I've seen the commercials then one day I looked up National Debt Relief online and I started the whole process. They made it very easy. They explained everything and they were really good to me. They've always been very informative, and they kept me up to date with everything that was going on. They were very helpful. Any time I called and whatever question I had, I got a response right away. Everything was perfect and they were great. I loved it.

The professional staffing made this application and welcoming process a breeze. They were very patient and informative. They took needed time to explain all questions that I had. They were a great help and a great company to join when becoming debt free. Thanks much for assisting.

Your phone system sucks. It keeps cutting out. A person has no idea what is being said to them. It is very annoying when you can’t understand what is being said. No offense to the people I talked to. They were both very nice.

I called your (800) number and the telephone operator (Terry) was super talented: She is quick and together. Very impressive at her attitude. Generally speaking, National Debt Relief has excellent employee training. They listen and they show care to customers.

Both Darryl and Lydia were kind and helpful. Poor Darryl...my hot mess of a self drug the process out for far longer than it needed to be (partly to pride and partly to forgetfulness and poor planning on my part). I spoke to Mona. She was pleasant, but I had trouble understanding her because she had a very strong accent. It turned into a stressful call because I had to keep asking her to repeat her comment. I hope if I need to call someone in the future they will be able to speak English.

I was around $1,100 in debt but it wasn't a lot unlike a lot of people had. I did a debt relief program one time before and I ended up going through a lawyer. Chris was my representation during this process and it’s still the initial part. I signed the contract and everything looks good. I want to highlight Chris’s obviously expertise; moreover, what was so impressive was his ability to genuinely connect with authentic and personal experiences. He explained how he had been through a similar hardship as I had and he walked me through the entire process - even being calm and not disheveled to handle my numerous prodding questions during the hour or so we were communicating. I started in February or March. It could be a little bit quicker, but National Debt Relief is basing it off how much I can afford every month, which, with this pandemic and work, the two-year plan is okay. During the pandemic, I was able to speak to someone. But communication has decreased. I haven't heard from them in maybe two months now. I wish they could give a monthly update or a monthly touch-base and let us know where we're at and how much further we have to go.

I will definitely recommend to others. The two people who I talked to were extremely helpful and nice. It is embarrassing for something like this to happen, but there is no judgment; these two people made sure I was comfortable and it happens to the best of us.

We did some online searching and National Debt Relief had the best kind of responses from other people. Their reps have all been pretty good. They walked us through the whole process and we were comfortable with it. They get back to us on a regular basis when they need information. They reach out at the right time. Also, the dashboard is easy to navigate and pretty informative too. We only put in so much a month, so we can only do what we put in. But there's only one more account that's still open and hasn't been closed yet, so it's going okay.

I Google searched and went on the Better Business Bureau website and looked at reviews of National Debt Relief. They seemed really good so I decided to go with them to consolidate some debt. When I first talked to them on the phone, they were really good and very promising. There are a few credit cards and two collection loans. NDR has been reaching out and settling different accounts that I have and they help make sure they are resolved.

Thanks to Lisa for her help with consolidating my loans & credit Cards. Without her help I would be in deeper trouble not being able to pay my debt. My hardship is due to Covid-19 and a reduction of hours at work as well as being quarantine for 14 days. I started to not be able to pay my bills and Lisa helped me.

I haven't even made my first payment and I already feel comfortable in saying that NDR truly cares about their clients. Yes, of course they're making money off of this process, but if your credit is already in the tank, they'll go to bat for you, do a hard reset on on said credit, and you'll be debt-free and back to a healthy credit score when all is said and done. Again, this is a preliminary review, but I spoke with multiple representatives and read the agreements extensively and I do not expect to have to rescind this review.

I was super nervous signing up for more information but Michael was able to calm me down. He answered every question I had and was really thorough about the process. I’m confident that NDR will be able to help me go back to my normal life before all of this debt!

I was so nervous doing this. I had lost a second job during Covid. My counselor was the best and helped me feel more successful rather than a failure. I had been able to afford making payments but without my second job- I was going under and didn't like that feeling of drowning. Now, I feel that I will eventually swim again.

I am very disappointed with this company. On the last debt being negotiated I received several offers directly from the debtor much lower than what was owed and submitted them to National via email. I followed up and called them to confirm they received them which they did and left the matter with them. They never followed up and dragged their feet and came back to me with an offer that was much higher! I asked them to tell me why and asked for their response in writing and they never did!

National Debt Relief had a high success rate based on the research I did online. The enrollment process was pretty straightforward and their rep was extremely helpful. I've logged in the dashboard and have used it a little bit. I started with four cards. The last time I talked to someone from NDR, they had settled on two of my cards. One of them was supposed to be off by April. Any settlement on any of this is progress. So the two cards that they have had settlements on are helpful. But I haven't heard from them in at least three months.

I was skeptical at first. But overall, I absolutely loved NDR. Every time I called, everyone answered my questions exactly how I wanted them. Nothing seemed outsourced. They helped me get back on track. I fully completed the program. They settled 15,000 debt. They saved me a lot more money than I paid them. It was great.

National Debt Relief has been really simple and easy. Their customer service is great and everybody has been very helpful and understanding. They have settled a few debts and I probably have about 18 months left on the program.

Usually, people had their own debt up to 20,000 or something. But National Debt Relief explained to me that they could help me. Everyone has been so pleasant, friendly, warm and actually very helpful. If I need anything, they're right on the spot to help me out with any questions. The cost is very fair. Give NDR a try. They would definitely work with you. And then, if you have any issues, they will assist you in any way that they can, especially during these times. They've been wonderful. I appreciate all the things that they have done for me, so far.

I had an extremely professional question and enrollment call with NDR. I was truly impressed with the positive, well spoken individual that helped me understand the program and alleviate any initial fears I had. I completed the enrollment in a few short days, all online and am very much looking forward to becoming debt free for the first time in many, many, many years.

National Debt Relief was recommended by other veterans but I wasn't happy with them at first because they waited till I had to go to court before they settled one of the accounts. I didn't think that was right. But the enrollment process was really easy. This gentleman called me from New York and pulled up my credit report and checked everything. He told me how much I'd pay every month on and on and on with each thing. But the whole court thing drove me nuts. They have settled all the accounts for less than half except this one.

I read up on National Debt Relief and they had good reviews, so I just wanted to try it. At first, the enrollment was time-consuming. But once I got it, it was fine. I paid $130 every two weeks which comes out of my paycheck. I got a couple of my credit cards paid off. I got two more. It's slow but it's working. My life is coming back slowly but surely back to normal. Hopefully, in a couple of years, I’ll be able to buy stuff. I don’t have to worry about credit cards and I will pay everything in cash.

I was trying to get everything in order and get my debt paid off. It's nice to have one payment and be able to avoid the people calling me. Also, the payments just come out of my account. But so far, I'm not happy. National Debt Relief just took all my credit cards and figured out one payment for them, and they're supposed to negotiate for them. I was under the understanding they were going to negotiate everything at once, but that's not how it's working. I was happy because they took my biggest issue, which was my Sallie Mae student loan, and they actually negotiated that first. But they haven't done anything with all my other little cards.

I was supposed to just call, but then after I made the call and talked to a representative, he explained everything, and that was the thing that made me say I'd go with National Debt Relief. They asked me how comfortable I was for the monthly. And of course, based on my numbers and bills, I pay what rates works best for me and that's how we figured out my monthly payment. They are consolidating all of my bills and loans. They get them taken care of at a lesser rate. The reps are very helpful and they are getting the best possible settlement for me. They're doing everything. I'm not even talking to creditors. I just forward them to NDR and that’s it.

One of my accounts has already been closed. The other one is gonna be closed on December. I still got six more months with the program. They’re deducting $200 fee every payment. As of now, the service is pretty good. My MasterCard account is still not resolved yet. The last time I called, they were saying that I don't have enough funds to put in, but I said, “What about if I try to just pay the whole thing, if calculated the whole amount?" I was calculating that I had about 6,000 more to pay. But then the guy told me it was 12,000. I asked him how it got to 12,000? He started saying all the additional fees. But that was not what we talked about. If you would cash it or if you wanna pay for the whole thing, why are they gonna stretch it out? The fees should be waived. But so far, they helped me to pay my debt. The only thing that I don’t like is that they did not show upfront how much the fees are. That's the disappointing part of it.

We had a friend do something similar with a different service. We researched it and went with National Debt Relief. Getting the ball rolling would be as difficult as anything else as far as information and paperwork. But they could pretty much pull up anything that they needed. It was all done over the phone and emails so that's good. I haven't had any issues with anything that they've done with the enrollment. I signed up September of last year and we're almost halfway through. It was awesome with the rep.

It’s been a long time coming. This is the first program to fully meet all of the goals that I set. I got too many credit card bills. I've been using my credit card to pay for everything during this pandemic. I've been hearing a lot of National Debt Relief on a particular radio station I listen to. I went with them because if they can afford to put out a 30-second spiel, they're somebody probably worthwhile. I explained what I needed to do with their rep. They told me what they were gonna do. They told me I was consolidating and trying to put as many of my bills that they could pay off. There are some bills like taxes and things like that they couldn't pay for, which I know from other people that used debt relief services.

I did some research and National Debt Relief was one of the better companies so I went with them. They asked me a lot of questions about all the creditors I had and we worked something out with my income level. Since working with them, I'm in better shape than what I was. They're good at what they do.

I called around and nobody else would help me. On the other hand, National Debt Relief sent me some paperwork, I filled it out, and my enrollment started right out. Everything has been over the Internet. They asked if I could afford a certain amount every two weeks, and I told the rep, "Yeah." My credit score is up. NDR is pretty helpful.

Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and walked me through the process. All my questions were answered clearly. I enjoyed speaking with both women. I'm still working my way through the emails. And hope to get my printer working to print out the needed pages to mail. Copies for my signature are being mailed as per my request.

Updated on 03/29/2021: I have been with National Debt relief since October. My experience so far as been great. I was told it was going to take 4 years to pay off my debt. However, I opted to give payments every two weeks to speed up the process. Since then, they have been able to negotiate and get 4 of my accounts taken care of with a good margin. Hopefully, they can keep it up and maybe I will done even sooner. I would recommend this company to anyone that feels like they are drowning with no hope. You will finally get to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

In fact, they called us last week with an update that one of the companies had agreed with the amount that they suggested and they were gonna be paying them off. However, we're still in the process of working through National Debt Relief. We've been paying on the account for about six months and they have cleared just two small accounts.

I have done debt relief before but the fees were extremely high and so I thought National Debt Relief offered a more fair program. The enrollment process was easy and the representative explained everything pretty well. The dashboard shows that three have been resolved. National Debt Relief is way better than my previous experience.

I was ready to make moves regarding my debt and everything sounded to be pretty good, so I went with National Debt Relief. The enrollment was quite simple. As far as the payments go, the rep worked with me to make sure that I could afford it. He asked me how much was I paying a month with all my credit cards, I gave him a ballpark number, and then we tried to keep it in that number. The only thing that I was a little bit hesitant about was the percentage that I would have to pay NDR. But other than that, it was pretty okay.

Set up was easy. Rep was very friendly and explained everything to the T. Rep also took the time to listen to my concerns and give advice. I would recommend calling National Debt Relief if you are having hardship in paying credit cards.

National Debt Relief takes a lot of the stress off me. The reason I contacted them was because my credit card debt was overwhelming and I couldn't pay it back. The rep sounded young and he talked really fast. Then the next time I called, I got somebody else. They explained to me how it worked. They took over the payment of my credit card debt. I put money into an account with some bank then I don't have to worry about it anymore. The cost which is $15 a month is not that much. The creditors still call me once in a while and I just tell them that I'm with National Debt Relief. A few months ago, I called them to see where I was and they suggested I use a computer and told me that they've paid one off. Whenever they pay one off, usually the creditor will write me a letter and say it has been paid off.

The thing that was frustrating is that the fee that goes to the legal aspect is not shown in the breakdown of money that's coming out. National Debt let us know in the beginning that there was additional money that was coming out. But I wish that I had along the way know that because when I went back and saw that there were these other fees, it was confusing. The other thing that wasn't fully transparent to me was the fact that the 20% that they take as a fee is out of the total amount of credit or the negotiated amount.

I hope that this program will help me exactly as they explained it to me and that it will help me to solve the problems of debts so that I can have peace of mind again. I trust your help and at the same time, I appreciate the opportunity that you have given me to help me.

I had accumulated quite a bit of credit card debt at high interest rate and there was really no way to get out of it. I then did a bunch of research and National Debt Relief seemed to be one of the higher ranking companies. Enrollment was pretty easy. A couple of long phone calls and that was about it. I have two credit cards paid off. I only had one experience where we couldn't hash out this last credit card. It all went pretty smoothly. They send out emails every once in a while. They're supposed to be helpful, but they're how to spend money and all that kind of thing, which I don't find super helpful. But I can see that some people might. I should be zeroing in on the last one and should be close to completing the program within the next year. I would definitely recommend them to a friend if they were having financial difficulties.

I was in the middle of searching for help, and in the process of looking through different things I was finding on the internet, I got a phone call from someone who said that they were with a debt and credit resolution company. I took him up on his offer. He sent me a contract, I signed it and I sent it back. I started paying him for services. And it was a scam.
