The initial enrollment process was very smooth and easy. Malik did a great job, and even when his phone no longer was working he had me talk to his co-worker Jay, who also did a great job. I hope the whole process goes as well as this first step.

Very helpful, just a long time for a phone call. Plus having to print things afterwards is sometimes a pain, but all worth it for the assistance rendered. I am pleased with both people during this process, and would recommend anyone here that needed help.

I reviewed a couple of different companies and the reviews were better for National Debt Relief. And then, after speaking to the initial gentleman on the phone, he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and he cared. They've been very good with communicating with me. Sometimes not the best times of the day, but they can't help that. The process has been easy and they update me if there's anything new on my credit report that I can possibly add to the monthly payment. I have used the dashboard in the past and navigating it was seamless.

The gentleman from National Debt Relief that I spoke to originally set the whole deal up. The way he explained everything made it all make sense to me. The enrollment process was pretty simple and easy. I gave them all of my data information and they sent me a couple of different options on how we could do it with different payments and I chose the one that worked best for me. Since the initial setup, other than a phone call here and there, dealing with them has been mostly either through app or email. The website is pretty simple to use and all of the information is on there.

I went through some personal stuff, and I had to move out of town. Everything just hit me, so I was stressed with everything that’s happened and I was from paycheck to paycheck. I did a search, and National Debt Relief came up. I contacted them and they were very good about explaining things to me. Once I filled out an application, they took over and they've been handling everything since. I had chosen the package with a lawyer to represent me in case something happened and I'm at that point where I had one of my creditors file a court summons on me. Right away, National Debt Relief jumped on it. I had a lawyer call me. He filed the paperwork prior to the due date and I haven't had any issues. It took a lot off of me and this helped so much. They've been good.

Steve Stein was the right person responded to me in my desperation to find help. He was very respectful, calm, and directed me right away for the right choice. He was very thorough and make sure that I understand every conditions before I agreed. He was very helpful and patient in running through to the website, so I can monitor the status of the account. I will highly recommend him.

National Debt Relief had the best reviews. It makes it easier to make one monthly payment to one company. They're trying to work with the settlement with the accounts that I had. They took a look at my income and then asked about what monthly bills we're responsible for as far as insurance, gas, groceries, and maybe cell phone, and then was able to find a monthly amount within my budget. I'm pretty comfortable with them. They impacted my life in a positive way.

I would recommend this company to anybody that needs Debt Relief. I am just starting on my Debt Relief adventure and so far it has been wonderful. People are very customer friendly and knowledgeable. They are more than willing to help or answer questions and guide you through the process until you feel comfortable with the situation.

NDR said I would pay the debts off in X amount of months at such amount. It should've been broken down to going to each particular company instead of saying, "We can pay it all off in 40 to 48 months, and bam, your fee should be this to do that." You break it down one by one as you go. But I ended up paying more than what I have to. When you're told, "We can clear you up in 40 months," you would think you're debt-free in 48 months. It's not just a 40-month or 48-month loan. It's per person that you deal with. And then you ask, "How much is it that I'm paying it to?" and NDR gets 25% off whatever the total amount is. They need to be more straightforward in the way they transact the business. If I had to do it again, I would not with them.

I heard about National Debt Relief on the radio that I listen to. They had a lot of people talking about it and what it did for them, especially the radio host, and so I decided to give them a call. It seemed like a really good idea to help me get out of debt. I knew bankruptcy was an option, but I don't wanna do that. I had a lot of questions and the agent that I talked to answered a lot of them and laid out that this is what I'd pay, and this is what we'd try to do. Then the more I pay, I can get rid of my debt faster. Based on my paycheck, he told me that I could pay less or pay more. They'd start to resolve those debts as soon as I get a couple payments and I won't have to deal with it or worry about it.

I’m exceptionally thankful to have had the opportunity to begin paying down my debt with National Debt Relief. I inquired online and was contacted almost immediately by an adept Debt Specialist, Gary **. He made it easy to ask questions and was absolutely non-judgemental. He answered all questions and took the time to help me understand the process with zero pressure whatsoever. I’m excited to begin my journey towards being debt free and feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. They took 21k and reduced it to 15k. I was paying about $419 a month and am now only paying $370. I have one payment and don’t have to worry about interest and minimum payments that vary month to month. Both Mark and Evelyn have been informative, patient and pleasant to work with in setting up our program. I received a call from a creditor this morning, it was a pleasure to give them the creditor hotline number and ask him not to call me.

National Debt Relief was the first one I came across with and thought I'd give it a shot. The enrollment was long but it wasn’t too bad. When I had questions, I called the helpline or customer service line. They would either go through it and find the answers for me or send me an email. Or I would send them an email and then, they would send one back or have me call them. The payment plan was good. They went through it and figured out how much I owed or what they thought they would be able to settle with the debtors. We figured it out from there. I should be at least halfway in the program and it has made life not quite so stressful. I’m not getting calls from the people I owe the money to. I’m happy with NDR.

NDR was recommended by my bank. I've gotten people get nasty with me like very disgusting and discriminatory and there's no more of those calls, thanks to NDR. They take a lot of stress off my back. Even though, I feel like it comes costlier. But it's less stress and it's more fair. They break it down. It's easier to pay versus all these people not understanding my situation. The monthly program is awesome. They calculated and tallied everything up and told me what was the best that I could do. They were very understanding of my situation financially. My negotiator was awesome. If I could hug him and pinch his cheeks, I would.

I was looking online for debt relief solutions and the reviews of National Debt Relief were mostly good from the bad. When I called, the first guy I talked to asked all my basic information and then what I could afford a month. What I could afford was more than the option he came up with so it worked out well. The program has been really helpful. I like it. They've settled for really low amounts with a few people compared to what I could have done by myself. I'm saving money.

Had a wonderful experience with all parties that I talked to as well. They were very helpful even to the point of working around my schedule, also very knowledgeable with the information as to be able to explain all detail and what they would mean and helpful with explaining terms and conditions.

They got the creditor to stop calling me. They’re doing good. They told me there was a certain amount of money in my account that I could open up in a new credit and to let them know if I got a lump sum of money. They’ve been sending me letters. I had a receipt recently. I like that they sent me information about what’s been taken care of.

I was doing some web surfing and saw National Debt Relief, and they had some good reviews. I checked into it since I was going through a difficult time. The enrollment process was really easy. I just wish I would've read a little bit deeper and understood better than I did because they charge 80% fee overall, which I think, is a lot. They said I'd be in the program for 53 months and I'm a little over a year now. That'll go by even quicker because the way that it's being settled, it'll be done by the end of '22.

I'm happy with the program NDR showed to me. It's working very well for me and my experience has been excellent so far.

When you hear people's reviews and experiences with a certain company, you feel like it will work for you. National Debt Relief's customer service was so nice. The reps were so great and helpful. They helped me with solutions trying to resolve what program was best for me. I really like them. The whole thing just went so smoothly, even from signing me up to finding what works for me. I haven't finished, but they have been helping me. And anytime I need help, they reach out. They even help me during this crisis when I couldn't. Everybody has been putting a pause on certain things like the mortgage and whatnot, and they were very understanding. Do it and get it done. Get help.

The reps whom I've spoken with at NDR have been very good. I use their site to find out how my bills are and where my money has been going. Things have been so, so in the year and a half I have been in their program. One of my bills hasn't had any attention paid to it. The NDR reps say that with the account that hasn't been touched at all, I have to build money in my account first. I have been paying monthly from the beginning though so I don't understand that. With the virus, making monthly payments has been uncomfortable but I've been managing to do it. Still, my progress in their program has been going well.

I was desperately trying to solve my debt problems and I heard about National Debt Relief through one of the channels that I listen to on the radio. When I got on the phone with them, their reps were exceptional. Debt was becoming so overwhelming for me and it was very hard dealing with all the collection calls. I know other people who have gone through bankruptcy. Going with NDR was a much easier route that helped me rebuild my credit. I read National Debt Relief's information and gave them a call to see if it would work. And it seemed like it would, so I went with what they had to offer. The whole experience was really good. The initial contact is what sold me. It reassured me that it would be a good way for me to get out of the mess I was in. And they seemed informed and organized. Plus, I was a bit concerned about whether it was legitimate, and I was very reassured after talking to them that it was all on the up and up.

Everything went very well. Both of the people who assisted me were so kind and helpful! I am nervous about all of this but it is something that needed to be done. I am looking forward to my future with no credit card debt!

My experience was very positive. The program counselor explained every detail and benefit including sending me various e-mails about the program. I had questions and my phone calls were attended to promptly. While signing contract, the counselor was on the phone reviewing every step of contract. So far, so good at initial enrollment. Scott was very knowledgeable and respectful. The only thing I would suggest to improve the quality would be that he has a slight accent and it would help if he spoke slower. I do not think that his headphone was working smoothly as at times I could not hear him. Also I understand that going over the contract is repetitive to your agents so they want to get through it but to the listener it has to be slowed down or it is too hard to understand especially with an accent and a phone that goes in and out. Other than that Scott was very nice, empathetic & knowledgeable.

Updated on 12/22/2021: National Debt Relief has taken care of three accounts for me and they’ve been very understanding with my situation. They’ve been very helpful and the reps have all been wonderful. It was very hard to admit that I couldn't pay my credit card bills because I'm a very responsible person. But with COVID and everything that's going on, I've had a lot of health issues and I wasn't working. I couldn't handle what I got myself into so, I'm very grateful that there is a program out there that can help people get their debt under control.

I was thinking of consolidating. I saw National Debt Relief on television. I had looked at several others. It was a matter of not being bothered. Just making a payment of 363, as opposed to the 600 I was paying. I know they're getting their share and they're getting what the value of the items for, not pumped up. So, it was fine with me. I just pay them. That takes care of them. 'Cause if you go into bankruptcy, you got seven years and it's hanging on there and I don't wanna have to do that.

The reps of National Debt Relief have been great. The one I worked with during enrollment was really nice to me. He was very thorough with breaking down how their program works. I've already been with National Debt Relief for about a year now. They said I'd be in the program for four years. But so far, it's looking like it's gonna be about three years because most of the companies I'm dealing with are doing two-year payments.

I had credit card debt and I was so glad I never have to recommend National Debt Relief to a friend. If they were in that position though, I would. National Debt Relief was advertised and after speaking to the representative, it seemed like a plausible action to take. When I called, I got assigned to a case manager and he went over my debt and my terms. He offered me options as far as how long and what the process would be. We then faxed and scanned the documents in and out, and it was an easy enough process.

Nickolas ** was the person who helped me get started. He was incredible! Very knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and friendly. He explained everything and was very patient with all my questions. He put my mind at ease about the whole process! Working with Nickolas was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. I'm really looking forward to completing the program and finally being free of the debt that has been haunting me for years.

I'm not happy about the program I was set up with at National Debt Relief. Because according to them at the beginning, they explained to me that I needed to make bi-weekly payments of a certain amount of money. They are withdrawing the money from me, and that's how they're going to get into my collectors, so they could be able to pick up the money. But every time that there's a settlement, like the last time that they sent me a settlement, I had to put more money into the account in order for them to fulfill one of the settlements that I need to pay more.

Looking into National Debt Relief, I saw good things about it. Initially, they told me what my payment was gonna be, how it could be split up, and how I was gonna to be able to do it every month. Setting it up was very easy and I was comfortable. It was a little less than what I was paying every month for everything I owed and the program is gonna get me out of debt in way less time than I would’ve. Everything is settled. I'm just making payments and I have a year of it left. The representative was very helpful as well. Any questions I had, he was able to answer very quickly. Overall, National Debt Relief is helping me and it's less stressful ‘cause I don't have to worry about making the payments. I had a good experience.

My initial contact with National Debt Relief was great. But still, it was the first time, so I got some confusion about the service that they provide. They explained it well, but the concept of debt relief is new to me. I just had a little doubt when I'm heading to new stuff. They got two debts settled and then still working toward the rest. It's good. I get some money back to my everyday spending or it's not as tight as before. People should consider going through a debt relief program. It definitely helps if they can't pay off the high-interest from the credit cards.

Getting enrolled and signed up with National Debt Relief seemed pretty simple. However, some reps were nice, others were **. It's just the way they talk to you on the phone. Like when I didn't agree with one of their settlements, as soon as I started talking to them, they talked to me like I was an idiot, or they were doing me a favor. The two people that I dealt with were like that, they didn't have great customer service skills. Also, I settled two. But, there's really no savings. They're a rip-off. When I needed to lower payments, they've been really nice to work with. But other than that, I wouldn't go through them again or I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

This was one of the greatest experience of mine with the customer services. I am glad I got approved and really appreciate the help of your agents, they are amazingly productive. Their brief explanation on the matters was greatly appreciated and it helped me to understand the program very well.

They explained how the program works where you pay money into an account, and then they negotiate with your creditors' settlement. They use the money in the account that you build up to do that. I'm not dealing first person with creditors, so that's nice. They're doing the negotiating on my behalf. They helped me work out settlements. It's a good program if you're swamped. Unfortunately, the way that debt accumulates and how interest works isn't really very well explained until you run into it. If you're like me and you get talked into too much debt, you can get stuck in the cycle where it's never gonna end. So, it was really helpful in that sense that I was able to do something about it and get out of the cycle of just paying minimum payments for years and years and years and literally never getting out of debt.

I worked with Connor from National Debt Relief and he was great. I've been really happy with him. He knew what he was talking about. He explained how he could help me and how he would help me. It’s really working. The way the negotiators negotiate down my debt, it’s amazing. I made all my payments, and we're making progress. The 390 that I'm paying a month comes out of my SSD. But he worked with my budget, making sure that I wasn't gonna starve. It's working out that I can pay all my bills with my SSD money. I'm just excited to get it done as quickly as possible. I love how they follow up right away when I have a settlement. They also give me the offer and I say okay. It a smooth, easy process. They're doing all the work. I was also very comfortable with the payment plan.
