that I chose negotiates with the companies to try and get where I actually owe down to less than what it is.

The enrollment with National Debt Relief was pretty easy. I submitted what bills I wanted to turn in, and then they took it from there. Most of the time, their reps are helpful. The only problem I've ever had with them is that I've asked them to contact somebody, and they won't do it. They said that they weren't ready. They were gonna hold out. So, it was already turned into a collection agency and then turned into a lawyer. At that point, I was begging them to contact their lawyer before it escalated and would go even further and at least, let the creditor know that they got my money and they could make payments. But NDR wouldn't do it. Then a lawyer would contact them and they said that they didn't have anybody assigned to that case right now. So, they wouldn't help them. I ended up having to pay it off myself. But overall, working with National Debt Relief was a good decision. It has been helpful. They've settled some stuff and I've got about two more years.

My daughter told me about National Debt Relief and I called them and they helped me with everything. They were great. Sometimes the person I talk to is the same, but sometimes they'll switch around. They're probably too busy with a lot of other people. But whoever I get, I'm fine ‘cause they all have done an awesome job. I started seeing some debts get settled about a month and a half in the program but it was good. I also started seeing on my Credit Karma some changes on there too. In July, I lost my job ‘cause of COVID. I called them, and they said they would work with me. For me, National Debt Relief is doing good. But I have problems when we need to get on the computer to look for stuff. I’m not too into the computer. So I have to have my daughter help me ‘cause I don’t know how this works. If she’s here, she helps out.

National Debt Relief was pretty good for me, but then I couldn't afford them and I had to stop with them. I got really sick, and when I got better, I realized that my life expenses were out of control again. I called them back and they let me come back and it's helped me a lot. I worked really well with them. If I need adjustments, they’d give me adjustments. If I couldn’t afford a payment, then they'd help me out that way.

Making the call was nerve-wracking but once I spoke to my representative, he was very professional and never made me feel guilty or demeaned my situation. The process takes about 30 minutes initially but was very smooth and I feel like I was treated very well.
